The employee who helped me saw that I was shipping my passport and she immediately recommended what service I should use and the least expensive way to do it. She was very pleasant and efficient.

I am shocked at how this property is maintained. They rarely mow and seem to trim or clean up the beds. What a shame that the United States post office can’t look better than this.

Horrible service! Since Ted left years ago, our area has not been the same. Lost, stolen mail, late mail, and always a different carrier. We get our mail after 6pm and alot of times we get others mail. Ive called my branch, and they have done nothing. Terrible, Terrible service. I could do a much better job for lesser pay

Never had any issues here - the line is not super long whenever I go and the staff are friendly and helpful.

I have been using this post office for 3 years since I moved to Dayton and Ive never had a bad experience. Other post offices are a disaster but the staff at this one are always kind and pleasant. Mary Kay usually works the counter and she is so sweet and efficient.

I had three packages go missing that USPS delivered this summer. When I contacted the branch, I received no response from the supervisor other than an automatic reply saying they would investigate. Their call center was even less helpful and basically told me the mail carrier scanned the packages as delivered but never actually delivered them, but that was it. The few occasions I have actually gone into the building, the lines have been massive and the staff has been apathetic at best. There are still notices from the 1990s on the walls that have never been taken down. I would give them less than two stars, but my regular mail gets delivered-- packages seem to be the problem.

I have lived in this area code since 2017 and have had nothing but trouble with the mail service I have informed delivery so I see the mail that is supposed to come to me and have never recieved most of it mostly checks birth certificates social security statements so Ive reported it so many times and still it keeps happening. Now its our stimulus checks I see them on informed delivery but of course wont receive them when Im supposed to.Im sick of it Im I am considering calling the news channel.

I have had the worst customer service I have ever gotten before in my life. I made a complaint to the customer service number for USPS and they sent my case to this branch for review. My mail was not being picked up from my mailbox. I called the branch back after they left a message. The man answered the phone and I asked for the person who left me the message. He yells at someone on his end to asks if said person was there. I was surprised by the amount of unprofessional this displayed. Someone yelled back that she wasn’t there and he then told me that she wasn’t there and to try again tomorrow. I called back the next day and she was there. She told me who she was and that she had got the complaint from corporate and asked me what was happening. I told her and she immediately interrupted me and started to tell me everything I was doing wrong and that it I have to hang my mail outside my mailbox for the post man to see it. I asked her if she was even hearing what she was saying and told her it’s not good customer service to blame the customer. She then passed me off to her supervisor who immediately began telling me what I was doing wrong until she finally realized that I wasn’t talking about a drive up mailbox. They would have known that had they listened. I got frustrated by being blamed by this point that I said I didn’t understand how any of this was my fault when it’s the mail persons job to deliver and pick up mail. She proceeded to tell me that it is not their job. Their only job is to deliver mail. They only pick up as a courtesy if they fee like it. I told her I had never ever heard that before and that I bet I am not the only one who’d be surprised by that statement. She hung up on me. I called corporate back to tell them what happened and they were appalled by my treatment. I told them what this manager said to me and they said she was wrong and that the USPS is at our service and that it is absolutely their job to deliver and pick up mail both and that without us using them they would not have jobs. He was extremely apologetic for the two ladies lack of manners and education on the matter and would be filing a complaint against them and would be following up with me. I was extremely offended and surprised by the behavior of the two ladies in management at this branch and am hopeful a revamping of customer service training happens, because the USPS customer service man was correct, without customers you will not have a business. I hope they get the training they need or at least find a job they can be happy at so that they’re not mean to other people anymore.

Ive attempted to mail exactly one package from this location. I was charged five dollars over the USPS shipping calculators projected shipping cost (I rounded up the packages dimensions and weight) and the package was promptly lost with no apparent record of its tracking number. Glad I saved the receipt. More glad theres a FedEx near me.
