I have seen my mail person skip my house in multiple occasions when my flag is up and mail is supposed to be sent out. Today the mail person decided to skip my entire side of the street while I was outside and when I tried to get her attention she kept on driving by ignoring me.

Carolyn at the front desk provides such great customer service. She is kind to everyone and very helpful. She is always smiling and friendly. My visits to mail packages here are always quick. I enjoy going to this post office because of her service!

The only staff at this location that is friendly is Brian and Caroline. The lady who is filling in for Caroline right now is SUPER RUDE. I believe she may be a part of management, but she is NOT customer friendly and should have stayed in the BACK. I have a package that was mailed out on 04/06, sent priority, expected to be delivered 4/8. With COVID-19, I understand that there are delays, HOWEVER, the package has not moved since 04/10. No updates or anything. She went to the back computer, just to tell me the same BS that I saw on USPS tracking myself. She stated its somewhere, in a vehicle, on a plane, I dont know. I asked her if she can help me figure out where the last scan was, which i KNOW is possible. She stated that there is NO WAY to tell. She was NOT helpful AT ALL with even trying to help me figure out what is going on with the package. I mentioned to her that the package is all glass and it has me worried. Her response was Im not worried about that. I replied, well I AM!!! I asked to speak to a manager and she said call the 800 number so they can just send you right back to me so I can tell you the same thing. SHE makes me HATE that I even have to go to this location, but its the closest to me.

I have always had great success at this location. Carol and Brian are awesome. They get you in and out. I have going there for a few years now. Keep up the good work Carol and Brian.

Its usually pack midday12-2 and earlier in the morning8-9 sometimes right before closing. Ive had my po box here for the last 3 years. Its safe for the most part, because its in Brice 25mph zone the police is within distance from here.

The Male manager was very rude to customers today because he said we should all be at home . He didnt know what any of us were doing. Just rude

I have always bought stamps there and the main man I see there is always nice.
