They got 2stars because they didnt give me a problem refunding my money. Otherwise, disorganized couldnt find my appointment, told me different price then it was for a trailer hitch w wiring.
I did the reservation online, and whem we arrived they were ready for us. Got the truck quickly and it was in good shape- was greatly appreciated to have one less thing to worry about on moving day!
Always a good ride and an easy trip and no complications! Easy check out and easy check in!
Staff was very good and professional and handle themselves well in a high stress situation. Ran into an issue but the staff helped me as best they could and compensated me for my time. Overall a good experience!
Horrible customer service. I was hung up on while trying to speak to a person in regards to my issue. Never going there again.
Well Uhaul on Kamms Corner needs a new manager cuz the woman that got run into place now really sucks the guys that work below her work really hard and she treats him like a bunch of bums they need to get somebody in there thats so trustworthy and honest and loyal and very very good manager they help these guys to do their best Ive been through two divorces six kids and three grandchildren now so lets just Say My Stuffs been there all this time I guess it wont hurt be there a little longer, Danny Has Always provided good service And Safety With My Precious Belongings,Thank God Hes. U-Hauls are getting expensive. $50 for a two hour, twenty mile rental

2022-08-04Went for a 20# propane fill. Previously I ex hanged my tank at Marcs for $19.99 plus tax. At U-Haul their sign states that refilling is cheaper than exchanges. It cost mr $24.90 to refill. Not only that, I had to wait for 30 minutes to get service. The sign at the refill station said push button for service. After pushing and waiting and pushing and waiting, I finally we t around front to go inside. Does that button work, I asked. They said no, but we knew you were there. So it took 30 minutes to fill a tank, and there were 2 people working. This was the evening of August 2nd.

2022-05-28Will try to screw you over on fuel. Said there was twice in the truck what there actually was and wouldn’t accept it back when I refilled it to that point without charging me for an extra 5 gallons along with a service fee. Either document everything or go somewhere else.

2022-02-18Truck broke down. Waited 3 hours for road side. This u haul location told us they do not service trucks before they rent them out.EDIT: Let me go on to say that one week later after the truck broke down they charged my bank 130 DOLLARS! I called them up. lost key and did not put gas in the truck. The key was not lost, it was left with the roadside assistant as instructed and how in the hell was I supposed to put gas in a truck that BROKE DOWN.Which brings me to my next issue, I asked for a manager. I was advised I could not speak with the manager until next week and that there was no one in the whole store that could assist me with my issues.

2021-12-04I used a van I rented for 9½ hours, returning the van literally 5 minutes after they closed (which was 7p) and got charged for 2 rental periods.2 rental periods to me would mean 48hrs, no? Needless to say this left me feeling a bit of animosity. Going there to see if they will resolve the issue in the morning.Other than that. The van was sick and didnt do bad on gas at all. They didnt do a good job ensuring its cleanliness, as the pre-rental pictures portrayed. So make sure you do a thorough inspection of the vehicle you rent and take lots of pictures or they will charge you. Good luck.

2021-09-22The establishment is very clean and well stocked. I wish I could say that about the staff or employees, or lack of. I know good help is hard to find these days but the person that waited on me and that handled my transaction was so lacking in social skills, personality, and being far from courteous, pleasant and helping. I was very disappointed ☹️ to say the least and did not feel very welcomed there. Also, it was very clear to the sales person that I was handicapped and could have used some kind of assistance with taking my purchase out to the car for me or finding someone else whom may have worked there to help me but it was not offered and again he could clearly see I was struggling to get the purchase to my car that was out front in the handicap space. Not sure if I will use this particular location anymore for my needs. I was very unhappy with the whole process.

2022-05-02Friendly and no waiting. No sales clerk hovering over you when you walk in. A lot of assortment in packing supplies including pad locks and trailer hitches.

2021-10-30Smooth experience, rented a truck for a couple hours to move furniture. Truck was clean, had a backup cam, and breaks were in good shape. One star down because it takes a good 10-15 minutes to get thru the initial contract.

2021-07-25I signed up online a day in advance for 12pm hitch installation. When I got there they told me one of the parts wasn’t available, so they could do part of the installation and told me to call uhaul to locate the additional part and get it installed. Why is that my job? Because the rep needed to get back to serious business in his cell phone. Ok fine go ahead I said. Over an hour later they hadn’t started on my car so I asked for my key back and a refund. Took him 15 minutes of clicking on the computer to finish that task. Wasted an hour and a half of my Sunday.

2019-08-09Just left this U-haul about an hour ago. Needed a box to ship a computer, asked the lady for assistance and she stated there are the boxes, just pick one, seemed like she was too busy so I asked for a measuring tape and well that didnt seem to go over well, but she gave me one. Well needless to say I will not be going there again because customer service seems to be lacking. Am I able to give no stars?

2019-05-25No one at the propane. No signs to tell you what to do. Only accepts Credit cards at Propane. You have to go inside and stand in a 5 people deep line that are getting trucks (quite a wait!) to pay. No signs about this either!
