I’ve filed several complaints and each time they blame Covid, but I’ve always had inconsistent service. I signed up for informed delivery and I’m missing a ton of mail. I’m waiting for a bunch of important documents and several checks and now I feel like they have been lost. It’s been 4 days since I’ve gotten mail. I feel like someone should inform people about having inconsistencies in their mail service.
I would give -5 stars if I could. Worst service ever. Went to the Innis Rd branch and the Supervisor gives attitude and lady at the front desk refused to get mail for addresses that havent had mail for weeks. Supervisor said it was a new policy as of yesterdayand zip codes 43224 and 43211 have to wait to get their mail delivered. Today is the 27th of January.Ive got news for you. Called the head post office and they said that Innis Rd branch is NOT allowed to create their own policies and if mail has NOT been delivered for a while that they HAVE to give you your mail.Looks like a few people are going to lose their jobs and I hope they do! Whats the point in being open if you cant give the customers their mail theyve been waiting on for weeks?! 100+ pieces of mail per household at that. It doesnt seem youre there for the customer, but for yourselves to make money. SHAME ON YOU! You CANT hold peoples mail hostage like that. Grow up, stop being lazy and get to work!
Going on two months staying in 43219 area and my mail isnt being delivered everyday. What is point having informed delivery if you mail dont come that day smh. I had sat my outgoing mail out on Friday and came back home at night and it was still sitting there. Smh its ridiculous why its being hard. Not everyone can go drop outgoing mail at post office, not everyone has transportation so its important mailman comes everyday like there supposed to especially if they are apartments Im sure
Oh my God it snowed!!! Couldn’t possibly deliver the mail with snow on the ground!!! I can understand on the first day, but OUR mailman hasn’t bothered delivering mail for THREE DAYS now!!!! How do I know I just haven’t had mail? There are no footprints in the snow and none of the neighbors have received mail either!!! Coronet/Ganson/Fayette area
They refuse to give us our mail, wont send it out for WEEKS at a time, and will NOT let us pick our mail up in person. Because of USPS refusing to give people mail, we missed a court date to get a restraining order on a stalker. They kept our mail for 2 WEEKS before finally sending it out. We missed 2 court dates and now our stalker thinks because the court wont do anything and we didnt show up because we didnt get the mail telling us when the dates were that she can keep stalking us and harassing us. I hope every single one of you loses your jobs. When you intentionally withhold legal papers from people who need them, all you do is hurt them and make their lives even harder. None of you deserve to have such an important job, especially when youre all so useless.
We havent received mail for over two weeks, and it isnt just us - our entire neighborhood is having the same problem. This is ridiculous, people depend on the mail for extremely important things that they are not receiving. Something needs to be done about the staff at this post office.
I believe this post office being open is a disservice to the community. Many of the workers are incompetent, the postal business is not where they belong. The residents of North Linden deal with many problems, but not receiving our mail or having our things damaged or delivered to the wrong address shouldnt be something we are subject to weekly. If you are reading this please take the time to file a complaint with the Office of Inspector General. It is the only way we can help this problem.
If I could give this post office 0 stars I would. I goe weeks with no mail being delivered. My packages saying attempted delivery no access to delivery location which is funny because my packages get delivered exactly where my mail does so that is pure laziness on postal carrier that day. I have security cameras on both my doors & have proof of mail & packages not being delivered or anybody attempting to deliver. The best one is having it on video of the mailman at around 1:50pm pull onto my side street where he parks & just sits in his mail truck for a few min & I get the notification that my pkg couldnt be delivered bc no access to delivery location. I look at the camera & mailman is pulling away. He didnt even deliver ANYBODYS mail down the whole side street or to me & my 7 neighbors. I avoid using USPS for delivery. If I have to pay extra for others I will.
The post office customer service is not good. It takes forever to contact someone if something happens to your package.. my package was supposed to be delivered to me on Thursday and then it wasn’t. I haven’t gotten any updates about my package since. Very suspicious!
The most incompetent group of workers I’ve ever met. Every one there is rude, and doesn’t ever wanna help you. They constant roll your eyes at you everytime you talk to them. They act like they don’t know anything you’re talking about. And never file anything, or follow through with orders. My roommates and I moved into this community back in OCTOBER and are STILL dealing with not having our mail. Call corporate on them and report them to the grand master general. Absolutely ridiculous.
Its the worse, avoid if you can. A line of 8 people takes them an hour to get through, and service is low effort. If this is your mail service branch Im sorry for you as you will not get your mail for weeks to month when you move in. Getting your mail key is impossible. They also never answer any calls or messages.
I order a lot online and I’ve NEVER had issues with packages being lost with other carriers, but my USPS packages are constantly lost. They mark packages as delivered without delivering and one time even forged my signature to say it was delivered.My most recent experience with this facility has me convinced it’s some of these USPS workers stealing packages. I have opened investigations with Office of Inspector General as of yesterday, and plan to file a police report today for mail theft.Absolutely unacceptable.
Me and dad get home from for lunch from work and we watch the mailman walked up to our door and just throw my package on the ground, not drop but actually threw it to the ground and we cursed at him for the disrespect. and now 4 days later we find that our account has been placed on hold, by customer request. they falsifying customer information
Innis rd postal carriers are terrible. I only get mail 2-3 days a week and when I do there is mail in box for somebody else on another street. I assume someone in 43224 getting mine too. For sake of privacy and security of bank statements etc, no wonder persons should go paperless because they hire worthless non caring carriers who are always talking on mobile while doing deliveries and packages, they throw them on a porch and keep moving. You cant call to complain at main or local level; they never answer phone! Are these still government jobs? Bad reflection on our government employees.
The staff is incompetent and rude. The line was long—which by itself is completely fine—but the childish and curt demeanor of the cashier was difficult to listen to for 20 minutes. When people like that are hired its evident theres a labor shortage. Its not as if this review will do anything as Columbus has consistently produced inept government necessities (e.g., the BMV, USPS), but I figured I would add to the voices saying, please go elsewhere.
My packages are constantly not delivered. Even SOMETIMES being marked delivered but never brought to my door. I am furious, l have to send packages to my mothers when they are replaced or the replacement is stolen too. Stolen by the post office workers. The informed delivery can track every package straight to them. Investigations are a joke. Opened then closed saying, its just lost but may still show up. Some how when reordered to my mothers address THEY DO NOT GO MISSING. My mother lives 40 minutes away so it is a major inconvenience. I try to never us USPS for any package but sometimes it unavoidable. Im disgusted with Innis Rd USPS!!!!!!
1.3 is an overestimate - I’ve started reaching out to my shippers when my packages dont arrive in the hopes that theyll consider UPS, FedEx, or DHL instead. I’ve never experienced daily delivery as “optional” until I moved here. This feels like one of those systemic hurdles people talk about - how can my neighbors pay their bills on time and live their lives the same when we get 1/3 the service and quality of surrounding neighborhoods. This is what inequity looks like, people.
I live on Como Ave 43224, my mail is being delivered to my neighbors next door and on the next street. I was sent a check in the mail that was delivered to someone else. This neighbor was nice enough to put it in my mailbox alone with 4 other letters. My utility bills are always late.MAY I PLEASE GET MY MAIL DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS? Post office is on Innis Rd.
The most incompetent post office ever! I did a hold mail request it was supposed to start tomorrow 8/20. They didn’t read and started it 8/18! I stopped my mail man today to see why he said you have a hold mail. I said not until tomorrow he said I’ll bring it tomorrow. I said we are going out of town that’s why it was set for tomorrow we leave early in the morning. He then told me he’d bring my stuff early in the morning. Doubt it. I have never had such a poor experience with a post office in my life. Why is it so hard to read when a hold mail request starts.
Had to leave a note begging them to take my outgoing mail because for 2 1/2 days they were delivering it they are on camera but instead of taking my outbound time sensitive work mail they crammed it down in the box and put the incoming mail in. The postal carrier decided to blame it on being short staffed and wrote back on the note, but if mail is being delivered then mail needs picked up!!! Told me to drive to a blue box and drop it off. Okay guy are you gonna go buy a car for me to get to a blue box???? I have a mailbox my outgoing mail should be getting picked up there is no excuse! Can’t get anyone by phone, they are closed by the time I’m off work. I work from home! The outgoing mail has to go out! Can’t schedule a pickup through their site because it’s not available for my address! What does this place expect us to do!!! The fact this is such a far spread problem based on these reviews and nobody cares is absolutely sickening
Had a package to be delivered - was out for delivery and all information was valid and I have never had an issue with address details. Package ended up being returned to sender for no apparent reason. Called this post office who is responsible, let it ring, someone picked up and hung up immediately. No wonder the average rating is 1.2 stars. They dont do their job well and this resulted in stealing shipping money from hard working people - and during these times, especially! Unless I get my money back, this is fraud.
I truly hope the government steps in and does something about this post office. All these comments are correct. The people are rude, you can never get anyone to answer the phone when you call, my packages get lost, and my outgoing mail NEVER gets picked up!!! I put it postage side up out of the box so the carrier can see USPS has not stamped the postage yet and they still don’t care!!! I am working from home and time sensitive mail goes out. It is not right or fair that they will drop mail but won’t pick up the outgoing. When this location doesn’t answer the phone I have called the 1800 number and made complaints on everything mentioned above but nothing is ever done and I am stuck with the same struggles I’ve been facing since moving into my residence nearly 2 years ago!!! Something has got to give! If I could give zero stars as an option I would.
My entire block hasn’t seen the mailman in 48 hours. Why is this where my hard earned money go? It’s one thing to get your mail after 6pm which is what our block deals with everyday but it’s a entirely different monster when the mail never comes at all. This is unacceptable!

I called the post office and some one would answered the phone and kept hanging it up. A mail answered the phone later . The male answered the phone as if he was at home. He didnt answer the phone in a business manner - identifying the business as United Postal Office. Mainly, I was supposed to have a package delivered and the post office said they could not get into the entrance to deliver the package. Note there was no problem with entrance to deliver the package and I have not received the package yet.Very Poor Service. Non-Professional.
I am only giving 1 star because 0 stars isnt an option. The desk associates are rude and horridly condescending. I have filed a report and heard nothing back. I have called several times and no one answers the phone. I have no access to my mailbox because they are refusing to give me the key, even though I have followed their instructions and they have stamped my lease in approval.Its not even worth going in person to the office because every time I have, I have waited in line for upwards of an hour only to be yelled at by the woman at the front desk. Its sad that they seem to be unwilling to provide proper training for their employees nor proper service for customers.
This complaint is for USPS Office at 2000 Innis Rd, Columbus, OH 43224 for purposely delaying mails and unprofessionalism.**So, my package was sent to my physical living address mailbox by accident. This mail box was marked vacant because we have our own secured PO BOX and we dont want to use this mailbox, also, the post office that handles this mailbox has been known for mail theft and rude behaviours, according to the news and other personal source (e.g: other post offices literally warn us against this post office).I like to be open and I dont like to think of people in a lower light because I think we all have struggles, but the worst was also confirmed to me.Due to senders mistake, my package was sent to my living address. I had to go to the post office to retrieve it because it was being marked Vacant and being sent back. This is right on the day of delivery 12/1/2020. The first time, I came at 3PM, I was told by a man (in his 30s, black,bald) that my package is being handled by the carrier outside, so theyll come back around 5PM, he told me to come back at 8AM tomorrow and hell hold it for me, despite it being progressed to send back, I was extremely grateful and said I will come back at 8AM tomorrow.However, I come back around 5PM in hope to retrieve it a bit earlier (this is an expensive rare, live plant ($700-800 in value when mature) and it cannot handle the cold, USPS is already delivering it one day later than they are supposed to). Another person (older, black,bald) gave me a completely different answer, told me he cant hold the mail for me, and told me Youre taking too much time. Next please.In the morning, I came back to try to retrieve my package, I also brought a lease to try and retrieve my key for my physical mail box. One woman (white, blond) told me again I cant retrieve my package. I told her the man (in his 30s, black) told me to come here and hell hold it for me, I left the house at 8AM to go to the post office because he said he would hold it for me. The woman quickly said: Hes not here now. We cant go digging in the mail for you. She quickly kicked me to the older black man who refused to help me yesterday because he recognizes me. Sure enough, he refused to go look at the package for me. I believe they are purposely delaying mails, the mail is inside the facility and they refuse to go get it for me even though I have proof its mine. I explained the situation that the plant is fragile and its just right here in this building, I would really appreciate it if they get it for me, but this man repeats his answer.I gave up and said I just wanted my key (So I never have to be there again and deal with them). He took a look at the lease and said theres no name on it. Guaranteed, there were a lot of words and I was trying to find my name too, I dont look at leases everyday like post office workers do. He told me Im taking too much time (again) and told me to go home.The last time, my husband came back and pointed out his name on the second line on the lease, and asked him why he kept sending me away and telling me Im taking too much time. He was silent. We wanted to talk to the manager, he went to find the manager but never came out and we waited for 20 minutes. Another customer literally fist bumped with my husband and said When youre right, youre right, indicating this is the usual scenario that happens at this post office, employees literally just want you to go away, refuse to do anything for you, making it difficult for you, and CALLING NEXT. If youre not simply dropping off a letter, dont go there.Long story short, we want nothing to do with this post office and their employees, except for a very sweet black woman (older), everyone seems to think that its ok to treat the customers like that and its been proven many times.Now we are unsure how to retrieve the key for the future. We have been calling Postmaster Secretary and several hotlines with no help from USPS. They also give us generic answers and told us to Just go back and get the key.
This is by far the worst post office I have ever encountered. Package says it was delivered to my parcel box however nothing was in the box and no key was provided for a larger box so Im really not sure where it is at this point. It seems every time I order something that gets delivered through the USPS near me it says its delivered but I dont receive it only for it to actually be delivered a week or 2 later. This happens with every single package I order that gets shipped through this garbage company. Whats the point of paying for 2-3 day shipping if its going to end up taking 2 weeks to get here because of the incompetence of the local post office. This has led me to praying the company Im ordering from is using UPS. The place has a 1.2 star review on Google with over 300 reviews so clearly its not just me. I cant even call them to ask because theres no phone number listed and when I call customer service theres a 45 minute wait every time. Wait lines at the office are easily 30 minutes and can get close to an hour depending on how busy they are. I dont blame the desk worker as Im guessing management is just shafting him. Why else would you have 1 person working the desk when theres a line of 30 people. This office should honestly be shut down. Ive lost track of the number of packages Ive filed as missing after saying they were delivered which then show up a full week later. Its super frustrating to have to constantly do returns for this s*** because the office cant get it together. Getting locks changed on my postal box was a nightmare and took weeks. Its truly amazing how bad this place is.
I went in in Mid/Late March to get my mailbox keys. The woman at the desk had the worst attitude from the second I walked up like she didn’t as to be there. Rudely told me it would take 4-8 weeks because “that’s how long it takes to change mailbox keys” wouldn’t give me any sort of slip, confirmation paper, number to call nothing. Basically said, they’ll call when they call. It’s been 12 weeks at this point. No mail keys, no phone call, and you can’t get through to an actual person on the phone. Trash. Straight trash. If you don’t want to work at a place that requires you to talk to the general public then find another job.
This post office is the saddest excuse for any type of business! They just LIE about delivery attempts. If a package doesnt fit in your mailbox, theyll report they ran into a problem (their quote, not mine), then return it to the facility. I dont know why they cant knock on your door or simply just put it on your porch like ALL other delivery services. If it does fit, its (sometimes) jammed in with your wadded up flat mail.They also do not know what extra ounce stamps are and will tell you You dont know what youre talking about. when you try to inform them. Again, their quote, not mine.I have to agree with other reviewers. Do NOT have packages delivered via USPS if you live in the 43224 zip code area! Their service is pathetic at BEST! Oh yeah, did I mention they just lie about delivery attempts?Wait times inside are usually at least 30 minutes. Horrible!
Terrible serviceLive in an apartment handled by this stationPostman makes no attempt to deliver large packages. Was waiting on a package at my place all day Saturday too... Spoke to the mgr at the station and was told they should be dropping off at the leasing office. Explained that is not what I was told over the phone 2hrs prior. It is against their policy I was told. He told me that was incorrect. Well another package is delayed because it wont fit in my mailbox. Now I have to wait another day or two to get my stuff...
At this post office, there is one good employee. I only ever see him on Saturdays. Outside of him, the rest fail to deliver, time and time again. My apartment has a drop box, and they always opt to not even attempt delivery. I work during their hours of operation, and they wont let any of my friends or family pick up my packages/mail.HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET MY MAIL?
This is the worst post office I have ever seen. They deserve a negative-10 rating. They are rude, slower than molasses, and lose my mail and packages. I have personally seen the mailman place my packages in someone else’s box twice and had to argue to get it out for me. And now I am missing 2 packages marked delivered several days ago
This establishment has the most rude person working here by the name of Terry. As I was waiting in line with no one in front of me she was on her phone texting until she finally asked me if I needed any help. When I asked her for a stamp she demanded very rudely that I had to write my return address and the address on the envelope that I was sending it to. I took my envelope and wrote my return address and address after what she printed a stamp and covered my address for me to have to write it on the sticker again. She was extremely unpleasant And exhibited such rude behavior to the next customer after me, an elderly lady who just needed help with her tracking. This woman is not fit for Customer Service.
Just one more story about the worst post office in Columbus. Had a package that I paid for 2nd day delivery. I waited and no package. Later checked the tracking and saw that they were unable to access the delivery location - the mailbox on the front of my house! Where they did manage to deliver another package that day. I had to drive to the post office the next day to get my package because I guess they only try once. 25 minutes in line later, I walked out with my package but no explanation or apology.When I keep hearing radio ads about saving the post office...... I say SCREW THAT - LET THEM FAIL!!!!!!!
I can confirm others complaints. Items shown as delivered hours after actual mail delivery (oddly enough an Amazon package...). Complaint filed with USPS, who were helpful with starting an investigation, although after a 35 minute wait on hold). Well see what happens... The carrier, when asked about the delivery the next day had no idea and suggested I contact the sender. Nothing like knowing how the tracking process works... Negative six stars. If you are going to complain, go direct to USPS, have your information on hand, and wait to speak to a human.
I have been to my local post office at 2200 Innis Rd. two separate times in an attempt to get my mail keys to retrieve my mail. After waiting in line for over an hour I was told by an employee that my electronic copy of my lease isnt acceptable, and that I needed a printed copy. So I returned the next day and waited in line for another hour. Only to be told that they did not have my keys or any of the 10 pieces of mail that I had received emails about. They told me that they would call me when I could get my keys, but it has been over a week. I have bills to retrieve and pay. I need my keys. I need my mail. The 2200 Innis Rd. post office is the worst post office I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I have never had any trouble getting mail keys for a new apartment or with receiving mail at a new apartment.
Worst post office ever. Not only have they lost my package with a tracking number on it, delivered my tracked mail to the wrong address but they have also left my outgoing mail sitting in my mailbox for more than a week. They will be getting the bill if I get charged late fees for their negligence.
I completely understand why the Post Office is losing in todays world. I requested a mailbox number for my apartment and they said theyd call me when they get to it. Its been a full week and NOTHING. Do they even hear the phone ringing? I have no way to collect my mail!!
This the worst post office ive ever had the displeasure of receiving service from. they have lost or failed to deliver approx 10 packages of mine over the previous 6 months. when you open a case with them, they close it immediately and give you no refund or explanation for where your packages are. the lines inside are also incredibly long and they usually only have 1 person working the desk. i paid $$ to open up a po box on the other side of columbus just so i could stop having to deal with these buffoons.
Well I pretty much agree with everyone else. Just moved into this area and I already avoid going to the post office. Had two amazon packages I paid extra for two day shipping. The day they arrive I got an email that the post office received them at 7:30am and at 2:30pm they were ready for pick up. I went at 4pm and was told they hadn’t been sorted yet and I couldn’t pick them up. I don’t know why I bothered paying extra to have them arrive sooner! Had to go back the next day again only for them to not be able to find the packages. Finally gave them tracking numbers and they were able to pull them. There’s always a crazy long line! From now on I’ll ship my packages elsewhere so I don’t have to mess with it.
Was expecting two different packages on two different days. The carriers marked both as DELIVERED but neither were. I checked tracking and both say that they’re AT the post office (after being marked as out for delivery all day) for me to PICK UP. I know USPS is Hot Mess Express lately, and hoped they’d just bring both packages on the second day, but for both to be “available to pick up” while being marked as delivered is unacceptable.
I have to agree with everyone else. This might possibly be one of the worst post offices on the planet. My mail is rarely sorted correctly. My neighbors and I are always getting the wrong mail. Packages get scanned by supervisors early in the day as being out for delivery but half the time are not in the carriers bag or on the truck. One substitute carrier told me she didnt have anything for me, I insisted she look and both packages were on the floor of her truck. The turnover rate for carriers is extremely high.There used to be a sign inside this place that read If your wait is more than 15 minutes, call . They took that down because they didnt want to hear how frequently slow, backed up and incompetent they are.Its as bad as all that.Please if everyone on here could report each and every bad experience they have with this horrible place to the Contact Us page of the USPS website. Let them know that we are fed up with their ineptitude over even the most basic jobs that they are paid to do.
Mail and packages aren’t getting delivered or they are getting stolen. My package was returned to sender because it was undeliverable, and the delivery address was exactly correct! I also had a W-2 sent to me and it never arrived. I wouldn’t trust them to handle any important mail.
If I could give negative stars, I would. Packages are NEVER delivered on time, even after being scanned as out for delivery. Today, I had a package that had been scanned as out for delivery and then they marked that they attempted to deliver (they didnt), and that the package is being held at the post office per customer request (I didnt), and they didnt leave the orange slip for me to pick it up. How can a station be this dysfunctional, and still be in operation?! Everyone in the city knows about how bad this post office is, apparently, and absolutely no improvements are being made. These are government jobs, so, Im sure no one is getting fired, and that really sucks, because that means there is zero accountability.
Really annoying post office to deal with, it’s like they don’t care. Most of the time I don’t even want to order anything online unless I’m sure it won’t get delivered by them. They always deliver my package to the wrong address. So I have to walk to the next block to get my packages and hope no one takes it. Not to mention it took them a month to get my mailbox key ready and then an hour after they called to tell me I can pick it up it went missing and now they have to start the process over. So it’s been 2 months since I’ve moved in and have yet to be able to check my mailbox.
I cant stand this place. And why my apartment complex has to use it is beyond me when we have another post office like right across the street. They have held my mothers packages for 3 weeks and never even attempted to deliver them. They have shoved my mail into the box so awkwardly that I had to rip my mail apart to get it out. They left me a slip due to an oversized package and emailed me saying they did not want to leave it unattended. So i called and did an auotmated redelivery for the next day. Even went online and did the same thing, leaving a message to leave it on the porch. Then signed and completed the slip doing the same thing. They sent confirmation.. left the slip in my box for 2 days, and I have yet to see my package. The postal carriers are rude as hell. I apologized to one because I needed to get into my vehicle and it was right next to where she was standing. She rolled her eyes, gave me a dirty looked, sucked her teeth and stomped away. If I know ahead of time that my stuff will be delivered through these guys I wont even buy it.. If I had time to waste picking stuff up with these guys I would have just gone to the store and bought it myself.
My package from Amazon was shown as delivered when checking online tracking. However, the package was NOT delivered. It initially shipped by FedEx, who in turn transferred it to the USPS. I went to the Innis Road office with the tracking #. They said that wouldnt help. Id need to get the tracking # from FedEx. Called FedEx back. They said the USPS tracking # was the same as theirs with only the numbers 9-7 at the beginning. Why didnt the guy at the post office know this??? I went back to the post office and of course the package wasnt there. I checked with the regular carrier who was very helpful and tracked it down. It was later delivered. Why would they mark something as being delivered if it wasnt??
I wish I could give a zero. We are still waiting for a 5 min repair to a mailbox that is effecting 6 peoples residences. It has be over 3 months since the problem began and more than 2 months since the issue was acknowledged. 24-48 hrs has turned into over 2 months. Absolutely a joke of an operation. Apparently noone at the USPS at any level can get someone to do anything.
Does ANYBODY from the Post Office READ this?? This is the most ridiculous group of mail carriers Ive ever encountered!! I get a text saying my package was scanned then it says delivered. I have NO package!! I call the 1-800# they say someone will call me but they think its in the area because carriers will scan something as delivered but dont deliver it on that date. WHO IS OK WITH THAT??? I call this branch and the phone rang 31 times before someone picked up. WHY did I get letting it ring? Because the hours say 8-5. I called at 4:35. Finally some half dead chick answers the phone and disagrees with everything I told her the main # said and puts me on hold for 10+ minutes. This is absolutely the worst post office ever! They get paid how much? If they close? Oh well. Do your damn jobs!07/11/17: and they still suck. PostLoser still is lazy and continues to shove packages in my mailbox. Ill be waiting the rest of this week as I have pkgs scheduled for delivery. I dont have much mind left, but hes getting a piece of it.
Erica stopped delivering my mail for no reason, went into office to complain was completely ignored, 0 follow up. Ask her about it when they pass my house a month later, they ignore me call the police on me, and still wont deliver mail for no reason. Also i dont get why she brings her kid with her every day walking around delivering but ok thats cool just do whatever you want all the time.
I always get other peoples mail. Sometimes I dont get mail for 2 to 3 days in a row. Mail is delivered at 8PM most of the time or not even at all. Mailman that delivers the mail is always talking on his cell phone. I call the office there on Innis and the phone rings busy all the time. Ive been there a few times to pick up certified mail or send packages and the customer service is really poor. Not friendly at all. This place needs new management or shut down. Its a disgrace to our area. Now I have may mail sent to my parents to make sure I get important stuff. Dont ever have anything important mailed to you if you are serviced by this post office.
Unfortunately, due to where I live, this post office is my home post office. So anytime I have to retrieve certified mail, package, etc, I have to work with this location. Today, they opened 30 minutes late without any warning to customers. A long line formed to be helped and no explanation was given as to why we had to wait an additional thirty minutes for the counter to open. Also, my certified mail was addressed to my husbands name and no question as to why I was the one picking it up. Didnt seem like a very secure process. Poor service, poor cleanliness, poor everything. This location is pitiful, plain and simple.
This station is a straight joke, not to mention the postal carriers based out of it. Walk in the door and the line is to the door, with one person working. They used to have a sign that says if you wait more than 5 minutes in this line, please alert management. Well... needless to say the sign is gone. The postal carriers in this area are a joke. They will routinely just not deliver mail. There have been instances of no mail for 4days. Bad weather, no mail. Little bit of snow, no mail. They claim they cannot access mailbox. Right...Supposedly there is new management here as of late 2017/2018, but havent seen any change yet.
The worst post office I have ever been to and my work requires me to go to many in different states. The line is always to the door, they have 1 person at the window helping and they disappear each time a customer needs to pick-up a letter for at least 20 minutes. Please never go here. I have averaged over an hour per visit.
I had a tracked package being delivered to my house. The tracking number showed it being held at this location for days without any movement. I went to the location to claim it as it wasnt being delivered. I waited on the line for about 40 minutes before I got to the counter. The clerk asked me to proceed to another line to wait for someone at the warehouse to help me. I waited for another 20 minutes before it was my turn to claim my package. I gave the clerk the tracking number, she returned after 5 minutes to let me know that the package was returned to sender because they could only hold the package for a number of days. I didnt get an explanation why no attempt to deliver was made.
Staff is very rude and unprofessional. I got there at 12:45. They close at 1pm. I was inside the building getting my shipment together. When I finished I headed towards the counter only for them to close the gate on me. I should’ve did a karate roll under that bih. And not only that but every time I have been in there I see them being rude to other customers. They don’t know how to talk to people and their attitudes are pure trash. Especially the tall light skin lady with the big azz forehead.
This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. I have been waiting over a month for the key to my mailbox, I was told it would take 7-10 days and after going in to complain was informed it actually takes them about 2 months. I requested to have my mail held over a week ago and they still haven’t pulled the mail from our mailbox!!!! They never answer the phone, and when they do they place you on hold aka forget about you for over 40 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous and all of the workers besides one of the men in the back are extremely rude.
This office constantly vacates my mailbox, tells all senders that I do not live here..having to constantly fill out the green vacant card saying I live here and only me..Still receive mail for other folks..signed the green paper 2 weeks ago and still havent gotten a piece of mail. You call and they pick up the phone and hang it up..this is not an election issue, this issue has went on since I lived here..10 freakin years! I have many underlying issues so going to actual location at this time is out of the question. But who is gonna pay my bills that they keeping sending back swearing by the GOVERNMENT that I dont reside here..
The folks working at the post office have a stressful job. Every time I go inside it’s very hot (no AC?), there are only 1-2 people working at the counter, and there are always at least 7 people in line. I have witnessed customers treat employees very poorly (i.e. yelling, cursing, threatening). I don’t know why wait times are long, or why they always seem short staffed, but I do believe that employees are doing their best to meet the needs of customers under some poor working conditions and circumstances. Employees have always been kind and respectful to me, and the letters and packages that I have mailed out have never been lost or damaged. The only problem I have run into, other than long wait times, is my mailman folding important envelopes in half that have “Do Not Bend” stamped on them. Hopefully, they can identify key issues and problems and make the necessary corrections and improvements for customers, residents, and employees.
My mail has been getting delivered later and later. A couple of weeks ago, I didn’t get my mail until after 7pm and this is unacceptable!!! Same with Saturday delivery!! Most areas get their mail early in the day..nope, not my street!! We do good to get it by 5 or 6. I would like to give ZERO stars but I couldn’t even write this review without giving one star. I get home from work by 3:30/3:45. I expect my mail to beat me there, especially if I am waiting on something important. I just called to file a complaint, and I still have to wait for them to call me back! Very poor customer service...
The post office almost always has a long line of people waiting behind the counter. When I go there to pick up mail, I expect to wait 5 to 30 minutes.Edit: I have decreased my rating to the lowest possible one. This post office delivered my neighbors CREDIT CARD to me (I didnt use it), and within the same week, gave my package to one of my neighbors. Luckily, my neighbor was very nice and gave it to me. Im worried now about ever using the postal system in this neighborhood.
As many other reviews have stated, this Post Office location is terrible. Packages are marked as delivered while nothing is actually placed in the mailbox; when the office is contacted they will tell you that there is nothing they can do because the driver marked it delivered over 1/2 a mile down the road, which means he did have it when close to your house and since the package was not insured their hands are tied and maybe someone stole it. Absolutely unacceptable service and I think things would be more efficient if they had a Labrador retriever delivering the mail. I then called the USPS customer service and explained the situation to them; they pulled up the tracking number and literally read me the exact same line that the supervisor read me from the local office. How exactly am i supposed to track down a package that was marked delivered nearly 1 mile away in a completely different neighborhood full of homes? Worst post office ever.. I hope no one is expecting anything important in the mail around here :/
Worst post office ever, I ordered a package for my sons birthday and it said out for delivery on the 22nd and its still not delivered, I never get my mail or packages delivered on time. Informed mail says it will be delivered on such day and its always a day or two after that. Maybe I should apply for a job looks like they need the help.
Needs new management and employees. They somehow cant find my package for the last 4 days. Its getting scanned back and forth between their location and well, their location. Says departed, then arrived, back and forth. Just wish the one on city gate was a sorting facility too because they actually know how to do their job. Someone has to be stealing from inside the company. Not the only person who keeps having their items magically lost.
I have never seen 100+ negative reviews to a single post office. Now I realize my story is not unique.I have visited this post office 4 times since last week for my mailbox key. Last week, I was told that I can get my mailbox key by this Tuesday. But this Tuesday, I was told that I can get my mailbox key by this Thursday. Then this Thursday, I was told that I need to come on Friday. Today, Friday, I was told that there is no guarantee date. I was told to wait for 2-3 weeks!I think it is a very terrible service and I wasted a lot of time. Also, I have some important document inside the mailbox, and I am afraid I will miss my deadline. I have asked that is there any other way to collect my mails in the mailbox, but the answer is negative!
Mail delivery is not good at all.. always getting mail that is not ours.. have put it in the mailbox stating not our mail and they leave it there. I had to put a note on my mailbox because they were not closing the lid. Wet ruined mail. Packages that I track are not delivered on time. Usually get a notice stating not deliverable as addressed... never anything wrong with the address.. this past week this same thing happened, the following day the tracking said something to the effect of no secure location which made no sense to me, delivery was supposedly at 722 pm said they left a notice.. we were home. No delivery no notice and we do have a mailbox so I am not sure what unsecured location is. Package can even be put inside screen door. Last week received a notice to pick up Priority Express Mail... stood in line for over an hour to find out it was our mortgage statement which was NOT Priority Express Mail and should have been delivered with regular mail. The package I picked up this morning I stood in line for over an hour also and it took another half an hour for them to find it and supposedly it was on the truck to be delivered again or not delivered since it went out Friday and Saturday and didnt get delivered. I dont know what the answer is to correct the problems but something needs to be done. A mail delivery person used to be a respected title, they dont seem to take it seriously at all. If they dont want that type job then they should get out of it. Mail is important to everyone. Packages ordered are also important. Medical supplies and medicine is important to the recipient. Wake up and be a more responsible mail carrier or find something else to do. If it was your mail, package or meds you would not like the service you are doling out.
Edit update- they no longer attempt delivery of packages and leave no door label or attempt a knock, I smell a lawsuit!They never deliver packages but mark it delivered! Get a PO box at the citygate post office dont allow your mail to come through this office they steal.
I went here today because the mailman lied about having delivered my package which he never did because I was there and would have met him if he did. I thought going to this post office would make thing right but I ended up waiting for almost an hour to be attended to. The manager, (Candice) I believe, is the most incompetent manager I could possibly think of. She is definitely not in a hurry to attend to customers. If you can help it, dont waste your time here.
Once again I go up to this branch because they said my mailbox key would be ready fir pickup in the morning. It wasnt ready so I requested to speak to a supervisor and I was told I could wait to speak to them, but they were running a little behind. Wow this place is the worst!!!! I was told that my mailbox key would be ready in 15 days and it was not ready!! Why give a number of days for it to be ready if that isnt when it will be ready?? Please shut this branch down or get new professional employees!
If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Moved into an apartment and filled out the slip to hold my mail until I got my mailbox key from them. Went in two weeks letter and they didnt hold any of my mail, didnt have it or my package at the post office although the website said it was there. Started raising theyre voice at me when they called me and told me I didnt give them the full tracking number when I set my phone in front of the person to look for. Lost 3 weeks worth of mail.
The phone is always busy. It might be a coincidence. Maybe they are simply industriously helping other customers every time I call. I suspect that they simply take their phone off the hook. I have not received mail in a few days. It could be that I havent gotten any mail. It could be another coincidence. However, it seems that there are lots of people on my street who have not gotten mail this week, and so I can only suspect that they have skipped my street. I would not even mind getting my mail only every couple of days if it were not for the fact that I am also getting other peoples mail (which I then have to deliver). I worry about who is getting my mail. I worry about identity theft and other fraud. Something needs to be done about this post office. I am sure that this can not be legal.Also, I do not care if they use this route for training. They still have the obligation to offer the same service to our neighborhood as they do to other areas of the city. We all pay the same for stamps!
This USPS is likely to be the worst USPS office in the whole country. I have had so many bad experiences at this office in the past 6 months. They never deliver mail on time. One of my package was held hostage by them for two days. It took two days for the package to get here from NYC to here. This post office took 2 days just to deliver to to my home. What a joke.Another time, I went to pick my package up and apparently the delivery man had forgotten to leave the package behind at the office. So he was driving around with it all day in the van and still didnt deliver. I had to go there 3 times to get my package.They never answer their phone. Someone who is supposed to be at the front desk is always late, or out for lunch. So there is only one person at the front desk. This leads to long wait times around 4pm and onwards.One time I had to drop off a package in the morning. When I went there, the outer door was open but the inner door was closed, even though it was 45 mins after their opening time that day. The manager told all of us waiting out in the lobby that they were having a hard time opening the door due to technical difficulties. What a joke.
I dont see how they can keep getting away with being so sorry. They have lost several packages of mine and have a nonchalant attitude when you can ever reach their constantly, busy line. I had a package delivered by the same company, come to my house, yet the last package that they sent is still showing undeliverable after nearly a month with no other info about them sending it back to the sender.
I can NEVER get my packages delivered on time from them. Its been about 8 occasions! They would not bring any mail at all on the day Im expecting a package, but Id get a txt alert saying an attempt was made but no answer. They lie and have destroyed all faith that I will ever get a package on time. Currently, Im waiting 2 days past my expected delivery date. I wish they would just hold the mail and have people come to them to pick it up.
Ive called everyday for a week and never get an answer. Ive had a missing package get scanned for delivery but no package. I have security cameras and never did I receive my package. Bout to go in here and start a war with you. This is completely unprofessional and stupid.
Ive used this post office multiple times. My packages always arrive on time, and the staff were polite. The second time I used it there was a gentleman ahead of me in line who insisted a package under a different name than his belonged to him. He didnt have ID and explained that the name on the package was different than the name he introduced himself with because he changed his name. The clerk patiently explained he needed some form of official documentation to prove his identity. He said he didnt have any and that he simply decided to change his name after the package was shipped. The clerk then patiently explained that in the United States one cannot assume a new name and be formally identified under that name without undergoing the necessary official legal process. The man insisted. It wasnt until he became visibly irritated and asked the woman to open the package to prove it belonged to him that she rose her voice without yelling, continued to address him as sir, and informed him he was holding up the line and that it would be illegal to do what he was asking of her. Only then did he leave. I do not believe the clerk could have handled that difficult situation any better than she did, and it hasnt been my experience that this post office deserves a poor reputation.
I am the President of a nonprofit organization that sends very expensive care packages to our United States deployed service members.I want to talk about the branch manager named Kelly. She is the problem. She is not part of the problem, she is the problem. Her management style is abhorrent and self aggrandizing.I have been treated with absolutely rudeness, arrogance, and disrespect. She screamed at me when I was escorted into the back of the building to give her some necessary documents. She tried to force me to take 42 large care packages around to the front window and process them in there. I was mortified and have never been asked to do that in 13 years. Finally she relented reluctantly, and I want to round the front window and handed off the forms and the check as I typically do anyway.But instead of politely informing me that I’m not allowed to enter the back of the building even though I was escorted by an employee, she waved her hands and said “This my house. You need to back out of my house.”I have caught her in several lies that I’ve verified by calling the USPS Help line to receive specific answers to questions that she lied about. I have reported her several times and have escalated the complaints up to the next level. I have heard her with my own ears berate employees publicly. When I notified her in advance that I was going to be bringing in a very large shipment of large care packages she asked me to wait till later in the week. She tells me she only has one girl.My number one complaint is about the manager Kelly. I have found all the other employees to be wonderful and helpful. But because of Kelly’s bad attitude, the bad stench permeates from the top down and affects employee relations, public service, and general working environment issues. The time when she was rude and was screaming at me in a public place in front of staff, her employees walked by and was mortified and embarrassed by her behavior. They indicated with their eyes and their body language that they were very upset by her treatment. I spend thousands of dollars for every care package shipment 12 months out of the year and I’m fed up with it.When I recently called and asked if she could send a truck over to pick up care packages instead of me dropping them off, because I was ill and did not have helpers, she refused, with her usual melodrama. She claimed that she couldn’t do it because customs Items has security issues and they are not allowed to pick up any boxes, that I have to deliver them directly to the post office. I am vetted with the DOD and very familiar with customs regulations. She was counting on me being ignorant of customs regulations.That was a blatant lie. I explained to her that I know customs regulations very well since I’ve been doing this for 13+ years and vetted by many governing agencies. She insisted. I called USPS to reverify and there was no such limitations or restrictions relating to her picking up boxes.She is the most lazy, foul mouthed, arrogant individual I have ever met. Most of the time she does not answer the phone when I try to reach her. On the one occasion when I asked about getting the front window clerk an extra helper for the day knowing that I had called in advance to let her know when I was going to be bringing boxes in, her response was I can’t. I asked why not. She said “there’s no one available. We have one girl at the window and that’s the way it is.” I asked was it possible for her to go help the window clerk process in the boxes. She said “no, that’s not my job. I’m not a window Clerk.”I could go on and on and on for hours sharing the nightmare experiences with dealing with Kelly. But I think you get my point. Reported 3 times. No changes. Maybe bad reviews will prompt someone at the top levels to make changes and re-locate her to the Siberia post office.KO
I ordered a package from Amazon last Thursday. I watched the tracking and it was supposed to be delivered Saturday. It never came. Then On Sunday the tracking updated to delivered at post office meaning they were either too lazy or too incompetent to bring it to my house. I put in a request for it to be delivered to me the following day and no communication, no package. Amazon and myself still cant figure out what theyve done with it.
Worst Post office Ive ever seen! Cant give worse that 1 star. Constantly have to go out of my way to get my mail from your post office because paid employees dont wanna do there jobs. Saturdays it seems packages are deemed not delivered due to obstruction of mail box. However I receive packages from every other carrier everyday including Saturdays. Then when I come to your office its a guessing game of who has my package even with a tracking number. Either more training and more accountability for peoples things. Or termination of person or persons not doing their job or jobs? Wish we could transfer post offices without moving..
Our mail goes through this post office. I call this post office almost every month because my package never gets delivered on time, and I get nonsense tracking status such as delivered to a zip code thats not mine or info notice left when there is no info notice at all.We used to not have this problem with getting our mail until late last year. Its frustrating. Now whenever I see things being sent via USPS, I know there is a 50% chance that I wont get it.O ya, and like others have pointed out, the phone line is ALWAYS busy. I once tried to call them every 5 minutes over the period of almost 2 hours and never got a regular ring tone.
Put a hold on my office mail so I could pick it up. Stopped by the last two times, and no mail . . . because they are still delivering it. I tried to call, told to hold the line, and no one ever picked up. Ever. Tried again. No answer. I guess well just have to wait for Amazon to buy them before they understand customer service.
I go 3 or 4 days without receiving mail and then Ill receive a bunch of mail all in one day. When theres a federal holiday, you normally get a large amount of mail the next day, but Ive gone without mail for 2 or 3 days after that! Also, theres a wacky delivery method in the subdivision where the carrier delivers to the whole neighborhood, except to the 4 houses at the entrance way. Im one of those 4. Theyll go around the corner to another subdivision and then will come back and get to the 4 house last. Either theyre not going to those houses each day or theyre putting mail in the wrong boxes. Mail is delivered around 7:15 some days. What the eff is going on?????
This is the worst post office I have ever seen. It is the definition of incompetence. I have had multiple 10+ packages stolen from these thugs, all large size packages. Tracking numbers will say delivered and nothing is in my mail box. I cant claim insurance because the packages state delivered. Ive tried well over 100 times to call them and have NEVER got through its ALWAYS busy. If youre thinking moving to this area and you make a lot of purchases on Amazon or Ebay I cant tell how much of a mistake you will be making. These people need to be put in jail for theft. No matter how many times you complain to the postal inspector nothing gets done. I am moving out of this Ghetto trash sht hole asap.
NO STARS if I could This place sucks SOMETHING needs to happen here. There is always a long line I could spend 1/2 hour just standing in line. Then when you drop off package some how they get delivered back to you when they should be going to someone else has happen 5 times now and my postman that delivers my mail is so lazy we have 3 mailboxes do to business we rent space to and every time he delivers the mail he sticks it in one mail box, he does not like getting out of his mail truck to deliver packages I had a tree company trimming and they were in the way so he had to get out and walk a little more then usual and the tree guys gave me a ear full of word he had to say about them being in the way. Over all this place and services sucks
This post office is just another example of poor customer service in Columbus. They close for lunch?? Are you kidding me? My package was pre-paid all I had to do was drop it off and no one would answer the door to take it?? I guess when your job is on the brink of extinction you develop a attitude! Well all I can say is the FedEx driver is real nice and not a jerk!
I ordered something that was to be delivered before Christmas and still have not received it. It shows that UPS delivered the package to this post office on 12-17. It then says the package was delivered to me the same day. 12-17 was a Sunday. Im sure it did not come the the post office and was delivered the same day especially on a Sunday. I live in an apartment and any package not able to fit in the mailbax is taken to the office not left at at my door. The office does not!hacemit. I have called this post office so many times I have memorized the number. They were no help at all. I even left a note in my mailbox about it. The mail carrier got the note, but again no package. OH by the way I DID get the bill for the lost item!
Absolutely ridiculous! Lied about attempting to deliver I was waiting on the package and met the mailman whom didnt have it. Watch both trucks enter and leave the neighborhood with my door open because last week they left one on the porch and didnt ring the doorbell right above it. Tracking said they attempted at 4p sat... A lie. Then it say could access location... What are the steps on my front porch to hard to climb? Tracking Said the Package will be delivered next business day.. Today Monday so I get home track it and it been changed to I have to pick it up. Doesnt tell me where but 43219...so I plug it in to google and it leads me to citygate whom were all to happy to tell me I have to go to Innis rd ...whos hours are a joke if you close at 5p whats the point in you being a pickup station? Why wouldnt you redeliver at least like you said? These are government employees and they are just scanning and doing whatever... No accountability... No ethics. If this is the postal system it should be shut down and completely privatised. These folks dont want their jobs and it shows. Too bad I couldnt upgrade this shipping to fed ex... Didnt expect them to blatantly scan in falsities to tracking numbers... And were is the complaint dept? Guess Ill continue to search Columbus for were its most convenient for me to pick up this package at their leisure... I will be sending you a bill USPS... What a travesty.
Three times now. Withheld delivery for lack of signature. Impossible to reach on phone. Get bumped to national line with 50 minute call wait estimate. You drive out there, and there are 30 people ahead of you in line . They pretend they dont know where your package is. They are slow, lazy thieves and yet are allowed to operate STILL, after endless complaints by customers and 1 star reviews. Government at its absolute WORST.
This USPS 43224 operation has a staff that is poorly trained and just barely past having a heartbeat qualified. When asked why my outgoing mail was not being picked up from my mailbox, I was counter-questioned, Where is your outgoing mailbox?Really? I said that if there is mail in the box that is not processed, it usually means that it is to be taken.The carrier quickly retorted, The Post Office never said anything about that picking up mail out of mailboxes.Come on now, you have got to be kidding me. Are you really that lazy or are you just that stupid?
I had up and down service. It just depends on who is working that day. My postal carrier however, was the most polite and respectful mail man i ever had! Always picked up my packages for my little ebay store in a timely manner and always was on time and came at an early time too...which i prefer so I dont have to wait all day for my packages to be picked up. Substitues were not the best.
What kind of idots are doing the deliveries? Ive had too many botched deliveries. Tracking status said delivered to mailbox but when I checked there was nothing and the apartment office hadnt received it either. Complaining to the office did not help either. They gave some BS and told me to complain to Amazon, theyll help fix the delivery problem. Its not Amazons problem.This delivery location has workers doing one or more of the following: Stealing packages, Losing packages, Being too lazy to walk 50 FT to the office or my door to drop off packages when the mailboxes are too full.
This is theeeeee worst post office to deal with! The phone will not let get through! They will say they left a notice but they never do! They will even let a scammer fill out paperwork to stop your mail being delivered and make YOU jump through loops to get your mail redelivered! Not to mention they will deliver your mail to your neighbors house and ignore the addresses! You have to call other local post offices to get answers! Then if you go to the Innis location... they will definitely be rude to you and the supervising staff will play the waiting game and hope you will leave so they dont have to talk to you! Dealing with them takes hours out your day and will give you instant headache! They need to improve their customer service skills or hire new employees who want to actually do their job correctly!
Awful post office. Packages are marked as “attempted delivery” within minutes of arriving to the post office and then just sit there. Redelivery requests are consistently ignored. Packages sometimes never go out for delivery, or are marked as “customer hold” when no one in the household has requested such a thing. Letters are frequently lost.
I absolutely hate this post office! I swear if I didnt have to deal with it I wouldnt. After 6 weeks I still couldnt get them to make me a mailbox key... I scheduled for them to hold my mail 4 different times and all of my mail was still returned! When I call, no answer, when I arrive long lines that dont move. They made my move a nightmare! If I could give a negative star rating, I would.
First off, I was suppose to recieve a package on a Wednesday. The mail carrier fir my neighborhood wrote the wrong attempted date and the tracking number was illegible. When I checked my mail for the slip it said that I could pick it up at the post office which I assume was the next day after 10 even though the day was for the same date. It was super confusing. I call and a lady tells me to come in the next day to pick up the package. I get there and no one is in the front and the lights are dim. I thought they were closed for a second because thats how dark it was. I saw a bell with a sign that says ring bell so I did. I heard a bunch of shuffling in the back so I knew people were in the back. It took the girl 10 minutes to come out and help me. I told her that I had a package to pick up. She says she needs my ID and then precedes to look for the package. Then she says she doesnt see anything for address. The address on my ID is not my current address because I just moved. I told her that and gave her my new address. The street spelling is weird and she kept repeating the wrong address. She looks for my package for a total of 30 seconds and says she didnt see it. I asked what I should do because the slip says to pick it up and is it lost. She says no the package might be here somewhere but I dont know where it is. I said why cant you look for it. She says I dont work here Im from another store in bexley and a manager has to deal with your matter. So I inquire about the manager and she says they are not here, you need to leave and come back when they are so I asked when is that and she says tomorrow. I go home to see if that package might be getting redelivered. I caught the mail carrier just in time and she said the package is at the post office so I go back. The same girl was extremely rude when I told her what the mail carrier said. I could not get a word in because she kept interrupting so I asked what the managers name was so I knew who to talk to. She said Kelly. I also asked her name since she was being so rude. She says that I dont need to know her name. At this point shes shouting because I told her its my right to know her name as a customer. She yells and tells me it Courtney and she doesnt work there anyways. Then a lady comes from the back and asks her whats going on and she lies and says a gave her the wrong address and thats the reason she cant find my package and I told the lady thats not true and the lady told me to asked me to write my information down so she could get with the mail carrier and figure out where it is. She goes baxj to the back and I ask the girl Courtney who she was so I could be expecting her call and she said thats Kelly. This place is so horrible. I call the next day because the manager Kelly never called me. She said the package was there awaiting pickup. I go to pick it up around 4 and theres a note on the door that says we have no clerk working in the front sorry for any inconvenience. Just horrible.
It is a shame you cant give negative numbers, this is the worst station ever. you wait in line for hours and then they rarely can find your package! I have been waiting a week for re-delivery of a package that I signed for last week and finally got an email from the postal service asking if I wanted re-delivery!! hell yes! and my carrier is the worst...she refuses to ring the bell and let you know she has a package, just leaves the orange slips and tells you to go pick it up yourself at that horror show that is the Innis Post office!!!!!
This place is by far the worst every time I get a substitute carrier my stuff gets marked as delivered and then its not delivered just yesterday I had a package that said it was delivered my mailman is outside right now and I stopped him and he had nothing in the truck but hes the one that marked it as delivered I also have a second package that Im waiting on and its telling me that its out for delivery right this moment but he looked through his truck in my package was not in his truck. About a year ago I was waiting on some vinyl records and they kept getting marked as delivered I had to go to the Post Office myself and pick up like six packages that were never delivered that were marked as delivered!!! These carriers are being lazy and just not delivering mail and costing people money
Worst post office, ever, in the history of post offices. Incompetent, slow, lazy, disorganized, and dishonest. The entire staff including management should be fired and replaced. You could swap them with zombies or monkeys and it would result in a more efficient and positive customer experience.

This post office is the worst post office in Columbus, Ive been fighting with this place for over 5yrs over not getting my mail & Im still fighting with them, Ive talked to them, Ive talked to the post office customer services for this area and all they say is that that they would inform the aera supervisor for my area and still nothing has been done. Every single time I have someone mail me a package these idiots either take forever to get it to me (2 day shipping takes a week) or they leave those pink slips (Sorry we missed you) and dont bother knocking. This is the 4th time in only a few months I have to go to the freaking post office to claim my package. Literally, they come up to the door, leave the notice, and walk back to the truck MEANWHILE Im standing in the doorway yelling at him to come back and hes ignoring me. I walked up to his mail truck and knocked on the window ... he sees me & ignores me!! Twice this month alone hes done that to me! Why bother having things 2 day delivered if these morons dont F-ING deliver you stuff to you!?!?!?!? USELESS!!!The girls at the post office are horrible too. Theyre always mean and snippy, unless youre black... then they smile and act happy. Its so stupid & they dont even try to hide it. Id sick of hypocritical people with attitudes like theyre better then everyone else! Shut up & give me my damn mail! Why cant these workers ever get fired??Oh and another time (Ive learned to not do this now) when the mail people are loading our mail boxes at the apt complex I live at- theyll leave every single one of the 300+ boxes open and do them one at a time really slowly, so slow that it took an hour before i got fed up and walked over there and reached in to get my mail.. only to get screamed at (Her first words were OH NO YOU DONT!! Get away from there) before she started cursing at me. I told her she was taking an hour and I was the first box.. I tried to show her my ID & everything but the bi*ch wouldnt let up. She was insane. I had to wait another 30 mins while they took their sweet as* time. And theres always crap in my box that doesnt belong to me, not to mention all the mail I get thats really my father-in-laws mail since no one at the post office is smart enough to send it to him! My husband and him have the same name with a different middle initial but we get his mail almost every day. *sigh* .. whatever happened to mail carriers who were polite and did their jobs well?!?!!?!?
BY FAR THE WORST i mean the WORST post office ever. They dont listen. They are very rude. Poor costumer service. I’ve been calling over and over and either no one answers, or the line is busy!! I took them a copy of my lease now three weeks ago, so that I could get my apartment mail box keys which they said would take two weeks! When I was in here the lines were terribly long and the staff seem unbothered and did nothing to improve wait times. This is the most unprofessional, sorry excuse for a post office that I have ever in my life come in contact with. I’m wondering if there is a number to report this post office. Who is the manager of this catastrophe!! Every google review is terrible, yet no changes have been made. I’m not understanding!
This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. they are rude if you can get through. the mail carriers are lazy. the wont even come on our street if they dont want to. They lie about delivering packages because they dont want to get out of truck. they have lost packages including delivering items ordered from target back to target and not to me.
This post office is horrible. Sometimes our carrier doesnt even bother to deliver the mail. Sometimes he only delivers packages with tracking numbers because he knows they are tracked. They should shut the office down and start over from scratch because I think at this point the problems are un-fixable.
Terrible service. My fiancé has had multiple issues with packages being delivered, and one was even handed to him with the bag ripped wide open and was empty!! I haven’t gotten my amazon package yet due to Usps saying “issue with wrong address”. Which is correct on both amazon and Usps’ ends so there’s no reason it shouldn’t have been delivered.
I am not sure what is going on with the mail in this area but it has totally gone downhill. With all the hacking and stolen identity going on I would think as long as USPS has been around that you would not want your reputation ruined. We have been getting mail that is not ours for quite some time and makes me wonder how much of out own mail is going to other people. Yesterday we received our AEP bill and someone elses in our neighborhood.. I put in large letters on the envelope NOT OURS and stuck it back in the mailbox.. well today when the mail carrier came the AEP NOT OURS which was very visible was still there with our mail that was delivered today. I also was waiting in a small package delivery today which did not come. I went out on the porch.. caught the mail person when they came back my way accross the street and gave them the AEP bill which they should have taken to begin with.. the mailperson said they were new... I also said I was waiting on a package.. they said they hadnt delivered packages yet.. now that they have left I checked tracking again and it says attempted delivery will try again tomorrow... I have been here all day and there was no other attempt for delivery.. what the heck is going on with our mail!!!!! Is there anything that us as citizens who depend on your services can do to help with this situation.. It is very frustating and truly out of hand. What is going on????
Ive had countless important pieces of mail lost or misdirected by them. Worst mail service ever. My neighbors get each others mail and mine is missing. I have gotten mail that was not only the wrong house number but the wrong street! Had to call the bill collectors and pay by phone to avoid penalties because of lost mail. Their phone number is always busy.
This branch needs to be closed down or totally swept for new employees and management. I hardly ever receive mail I have sent to my apartment because it has to go through these bozos. I regularly get my neighbors mail. If i ever expect to receive something important I have it sent to a friend not in their distract. DO NOT have anything important sent through them, made the mistake ONCE!
This place should be closed As soon as possible.The most laziest employee ever seen in this place. When I call they never accepted the call, never delivered packages on time. Never received my package from this location. Status showed scanned, completed and delivered but no worker on site knew where my package was. Manager told me to make a claim SMH. It was said to me as if it was the slogan of the company, Make A Claim. Its sad because postal service is a government job and no ones mail should be missing or stolen. A major inconvenience, so I advise no one to ship items in this area or do any service through this location.
I recently moving into a new apartment. The landlord did not have keys to the mailbox and told us to go to the post office to get the box rekeyed. We went and they told us it would be 5 busniess days and they would call us to come back for the keys. After 7 business days, we decided to go in and check on the keys, Here they informed us that they would not be changing the keys for another 1.5 months and that our mail is all in the box and we cannot pick it up for another 3 days. I have bills in the box and this is rediculas. If they knew it would not be changed for almost two months, they should have told us this outright instead of telling us 5 days.
Took weeks to finally create my mail key, after being told it would take a week. Theyve also lost multiple deliveries since I moved into the area a month ago. Turned back my debit card that was sent to my address. My carrier also refuses to bring package to door and just marks no secure location available so I have to go physically pick up every single package that they actually DONT lose from the post office location, which is a good thing I guess in a sense that they cant steal my packages. Also, whenever I do pick up my package most of the time it looks like they have attempted to have been opened!This place is the WORST. Ive always heard of the USPS being bad but this place has brought it to a new level. Really needs a complete overhaul.
Had a delivery date, wasnt there for the delivery, got a slip to pick my package up. Following day left work to pick my package up, clerk looked lost looking for my package then had another clerk come ask me did your delivery person run yet as if I know what time the deliver. Told her no and she said the delivery person is probably out making the delivery now. Go home, no delivery, check online and they have no update since the day before now got me guessing where is my package.
Have a package there at the post office, have a tracking number and proof that it tells me its waiting to be picked up. Go up there to get told the tracking number is not valid for any package there have. I did order it from out of the country so I believe the tracking number changed once it hit the states but they will not even try to help me figure it out. Im angry and confused.
1 star is showing too much generosity to this location. The wait is ridiculous and you have to deal with the postal attendants attitude. Had a piece of mail that had been tracked to this location and never delivered to my address for 2 weeks. No notification left in our mailbox that it was even attempted to be delivered! Had to come in person and they havent found it!
Waited 2 months for them to change my apartment mailbox lock and give me new keys. They changed the lock on the wrong mailbox, so I have to wait another 2 months for them to change the right lock. Hopefully. Currently at 5 weeks now, so 3 months and a week without a mailbox because of these idiots.
If you live in the 43224 zone, for the love of God, DO NOT have packages shipped to your home. Have it shipped to your work, a friends house or family members. Hell, you have a better chance of getting your package by shipping it to a Crack house on campus. This postal office is the saddest excuse of a shipping facility in existence. Ive had 3-4 packages shipped to my home (the last 3 were accidents-forgot to change the address to my work address) and NOT ONE OF THEM HAS EVER MADE IT! As for your mail, I suggest you deal with any important mail/bills online because 43224 is a lost cause. Whether or not we receive our mail is a total crapshoot. Weve gotten our neighbors welfare checks, bank statements and I even heard a neighbor received anothers HIV test results. These postal workers are either extremely dyslexic or simply dont care about their job. (Certainly the latter) Theres probably a bunch of workers in the warehouse, blindfolded, laughing and randomly flinging envelopes across the warehouse. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING IMPORTANT THROUGH THIS FACILITY!!! Youve been warned!!
We are a large business and out mailed was once delivered by 10:30 daily. Now, we consider ourselves blessed it we get it before 4:00p.m. or sometimes our mailed isnt delivered at all. When we call we get shifted from place to place and the manager at this post office is just rude and totally unprofessional. I wish we didnt have to rely on the US Postal system. The 43219 Innis Road location, just does not care about service.
It has been a long time since I have been treated as badly on the phone as I was today by employees at this branch. I called for help in what has become an escalated problem with package delivery in an attempt to inform and to try and find the cause/solution going forward. The first employee was not able to understand my street name, even after spelling it several times, so I asked if I could call back at a better time or speak to someone else. She put a woman on the phone I will never forget. From the get-go, her tone was rude and dismissive, she didnt listen and lacked any empathy whatsoever, was defensive with little provacation but my understandable frustration, and offered no help or positive results. I cringe every time I see that a package has been transferred to USPS, because I know I will have to track it down somewhere in my neighborhood...But whats worse, there is no one to help you, either. The customer service here on all fronts is shameful. And this is what we pay for.
This USPS is the worst in the country. These workers need to be re-trained. Rudd and cant do their job. I called them in regards of a package that was lost and the woman proceeded to tell she cant help me because it was after 5pm. I understand it is time to go home, but I simply asked for steps I should take to intercept my package.She HUNG UP on me after she told me it was after 5pm. Ridiculous.
Keep getting packages marked as delivered when they arent. Have a different carrier almost every day, whats that about? Keeps dropping the ball on Amazon prime 2 day delivery, sometimes its 3 or 4 days. Its obvious they are mis managed and are lazy, they dont give a crap, honestly just wish they would shut this location down, I mean look at the reviews! Amazon should definitely use DHL or something else, Usps just is an unreliable carrier as a whole
I would give this 0 stars if it were possible. This post office is a disgrace. I CONSISTENTLY get mail for different people and have packages that say they are delivered but dont show up. I get mail and packages for WALMART! I am definitely not a Walmart and dont even live near one. They have one job and they cant even do it correctly. USPS, you should be ashamed of this branch. Having the mail delivered by blind dyslexic people would be more reliable.
I recently had a terrible experience with this site as well. Luckily I did some digging and if anyone is interested you can file a complaint online with either USPS or the Inspector General. Please if you had an issue dont hesitate to file the complaint. With enough traction we could get this place to change.
This is the worst post office ever!! They jam packages into my mail box where they clearly dont fit and even have left my boxes in the road sitting next to my mail box where anyone driving by could easily steal them or possibly run them over!! I go to talk to the manager at the post office, and before I even a say a word or try to show her the pictures I took of what her mail person did, she already was defensive and didnt want to talk to me. She never apologized or did anything to fix the situation. She just blew me off and said that she will talk to the driver. Will guess what happened the next day the same thing. Nothing was ever done!!!!!!!! I want to move from my address just to get away from my mail person it is that bad! If I could give negative stars I would, because I dont think 1 star conveys on how bad this Post Office is!
Because of this PARTICULAR POST OFFICE Im planning to move away from my apartment to a different location. Package showed delivered on amazon tracking but nothing was actually delivered! And their only reply to you is sorry, we cant do anything about it. At the moment my FOUR PACKAGES ARE MISSING!!!
How are these guys allowed to deliver mail whenever they feel like it. I have waited two days for a package only to be notified attempted delivery and that there was no one home. I havent left my house. I call the office and it just rings and disconnects. WHY WONT ANYONE DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS?????
Not a good post office. Their mail deliverers have put other peoples mail in my own box...which obviously doesnt make sense. Also, they always mess up on holding your mail if you decide to go on vacation. Its not a personal favorite, and I hope any visitor uses an alternate Post Office.
I dont want to give this PO any stars! I did a change of address and they can NOT even get it correctly! I just moved DOWN the hall from the previous apt and they still deliver mail there but can not get my apt # correct and have sent back my packages and the company NOW wants more money to send it back to me! I agree with everyone on here this is NOT a good Post Office but my question is HOW do we get the MAIN Post Office to help clean this one up??
This is by far the WORST postal location known to man kind. They DO NOT deliver your packages like they claim everything is always missing or misplaced. We have had packages scanned to the mailbox that were NEVER PLACED IN OUR LOCKED MAILBOX. now we have certified letters that they have yet again misplaced with cards being left in the box with NO TRACKING NUMBER. Another call to their consumer affairs on Monday. This is insane and the WORST POSSIBLE POST OFFICE EVER. I deal with other post office locations and never have this much of a headache. You personally go there to speak to someone because their lines are always off the hook, and you are told there is no supervisor available to speak with. HEY USPS SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN. YOU NEED NEW STAFF THAT ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS AND THE MAIL THEY DELIVER!!!!
I have been to this post office location many times as it is near my job. I have never been there when more than one person was working the front. On top of that, while there the line was clear out the door and the one employee working, up and left to go on her lunch break. We sat in the lobby for almost a half an hour before someone came up. Mind you, we could hear people in the back. Then when people did come, the manager came but didnt introduce herself or anything, it wasnt until a lady called her out that she decided to apologize for the inconvenience. This post office is ran so poorly. They really need a change in management. I felt sorry for the workers who helped at the front desk while the manager got to go hide in the back.
One star is one too many. This place loses more mail than a lil bit and they steal personal checks from sealed envelopes,which are then fraudulently cashed. Piss poor customer service, accountability, and reliability. Even going inside to hand mail to a rep still causes me mail grief! Smh
I would give zero stars if possible. my package was supposed to come the 29th but it said it was held at the post office “per customer request” idk which customer that was bc it certainly wasn’t me. they made me reschedule delivery for the next day. it’s now september fourth and i STILL don’t have my package...
Seriously, what is wrong with this post office. Everyone here is just so miserable and unwilling to do their job. My mail carrier cant tell one mail box from the next (cant be bothered?) and the folks in the office are completely unhelpful. And just like others have noted, the phone line is ALWAYS busy. Does someone just leave the phone off the hook so that they have one less job to deal with?
If I could give them a zero I would. From delivering the wrong mail from totally different streets to not delivering at all, this is the absolute worst of all government agencies. If I pay for delivery...I want it delivered. I shouldn’t have to pick the package up under any circumstances.
Late delivery. i had very important documents mail from texas. So my friend send it in overnight express, he pay $33.50 for the package. it suppose to delivered before noon the next day . when i track the package it says delivery attemp. what the hell they doing? i just saw the postman bringing the package late in the afternoon. why they are playing with the customer like that?
Worse post office in Columbus. We never get our mail or packages. Tracking says delivered but no one ever gets thiers packages. When you call on one answers. If you go in the post master makes you wait at least 30minutes. Then tells you its a training root and to buy a P.O.Box. why should we have to pay for something that is part of our taxes. This is the absolute worse postal delivery sevice.
Only gets 2 stars for the couple of times that were really great but every other time has been horribly inefficient. Terrible customer service. A month and counting behind in making mail box keys but they will tell you that it will not take more than a couple of weeks. I have been trying to call them for the past four business days and their local telephone number has been off the hook and unavailable. Since you cant call in to ask if something is worth standing in line for 30mins or just calling in another time you HAVE to show up stand in one line that nobody knows where they are supposed to go just to get up to the front desk and them to tell you to wait in another line and if you come in another time and automatically go to the corrected line it probably is not the same line you need. 99 cent signs could really help.....or.....or have the phone working.
This place is SO terrible, like many other reviews, it deserves no stars. My son just moved to Columbus a week ago and had to wait 4 days to receive his medication which was mailed by overnight express from Uniontown,OH. They made so many stupid excuses for the multiple mistakes and failed communications. I dont understand how these people can keep their jobs when they are so incompetent! My son had to end up going to the post office and pick up the package because this office was too incompetent to deliver it. Utterly unbelievable!!
This is place is a nightmare factory. Weve had multiple instances of packages being marked as attempt to delivery was made no secure location - available for pick up tomorrow at location of the slip when we were AT HOME, our porch in full view, lights on etc. - no attempt was ever made, no slip left. When we go to claim the package at this location, where it has been indicated it would be - is been sent out for delivery again only to repeat the process. Weve made a series of complaints via email to the supervisor only to be met with the same automated response over and over again.
I moved to this area and needed to get w key cut for my box at my complex. They say two weeks. I come back at week one and a half. They say come back at two weeks. Rude. I come back at 2.5 weeks. They dont even have the original form. Which they could have said a week ago. I fill out a form to have mail held at 3 weeks. At 3.5 weeks? I go in. No mail
Weve used this post office for years. Always pre-pay our packages online and just drop them off. Walk in at 5:00 today (theres still a line with customers, so I wasnt impeding them closing the doors) to drop the package on the counter. Labelled, prepaid ...needed nothing ...and they wouldnt let us leave the box. What a joke!!
I need to move just to make sure Im not in there zone. My mail is always late, usually damaged, sometimes they even steal from my mail. I have lived in Columbus 6 years, 4 of which have been in there zone. I have only received all of my undamaged mail 2 of the last 6 years. Take a guess which years. Its not in the last 4. There go to respond when I go to file complaints... Mail sometimes get damaged and there is no way for us to k own what belongs in what letter.
The workers are extremely rude. One told a man she was out of tape and he walked over and grabbed it off of the counter 4 feet from her. The second worker made a middle eastern man take what he was sending out of the box, then made fun of it being potpourri. This place should fire everyone and start over. I will go out of my way to never come to this post office again.
By far the worst Post Office I have ever been in. The staff is rude, the floors are dirty, and they dont deliver mail in a timely manner. Our postal worker actually left our package at the Post Office and then claimed she had delivered it. I had to go pick it up in the office and they never apologized. God help you if this is your Post Office.

2022-02-08For many years in 43224, I have had to track packages I was to receive and then track the mailman down to get them out of their truck. (The packages) We have had nice mailmen, but I suspect they quickly move on. As of February 7, 2022 now, Im missing 10 W2 documents and a letter from the IRS plus a doctor bill, via Informed Delivery. The week after Martin Luther King Day, we didnt have delivery for a few days. Slowly, that mail was delivered EXCEPT a replacement Kohls card was never received. Ive actually ordered 3 replacements and never received any, but this one was scanned into Informed Delivery. I had to close my account. I wish I could close my USPS account. I do not doubt theres theft, because this can not all be mismanagement. Before the pandemic, they claimed theyd try to deliver packages, one from Europe even, said they left yellow cards, (nope!), and they sent my package back to Germany. :O You shouldnt have to hound your mail service harder than a teenager. No words. We never had these problems in other zip codes of Ohio.

2022-01-05Worst post office experience around that we have ever had. We have informed delivery and they dont deliver our mail. We are constantly having to go in to get our mail, and they dont care. You ask to talk to a manager, and are told they dont have one. When they do deliver your mail, they dont always lock the the mail boxes back up. The mail carrier doesnt care if your mail is stollen. 2022-01-20I’ve been waiting for a mail key since I moved in November 2021. First I was told the wait is 6-8 weeks and then I got told there’s no estimate time frame which I have time sensitive items coming in the mail which makes my life harder because they keep ignoring my mail hold request. I’ve submitted 4 mail hold request and every time I go check my mail the lady at the desk says that the carrier must be ignoring them like there’s no care in the world. You are better off just paying for a mail box at a better post office. It shouldn’t be okay for someone not to receive mail for months at a time especially if it is not my fault. They need to just let the apartment complex distribute the key it’s easier that way. I would not recommend forwarding mail until you receive the key! Also the lady advised for me to file a claim online for me not getting my mail and my holds being ignored and my best bet was to try and flag down the mail carrier which I should have done before but starting now I will be buying a post office box from now on. I would give them negative stars if I could .

2022-01-28I have not received any mail in over a week. My packages are consistently showing out for delivery and then being brought back to the post office. The woman working at the desk this morning was the rudest person I have ever come in contact with. There is apparently no supervisor, nor do they care to assist you.

2022-01-26Very bad at online request. I did a hold mail service for two weeks and I clearly put that I will go and pick it up. The first time I went there I told them, my hold mail is 2 weeks and I came to pick it up. They said there is no mail come for me. They told me did put a note in the yellow paper but my cart mail did not have any. They told me to come back a week later. I came back a week and check my mail informed delivery, there were bunch of mails came in. They said they didn’t pay attention and all might be already delivered. They told me to check my mail box. If I were about to check it, why would I put it on hold. There were bunch of my important mail and now all lost. They try to come up with excuses and when I’m just so done with them I just ask them to check out the item my daughter want. They said come one will come to do it. No one come to the desk until I walk out like 2 steps away, one person come and serve another customer. That’s completely unacceptable and very unprofessional of them. They did it do a good job and try to come up with any excuses they had. I wish I can have the last receipt to do their survey. Very bad experience!!!

2022-02-17I had a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I get a notification saying they were unable to deliver my package due to animal interference. There’s no way that there was animal interference my dog is 9 pounds and he stays in the house. And when they delivered the package ““ so-called my door was closed. Which means there was no animal interference from my dog. I have a camera that shows no one attempted to deliver a package to my house. So which means they lied! I wish I would get my mail every day which I don’t I have the notification app that says what mail should be coming to my house every day and that doesn’t happen. I’m getting very sick of this location and mail service. If people don’t wanna work don’t work hire people that wanna work

2022-02-17The mail delivery on my street is starting to look up- I have actually gotten my mail for 3 straight days in a row and it has been the same mailman so I really hope he sticks around- thank you for such a good job your doing and actually delivering at a reasonable time in the day.I want to give this gentleman credit for a job well 👍 done. Well my mailman must of been from a different branch helping out cause he has not been back.I havent gotten mail for 5 days now.

2022-02-10This is one of the worst post office service I have ever seen. I have been that place twice and I have had very bad experience. There were two African American female employees and the way they were acting was absolutely degusting. My first question was how did they even get here?. They were acting like middle school kids in a playground. Their body language and the way they were handling customers were absolutely shocking. I have seen a lot of other people complain about this place but I have seen it. Get new employees or close the place.

2021-12-21Postal Workers at this office HAVE to be stealing packages. As of this morning, Im now on my THIRD package in TWO weeks to not be delivered. They just disappear?? One day they say out for delivery, they never come (I have a door camera), and then they say theyre available for pick up at the post office. You go there, and they say it never went out for delivery, and will go out that day (BUT IT NEVER DOES). Then, after a few days, they just tell you to file a complaint. There is serious corruption going on inside of this government building. Not to mention when you go in, it sounds like complete and utter chaos in the back of people yelling at each other. A line a mile long, one person working, and that person dealing with person after person with my same issue. Ive never experienced a post office like this and DEFINITELY not at FedEx, UPS or Amazon.

2022-01-27We have gone weeks without delivery. It has now been 4 days since I have had any mail delivered.. I am missing W2s I am missing information from my job I am missing medical information that should have been received 4 days ago per my dashboard of mail delivery. This is not acceptable if I do not receive mail today will file a complaint with the postmaster.Follow up we still have not received the above mail nor any mail in threw additional days! I am filing a formal complaint with the postmaster general!
