Normally I no love this post office. They are one of the only locations where the staff don’t seem to hate their jobs. Recently have I have made 2 appointments to get a passport for my family including children. My appointment went smoothly but twice now I have attempted to submit the paperwork for my children. Both of which times I had a confirmation email. Both times they stated their was no one there to complete the appointment and the online system should not have allowed me to make the appointment. Whether or not it’s the sites fault or the website. It’s inconvenient for the customer and unprofessional. I do not suggest doing the passport process at USPS. Or at least call and try to reach a live person to confirm your appointment before driving to the location.

I have a friend who works there and he states the workers will steal ur packages and scan them like if they are being sent. Then when u find out ur packages is no where to be found. These people are stealing. And no one care.

The USPS website is not at all correct. There is no such thing as getting a change of address done immediately, that is a total lie. And going in to the post office doesnt offer that either. So be prepared to wait the normal 10- 14 days to start receiving your mail at your new address.

Staff is nice and friendly, unloading is quick . Truck entrance is on the 4th st and docks are tight but not too bad .

The customer service is very rude. The little short white haired lady with glasses makes the experience for the customers a bad one each time I come in. I ship a lot at this one because its close to my business and i pay for the shipping labels and put them on my packages to save time. All I ask is for them to scan them before I leave they wont do that because they say it takes to much time. I am afraid to leave them because if they arent scanned and they get lost guess what they didnt exist then right?? Today being June 2nd 1:40 about 20 minutes to closing I came in and while their was a line of people I asked her where would she like me to carry these in and place them and she said on the far left counter. I put 17 packages on the counter and the look she gave me was so evil. Then she said in front of about 10 customers standing in line that next time not to bring that many packages in like that when its that close to closing. I looked at her and kindly said to her maam every single time I see you in here you have something to complain about. This is your job be thankful and happy you have a job. She said that I shouldnt be so rude in bringing that many in before close. Hello I thought you were a Post Office where we could bring our mail??? I paid for the shipping thats what the service is for. If you hate your job that much quit and find another job. That is what you get paid for to help people with their mail. This lady is horrible with customer service and needs to be put in the mail room away from customers. I just hope that my packages dont get lost or thrown out now because they werent scanned. Hope you all have a better experience than I do everytime I go there.I must add that the manger of the place is very helpful and willing to assist customers anyway he can, its just his staff that makes it very unpleasant.

This was my go-to post office when we lived in Saint Anne’s Hill. Although it has a tiny parking lot, I never saw it completely full or had any problems. And the longest line I ever saw inside was probably three people at most.The drive through mailbox was also very useful. Nice little location.

Why is is so hard to find a package at the post office? I had confirmation that my package was delivered there and wanted to pick it up. The woman working there sighed very loudly before she explained that there is lots of stuff back there and they will never find it. So how exactly will they deliver it to me if its so impossible to find? Im so sorry I asked them to put forth some kind of effort to help a Customer out. It was obviously too much to handle. I mean asking for a package at the post office it was delivered to? Crazy. Amazon can send a robot drone to my house but the post office cant get up off their ass and look for a package that is literally in the same building. Lazy. Will never have anything shipped through the post office ever again.

Handicapped parking is not very close to the door. Hard to find openers for automatic doors. Staff could be friendlier. I usually use the drive up mail drop, that is very convenient.
