I have scheduled online several time for my packages and mail to be picked up from my home. Nobody pick up my package…you should be ashamed the way you do business. I have paid for a service that is not there when you need it. Very frustrating and disappointing. This is not the firs time when they fail to pick up my packages.

The carrier that delivers to my location constantly puts mail for another person in my mailbox even though my name is on it and the address doesnt match. Packages Ive ordered are often not received or delivered to the wrong location. The ineptitude is astounding.

Called to trace a package and after asking some questions about the delivery process, was RUDELY told that it must have been stolen and we arent going to do anything about it and then was HUNG UP ON. The United States Postal Service worker was rude, told me they were NOT being rude and then hung up on me. And, I still dont have my package. How do I know someone at the post office didnt steal my package? Just because they say it was delivered how would I know? I wouldnt care except they said they are going to do nothing about it, were rude, and hung up on me.

I dont go to the post office very often so I do not want to rate them although I never had a problem there.I just want to speak about receiving and sending mail. I am sometimes amazed at how quickly my letters get to their destination. And how fast I get things that people send to me. Some people refer to the USPS as snail mail but I dont see it that way. I am happy with the service and our mail person Mary is one of the nicest people ever. So in spite of the many complaints here my own feeling is that when I send or receive mail it will be done in a quick, efficient way and I am satisfied with the service.

I called to ask for a one time favor of bringing my mail to my door. explained that i had hip surgery and am expecting medication today. I was told that if it fits in the box they are not allowed out of the truck. The manager could not understand the concept of a one time favor. I am a letter carrier for 37 years and was dumbfounded at the bad attitude and total disregard for customer service . She argued for several minutes and finally agreed to allow my request but qualified that she will not do this everyday(I repeated that it was a one time favor) and hung up on me. Having worked for several(many) low quality managers in my 37 years I pity all the hard working employees at this station if this is an example of how they are treated. Hours later...the carrier did not come to my door.

A package was delivered but it was either never delivered or it was stolen in a apartment complex and calling is impossible to speak to a real human. And I cant even get a code sent to me in a text for texts about deliveries. I want better service for my deliveries where I can speak to someone who cant even deliver a package the right way without stealing from people or not caring if its stolen.

Why does everyone who answers the phone automatically have an attitude? I am having issues with package delivery and when explaining my issue, I was cut off speaking TWO times by TWO different people. My issue has not been resolved to go along with that. It’s a simple fix because I haven’t had this issue before and out of no where I find my packages not being delivered to my mailbox. Not happy or satisfied.

Went to get a new passport. Spent the money, had my picture taken. Just received notification from US department of state that the picture wasnt good enough. So now, during a pandemic, imbetween working and fostering puppies, I get to find time to go back out, pay to have a new photo taken and mail it in before they cancel my passport entirely. Thanks for nothing

Brunswick post office was a great help in retrieving a tracking number with out a receipt but the USPS as a whole is terrible. I paid extra for faster shipping and the package was delivered slower than if I would have just gone with 1st class mail. MY bills always end up in my mail box on time but if i send something seems like its never on time.
