The internal post office people are awesome here. Ive always had pleasant interactions with the staff on location, but the carriers from this location seem to lack all common sense. Everyday I come home to legitimate mail (greeting cards, bills, insurance cards, etc.) in my mailbox being crumpled up and destroyed because they try to stuff all of the junk mail and ads in the box afterwards. At least my Marcs ads and department store ads are readable even though I never read them and dont want them, but my holiday cards from Grandma, well screw them. I didnt need to be able to open the envelope without tearing the card or be able to read those anyway as long as I get the stupid store ads that get thrown away. Its pathetic, and yes I have called to complain and that fixes it for about 1-3 months before I have to call again. After 3 years of calling, Im over it and posted this.

I have sent my sons rent check out on Aug 1 2020. They never received it. On Aug 13 2020 I sent out a second check which was not received either I put them in my mail box with a return address. Some where between Fairview and Lakewood Oh both checks have gone mussing

Late/missing mail. At each residence I lived at in the city. Im not alone. I hear the same thing from neighbors, my brother and friends. Whats going on? Someone gave them five stars for mailing a package.....omg the world is in sad shape!PS. Dont bother getting a post office box, tried that, twice!

4 stars for the employees of how nice and patient they are. But minus 1 star because they never seem to answer their phone. Once in a great while I need an answer that only the local p.o. can answer,so I cant call the 800 number, but I cant ever get anyone to answer, no matter how long I ring.Their attitude is much friendlier than most other p.o.s Ive been to though.

Package said was out for delivery 2 days ago and they still have it , pervious I dont get mail for a few days , and then I get someone elses mail how hard is to read an address

Im biased because I have friends and family employed here, but this post offices staff are pleasant and helpful!!

This post office is actually nice and the service is good. I have been to so many that are not as good.

Terrible, non-helpful...rude...cant break big bills , a twenty.....lol. shoulda used fedex
