Delivered my package that required a signature, WITHOUT my signature! Said the reason why is COVID protocol, but last I checked you cant sign for anyone else without their explicit permission. Should have gone back to the depot where I could have picked it up in person.

Usually, the Hyde Park post office is great with helpful, friendly people. Sometimes theyre really understaffed, though, and the wait can be 15+ minutes, especially during the holidays. Often hard to guess if a trip there is going to take 3 minutes or 20 minutes.

Ive always had quick and friendly interactions with the employees here. Its a very small office; often only one person is working. Theres no parking lot, but meters are available on the street right in front of the office and across the street. If youre quick, you might not even have to pay the meter! (Though do so at your own risk, obviously)

Worst post office I have ever been to..You can tell theyre milking the 8 hours...And could care less about customer service! Use to live right around the corner ,and I drove to other post offices to not have to deal with this place..Whatever they get paid is way too much..

Customer service is not their strong suit. Employee was a bit rude and did not seem happy to be there.

As far as I can tell it doesn’t exist. There’s no sign that says where it is and the building google says it’s in is somebody’s home...
