Always quick. Sometimes have to wait for gas but not too long.
Very busy store, needs more than two people working. The ladys did a great job getting all of us out in a timely fashion. Bathroom was clean and wel kept.
Growing up in the greater Cincinnati area Ive enjoyed multiple milkshakes from udf through the years and they never disappoint. The gas prices are typically on the lower side as well. This place has been a center hold for childhood memories and adulthood ones alike its truly a great place for your gas and icecream needs!
I asked for extra chocolate in my milkshake. I had had a few disappointments that day and didnt want a milkshake that almost tasted like chocolate. The guy suggested chocolate milk with chocolate ice cream and said he was sorry about my disappointments. I appreciated his sympathy and the milkshake really hit the spot. Improved my night. I didnt catch his name but Thanks!
I bought my girlfriends favorite malt and they made it just perfect had to give him five stars I got brownie points
I just went in the to get milkshake but they told me and my mom that the milkshake was down but yet to guys walk outside with milkshake the night shift employees are rude and nasty with there customers and I work 2nd shift so when I get off I want a milkshake!!!!!
Very quick and easy
Almost everyone here goes in and out without a mask when the door CLEARLY states Masks must be worn by all Guests per government mandate cashiers and associates not doing anything about it. Not following government guidelines.

I like all UDF stores. Gas, clean restrooms, milkshakes, and other goods. The fact that every store has a restroom is a draw for parents. If your outside of your hometown are a you can depend on UDF to be a clean store. This one is friendly too.
They have good ice cream but they get busy and they are slow when everyone wants ice cream

I was hoping the staff was a little bit more friendly as they are not in a very good mood at any point of the day that I have been in. A little slow at times but I am a very patient person.

While price at the pump is generally reasonable you usually have to go inside to get your receipt

2022-06-29Bought fruit punch from here the other day to use with rainbow sherbet. I made the punch and later that night ended up getting really sick not knowing what caused it. The next day I went to go get the rest of the fruit punch out of the fridge and there was a strong odor coming from the fruit punch. It was expired by over a month! Brought it back into the UDF and come to find out every single fruit punch that they had in the building had been expired by over a month! And all the manager said was oh sorry we didn’t know, and we can’t do anything for you because you don’t have a receipt. If you’re gonna shop here I will definitely check the expiration dates. I’m gonna avoid this place at I’ll cost.

2022-05-319:30 pm called ahad to get fresh coffee made get here 15 minutes later no coffee made and at least 4 people working. NOT tO Mention this is my 2nd time here today no coffee earlier either .This has to be the worst UDF I have been to by far.

2021-07-07Stop in occasionally to get 4 large chocolate shakes. Get them usually in a timely matter. Sometimes though they can get pretty busy. Especially if they only have two people on duty. One at register the other at the ice cream station. I personally think they need 3 people on duty at all time especially during busy time periods.

2019-12-30They would get a negative star (if that were an option), but they finally started selling my beer (over priced & not the right size)!They dont sell condoms (because of the owners religious beliefs), ALWAYS ask for a valid ID (even if you are my 92-year-old grandma! 🤨🤬🤔😤😡 )AND most of the employees are not that friendly or care enough to always wash their hands after handling cash before they scoop your ice cream, or make your malt/shake)!!!You are DEFINITELY better off going to almost any different gas station, or food mart like Krogers, where you can save A LOT of money & use your free discount card for discounts on their gas!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
