Staff is very rude specially the new guy who was on training. He makes issue out of nothing. The same box was shipped by another USPS store without any problem for whom he was making an issue for no reason.

I come here every day for my business. Everyone here is so sweet. They took the time to learn my name and always remember it and say hello. Working from home, some days these ladies are are the only people I see all day, and I look forward to our brief interactions. Oh, and the essential oil diffuser they started using recently is so lovely for combating the horrible perfume smells that used to seem to get trapped in there by other clients. All around kind, caring, conscientious employees, quick customer service and great vibes. Love.

Ive never had an issue with this location, and Ive been using this location quite often for a couple of years now. Much better than my previous USPS in Lakewood, which literally has the worst employees Ive ever dealt with, Id rather go to the DMV than visit that location.

The woman who typically works there with brown wavy, long hair and thick glasses treats people terribly. Awful customer service. She doesnt need to make people feel stupid.

Very rude people. No one knows anything about anything. Person answering phone very rude on phone. Can’t answer questions truthfully and poor customer service. Only person who was able to actually work through the situation was a young man who apologized for the others behaviors which should both lose their jobs for the way they treat people.Have contacted the postmaster and will be contacting federal post master too for the way I was treated.

Super nice people. Got the run around to renew my sons passport at another post office. Went to avon lake and they were so helpful and friendly. Got everything done fast. Thank you.

Everyone is always so pleasant! I have had such bad experiences at other post offices that I now drive out of my way to go here.

They people cant read ! I mean its simple numbers in order and I have had more then 3 lost packages in 2 weeks ..... seriously pathetic and you wonder why they are losing there jobs
