Last evening 16 April 2022 about 7 or 7:15 I stopped in this UDF for a chocolate milkshake & fill my truck with gas. The lady with light colored hair suggested I get my milkshake first then pre-pay for the gas. I stood in front of the bulk ice cream waiting while one male employee (white) was cleaning the milkshake machine. The other employee (black, good looking young man with lots of short dreadlocks) kept talking to him & pretending to do lay up hoop shots. He looked at me & again as he continued with “lay-up shots” to the cash register on the other side of the lady who suggested I get my ice cream first. He said something to her. I heard the lady say to him he needed to wait on me. He went to wait on another woman instead. The lady at the cash register told him again the I was here first & had been waiting. He never came over to me but instead stood in front of the other female customer and made “facial” jesters. The lady at the register told him again that I was here first & that he needed to wait on me first. I told the lady that’s okay & thanked her. I left & went across the street to Casey’s and got $50 worth of gas. I am a Veteran & a Catholic nun. I did nothing to deserve that kind of treatment from that employee. I just stood there waiting patiently to be acknowledged & waited on. We ALL need & deserve to be respected. This employee needs to be fired. He intentionally lost business (money) for this UDF. I hope the owner/manager cares.

The milkshake was good, but I think it would be good idea to get a cashier who can count and return the correct change.

I get $40.00 of Kerosene at UDF every few days & everyone there recognizes me. Last night, with the temperature being under 20 degrees, associate Mel decided to leave me standing for 10 minutes to just turn the pump on. When I said something about it being too cold to stand & wait he replied with how busy he was & he couldnt be bothered with taking the to turn on the pump. NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! When I paid for the kerosene he apologized for taking so long. I thought he could have led with that. But then, thats part of customer service.

I went there this morning to get some chips to go with my lunch you had a elderly lady that has blonde hair and you had a lady that has black hair with a black shirt on they was both very rude the lady with the black hair is the one that helped me she went to hand the bag to me and she didnt even give me a chance to grab the bag she like just dropped the bag whats going on that place used to be so good and then it was trash all over the place was trash outside and then you barely had any chips I mean it sounds like Casey across the street is putting the store out of business very unhappy and I always go to UDF

Usually pretty satisfied with this location, however today the machine that makes the shakes was down. The staff was unable to repair it and couldnt give a time frame of when it may be repaired.

I have gone there 4 times in the last week and have left each time without any purchases due to lack of staffing and being ignored by the staff who are there. I understand theyre big on their dairy but someone needs to be at the register for customers that dont order dairy products. I wont be returning

Cozy little UDF in the little village of Amelia. Stopped for gas and grabbed a malt shake. Great ice cream, mediocre convenient store and competitive prices on gas. This store stays busy during all business hours and can be a fuss to maneuverr around other vehicles. The whole property could use A huge update, place feels like 1940. Id like to see UDF start selling blunt wraps also. The bathrooms here are fairly disgusting, just as worn and torn as the rest of the property id say.

Fast ,friendly service.Love the ice-cream and freezes. The U drive points are great for saving money on gas.This is a really busy location ,there could be a wait.Sometimes understaffed during busy times.

Fast paced and often short on help makes it many times backed up. They have dip side with table and chairs to sit at. Busken donuts. Love thehot fudge sundaes !

If you are hot in the summer and you want something cold to eat or drink this will be the place they sell shakes, malts and ice creams but not to work at
