Went to the store today with my daughter who had an iPad with a bad power connector. They fixed it in a couple of minutes (something stuck in the port) at no charge. Nice people. Would go again with any break/fix problems.
Scheduled an appointment to get a screen replaced on my Motorola, no issues there. Get to the store only to be told they dont service Motorola. If you dont service it why do you have it as an option on your website when scheduling repairs? And why wasnt I informed you cant do the repair until I drove out 30 minutes to the store? Pretty disappointed.
They stayed until after close to fix water damage on my phone and it works great now! I didnt even get charged anything after signing up with the asurion service. Awesome customer service too!
Alex at the Stow store was so helpful and kind!! I definitely got a peace of mind by stopping in and getting my phone repaired! I would give 10 stars if I could!
Stopped in because my charging port wasnt working right, talked to Alex, there was something in it, had it fixed in like 5 minutes! Working perfect, highly recommended!!

The best. Thought I ruined my new phone, i broke the plug for the headphones off inside the phone. Could only make phone calls using speaker phone. I brought it to ubreakifix and in about 15 minutes it was fix and I was on my way thank you.
They quickly replaced a cracked screen on my iPhone. Friendly and had it done quicker than I expected. I appreciate it.

They are geniuses!!! We had to do a factory reset on my moms Samsung Galaxy S20 and then didnt know the gmail password to access the phone. 3 people, one an aerospace engineer, spent over 8 hours talking with Verizon-they could not help. 5 minutes at the Stow location of this store and my moms phone was accessible and good as new. Amazing.

These folks did not bust my balls. They did not try to void my my manufactured warranty. They tried to get mine done faster, because they new I drove 40 mins to get there. I have no complaints, and thats hard to do.

I lost my sim card tray and was put in touch with this location . A super cool guy ordered the part for me and let me know what day it would be in . Arrived on that day and it was in and ready . Amazing service . Just a stupid little fix but was important to me and I appreciate the help. If you need something with your phone check these guys out . I stopped here on a whim after seeing the sign mentioning BY Asurion- I recognized that name as the insurance pamphlet I’ve been riding around with for two weeks - with my newly cracked iPhone pro max. I’ll be honest I buy warranties, protection plans but when it comes to using them I feel like they are a vastly every time. This was different! I walked in-quickly greeted. Told them I had an asurion plan through horizon and my screen was cracked. They then walked me through the claim and less than an hour later and 29$ ( my fee for replaced screens through my plan) I have a new screen. No mailing in phones, no receiving a new phone, no phone calls and tracked packages. If you have an asurion Plan go HERE to get your screen fixed - quick . Easy. No mailing. No boxes. ( I know they do much more but this is my personal experience !)

I went in to get the charge port of my iPhone XR looked at as it was no longer charging. The technician cleaned the port free of charge and it worked perfectly after.
Did an awesome job and super fast! Booking appointment was also easy online, would definitely recommend.
Did not help me I drove all the way from Twinsburg from work for a crack screen he told me he couldnt fix my phone it was a phone from boost mobile he never heard of my type of phone but you suppose to fix everything wow I disappointed only go there if you have Verizon he couldnt help the other customers before me either!

Fabulous service was looking at a 90 dollar port upgrade but it turns out the pins just needed cleaning so they did it for free

I havent even been able to use this place as theyre not certified to replace Samsung screens, without me driving an hour and a half away to S Euclid..... but Ubreakifix is the only place Asurion (through Verizon) says I can take my phone to....

2022-05-06Had a really good experience getting my phone screen replaced under warranty. The guys here did a really great job and Im really satisfied with the product they returned back to me, as well as the timeliness and professionalism of the repair. My only complaint was that only after dropping off the phone, they ended up needing additional information from me and had a difficult time contacting me since I didnt have a phone. This was pretty minor though and it ended up working out okay in the end. Great experience overall

2022-03-26Didnt have my replacement part in stock for screen replacement, but said they would keep an eye out. Called me back two days later as they were able to get the part! Quick turn around, had a second device wasnt planning getting screen fixed, but was able to get get discount for getting two devices worked on and got the second fixed as well. Friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Would recommend!

2022-09-12Amazing customer service! Not only did Devin and Alex drop the price point $80, they also wiped an extra $30 because my card declined. They put a screen protector on my phone and gave me a case for free. 20/10 review and I would recommend this to anyone, especially a college student.

2022-06-21My son took his phone for a swim today and boy were the three people from Ubreakifix totally awesome! They examined his phone and gave us many great options. They fixed our problem with great knowledge and kindness while keeping the cost very, very below our lowest guess. What a super friendly, great group of workers & I believe one was the owner. 2022-08-09Very knowledgeable and friendly guy (Noah), got me in and out with a fully functional Z fold 3 in under 2hours (may have been even less but I went up the road to grab breakfast anyhow). He even let me know it may have been covered under warranty and submitted to Samsung to get it approved which I didnt know it would have been so it didnt even end up costing me anything which is amazing! Definitely worth the hour drive here to get it fixed from an authorized repair shop!

2022-06-14Awesome customer service. They were fast friendly. Had to go back cuz I had a spec of dirt or black piece under the screen after they did it and it took them less than an hour and got me in and out of there screen. Looks perfect. Everything works great. Definitely recommend this place

I explained the expediency of needing my phone fixed, and he accommodated me quickly. Helped me start my insurance claim with Verizon and completed the work all within the time of my lunch break. 2022-08-08Samsung said my charging port needed replaced. I brought my phone into Devin and he cleaned out the port free of charge and it charges great now! Highly recommend this place! Only downside, I made an appointment through samsung and never received confirmation so I just walked in and luckily he had time to help me. So I guess call to confirm if you make an appointment.

2022-07-28I was having a lot of trouble finding someone to inspect and evaluate electronics that were damaged in a basement flood - insurance wouldn’t pay without it. I was happy to come across ubreakifix . Alex, the lead technician, graciously offered to inspect the devices and provide documentation for me. Judging by his helpfulness and professionalism, I would definitely recommend ubreakifix to anyone needing evaluation and/or repairs.

2022-04-26I went here after asurion sent a mobile tech out that was 100% incompetent and couldn’t get two screws out and declared the phone irreparable. I brought it to ubreakifix. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Britney who took my info and entered me into the system all the way to the tech Alex bringing my phone out completely good as new the experience was pleasant. All of the techs were super friendly but even more than that were knowledgable and professional. If everyone I interacted with on a business level knew their stuff like these talented people the world would run smoother. It would almost be worth smashing your phone just to get it fixed by these people so you can experience the wonderful customer service. I would def refcend this place
