I cant believe how many problems we have had getting our mail! They wouldnt give us a refund on a package that never got delivered since the carrier marked it as delivered. We assumed it had been stolen since they left it in a common area of our apartment instead of our door, but it shows up in the mail...4 MONTHS later! I called countless times about this and they always said it was delivered, and we always have a new carrier. Unfortunately theres not much to do about it!
Visited at 1:10pm on a Friday. There were no other customers. I was just dropping off a Amazon return but then I saw that this post office actually carried an amazing assortment of stamps! So I got to buy several types and the guy behind the desk was friendly and made the experience pleasant. Id go back just to buy stamps.
I have received my neighbors mail 3 times this week. That’s right I said in A WEEK!! I hand delivered 1 to a neighbor since she was right behind me and the woman hugged and thanked me because it was a $150 check for her children for Christmas! We were waiting on packages that were delivered while my husband and I were home! We heard one of the packages hit the door very hard. The same mail man delivers to my employer and he comes in and drinks the coffee we make for our customers! And if that’s not enough he comes back later for another cup. He is very rude and needs to learn how to do his job right.
The woman I spoke with was short tempered, impatient and in a rush to clear the lobby. The young man next to her seemed much more willing to help and service customers, but due to the long line, I was helped by her instead of him. She had helped another gentleman in front of me, who was complaining about his mail carrier - and although he may have been a bit over the top about it, she either let it affect her work with me, or is usually that way.Either way, it was unacceptable as customer service goes, and when I asked to see if anything was held there since I was expecting a package that was not received, she simply said, weve received little to no mail over the last three days. She made no attempt to even check for said package or make me believe she cared about it.It takes a lot for me to give a location one star, but this place earned every bit of it.
Generally, Id say the mail runs as expected, but several times Ive been told that our checks that we send out to our clients dont reach them in time. The best bet would to be to take it to the actual post office, but if you use the Blue Post Office Boxes, its not guaranteed that outgoing mail will be picked up everyday, apparently.

Teach your employees to properly deliver mail as addressed! I have gotten multiple neighbors mail put in my mail box due to complete negligence. Do not worry I will keep delivering it to the proper address.
The blonde woman who works the lobby is very rude. Poor customer service. Also, this is the second time they’ve marked my incoming mail as delivered when it never was. Also, they don’t deliver mail regularly and on a consistent basis. Now I have to go in and figure out why my package wasn’t in my mail box, again, after it having been marked as delivered. Smfh.
Delivery varies so much from one day to another that you can get morning delivery one day and evening delivery the next. About 1/10 packages is late or never arrives, because it was delivered to the wrong place, or put on the wrong truck....never had this many issues with one post office.
Negative 5 reviews would be kind!I went in to mail a small box, because this particular PO was on my way to do something. The fool at the counter weighed the box and gave me a $36 (!!!!) cost to ship, telling me that I could not send it at the normal FC parcel rate. I told him that I was quoted $15 at FedEx and $18 at UPS. He stood there like I was the idiot, stating there was no other way to send the box. I took the box and left.Later in the day I went to a FedEx/UPS/US mail store in Kettering and was given an $8.95 (!!!!) USPS FC rate! This was AFTER I was given a $14.90 FedEx rate! I told the lady who worked the place about the incident, and she was incredulous!I do not know the fools name in West Carrollton, but he is an older man with a beard. He is obviously either a complete ignoramus or purposely trying to fleece customers for USPS!
The lady who delivers on home ave is a complete waste of space. She wont deliver any packages to any house if you have pets. And skips my house all the time. I have video proof from security cameras. She is rude and disrespectful toword us everytime we see her. I would give no stars to this place. When others run the route for my house they will alwsys deliver my stuff but when she delivers i never get my packages on time.
USPS is a joke. Its like one day the mail comes at 9:30 in the morning and then the next day it comes at 5:30 in the evening. Make up your mind already. Mail drop off time is such a broad waiting period. Not to mention, I had a package that their package tracking said its supposed to be here today but they lied. Im so freaking mad. Plus they keep bouncing my package from Kentucky to Cincinnati to Dayton back to Kentucky then Cincinnati. Im in the Dayton Area. The USPS is a dumbass.
The middle aged blonde hair lady is incredibly rude, condescending, and makes people feel uncomfortable with her unnecessary snarky remarks. This location is notorious for having hateful employees. I dread going here and will continue to avoid it until they clear out the horrible staff.
Cant give negative stars or I would. If youre considering going in here, allocate an hour as usually only one person is working at a time. As far as accuracy and expedient delivery? Throw your envelope in the river behind the building. Its cheaper, and you actually have a better chance of your item ending up where it belongs.
Were still in the pandemic, right? The woman at the counter wasnt wearing a mask, there was no plexiglass separation, no marks on the floor for distancing, and after touching the key pad I couldnt find hand sanitizer. Its a tiny post office, I wont be going there again.
I paid for Sunday delivery to a hotel address. But they claimed no access to the front door of the hotel at 2 pm on Sunday and delayed my delivery by 4 days. Completely ridiculous excuse. Are there any hotels in the world will lock their front door at 2 pm, without any front desk staff seriously?
New guy not delivering off Lamme rd in Moraine , if your outside in the fresh air anywhere w out a mask , he wont deliver from then on or pick up , walk right by , neighbor was recording him today , making people go in the house or he wouldnt give them their mail , absolutely ridiculous , pay too much for sending and receiving items for this kind of behavior , talk about good representation
They always screw up our mail. Deliver to wrong address. This year they are opening our Christmas cards smh. We have gotten two cards so fare both seals where broken and missing gift cards. We have a camera on our porch no one touched it after it was placed in the box.
Wanted me to buy a whole roll of tape to tape up a prepaid package because they were out of it.Most other offices have offered it for free in the past. Would’ve even been happy to pay $0.50 to use a small amount of tape than buy a whole roll.
Rude, always fee like I am committing a crime when I go in there. I dread going to this post office. It’s like they don’t want any business. I drive to Miamisburg if I have time.
There are always long lines, and almost always there was only one person working. That one person is very thorough and precise, but it cant be that hard to move one person after another. Its usually more efficient to go to a different post office.
I would choose no stars! West Stroop Rd. We Never get the right mail! Then we all put food out on 5-12-18 and the mail carrier just left it. How is that helping the community? Something needs to be done with the management and carriers at this site!!!!!!

I scheduled a pickup of 3 boxes weighing a total of 2 pounds for today, put them outside at 8am and when they brought the mail at 12pm THEY DIDNT TAKE THE BOXES THAT I SCHEDULED WITH THEM TO BE PICKED UP. WORST POST OFFICE IVE EVER DEALT WITH. THIS IS FOR MY HOME BUSINESS HOW STUPID CAN YOU BE.
My package was accidentally shipped here then bounced back to Cincinnati. Now I will have to wait an extra day for a package that was supposed to have been delivered Thursday. Not happy.
They cannot even deliver to the correct street let alone the correct house number. It is ridiculous.
Horrible postal delivery and many official letters have just disappeared. I went to the office and spoke with a supervisor about my mail not being delivered. Magically, the following day some of the mail arrived. Still waiting on the articles that are 2 weeks late.
Office Supervisor does not follow up with you. The electronic address update system does not help in forwarding mail to new addresses lost mail worth more than $500 now I have to repay.
I dont get my correct mail and I get other peoples mail in my mailbox. The mailbox is not labeled on the back side as is it a large community mailbox for this apartment complex Ive repeatedly asked the driver to put the address in back on the inside of the mailbox and he wont do it.
I had scheduled a pickup of a package at my house 3 days in advance. They never came and picked up the package but sent me an email saying they did.

I waited for an order while I was at my place of business and the driver drove in the parking lot but did not deliver the package. He later drove off. My order states a delivery was attempted.....NO, there was no attempt.
Went there on my lunch break only to find out they’re on their lunch break and will be back at 1:00, also when mine ends.Thanks for being there for the average working person who has to squeeze in personal errands in a narrow allotted amount of time!

2021-10-08Got a notice via email that my international priority express package was delivered to an individual and signed for which surprised me because I was at my house; and I did not receive nor sign for it. Went into the post office immediately, and they were able to quickly sort out what happened and have the carrier bring it in and hand it to me, which was just fantastic vs how it had been going. Extremely friendly and helpful service!

2021-12-15I am constantly having to take misdelivered mail to my neighbors homes. Also, this is the 4th time this year that a piece of certified mail was not delivered. I was home, four feet from the front door, and I even heard the mail slot open and close. I have missed 100% of the certified mail sent to me. The delivery person just drops off a sorry we missed you note without knocking or alerting me in any way. This is extremely frustrating.

2021-12-28I understand everyone’s is short of help! There are times that mail did not get picked up, times mails are not picked up very late and there are times that mail was delivered to the wrong address. We try to mail payments the next day or enough time to get to the right place in an instance, payment was mailed 12/2/21. 12/27/21 received a bill for the same acct. and the payment did not reflect!!! The most frustrating part is twice now payments did not make it on time that will have to call company to waived late charge AGAIN!!!

2021-09-28If my lock opens up when your delivering my mail, please deliver it to my rental office. Instead of leaving a note saying “fix your lock”. Your already walking my apartment complex and pass the office anyway. It doesn’t hurt your route.

2022-02-08Going in the building to get any service is horrible. So unfriendly.Also consistently late with Amazon shipments.4 years later they are still horrible. Missing mail, delivered to others or simply lost. Mail typically delivered now around 7-8pm. You go in or call and complain and no one really cares. I will post in another 4 years but dont expect any change other than they might be out of business which is good!. Let Amazon deliver the mail!

2021-02-06If I could give negative stars I would. Inadvertently informed delivery and in my email my Vectren bill and my new credit card we supposed to be delivered on 2/1/21 they did it come. I waited a few days to see if they would come over the next couple of days. They did not. I called and some rude man told me that informed delivery has a 14 day grace period or whatever. This has never been the case before and quite frankly is absurd. I have always gotten what the email says I should get on the day abs have every other day since. This is a utility bill and a credit card not a coupon for pizza.

2020-11-08This is one horrible Post Office, Im a eBayer and I have been one since 2000. I work from home and my feedback has a lot to with my business. I have a 100% positive feedback with no negative or neutrals. I strive on customer satisfaction. My customers track their packages. Anyways you drop their packages off at the Post Office when you tell them. They expect to be able to track them. Well they were dropped off at this location on 10/27/2020 as I told them they were, at this location. But the clerk didnt scan them as she should of. I couldnt prove this to my customers through the tracking #s I pre-paid for. The clerks know they are suppose to scan them as accepted. The packages were never scanned until they arrived at the Cincinnati, Ohio distribution office. This Office is a joke. They cant do their jobs right or at least many of them cant. They continue to do crappie work because they are protected by the union and know they wont loose their jobs because of this. So dont expect good service at this location. I may have to start looking to ship my customers packages through other carriers. So people beware of this US Post Office. My mistake was making a quick stop to drop mine off here. I recommend driving that extra few miles to a better Post Office..👎👎

2021-08-27This post office is irresponsible and rude. Delivery driver says he left info for pick up. I was home when supposed delivery was attempted. No package and no note. Personnel at branch is inept.Supervisor supposed to call. I still havent my package. Still no call from supervisor.
