I have been a customer of this branch for over 10 years. I have never had a bad experience. The line can get long sometimes but that is to be expected. I guess people feel compelled to leave negative feedback after a bad experience but I havent had any nor have I witnessed any.
Our postman makes excuses for not delivering our mail and packages. Im looking online and it says package not able to be delivered due to weather or natural disaster. I thought that was the postmaster moto. Neither rain or snow....
Woman was very rude. This location is convenient, but won’t come here again if doing anything more than dropping off a pre-paid shipment.
My carrier is skipping my address and dropping my packages off at the wrong address. So far this happened twice that I know about because my neighbors are bringing me my mail! I’m in 45426 area!
Post office under staffed. Mail delivery so so. Mail delivered to wrong address. Mail man maybe cant read words, but numbers? Not trained postal delivery personnel, must be using temporary services.
Im from mass, and had to send a package there. Some reason tracking was never updated and I had no idea where it went. The lady that I spoke to was beyond the nicest person, I cant thank her enough for her help!
Put a freaking phone number on google that I can call to actually make contact with someone at this post office!!!! It is absolute BS that I cannot call my post office when I am having issues with my mail!!!!
2 scheduled pickups completely ignored this week and there is no longer a phone number for my local office. I am handicapped with no car.
Lazy mail man, does not shut mail box so the mail is wet on rainy days. Postmaster does nothing about it. Terrible service!

2021-05-17USPS carrier is delivering mail to wrong address over and over again. My mail goes to the wrong address and I keep on getting mail from addresses that are not mine. USPS phone contact and websites do not have any compliant areas or forms for this issue. You also cant call your local Post Office; no number except for the Main Government call number. 60 min wait to talk to anyone then they are just plain stupid and cant fix the issue.

2021-10-01Wife is in post cancer treatment and has prescriptions to keep cancer from reoccurring. Our prescriptions are mailed to us in bulk through the USPS. She noticed her prescription hadnt been delivered yet and she was getting low. Nothing in the mail. A few days later, a neighbor from a few streets over knocked on our door. My wifes RX was dropped into his mailbox. He kept it for a day and then put it back out on his mailbox with wrong address written on it, and the mail carrier refused to pick it up. After another day, he drove to our house and hand delivered it and told us what happened. P.S. After long phone conversations with the Trotwood Post Office, they assured me it would never happen again. They will be using the incident as a training tool for their new mail carriers.

2021-02-22We have not received any mail since Feb 12 and we usually get no less than 10 to 12 pieces of mail daily. Fed up my husband went to this location and asked to get our mail and they refused to give it to him but we see the carrier is delivering the mail to the street behind us. We called and placed a service request at the Post Office but we have not gotten our mail n my husband is still without his meds.We are in our 70s and this is just irresponsible on the part of the mail service.

2021-06-04Literally the most careless customer service and business I’ve ever experienced. They delivered a package to the wrong address that had my correct address on it to the wrong house. I called many times about the situation only to be lied too and told ill be called back and even hung up on. We tried even going up there and still nothing, never heard a word, a sorry, nothing. I’m still without my package and no word from them. If you can help it don’t use this service.

2020-06-30The workers are young and rude. Please make sure if you have a package(s) that’s going to be delivered PLEASE make sure your at home! A carrier put my package in another mailbox and lied about it. I was outside and saw the carrier deliver mail in my mailbox but No package! I called and called, went up to the PO, called USPS and nothing. I was treated like it was my fault when they clearly delivered the package somewhere else. Then, they had the nerve to say it was hand delivered and switched back to it was placed in my mailbox. You know it’s so frustrating and it wears you down to get the truth. Now, I have to go to the sender and go through the WHOLE process ALL over AGAIN. When you can’t trust the people delivering your mail it’s sad and very stressful. If the roles were reversed they would be furious too.

2021-07-27We havent got our mail last week from Thursday to this monday.whats the problem with delvery service? When we do get our mail its 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at night and sometimes we get other peoples mail. The sevice is very poor.

2020-09-17Was not expecting to be discriminated against at the United States Post Office in Trotwood Ohio! Was threatened with a call for police assistance if I did not leave! That is exactly what happened when I was refused service this morning. I tried to explain my situation was rudely dismissed. Who knew that a seizure disorders being treated with a neuro stimulator could cause such a problem for employees at the Trotwood post office.

2020-06-13Exceptional customer service EVERY time I visit this location. On Friday June 12, 2020 both clerks went over and beyond to help me with an issue I had with a previously shipped package. One clerk every took down my number & another clerk called me within hours with my issue resolved. Well done Trotwood branch!! Thank your!!

2020-01-27The post office is useless, and they are picky about what they are willing to ship. Can never get in touch with a person when you have to call because they want working people to be home during the work day to sign for a package.
