Extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Horrible experiences, the regular workers thats been there are very ill mannered and inconsiderate. Dont understand how theyve been getting away with their attitude for so long!
Put my mail.on hold and they never have my mail,when I return nor do tey know which carrier has had,how sway🤔 yall only have one job 🗣give/sort mf mail!!!!!!!
Definitely the worst I only keep going back because it’s close but they pick and choose on what days they wanna argue and so rude ...unprofessional...I’m just trying to drop off some packages not get my day ruined

I just moved in this area and when I tell you this postal place suck I never never get my mail I call everyday and they someone as already come which is a lie ..the manager here lie to bout someone coming to house....

I came to buy stamps and drop off mail .someone stole my stamps while i was writing on envelope! No one saw anything! Shmh!

2022-07-30Been using this post office for more than a decade. Slightly understaffed. Sometimes a bit of a wait. Ive never had any problems here.

2018-06-06My mail never goes into my mailbox. I have notes all over tagged to my home. My neighbor gets my mail in their box at least twi6a week. They live 6 houses away. This is horrible. I have been complaining for the past two years. This happened yesterday after I took several pictures of my wet mail to my neighborhood location. Its a shame and its embarrassing.

2018-12-17If I could give it 0 stars I would because that’s exactly what it deserves from the manager down to the employees! My mail is NEVER DELIVERED and when I go to pick it up they have no clue where it is. They are very rude and gets mad when it comes to doing their job! I say fire the whole staff and replace them with people who actually does what they’re there to do! As of today it’s been almost a week and still no mail after being informed from informed delivery usps site that I have mail coming!

2020-04-15Because of the elderly and high risk people in our building, the Association recently required all workers in the building to wear facial coverings. Our current mail carrier to 1 Bratenahl Place is the only person/vendor who refuses to wear a facial covering. This post office has not helped. We even offered to provide this individual with a cloth facial mask. Even if you dont care at all about yourself, care enough about the people you come in contact with...or let someone else deliver your mail who does care.

2020-03-17Mail missing ,mail all over the front yard mail falling out the mail box and when I called in to report it he tells me oh no not our mail carrier. Well I have pictures to prove it and Im so tired of my checks being stolen and know one done a thing a out it.

2019-05-22I called the 800 number, trying to talk to a live person, I never got one. After 15 minutes of trying, I just hung up. I wanted to talk to somebody about missing mail in person. Why do they have these numbers if you cant talk to a real person. I am still mad about this. I wish I knew sombody to talk to about this. I am really mad!

2017-11-14Why do I need to call the main 800 number for a question I should be asking the particular post office that has the package? Every other office Ive dealt with has its own number. Poor experience before even going to pick up. Also please put a name on the pink package slips.

2016-03-29WORST post office I have ever dealt with. Our mail is NEVER delivered on time or accurately--we are constantly receiving neighbors mail or getting ours from them. Letters and packages are constantly going missing. No meaningful help or solutions are offered when complaints and phone calls are made. Atrocious.

2019-10-15They deliver our mail days late it ridiculous and sad. And when the finally feel like getting out of their truck to deliver the mail they still put it into the wrong mailboxes.
