The gentleman that delivered the porta potty was very nice came at a reasonable time ask were did I want him to put it and ask if everything was okay and he left nice Man.
Nicely done. The placement was tricky and they used pictures to get it right. Called me when it was complete.

2022-07-12Great service! Booking was easy. The rep was very helpful. The toilet unit was clean and in great shape. The only reason it isnt a 5 star is because the delivery team was supposed to call me when they delivered and they did not. Overall, very satisfied with the reservation process.

2021-07-11I am so glad I went with your company to rent a portable restroom and sink for my 4th of July weekend event. From the first phone call to rent the equipment until it was pick up was great. No problems!Customer service was excellent, the servicemen who brought the rental equipment was great, professional and informative. The pick up was even a breeze. 2021-02-26First time I was responsible for ordering machine rental and I shared that info with our rep Cameron. He offered to bring me information so I have a better understanding. He came to our office with the paperwork and spent time explaining the details to me and answering every question I had. He did a good job.

2021-08-19I placed order for portable toilet. It was delivered and placed at the wrong spot. It was placed by the back door where you go into the house, who would place a toilet there. I have cameras on the house and seen where it was placed. Called company back spoke with female and she assured me that someone would call back and move to where it should have been placed. I ended up having to get someone to help me move it. Called back spoke with someone who was no HELP at all

2021-10-19The guy who services our portables drives on our grass every time and he has been told not to drive on the grass several times by the owner. I called in the spring to complain. He puts ruts in our lawn. He argued with the owner. We keep fixing the ruts but he keeps driving on the grass rather than pull the hose out. Pure laziness!!!

2021-10-06Used them a few times for construction projects. They have no trouble dropping off units but it takes them over 3 weeks from the time I call for pick up for them to pick up the unit. Will not be using them again.

2020-10-06Helping to plan a socially-distant outdoor wedding for a family member from out of state at short notice. Amy was super helpful and friendly, and got us all squared away. Would definitely use their services again in the future.
