I never receive my mail it’s always in the wrong mail box and I’ll never see it. I order an expensive package. How could you miss the room # that should be doubled checked. It’s highly wrong to never receive packages that I have spent my money on. The workers need to do their jobs and take their time while delivering. I am so upset. I never want to deliver here again. Now I have to get my stuff sent to South Euclid (whole new address just to get my stuff) this is ridiculous. Which I’ve seen these reviews before ordering stuff. This location definitely deserves a -5. Below range
The ladies at this location are Super helpful when I had absolutely no idea of my box/shipping options. I was extremely clueless and has so much to ship to AZ. I felt so bad! But they looked out for me & were very polite. They’re Courteous to all the customers which is nice to see. The Atmosphere is Quite welcoming, thx!!
Every comment describes our situation with this post office and customer service. Their carriers dont take the time to do their jobs correctly or make sure customers are getting their packages. You would think that they would TRY to do better but this has been going on, from our experiences, for years and its not right!
Literally the worst. As Ive ever been to. The lady behind the counter was berating an old man for not knowing where to put a package. She takes her time like Ive never seen before making sure that each person takes almost 10 minutes. Theyre overcharging people telling them that they have to ship certain packages as priority mail, when you were clearly able to send it first class mail. Overall one of the worst post offices Ive been to.
By far, absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life. The ladies checking in and out packages should be fired.They were unhelpful and unapologetic. After calling 3 different places and going to two different post offices I found myself waiting in line here. I finally got to the counter and the lady questioned how I knew my package was there, I tried to explain to her that not only did the tracking website say it was there but so did the people on the phone. She asked me if I realized that I was in Shaker Heights and not Mentor, I informed her that I just dove the 45 min to get there and was well aware of where I was. The lady proceeded to tell me she wasnt even going to go back and look for my package. I explained that I understood that she felt it was a waste of her time (it only being her job and all) but I had already wasted a lot of my time as it was almost 45 min from my house. She came back and told me that she couldnt find it. I asked her to look it up as I had been told by two individuals before that she could. She proceeded to tell me to look it up myself.I went over to the machine and oddly enough it told me that it was at the facility I was in. I proceeded to inform them of this and they ignored me. I stood at the counter promptly until I was addressed. Finally they got some other lady to address me, I gave her my tracking number and she walked into the back for about another 15 min. She came back and informed me that my package was not there. I asked her where it was and she proceeded to tell me that the package says it was checked in at their facility but it was not here. I was told to call on Monday for Customer Affairs to deal with my lost package.My only regret is that I did not get the name of the very rude woman behind the counter so I could give her name to get superiors directly.
When you call the customer service at this post office you think you will have somebody who is responsible and shows respect to you what ever your background is !!!!!. Will you please just be polite and respect people and do not hang the phone on them before asking them if they are done. Well you please clarify from the customer without showing disrespect. I hope somebody should care for people and acknowledge this. I saw many other people had the same issue with them it seems this is an ongoing problem. PLEASE CARE
Worst costumer serviceI have had issues with them a number of times but these are the two biggest issue. I was applying for a Passport a older women that handled my passport was very rude and vulgar and gave me the hardest time when I made a simple error she made a large scene and throw her hands up and walked away then she passed me off to another older customer service rep who was really nice. But this was a two hour process. Second happened today they posted false delivery information saying my package was delivered (which it wasnt) I called back to solve the issue one told me can you call back tho the second put me on hold for an half hour worse post office in Cleveland Ohio
Have not been getting my mail. This is the 4th week.. They don’t deliver at least 3 times a week because they are short on carriers.. That’s not my fault I have important mail that should be delivered to me. I know I have mail because it’s scanned into my email.. This is so frustrating.
By far the worst customer service I have experienced in the US. Rude on the phone and thoroughly unapologetic. My package was supposed to be delivered (I have a screenshot that says out for delivery all day). Called to say it was undelivered - the first time they hung up. The second time I called I opened saying pls dont hang up - They said they cant help and then hung up! Fabulous.
This post office is THE WORST. They delivered my package to an address two streets away (same number), and the person there kept it for TWO MONTHS before bringing it to me. I called a total of four times with only one person even attempting to help me (though unsuccessfully), I physically went to the post office to see if there was someone who could help me and was told they were too busy. I tried to register a complaint, but as soon as they found that I had received a refund for the lost item, they refused to investigate any further.I am now attempting to locate a package that I thought was going to be delivered by UPS. No, it says that it was left at the local post office to be delivered, and that they (USPS) left a notice (no notice could be found), and that I have to go and pick up the package.What a joke. If I could, I would move elsewhere just to avoid this post office and the terrible service.
Not enough people to properly provide adequate customer service for the many people who are kind enough to still give the usps their business. Waited to pick up a package for over 30 minutes. I couldve picked it up myself in a tenth of the time. Avoid this place at all costs. Its too much of a hassle.In previous experiences, Ive gone to pick up packages only to find out the driver may have tried redelivery without my consent, or vice versa. Just messed up.
This place is ruled by incompetence. My packages have been left in the mailroom of my building (allegedly) and never seen again. Not even a callback when I enquired about it. I now have to have my packages sent to Bedford Hts just to be sure I get them. If an exhausted sounding female answers the phone, just hang up and save yourself a worthless conversation with a person that cannot and will not help you. They are not to be trusted with anything but bills. They deliver those, flawlessly.
I dont want to rate this post office a 1!! -5 would be more like it!! Illiterate humans in route with important documents is a problem!! Ive called multiple times in regards to this issue & know very well off the rudeness of the workers inside of the post office! I just wish I could have my mailman come from a different office!! I get mail that belongs on a whole different street.
Hugh sign on the front and side door MAIL CARRIER: PLEASE LEAVE ALL PACKAGES IN THE BACKYARD UNDER THE AWNING/CARPORT. Instead packages are left in the middle of the driveway, on the front porch, tossed in the grass, everywhere except the back patio.I have spoken to the carrier - Oh, you dont have a regular carrier so they dont know.My reply - And no one working for the post office can read?This place is a JOKE!!!!!If the Postal Service cant get it together the I say PRIVATIZE them because UPS and FedX workers can read!
Just echoing the remarks of many others, but I think they need to enforce the piss test....some of these guys are too friggin bold!! There are some that are obviously high on something, and need to be given detox or the BOOT!! The buckeye group is scandalous!! They openly make purchase from drug dealers...right in the open. No wonder the mail is found in the trash bins of some businesses. Stop the madness...if they dont respect the position and the customers that make it possible for them to have a job then look for work elsewhere.
They need to get rid of that bald head manager,she rude as hell! She slammed the pick up line window on a elderly man that was trying to get his medication delivered.then the way she talks to people is degrading and disrespectful! How can a person like this work in customer service! She needs to be laid off! Ill never go there again!
A bunch of dumbasses! Excuse my language but these idiots that work here are so pathetic. They make getting a package delivered so hard and its so annoying. Very rude, very unprofessional, and so unpredictable. I wish I could get my mail from another post office honestly.
Worst service ever! Was told I could come pick up my package, once I got there to get it the lady claimed I cant get it when I was told over the phone that I could. Several of my packages were stolen via their delivery and no help was given. Very rude customer service.
ILL BE HONEST WITH YOU I HAVE HAD MY SHARE OF HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES AT THE POST OFFICE AND BELIEVE ALL THE REVIEWS LISTED HERE. BUT I HAD TO GO INTO THERE TODAY AND ALMOST WALKED OUT BECAUSE OF THE LINE, BUT I FORCED MYSELF TO STAY. THEN THE CLERK WHO TODAY WAS PAMELA NOTICED THE LINE AND CALLED FOR A SUPERVISOR FOR HELP. THEN ASKED FOR PEOPLE WHO NEEDED TO PICK UP SOMETHING TO STAND AT THE BLUE DOOR. AFTER A FEW MINUTES OF NO HELP PAMELA NOTICED AGAIN THAT NO ONE CAME AND SHE GOT BACK ON THE PHONE AND THIS TIME SAID WE HAVE SEVERAL PEOPLE WERE WAITING. I THANKED HER FOR NOTICING US. AS I WAS STANDING THERE FOR OVER 10 MINUTES SHE HANDLED EVERYBODY IN HER LINE WITH RESPECT AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. SO THE REASON FOR THIS LONG REVIEW IS JUST TO SAY THAT IT WAS NICE TO HAVE SOMEONE THERE LOOKING OUT FOR THE CUSTOMER AND WAS PLEASANT. SHE GETS 5 STARS BUT I LEFT A 4 STARS BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF RESPONSE BY THE SUPERVISORS. SHAKER IS 100 TIMES BETTER THAN THE GREEN RD OFFICE IN BEACHWOOD.
I hope i never have to go their again ever Very rude very non helpful horrible service got put on hold twice for 40 min each time got hung up on twice customer service should never be this bad iv had better service and help at McDonalds and we all know how bad McDonalds is still never retrieved my package after 4 days of calls and going up there they make entirely to much money to be this rude and disrespectful

2022-04-18The employees at this location are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. There have been times where they were understaffed and overwhelmed. They continually thank waiting customers for their patience and give their time to each customer. Everyone is knowledgeable, and they suggest better options to save you money. They’re just really great every time I go in.

2022-02-23We consistently get mail delivered to our house for the people one street over. I have had paychecks dropped in nearby empty lots. Had a package delivered to the wrong address and was told it was “lost”, only to have the person to whom it was delivered finally bring it to my house A MONTH LATER.We now have all packages sent to my husband’s work address.

2022-04-07This office constantly says they delivered packages & mail when that’s not true. The carriers are negligent & either deliver to incorrect addresses or steal your packages/ mail. When I first started getting mail delivered out of this location the carrier did it with care & I got all my mail. Now whoever is delivering just don’t seem to care. This office needs a whole new staff or to be retrained.

2022-02-14I have been waiting for my daughter Valentine’s gift. hadn’t received it so I decided to track it, it has been sitting at the post office waiting for me to pick up it . Why I’m still not sure when I called I was told oh no waiting to pick up mean waiting on the mail carrier you will have it tomorrow. Tomorrow came and package. I wake up to a text that say if package not picked up by such such date it will be sent back. I never received a notices, and why I’m really confuse why aren’t they delivering it. And they close when I get off. It was my daughter’s Valentines gift now I have nothing for them. And I order from this company all the time never had to pick it before.

2022-05-17Got a express package today delivered by Tina , she was so rude nasty and disrespectful. She did not say hello, good bye or anything. For a woman her page this is beyond rude and weird. She Told me “she don’t do stairs” because i asked why couldn’t she come to my door it’s on the first floor up 2 stairs. She stuck her lips out and said “i don’t do stairs you will always have to come outside “ This is now my 3rd bad encounter i have had with this post office it seems like they are hiring anybody these days, i am going to make a complaint to the corporate office but i also would like others to be warned , this post office is ghetto and very distasteful.

2021-11-26Went to post office to pick up packages for my daughter. She authorized me as a representative online to pick each up, mearly needed to show proper Id. When I asked for them was told I needed the orange slips signed by my daughter in order to get them. When I explained this same thing was done online was told didnt make a difference.. still needed orange slips. If this is true, which I dont believe it is, then the postal service needs to get there stuff together, as online authorization would be worthless. I believe it was just what the clerk believed was true. If thats the case there is a definite need for additional training in branch

2022-01-31DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!If there was an option to provide zero stars Id choose that. This location has the worst customer services of any business I have ever experienced. They are rude, unprofessional, argumentative, disrespectful and unhelpful. If you dont possess communication skills, patience, and empathy you should not be in a customer facing role. I have filed a formal complaint with USPS. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!

2020-11-19I went into that postal service so the lady can look up my tracking number for my item to see if it was delivered, her excuse was I cant look it up because Im the only one here and I have other people behind you. Wow thanks for your help. Very upset. Incident happened 11/19/2020 at 5:14pm. Black lady behind the counter. I wouldnt want to be serviced by her again.

2021-10-09This post office and it’s postal carries STEAL packages !!!!!!!!!! Lived in two different locations that dispatch from this location and have had personal items stolen off my porch and packages marked as delivered when the carrier never even showed up!!
