I had a package delivered with important paperwork in it and the delivery man delivered it to the wrong address tried to say there’s two addresses on the box. If two addresses was on the box why wouldn’t you take it back to the post Office? Talked to the supervisor she reached out to the delivery man and he went back to the house he delivered it to and said the box wasn’t there. But they refused to give me the address of the house my important paperwork was dropped off at so that I can get my things my self or leave my name and contact info with them. They told me they would get the situation handled and took my name and number. But I still have not heard anything from the post office or received my box.
I had an issue with my mail carrier— ordered a thin hardback children’s book and this maroon folded it literally in half and stuffed it in the mailbox! I filed a complaint and the manager of Brooklyn location called me and was compassionate and very helpful resolving the issue.
We had a appointment with the “passport specialist” with a woman. She told us to come earlier we thought it was cause she had time but when we got there she told she could only do 2 because she had to take a lunch break and the line was way long (but remember I had a appointment why would she worry about the line is she getting commission for all the ppl she services?) so she kept saying they the line was to long but my thing is why worried about the ppl behind me when she got to worry about me who’s first in line. She went to the back and lagged for 30 min then came back to say she couldn’t take us. She was nasty with her words and attitude. And really cared about other ppl lunch and line. All excuses not to do her job. And worry about the people I front of her. Lack of care for other people time wasted. And couldn’t care less. Hate people like this and work to sever others I don’t get it.

Just moved here and this place was close and convient so I sent out 3 packages here... 2 of them got lost and one of them was never scanned. After 20 calls later I gave up and ended up losing money. Never had a problem before this place. Completely unorganized
I find the location of this post office to be very convenient. I can drive through and drop off a letter, or go inside for service. So far, I have been treated respectfully and promptly, and have no complaints about the service. I do suppose that people who have problems are the most frustrated and therefor most vocal. My letter carrier is also very pleasant, and even came to my door once because he was worried that he had seen my dog loose in the neighborhood (it wasnt mine, but I sure appreciated the thoughtfulness).
These people were super helpful, kind, and patient. Maybe I just went at the right time of day, but glad I did!
Irresponsible people that work here! They lost my package! Refuse to collaborate and on top of everything else they want to give attitudes! Super unprofessional. They said they will call and check to see where my package is and they havent! They have no idea what they are doing and shouldnt be working if they dont!! Super upset!!! They should be held responsible for lost packages that they lose!!!!! Awful!

Today, home delivery was off by one house for three houses in a row. This isnt the first time this has happened. Ive received mail for next-door neighbors on several occasions, as well as for people who live WAY down the street. The house numbers are there for a reason, and Ive seen substitute carriers who just seem lost. Of course, when contacted about that, I was told a supervisor was with that carrier, but I watched the entire block, and there was no supervision. Honesty is the best policy!
I just stopped at the post office on 4/30/18 to ship a package. Crystal was a great help. While I was boxing up my shipment, a very irate customer came in with unreasonable demands. Crystal and her coworker whose name I didnt catch did were very courteous and did a great job to help other customers while this woman held up the line.
Jeanette was SO helpful. We went to a nearby post office to process our passport and we took off work and made arrangements and we got there and they said no one was there to process passports. We tried a library- not open. But even though appointments are necessary here, Jeanette said she would do it since they weren’t very busy. She made sure we new she had to help us between other customers because she didn’t want to neglect them, but we understood completely and were out of there in record time. Thanks Jeanette!!
I am so surprised to see this low rate. I love this post office. They are kind, helpful and very nice and patience. I send about 40-50 packages to Puerto Rico from that office and they always worked with me and with a smile. I think they know me by now. HahaConvenient location, not always busy, happy faces.

One package for 2 day deliver got delivered the next day when it was out for delivery the correct day. Second issue, when tracking on ebay said unable to delivery and I was at home waiting on the package. Ebay tracking said that they left a note to pick up at office and no note left in my house. When I printed the tracking and went to the office the carrier was still holding the package. Lies!!! This next issue, with a medication, carrier marked the package as shipped, we were outside the house and the delivery wasnt made. The carrier just lie, and dont do their job. I hate the service.
Horrible bad service overall! Bad management! Incompetent workers. They lost my mail or put it somewhere easy for someone to take it or steal it when were not home. This place should rehire staff and be more responsible. Fire everyone that works there!!. Really bad place and the people that work there are even worse!!!.
The people here are friendly and very knowledgeable. You can easily ship things from here. They habe boxes, envelopes, they sell stamps, money orders, and even some greeting cards. Always service with a smile here!!!
The older African American lady with the curly hair was not being truthful with me by saying she was unable to complete my transaction when obviously she was hesitant from the start. She made it look real clear that she didnt believe me when I was asked about the contents of my package.
This place is good one of the girls is Sharon and she is good at her job - I also like the post office at Puritus ave the guy that puts my mail in my p o box Mr. Dee is very nice - keep up the good work please 👍😊

This post office is worthless. They dont know how to even scan packages.
This post office and employee are horrible. They dont deliver our mail on time. Scan a package as delivered and its not. They do this to cover themselves for slacking off.
The blonde is fast and efficient but the other lady is really slow and it seems like she doesnt know what she is doing.

2022-03-09These folks at this post office are the best, I drive out of my way just to come here. My local post office gives me dirty looks when i come in with a few bags of items to drop and often looses my items costing me money and making my customers unhappy. I just came to this location with about 50 items to drop off and they scanned them through for me and were more than happy to help me. Super friendly I won’t be going to any other post office. Thanks for all you do I really appreciate you all.

2022-04-19I continue to receive other peoples mail - even if its for a different street. I even took the time to return it to the post office! The house number was the same, but the street was different. Yet it came back to me a 2nd time because the zip code was wrong. Automated sorting is great, but the delivery person can see that the street is not in their delivery neighborhood. Show some work pride and check your work. This is ridiculous!

2022-08-04I love this post office, I ship a lot of packages USPS and I will go out of my way to send them from this one. The workers are friendly and helpful, and dont act like youre inconveniencing them with your business the way some other locations do.

2022-01-04Mailed my familys bills on 11/27/21 from the drop box not one single bill from the ten envelopes ever showed up to their destination. I filed a missing mail report and never got a response. My neighbors mail from this mail box never showed up to its destination either. Scary when you cant trust the USPS services. What an inconvenience this has caused. Was the mail stolen? I hope the issue has been investigated.

2021-10-13They make up their own rules. they don’t follow department of state guidelines for passport applications. Other USPS branches do not require you to bring your Social Security card with you. this branch does. why? The branch supervisor told me it has something to do with identity theft? So they’re saying they’re going to let other people see my documents ? Doesn’t make sense and adds to the burden of obtaining a passport.

2022-02-15Move to Brooklyn if you dont want mail on a daily basis. They just dont show up for days on end and lie on the tracking forms about it. Steer clear at all costs!

2021-10-16Well it doesn’t shock me with the low reviews the heavy set guy that works there boldly told me a statement that apparently wasn’t to honest. Hide your husbands & wives because this place is not professional or business like one star was to high !!!!!!!!!! Oh I had a PO Box over two weeks not one piece of mail had been entered hmmm with me doing the proper procedure of the government standards 🤔

2020-08-28Normally I wouldn’t go out of my way to rate a post office. I went to this location and (very dumbly) dropped off a pre paid package. After about an hour, I realized that the package had a fed ex label and not a USPS label. I called this post office and explained this to them. They went out of their way to go into the back, look for my package, and take it out of the stack for me. I was able to pick it back up to take to the proper location. I really appreciate that they went out of their way for me so my package didn’t end up being lost. Thank you!

2021-06-30Very quick, friendly and went out of their way to help with the issue I had with an online seller/scam. Denzel at the front desk was very nice, polite and efficient getting through the lines and Monique the manager got me what I needed to take care of the issue I had.
