Filled out a form to haveSaint Bernard Post Office hold my mail for 12 days. They failed and delivered my mail.. Not good
For two days I have received other peoples mail in my mail box! The addresses are not close to mine at all.
Lady at the window was very help when I was mailing a package to my sister. She informed me about the different delivery methods, their estimated delivery times, and what was included like some insurance. She also reminded me that I needed stamps before I left. Thank you.
This post office is completely useless. Long line, and only one disinterested employee plunked down behind the counter, moving.... as... slow... as... possible. Please, USPS, just shutter this location for good, and save us all the tax money.
I have been in there over 7 times trying to get a mail hold and get it off. They lied to me and was rude. The black lady in the front should be fired. She is rude and lied right to my face 7 times. Than laughs at me. And said she dont care. Plz if anyone can rate this place do so and jus tell it like it is
It’s amazing to me even with informed delivery, I haven’t received my Kroger coupons in 3 months? So they’re basically stealing my mail 🤔

The mailman stole my package!!! He lied and said he delivered it to try he wrong address, then he said he never delivered it. They are ghetto and their robbing customers for their packages! Im go definitely handle this to the fullest!

Lines can get a bit long and slow at times. New counter associate names Baybe is super nice and helpful, always smiling which brightens my day too.
Worst post office branch ever! Whole streets undelivered and skipped. Mail carriers now making decisions who and what streets they deliver too on the route!
Very convenient location most employees are very nice but now this new guy with glasses is very rude and annoying have relocation befor I catch a case not worth it.wow now they hired another on employee worse thank the guy guy with glasses now they got this dark skin woman with glasses just as bad.passive aggressive.
Most incompetent group if nincompoops Ive ever dealt with in person or on the phone! Mailmen cant read or recognize numbers, constantly receiving other peoples mail.
So lost the package that contained live animals then find it a day after delivery date then wait another two days for a package that will for sure contain dead animals since the weather has turned cold and the animals in question can not tolerate cold
What is the point of requesting a mail hold if the mail is still delivered anyway. And then, after the mail is supposed to resume, it is not delivered!?!? Ridiculous! I wish I could give it a negative star.

2021-08-14Our old mail carrier was super nice, and punctual. The newer one seems to have an attitude and almost never delivers our mail. We had a gamefly disk come in and she jammed it diagonally into the slot with no way to get it out, it ended up being broken. We also have important pieces of mail come way too late and other peoples mail will constantly be in our box.

2021-06-30I just want to say thank you very much for returning my wallet I misplaced at this USPS location, they even mailed it back to me!! I come here often and the staff is very friendly and helpful. All of my visits have been a great experience. Awesome team over at the Vine St. USPS location!

2021-02-21Everyone at the Post Office in St. Bernard is super nice and accommodating.But it took 17 days to get two-day priority mail package from Cincinnati to Boston. And that wasnt so super.

2017-10-07There are some absolutely amazing carriers that work here. A person receiving good customer service for this field rarely gives a review. They think it is “normal” and don’t think about it.A mail carrier is under tremendous pressure every day and it is the truly amazing ones that don’t let the customer see that. They smile and do the job. My carrier is awesome.

2020-02-24Staff is very friendly and happy to answer any questions you might have. The only issues that I have with this location would be when I hold mail for travel, it usually gets delivered a few days prior to my scheduled end date. This has happened about three times in the past year and some of my mail has been crumpled in my small mailbox. Usually there is a queue and it can take a bit of time to get processed so dont plan on being in an out in 5 minutes when you visit.

2019-07-19You can go days without mail. Management does nothing to fix the problems. They have a few good delivery people but other than that, its a nightmare. Whole place should be shutdown and mail delivery service should be moved to a facility that gives a flying f***. Lazy delivery people is probably the main cause with management turning a blind eye to it.

2017-04-15Carriers are lazy liars. Ive been home waiting on packages. Theyll lie and say no one was home and they left a notice which they dont. I have a special mailbox for packages that is secure but theyll say no secure place to leave package. Ive never had this much trouble getting my mail. This is why no one here the post office.
