Absolute rudest counter staff ever. After current personal changes took effect this has become the worst office in this area to deal with. Funny that Phillipsburg is still able to treat customers in the hometown fashion. After close to 40 years of having a p.o. box in this office, we are watching over to our st address. The less we have to deal with the new counter lady the happier well be. Ive seen higher iqs and more movement out of a house plant.

2022-04-13This is the second time in a week that I get a package that was suppose to b delivered by my mailman. It says out for delivery but then a hour later it says forward expired . Plus we dont get our regular mail delivered half the time . Im bout ready to have all my stuff being sent to new lebanon post office. I get my diabetic meds thru the mail and they got sent back to sender for some reason . I had to give a one star cause u cant rate them a zero .

2022-02-04What a wonderful small town post office. These people truly care about what they are doing and about their community. The carriers are conscientious of their jobs and the clerks are friendly. Go on down and sit a spell.

2022-02-04I drive 30 minutes to this particular office even though Im 2 minutes from another one. Scott is always efficient and knowledgeable. I know that when I come to this branch, everything will be taken care of correctly.

2020-12-15Let the mail worker know my package was going to brookville, it was legitimately within 6 miles of the post office I dropped off at (bday gift) and the package GOT LOST, never found and this was the week prior to Halloween that I mailed it. So incompetent. Thankfully it was a $30 gift and not an extremely expensive item, still totally uncalled for. I do not, under any circumstance recommended this place

2020-06-10Sooooo many things have just been mysteriously not delivered to my house but are always marked as delivered... we have multiple cameras and they always provide evidence that our packages are never delivered but yet USPS doesn’t do anything about it. I have gotten AT LEAST $1,000 worth of stuff not delivered by the Brookville Post Office. I sometimes even go far enough to ship stuff of value to friends/family houses because I’m so sick of having to jump through hoops to get refunds for mypackages.Edit:Made a claim for my missing package, although people haven’t been helpful in the past, Kyle was super helpful! Although, we couldn’t locate my package, he ensured he did everything in his power so I could get a refund/get my order reshipped.

2020-08-03We have had numerous issues with neighbors receiving our mail and us receiving others mail. This mail includes folks who live across town and have nowhere near the same address or name(s). When I go to the post office and complain about the issue I have been told that the in-town route is completed by substitute carriers who vary by day. This means that no one can truly be held accountable for this issue.Rural addresses or out of town folks get a regular carrier.Geoff is always kind about my complaints about the issue, but this simply shouldnt keep occurring.

2018-01-02They wont attempt to deliver a package because the driveway hasnt been recently plowed. There is less than a 1/4 on the driveway. I called and they said these vehicles are rear wheel drive and horrible in the snow, yet my rear wheel drive mustang has no issues. What a joke, no wonder so many people want to do away with government backed delivery service. UPS and Fedex would have delivered with no problems, but they only get paid if they do their job unlike the post office who gets my tax dollars regardless.

2016-05-28I sent a letter containing 4 tickets to the June 24th Reds baseball game the one with Pete Rose being allowed in the Reds Hall of Fame. I was told that the letter only need a regular stamp for its weight. Here almost 2 weeks later it hasnt reached one state away. Ridiculous! Ive followed up with them on why this hasnt been delivered and they just say things happen. Wait!I will assure the USPS that if this letter doesnt get delivered I will never us the USPS again. And anybody whom I come in contact with will hear this situation. Only one person knew what was in that envelope. The person at Brookville Post Office counter.
