Ultra Gloss took in our 19 civic that had damage on the rear quarter panel. Very quick turn around and the price was excellent. Most importantly the quality of the repair looks to have be done properly. Thanks guys!
Went in for what I thought was a simple repair on trunk lid tree branch fell on it and left 2 dimples little too deep for a dent wizard so I had to get minor body work,After I got the car home you could see sand marks and the paint match was terrible car is white and you can clearly see the match to other white parts is a poor transition,Then I get in car to leave and there is all this white residue on my black interior they left door open when working on car and Im guessing sanding debris got inside,I went here based on reviews but will not go back or recommend..
Superior service and quality from Ultragloss. Wish Id thought to take before and after pictures, because the car looked amazing after Toy & staff put a new bumper cover on my Sonata after painting it. (My daughter is a menace, stay away from her on the roads.) For a little extra, they touched up the rest of the car using the paint theyd already mixed for the bumper cover. Thanks to Jordan as well, shell help you out when you walk in. :)
Ultra gloss did a fabulous job at repairing my front driver side of my car. (Fender, door). They also put new heads lights in for me as well! Car looks better then it did before it was hit. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because he told me a price for the job and when it was finished it ended up being $140 more. No biggie just would have been nice to know from the beginning. Toy is a good dude tho👍🏽.
A few years ago Ultragloss did some work for an insurance claim on my Honda Accord and it came out great, so this time around when someone hit my Lincoln Town Car they were my immediate choice. The staff is wonderful, everyone there is pleasant to speak with, and the results of their work are high quality. From minor to major jobs, Ultragloss should be your first thought if you want top tier results at a fair price. Thanks again Toy and Jordan!
This place is good for the price but beware the work is what you pay for. They missed a broken collision sensor behind my bumper and did a very poor paint job. The paint was spotted and had overspray on other panels along with parts that shouldnt be painted. They did however do a very good job at plastic welding my bumper. You couldnt notice the damaged plastic until taking the bumper off. If youre looking to get an old car fixed or something you dont care much about, you cant beat the price. If youre picky and a car enthusiast like me, Id go to a more professional body shop. Yes it will cost more but you will get better quality repairs. Please take this as a guessing statement but I believe they missed the broken sensor because they did an external repair only and never took the bumper off of the car like other shops would have. I did end up taking it somewhere else to get the bumper fixed the way I wanted it, and my sensor replaced. Please dont take this as me saying dont go here at all, but do your research first.
Had ceramic coating done on 19 RAM 1500. Excellent job done. Truck looks great and now better protected from the Ohio winters. Great respectable people and easy to work with. Thanks again.
Brought my car in no more than 10 months ago to get my rims painted due to paint chipping. Looked great when they were done, but the paint is already chipping again. Spent $500+ and in less than a year they are back to looking the way they looked before
Did an awesome job on my 2016 ford mustang. Unbeatable price too! Ive used several paint shops for various cars ive owned over the years but never found a place even close to the quality as this place. Will always use them!

Toy and his team did a wonderful job. My wife had an unfortunate mishap with an ice mound and cracked her bumper. I called another bodyshop and before they even received pictures they told me I had to replace it and could not be repaired. I sent pictures to Toy at Ultragloss and he assured me it could be repaired and gave me an excellent price! I dropped the vehicle off before my wife and I left for vacation and when the vehicle was done, they were very accommodating to allow us to pick the vehicle up after hours. Will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family for all their bodyshop needs!
Whoever worked on my car took my car for a joy ride. There was 4 extra miles on my odometer when I picked up my car. During his joy ride my car must of been struck with a rock (or something) becuz there are a series of nicks in my windshield that wasnt there before, and I also found a chip in the paint on the hood of my car (that I will now be fixing myself). Very disappointed with this persons work ethics. Body work doesnt need a test drive, they apparently think we are all stupid. On the other hand the body work that needed to get done looks beautiful.

Clint did an amazing job on our chevy Silverado tailgate! Very thorough and friendly as well!! Worth every penny...his dent removal raised the value of our truck far beyond the cash we paid for his service! We live near Columbus and he knew we had a long drive home so he made time to help us out! We will drive the two hours back to Akron to have him do more work if needed, no lie! Thanks again, Clint!
Great company, they maintained a line of communication thru-out the process, fixed a rip in my car interior, and did it for a reasonable price. The repair looks great and the gal I dealt with was terrific. Highly recommend.
Ill tell you what. This place is great. I cant remember the gentlemans name, but he always answers the phone. He was always nice, professional, and fast. Everytime he said he would call me back, HE DID! They fixed my wifes car for 1/3 the cost that a highly rated Collision specialist told us the repair would start at. These guys painted part of my car and it looks bad!! They did not wet sand or compound after painting it and left it all looking like orange peel!!! Do not have these guys paint your car.They dont finish the job the right way!!!
Took my Ram in after it spent 3 years bouncing from the steel mill to the campsites. I can happily say they surpassed my expectations. My truck hasnt looked this good since the day I bought it. Excellent value. Ill be back for sure.
These guys never disappoint. Ive had them repair curb rashed wheels, paint a corvette top and fix some small dings and paint imperfections on several cars. Their work always turns out great and the guys there are great to work with.
Great work thats easy on the budget, look nowhere else to have your scratches removed and look showroom clean with their superb detailing, they definitely rolled back the years on my 2011 ML350!
I just picked my truck up from an interior detail and it has been the best detail Ive ever had! It looked and smelled brand new and they removed ALL the salt that was caked on my carpeted floor mats. Thank you guys for all you do! I will definitely be a returning customer.
Took my nine year old car in for a cleaning. I work out of my car so it was pretty bad. Never had it cleaned before so you can imagine the grime and layers of dirt and salt, turned sludge on the interior. Exterior showed slot of wear also. Absolutely shocked when I got it back. Looked perfect and like new. Wow. Totally recommend.

This is the place to go if you need body work. They fixed all the general small scrapes and dents. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and my car looked brand new after they were finished.
Overall disappointed with the full detail on my car. After needing to keep it longer than expected, it shouldnt have been a rush job. Sadly, based on other reviews and premium prices, I expect much better.

The clown who either owns this place or is employed by it, spent the morning during rush hour weaving in and out of traffic across all three lanes cutting multiple people off. He did this all in his truck emblazoned with this shops logos. Use this information as you will.

2022-04-30Took them a custom aftermarket steel hood for my truck that had been damaged in shipping. Repairs and paint were perfect! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be going back in the future for some more work!

2022-06-17So my car was scratched by a bike handle. 2022 Kia Seltos & I only had it two months. Yes…devastated smh. So I couldn’t leave my baby like that. One of my best friends recommended Ultragloss because they did such a good job on his wife’s car. So ok I still got another estimate just in case but they were the more reasonably priced shop. Plus they did a great job on his wife’s car. Did an online estimate & they got back to me quick…first thing in the morning the evening after I did my estimate. Stopped up there & spoke with Toy who is super nice, booked my appointment & I couldn’t be more happier with my results! Thank you so very much for fixing my baby!

2021-10-19Needed the Rims repaired due to scratches from tires being replaced. The first time we picked up the truck the rims looked fake. They looked like they were plastic and they were rough to the touch. Called the store and was told they werent done correctly. We were told the paint flashed.Took it back a second time and they didnt look any better. The paint had drip marks. Had to go back to the tire store where they will put on new rims.Why would they not buff out the scratches? Why would the spray paint over metal rims?Very disappointed 😒

2020-01-11It was my first time doing any business with Ultragloss and I was impressed. I got my SUV undercoated. They did my whole SUV for a very reasonable price to me. And ever since it was undercoated Ive notice a major difference in some of the rust spots. Theres no drip but there was a little bit of an odor but it faded away after a few days. As far as undercoating, I highly recommend Ultragloss
