They can’t keep any workers because upper management doesn’t know how to properly run the station. They overwork their carriers & retaliate when you speak up for yourself. Instead of helping the carriers carry mail they force workers to work overtime & get mad when you wanna take your off day. No sooner than they get a new carrier they lose two more. Roy loves to micromanage the carriers & he’s intimidated by black men that speak up for themself against his foolishness. There’s been atleast 3different different managers since 2018 & the most recent one just got sent away because she lost 4 more carriers back to back. If you don’t receive your mail or packages just thank the supervisors & managers for running all of the good carriers away.

I put some important mail that included my ID in the box out front on November 10th 2021. Neither address has received my papers or ID. They said they couldn’t do anything about it. Saying it went to the sorting center already and there was no way to track it. Worst USPS ever!!!!!

Multiple times packages delivered to the wrong address on my own street! And also mail. They need to Pay attention just because the address ends the same doesnt mean they should ignore the fact that the number could start with a 12 or a 13! They delivered an expensive camera to the wrong address and I never got it. Was told by Ms. Taylor at USPS that the scanner has a GPS, when scanned it showed it went to the other address that ended with my number, but the home owner wasnt home and it was lost. I had to contact Best Buy and explain to them this and all they could say was that it was delivered! Because on the tracking it showed that. Yes, delivered but not to me! I had to eat the cost!Since then Ive had other things say delivered and then called right away and told them it wasnt told the same thing and with those other items they were then delivered to the same house that ends like mine. Its terrible! One mistake fine, multiple times, inexcusable pay attention to the whole address!!!!!

Our mail is rarely accurate. This is truly frustrating, to say the least. I have Informed Delivery, so I know what to look for in our box. We consistently receive the wrong mail. The mail carriers do not read the addresses, and are not focused on delivering mail. I dread waiting for important mail, as theres a great chance of it never making it to my mailbox. Ive made a complaint previously, and was advised that they would take more care for this route. Unfortunately, this promise was not upheld. Its very clear that the Garfield Heights, Ohio Post Office does not care to accurately deliver the mail.

Terrible employees !!!! On their phones and don’t greet people when they walk in. Just not helpful at all.I sent out 18 packages. Only 17 packages were scanned and sent out. I highly believe one of the employees stole the missing package.If any manager looks at these reviews, the date was September 29, 2020 between 1:45pm-2:45pm. Please check your cameras and deal with the staff. All need to be fired!!!From previous review theft seems to be the norm at this horrible post office.

The mail lady didn’t want to walk to the house so she shoved my package in the mailbox and RUINED my bachelors diploma. Called and they were no help.

I drive out of my way to go to this post office. It is a newer facility with self service to mail letters and packages 24x7. The atrium is nicely decorated, airy, bright, and clean. Staff is always customer friendly, courteous, and efficient which I do not find at other post offices I have gone to in the past. I never had to wait more than a few minutes to get personalized service. This post office deserves a 5 star plus rating.

My mailman is the very best but Im a little upset that I was told I had to get a passport and passcard. So untrue. This cost me $178 total. Money that I didnt expect to pay or have for a passport for vacation whenever I get to go. Please please train your people.

They are the worst post office. They steal your packages and lie and say your package got lost during processing. Their workers are very rude and unprofessional and unhelpful. I had to call the police to have one of the workers arrested for stealing my packages and going thru my mail when it was delivered to my house. I really hope they fire everyone there and hire new good professional employees
