Made a passport application appointment a week ago for Tuesday afternoon. Arrived 10 minutes earlier, so was just waiting in line and observing a lady behind the counter talking to herself, and handling a customer for about 7-8 minutes. When its about the appointment time, I just stepped forward and asked the lady whether the passport appointment is here too. She looked me and said she already canceled the appointment, because there is no technician to do that. She said she called the number and left a message yesterday. I didnt get any call or voicemail, so I asked her what number she called. She told me a different number, and emphasized that there is no one to do passport appointment this week. I just left without saying much. What do you expect? An average rate of 1.6 from 155 reviews(so far)? Incompetent, at least. I am not coming back to this location if there is a choice.
This is the absolute worst post office I’ve ever dealt with. We’ve complained about our mailman not delivering mail, packages, or even a slip to notify us about the non-delivered package to no avail. Problems persist and managers at this office generally just argue with us about policy rather than offering solutions.Also the hours are terribly inconvenient and inaccessible for anyone working a 9-5.
Really, really slow service at the window. Why you only have one person working the window on a Saturday morning is beyond me. Especially when we can see a bunch of other employees walking around in the back. On top of that how can you be sold out of Christmas stamps in the beginning of December. Theyre forever stamps, make a bunch of them and sell them next year too.Whos running this place???
Went in as I was in the area and not near my normal Post Office. A super nice and knowledgeable young Asian woman helped me pick the correct mailer to get the cheapest rate for what I needed. Another lady helped me check out. By far the cleanest, most helpful and efficient Post Office service Ive received in recent memory.
By far THE WORST post office in history!!! I would have given them negative stars but that is not an option. Consistently DO NOT receive packages that tracking says have been delivered to my mailbox, always getting other peoples mail which makes me wonder who is getting mine.. Helen Keller would be a better choice for the mail carrier here!
You people that ran my mail today are complete idiots and because of you I am missing a check that states it was delivered. I received every piece of Mail but that one!! I’ve filed a case and filed a complaint. Why do they not answer the phone?!?!?! It rings and rings and the hang up on you!! I was depending on this check. I needed this check badly and I was waiting on it. You’ve ruined everything. Everything.
The customer service here is so poor, this is the last place on earth I would go to for any passport service. Employees do not take there job seriously and do not provide the best of service. They’re not going an extra mile to provide as much help to a customer. I went to this location for a passport appointment on February 22, 2021 and JESUS TAKE THE WHEEL!!; GOD knows what this employee has done to my application but she was very unprofessional and did not greet me pleasantly but she was able to laugh with her co-workers and have a positive attitude with about a conversation they were having. Like where was that same energy when you are communicating with a customer and helping them and keeping them satisfied as well as a first timer coming into this location? I am having a hard time in tracking my passport application and this woman didn’t even provide a tracking number for my application that I paid hard working money out of my pocket. The management here definitely need to coach there employees on having manners and good customer service when somebody walks into that place of business. I’m so disappointed that I would rate this location 0 stars if it was available. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION EVERYONE!!
Service is a bit slow to say the least. Not very busy during weekdays afternoons. Staff is helpful but again slow. Self serve station for after hours. I would suggest if you need help at the desk to go between 2 and 5pm. Customer service and a since of urgency is lacking here. Frustrating place.
This post office is the worst. The old guy at the front desk is rude and should not be working with the public. The mail carrier for my route is one of the most incompetent people of I’ve ever dealt with. I receive a notice each day advising me of the mail/packages I am to receive so I know what is expected. Mail and packages are constantly being delivered to the wrong address. Sometimes it will be delivered by whomever received it but most times it’s just never received. When I contact the post office, all I get are excuses. So frustrating. By the way, I’d have given zero stars but the website wouldn’t post without one marked.
Agree with all of the other 1 star reviews. This place consistently loses my packages/mail or delivers them to the wrong person. My birthday card from my parents has been lost/delivered to the wrong person 3 years in a row. Inexcusable. You never realize how big of an inconvenience lost mail/packages is until you have to deal with it every time you order something.
Brittany, with the passport verification service, was THE MOST helpful and supportive person through a challenging process for us. We are so grateful for her help, and she went above and beyond to provide professional and encouraging service. She represents the USPS very well.
Went in today to apply for a passport. Service was extremely fast, especially if you had your documents ready. They had to make a new copy of one of my items and take the photo for my passport. Quick with no issues. The man behind the counter had clearly done this a million times and knew what he was doing. Will visit this USPS again.
We have lived in our home for 32 years and have NOT had this bad of mail delivery service in that time. I thought maybe the mailman was stopping for a quicky, but from the other reviews, I guess 43235 post office has either downsized employees or become complacent. The routes are too big for downsizing. I am missing multiple packages that I should have received over a week ago. Im amazed I received my new Social Security card at all. I do believe I might have to file a formal complaint to the Postmaster General of the USA or at least to our local TV stations.
By far the worst post office in town. The majority of the staff working the retail line need to retire! Whoever runs this location needs to be trained on how to operate a retail location. The current system is lousy and inefficient. This location has 3 retail stations and they NEVER use all three even if there is a line of 10 people or more waiting. They are more concerned with the passports while everyone else has to wait 15 to 20 minutes to mail a package. Also, the majority of the staff has no training on anything and can’t answer any questions. WORTHLESS!!
If I could give zero stars I would! This post office is the worst. We have a Keyed mail box and if you have a larger package you get a key for that other mail box in your personal mailbox. Well they put my package in there and they did not give me the key. They gave it to someone else. And the I can not get my mail, never mind if someone decides to check the bo, my stuff will be gone. I am so pissed. I have no package it is an hour wait to talk to someone and they never call you back on the call back list. You cant talk to anyone in the office, they even lost my passport last year. they are out of control
The first impression I had when I was standing in line, seeing how they were treating the customers, was (I wonder why the USPS is being bailed by the federal government every year); and yet they are still employing individuals who dont possess the most basic level of decent manners and professional interactive skills.I approached the counter to apply for a passport for my child, the person serving me was, dry, rude and very unforgiving in nature. I swear he was copying our last name which is only five letters name, off of a birth certificate, yet he misspelled it!! I caught it right away and pointed out to him the mistake as well as the consequences of such a mistake while traveling through international airports!The concerning question here, is not them being incompetent and unqualified employees, but how come the USPS management is doing nothing about this rooted problem in this specific branch as well as other locations throughout the nation, despite all the reviews and feedback that are 100% accessible on different platforms, such as here on Google?!!
I have had nothing but great service at this post office location and my mail is always delivered accurately and on time. When I had an issue with an Amazon Sunday delivery 3 weeks ago, I called the 800 number with the tracking number. A manager called me back within 24 hours, but my packages had already been located. The mail carriers have a thankless job and I appreciate that they get my mail and packages to me on time, and always with a smile and hello whenever I see them.
This is the absolute worst post office I have ever dealt with. First of all they claimed they left one of two packages at my front door which was never there, and then said it was actually delivered to my rental office which it was not and claimed someone there was stealing packages. Second, they said that the other package was in a parcel locker next my mailbox at my apartment complex that requires a key but never left a key. It has now been 9 days since it was left in there and no one has come to open it even with a constant communication with someone at the post office. She even keeps promising me she is going to send someone to do it but no one does. I have also been in there multiple times separate from this ridiculous incident and they have been very slow moving and not very nice. If you have a choice in post offices, do not use this one unless you want to be frustrated!
The lady at the front counter today was very rude. I told her I had an appointment for passport today and she wanted to view my confirmation number on my phone after I gave her my confirmation number verbal before she told me Let me see it on your phone. Which rubbed me the wrong way. I actually came a day early which I misread on my behalf.I will be cancelling my appointment here and go to another location instead.I just moved here a month ago and my first time coming to this location. I will not me returning.
Even WITH tracking numbers, this post office regularly loses mail and packages. I actually had a security camera installed because this post office has lost 6 packages (or stolen them) this year alone. No one ever answers the phone when I call, so I end up going and standing in line for an hour to be told by a cynical jerk your package was delivered, the tracking number says so. Yes, sir, I realize that, but I have video proof that not only was it not delivered to MY address, but our mail carrier didnt even come by for hours after the supposed delivery time on the tracking information. My new favorite is that they state no secure location for a package that will fit in my mailbox. We are considering getting a PO Box just so they will no longer have excuses, but loathe giving such a junk institution any more money.
If I could give zero stars I would. I unfortunately have to deal with this post office because its the one near my house that delivers the mail. I have received two notices of failed delivery for a package that I am to receive. I dont even know what the package is and thats beside the point. My mother was sitting on the couch both times it was attempted to be delivered and the mailman never actually knocked on the door he just left the notice. When I called to try to get the item held they literally couldnt find it. This is ridiculous and should be punishable by law since mail tampering is illegal. Maybe then the post office wouldnt be as lazy as they can and do their actual jobs. And never mind trying to call them because thats going to do nothing and get you nowhere. I wish I could pick a different post office to have my mail sent through. I would seriously consider moving if youre stuck with this post office
Incredibly bad service. I went there for a passport application, they guy behind the counter, in his late 50s or early 60s, was extremely, incredibly hostile to every single person in line. He gets abnormally upset as soon as he hear the request from the customer for a passport application or renewal. He complains loudly in front of everybody and gives every single customer a hard time. He stapled my photo on the application in an extremely rude manner, I didnt complete my application and took my application to another post office, and the clerk told me that the method that he staples the photos on the application sheet is completely wrong and theres no way should he have done that. Incredibly dismal experience with USPS, never been through this before in my past 50+ post office visits.
The man at the desk was the most unhelpful person I have ever dealt with. I almost left when he told the woman in front of me that she couldve saved a lot of money using a flat rate envelope instead of a normal envelope AFTER she had paid for it. Then when i got up there, he refused to offer any help explaining the process of getting a passport. I kept asking how much extra the card was along with the book, but he kept responding the card was only good to get into neighboring countries. I get that, but could you please tell me how much extra it costs so i can decide if i want it or not.
Take one day off for an expected time-sensitive package which was supposed to deliver that day. The mailman never came and we got no mail in our mailbox that day. Checked the status online using tracking #, USPS site stated Your item is being held at the COLUMBUS, OH 43235 post office at 7:53 pm on. This is at the request of the customer. What a liar! Called the local branch post office next day, the line was busy ALL DAY, called 800 customer service and was told the wait time is between 50 min to 1 hr 6 min. Tried to send an email only to see a message The Email Us site is temporarily unavailable. Nothing will work and its so disappointing. The USPS definitely needs serious changes, organizationally and culturally.
This is the worse post office Ive ever lived near. Mail doesnt show up for days at a time and then gets stuffed into our box all at once, Ive had time sensitive mail arrive two weeks late, Amazon packages show up late, and Ive had at least two packages arrive to me opened. I mean literally a large envelope ripped open along the top to see whats inside. I fully intend on lodging a complaint with whomever I can
Thankfully I moved out of that part of town, so I dont have to deal with this post office anymore. However, I recently made an online purchase, and the package was sent to my old address on Cimmaron Station by mistake. I called USPS customer service, and they assured me that my mail forwarding was still active and my package would get to my new address within 7-10 days. Well, I checked tracking today, and the incompetent staff apparently didnt do their job, as my package was delivered. Of course it was after hours, so Ill have to wait until they open to call. Not that it will get me anywhere. This is just one problem in a long line of problems Ive had with this post office.
Literally the worst. They hung up the phone and took it off the hook because they didnt want to make the mailbox keys they were supposed to make over a week ago!This post office works with nearby apartment complexes in making new resident keys and at least 4 new residents have been unable to pick their mail up for over three weeks because they are understaffed and the rest of the employees just dont have the time to do their jobs. If you talk to the manager her just shrugs and says well it wasnt me so I dont know what you expect me to do about it.I had to come down here and personally wait for 30 minutes until they made me my keys.Tip: if youre picking up keys, come at closing. The only thing the employees care about is getting out on time so you will likely get your mailbox keys much faster if you come at 5:00!
Absolutely the rudest, most inconsiderate staff I have ever come across. The receptionist through to the manager (who is conveniently never there when I call). Their attitude is that its your problem, not mine...deal with it. I have literally seen entire businesses move out of the area due to the extremely poor customer service they deliver. Avoid at all costs. I now completely understand why the USPS is going under, and people are switching to other methods (FedEx, UPS). I cant even express how bad my experience was....just unbelievable.
I am so mad at how terrible the tracking and assistance is from the postal service on Nicholas Drive. I have been getting the run around for several weeks, no one seems to know where my stuff is or be available to answer the phone 99% of the time. My package said it was delivered weeks ago to my door but never showed. I had another one issued out by the provider only to have USPS lose this one too. So now, I STILL dont have what I ordered and I can scarcely ever get ahold of anyone thru local or national customer service lines... Im completely fed up at this point. USPS get your act together! Hire more people or something so these issues will not continue!!
I work in the service industry and usually have a lot of patience for customer service workers. However, this is by far one of the worst post offices I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. I recently moved to the area and it has taken two months to finally get my mailbox keys and address change, however there are STILL issues with my address change that they have not helped resolve in the slightest. Always understaffed, slow, rude, and incompetent... Basically just awful service every single time I have visited. Avoid if possible.
Very rude stuff (lady)!! I called first and then went for a passport application. The lady at the counter was really rude and said they wont offer passport service today. When I told her that I spoke to Rich just 10 minutes back and he asked me to come over, the lady was more harsh. She did not even take responsibility of her colleagues conversation. Have never seen such irresponsible and rude attitude in any USPS center till date.
Very Disappointed!! I think this post office is shady. I wouldnt be surprised if my package was stolen...I had a important package sent to me recently come up missing... unfortunately the person who sent it didnt get tracking.After reading the reviews and other peoples experiences it sounds like my package was probably stolen by the postman or woman. Ive never had any issue like this when I lived in Powell they seem to always deliver the packages and not steel them in the process.. So I guess this kind of thing comes with the territory considering the location I live in now and the post office that currently delivers my mail.
Worst post office ever experienced.. they will lose your mail several times a month. They will never be able to help a customer with a delivery issue. They will tell you false misleading information all the time. They will tell you anything to get you to think they are doing their job when they arent.
This Post office is so incredibly inept!!! My carrier however is awesome, not his fault the office is terrible. I ordered an Xmas present for my son from a company in Illinois on 12/10, it shipped out on 12/13, it is STILL not here because these dipsh!ts sent it to Tampa Florida AFTER it arrived to my post office with the correct address! It is on its way back to Columbus from Tampa but will not be here in time for Christmas! Thanks, jackasses!!!
Absolute WORST post office in the area, by FAR. The phone is never on, its been busy for 2 weeks straight. The new delivery guy left my complexs entire package delivery out in the middle of our mailboxes, and in turn I had 3 packages worth over $1800 stolen! They are too busy to talk when I go in, and cant even get a manager on the phone because the line is busy 24/7
I called them 6 times across two lines, one that another post office provided, and one at the line listed on usps locator, and they ignored me each time, even picking up the phone and slamming it down.Then my girlfriend called from an OSU line and they answered right away.Combined with my in store experience, this is a very unprofessional, unhelpful staff.
They dont deserve any stars. The rudest, shadiest ring of thieves on earth. We should file a class action Lawsuit. Multiple times Ive had packages with tracking numbers that say delivered and there are no packages to be found. Counter staff are old, stupid and rude. Supervisors no where to be found. Phone must be off the hook because its busy 24/7. Unbelievable!
Screw these guys! According to the tracking it says its been delivered. Look in my mailbox and its empty. Called 2 days in a row and nobody knows anything so thats 40$ down the drain. Its really unfair when you pay for someone to do a service and you dont get refunded because they are incompetent at their job. Its pretty much stealing. You guys are a bunch of thieves and I really hope something valuable that you own gets stolen then maybe you might handle somebody elses property with care.
Very slow workers who often have little knowledge and even less patience. Be prepared to follow-up with them constantly if you need something done quickly. If youre lucky enough that someone actually answers the phone you may get the runaround; if possible show up in person so they cannot ignore you. They are notorious for playing the manager phone tag game where the manager just left two seconds before you called. On the bright side, they have a big parking lot...
I asked to have a key made for my mailbox at my new residence almost a month ago, and despite me following up with them on a regular basis it hasnt gotten done. I have been given numbers to call and follow up with, but all of them lead to nothing. This level of incompetence is bad enough, but when Im met with a dismissive attitude and given different estimations on when the key will be made every time I go in, all of which have been wrong, I cant help but speak out and let anyone who has to deal with this particular location know that they are in for a frustrating visit. If you can avoid dealing with this location, do it. Its almost time for me to move into my new apartment and its looking like I wont have access to my mail for god knows how long, and I wouldnt be surprised if that was breaking some sort of federal law.
Mail is always delivered incorrectly. They lose packages for me all the time. They leave slips that say you have 15 days to pick up certified mail...that is of course unless they feel like sending it back earlier at which point they tell you too bad and say Next!. Im going to go postal on the post office. This place is a joke.
Worst experience with the post office ever. Just moved into a new house received mail for three days only to get a green vacant notice wrote my name and husbands 3 weeks no one picks it up expecting important mail only to never receive it spent two weeks with unhelpful man first i dealt with only to tell me the carrier should of picked it up...scratching his head in confusion and no other help after. Second attempt woman gives me number only to say carrier should of picked it up. Again little to no help. Today i wait outside my house to have THE CARRIER BLAME ME FOR NOT WRITING IT. IT WAS IN THE MAILBOX ALL WRITTEN. I have photos and texts with my husband to prove this. If i could i would give this place half a star not worth keeping this place running.
Worst post office in the Columbus area... Constantly have delivery issues with this location, and they do not answer their phone or they just hang up on you so it stops ringing. If you have a question, you have to actually go there and stand and line forever and then deal with the rude employees who do not want to help. It’s honestly really sad.
Well, with that kind of customer service I observed while standing in line for 40 minutes (by one particular employee), I can understand why the postal service is going bankrupt. He lectures everyone about everything they did wrong. Its mail, sir, not brain surgery. (Im sure you know who Im talking about) The gentleman that helped me was friendly and nice. I felt I had hit the jackpot!
I went there twice today and this Asian lady and then the older white guy didnt even try(to me) to help the issue with the mail that we cannot locate. I was told to talk to Catherine(didnt get to see her but I wish) but its a waste of time....poor service....what ever happened to going up and beyond for the customer? Get your acts together
They are the worst!! I got a redelivery notice on my door. I requested a redelivery and waited sll day and no one showed up. Then I requested a pick up, I went to this office snd they yold me that they have nothing for me!! I havent received my package until now and I dont know where is it! This office has lost my package!!
You will need to search for customer service here. Angry/Frustrated old gentleman serving front will not get repeat customers. Time to move them to backend jobs and leave the customer friendly staff in front. Worst experience using passport renewal service. Did get my job done though but will I go back ? Definitely not.
***EDIT*** Wont get mail for days... Mail is so late, coupons from the advertisements are EXPIRED. They must be awful to work for. ***EDIT***They wont knock on your door, but theyll leave a pink slip saying you have to pick it up your letter/package at the post office???
Terrible service, once you forget to pick up your mail for several days. The mailman assume your place is vacant and return all the mails to the sender, instead of the normal routine of putting it on hold for a couple weeks before returning them to the senders. And good luck trying to get help when you call/walk in, the staffs and mailmen in this location are extremely lazy, unprofessional and rude.
When I called to plan my visit, they gave me incorrect times for when they were able to process passport applications. When I arrived, that said, yeah, on this day we do it later, theres a sign on the door... There was a hand written note taped to the window. I asked if this was a recent change, as I called the week prior & wasnt informed. The woman I was speaking to just smirked & shrugged. Also, the older man behind the counter was yelling at a woman wearing a hijab. He was talking fast & she asked him to repeat. He proceeded to tell at her & did so 2 more times while I was next to them at the counter.Extremely unprofessional & very rude.
Missing mail and it has important documents that I need and I should of received them last Tuesday and here is it Monday and no mail at all.This is the 5th day I have received my mail from them. The Nicholas road location need to get the act together and get people there mail.
Had to wait more then 30 minutes to buy one book of stamps. Both clerks were helping passport applicants. They should have a separate window for that anyway. Very rude and inefficient employees. Wish I had an extra set of hands so I could give these guys 4 thumbs down.
I saw from my window that the carrier came and left without getting out of her vehicle, while marking my package as delivery attempted, notice left, no authorized recipient available. I went outside and saw the we missed you pink slip on the ground near my garage. And no, this is not the first time that a fake delivery attempt has happened.
Incompetent employees with rude attitude. One of them FORGOT to tell me about an additional fee for an international delivery option he recommended. After filling all the paperwork, he announced the price as MUCH higher than originally provided. I wasted a lot of time since the contents of the package were worth less than the price and thus I ultimately decided to send it via a cheeper option.Another time the same man snarkily responded That is what I said when I wanted to make sure I heard correctly.Another time I asked Who is the manager here? to which he responded Kim without even bothering to give me the full name.
This is a pitiful excuse for a business. Our packages frequently are not delivered and then given an unreasonable excuse for the non-delivery. The latest excuse for a package bit being delivered was that there was an animal interference. We have no animals. There isnt any accountability to correct these inexcusable actions.
I just moved and I was not able to get my mail due to not having a key I went in asked the man at the front desk he said they have no idea when they will get around to fixing this....also told me there was no way I could just get my mail at the office! He was the worst
Horrible service! They delivered my parcel to the wrong person, this person never bring it back to me. I loose money and they never pick up the phone!!! third day calling, line is ALWAYS busy. Looks like they just dont want to talk to anyone. This not the first time!!! They lost my packege 8 month ago. I hope someone is reading this reviews and will do something to improove the service!

2022-05-03I would give 0 stars if possible for this location. extremely unprofessional and unable to follow through on anything. Of the last 4 packages I’ve received, 3 had a status of “Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location” which was a complete lie. wasted an entire day waiting for an item that required my signature just to get the above status updated at 8:20 pm. no one ever answers the phone so I doubt they even care to fix any issues. I go out of my way now to NOT order anything online if it is shipped via USPS 🫤

2022-02-19Do you enjoy constant disappointment, then do I got a deal for you!! For just the price of taxes and postage, you can get you packages stolen off your porch because the post office doesnt honor a HOLD MAIL request!!!! This is the second time in a month this particular post office has let me down. First time, they had a package at their facility from FedEx Smartpost for 3 days before finally deciding to deliver, and this time they decide to deliver my mail when I didnt want them to.

2022-06-13I had an appointment set for 2:30pm to have my photo taken and passport documents submitted. I arrived at 2:10 to figure out that the individual responsible for that had went home. I was told my only option was to take more time off work and to reschedule.

2022-06-25Mail carrier decided she didn’t want to deliver a corn hole game because it was a large box. She scanned my package as delivered and left a pink slip that says sorry we missed you while you were out. Because she scanned it as delivered, I couldn’t reschedule a delivery and had to pick it up myself. Went to pick it and the person there refused to help put the box in my car. The guy just stood there and watch while a guy that was in line for his mail helped. The box wasn’t even heavy.Another occurrence where I didn’t get a package. It was a umbrella for my patio, but the carrier noted the item couldn’t be delivered because my mailbox was full. REALLY??? It’s Saturday and and the post office closes early so now I have to wait until Monday and will probably have to pick it up from them.

2022-02-12Terrible service. Notified that a package was ready for pick up because they were not able to deliver to my home despite delivering the rest of my mail. Lady at the desk stated the tracking number I was provided by the USPS was inaccurate and just wait and my package will eventually show up. Very rude and unhelpful

2022-04-23Please explain why the post office has a self service machine and have posters, and directions to go and use it and when you step out of line to use it, and loose your place in line, the machine DOES NOT WORK! Why? Why would you have people step out of line to use this and it doesn’t work at all. Ridiculous!DO NOT PAY FOR ANY FASTER DELIVERY. *****If you pay any fee for a faster delivery it will NOT happen. I paid for a letter first class and tracking do be delivered within 3 days as advertised. It’s now 7 days and that letter has still not been delivered. Delivered to Illinois not another country but one state away from Ohio! Not one person at the USPS does their job and no one is held accountable or responsible for anything. There is no reason to use the USPS for anything. They take your money and then do nothing. There has got to be a way to shut them down, get rid of all employees, and reopen an honest and work ethic based delivery business. 2022-06-22I sent 3 packages internationally and it costs 350$ but one of the packages came back I don’t know the reason why it came back , those are just shoes toys and clothes for kids and I lost 2 packages I went today they don’t even bother about it and they said they don’t have any idea and behave so rudely and those ladies showing racism. They are so rude !

2018-06-30Staff were nice and proactive to help customers. I always love post offices and respect staff working at postal department, they get paid least, but they work hard and sincerely. How often you miss a mail in your lifetime? Only negative comment is Location of post office, this post office is not easily found, seems like in remote area.

2022-03-02Worst post office I have ever dealt with! STILL WAITING ON MAIL BOX KEYS two and a half weeks and counting. Ridiculous!! Horrible horrible service! And no one cares!!! Wish I could give NO STARS cause one is too generous! Never experienced anything like this ever!

2021-09-22I tried to get my mail keys from here but how am I supposed to pick my mail keys up if you’ve never told when you’d call ? When it’s been over a week with no call, and google says the most time it should take for mail keys to arrive is a week. When you try to call the number listed under here, there no real person on the line and you can’t even talk to a real person. We need help from real people, not a machine that can’t hear us correctly or let alone even help. I would love to see improvements and it starts with the company first.
