Efficiently run post office for the Clifton neighborhood. Not the most convenient hours if you are an 8-5er, but happy to have this location and the experienced staff in Clifton. Closed for lunch 1-2pm.
The office is very conveniently located. The postal worker is very warm, helpful and efficient. I will always use this office whenever I need to send mail.
The fact that they dont have an actual phone number for the location is just awful. I needed a question answered and I tried the automated number and it never let me speak to an actual person to get my question answered. I guess Ill just go to another post office.
If you want attitude, come here and ask for Veronica. She can’t answer a basic question about certified mail. Rude and unhelpful.
It was my first time in USPS and they delivered it pretty fast. Also, the lady at the office is very helpful.
This post office is old, been here a while, it is run professionally and with respect to customers...your needs will be taken care of.

2022-03-16Veronica, defyingly, challenged me to report her to her supervisor because nothing will happen.Myself and another customer waited for 20 minutes and were the last 2 customers for the day after she helped every domestic mail before us. When she found out we both were doing international mail she started yelling very disrespectfully saying that she did not have time for that and we had to come another day and started closing everything. I insisted saying that she helped the previous customers and we waited for 20 mins and she kept being disrespectful and said she will call the police if we do not leave. I was with my 5 year old son. It felt that Veronica specifically targeted 2 immigrant clients to not do her work. I felt completely discriminated and angry at her. I had to leave the store because my 5y/o was getting scared when she said she will call the police on us. Veronica is a person of color and in her 60s. It was very disturbing for me been discriminated by someone who should understands the problems of racism. USPS should take this case very seriously and hire people more tolerant to immigrants and are willing to at least do their obligations. Veronica has been reported a few times for her behavior on Google maps and nothing has happened. She keeps scalating her bad behavior based on the reviews.I was at the store on 03/16 @3:40pm.

2022-05-14The usps is worthless. in todays world, a mfer shouldnt need to use snail mail. You can pay all your bills online; you can check your disability on line; you can even have a real carrier transport your cards and gifts to those who you are sending them to AND theyll actually receive them in a reasonable amount of time. CANCEL USPS.

2021-03-26Friendly and fast service. Clean as well. Only 4 stars because it is super small post office. Also a lot of basic items were low or out of stock. Completely out of single stamps and running super low on money orders. Over all great experience and service though.

2021-03-18Terrible. Always have packages stuck at this location. Currently an eBay case against me because the Cincinnati post office has had the package for 11 days. Unprofessional spokesman.

2019-12-03Very convenient location, extremely unhelpful and cold staffperson. Seemed very put out by simple questions, even got an eye roll while I was asking very simple questions with my 5 year old there. No warmth reciprocated at all.There was no one else in the place at the time, no reason to feel rushed, and yet the postal worker seemed like she was unwilling to answer even the most basic questions like how much is a flat envelope or what thickness of a package is too thick to give the priority rate and showed no interest in helping me interact with my child about how the mail works.It is the holiday season and perhaps it had been a really busy day and she was very stressed, but just seemed completely unnecessarily brusque.

2018-09-05The USPS post office has now moved into the heart of Ludlow avenue right in line with a host of restaurants on the street.The lady that works at this post office is very sweet and helpful and makes your visit to the post office as easy and swift as possible.

2019-04-26Generally unhelpful and cold. I moved to Clifton about 2 years ago, but I still go to my original post office across town because I find the Clifton location so unhelpful. I also hear a lot more complaints from locals about lost mail and other mishaps that seem to happen at this location.
