They are very often closed when their hours say they are open and there is nowhere to drop off prepaid packages so I almost always have to try again later or go somewhere else. It would be nice if they updated their hours to reflect reality

When are they open?? Your guess is as good as mine. Apparently, they can just put a sign on the door and open whenever the hell they want. Cool. 👎🏻

I guess USPS is used to dropping their standards. Wonder how much farther down they will take it? They dont follow operating hours. They dont post signs providing customers reasons (thanks!!!). Be prepared to just randomly come by and hope they are open when they are under operating hours (If not just keep trying youll eventually get lucky).

Really unfortunate as this is my neighborhood post office and i have usually had a good experience here. Today the cashier Nickie was beyond rude. I had a large package i wasnt sure how to prepare, and she berated me for using a small amount of tape from the desk, and for not having written my address on the box (sometimes they ask for that and create labels). I apologized sincerely yet she was just nasty to me. bummer

I see I’m not the only one who had “ Nasty Nickie” (see comments below)She was extremely unprofessional as i too was trying to send a package. And i got the exact same treatment as the man below. She has no business working in customer service. I wish there was a working direct number for the office. The one online is not in service. Her supervisor needs to know how she treats customers. I’ll be going back to Oakley from now on. Her supervisor really needs to know about her ethics

Nickie is wonderful, I sent a lot of packages and she takes great care of me. I think once you get to know her...she takes care of her customers and does what she can to help unlike most.

Post office serving an underserved community. Plenty of P.O. boxes, normal hours, and large parking lot. Conveniently located and staff is very friendly. Suffers like most other post offices with aging facilities and little to no funding. Despite this, it’s a relatively nice post office which is convenient for many in the surrounding densely populated area.

The line was out the door near closing time and Nickie patiently & kindly helped every single customer, staying well beyond closing time. Thank you for going above & beyond, Nickie!!

As is typical with todays United States Postal Service the window is understaffed, although friendly they are slow, the wake is extensive, and the facilities are aged
