Absolutely disgusting customer service! Like many others if I could give less than one star I would. The store had employees who were not trained properly and told us to our face they didnt know what they were doing and ended up making mistakes which added on extra hours of work for us. When I tried to call Austin the store manager the night of when his employee was struggling he didnt answer. After the rental when a complaint was made Austin did not respond in the 72 hours and only after calling again did I get to speak to him during which he was excessively rude on the phone and not apologetic at all for the terrible customer service and the added stress to an already stressful process of moving. If you, like me, have to rent and get moved to pick up at Hamilton you should 100% drive extra time to ANYWHERE else to pick up as this manager is AWFUL and truly should not be in a customer service business!

So I’ll start by stating that when I arrived, no one was tending to the store or could be found for 20 minutes, and when I returned my truck, there were 4 people waiting who stated they had been there for 30 minutes and no one seemed to be working there at 6:30 on a Friday.They charged me for insurance when I explicitly refused it and charged me for furniture pads but never gave them to me. I had a dirty truck that was damaged. At least they did not try to charge me for the damage.To add insult, the manager reached out to me a day after my Google review and said he reviewed the tapes and I was lying. He reviewed the tapes AT THE TIME OF THE PICKUP AND RETURN. Meaning: he didn’t rewind to the part where I was in the store returning the truck, or waiting to pick up with no one there. Employees and management are equally intelligent and hardworking.

After 3 rentals this year from 3 locations, I have to say that this location is so friendly and competent! Ryan was the check out person and even though it was very busy, he was very professional, even though he had to keep explaining the added costs to aggravated customers.The best part was a guy, I think it was Phillip. I showed him that the online check-in wasnt working and he just smiled and said no prob. He backed the trailer into an akward spot, since they were slammed at 7pm on Saturday! He even let me take a picture as proof of such a great experience.

I use Uhaul every time I have had to move something. I have rented a storage unit from the Hamilton location for 12 years. I want to thank Uhaul for keeping the storage area and units maintained, painted , clean, and free of bugs and rodents. I just recently went to my unit and the floors were so clean and freshly waxed. The workers their will help you with any of your needs. The workers were kind and courteous. I had left my card to get back in the building in my storage unit and was standing in the cold with one of their handy roll carts and with respect and great customer service the young man helped me immediately! Thank you so much Uhaul !!!!

As of this point, if I could give less than one star I would...I made an order for the parts and installation to add a hitch assembly to my Ford Edge back in early March.  The original installation was supposed to happen on 3/22. when I arrived for the installation, I was told that the necessary parts had not arrived yet but would be there by later in the week, and that I would be contacted with the new time for installation.  After a week had gone by, I still had no word of a new installation date.  I called the shop in Hamilton and apparently got transferred to the main call center where someone looked into the order.  All they could tell was that they were waiting of a missing part still.  They told me that they would have someone from the shop in Hamilton call me with an update on the schedule.  Another couple weeks went by with still no communication.  I did notice that the installation date on my order was updated to 4/22, so I decided to wait.  On the 22nd, I received a text saying that a part was still delayed but would be in later in the week and that a manager would call me with an update.  Again more than a week passed with no communication.  Checking online I once again noticed the installation date on the order was changed to 5/4.  On 5/3 I received another text saying that the hitch still hasnt arrived and that they were checking with the shipping company for an updated schedule.  I still have not received any more communication.  The order page on the web site still says Installed on 5/4.This entire process has been absolutely ridiculous.  This hitch was purchased to tow a new trailer purchased at the end of March.  I have had to cancel two trips already as I still dont have a vehicle to pull the trailer and I have a third coming up this weekend that I cant cancel.  I can understand supply line delays.  I deal with them every day in my professional life, but the sheer lack of communication on the matter has been almost insulting.  This entire saga has made me question whether I will be able to trust this company with any future business.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. We called and made reservations for a 15’ and then called again to confirm and we were told we were all set. We get there early to pick up and they don’t have the 15’ that we had just confirmed over the phone? Then they tell us we can do a 20’ but we will be charged extra. Why? It’s not our fault you confirmed us for the one we wanted and then you didn’t have it? I should be getting the 20’ for free at that point. I have NEVER left a place a bad review before but this place triggered me.

This was absolutely the worst experience with a company and management that i have ever encountered. I rented a vehicle for 29.95 and had it for just over an hour we only put around 20 miles on it after it was returned i found out the card was charged for over $900. We called to try and see what happened only to receive no answer at which point we had to drive back to the store and talk with someone in person about it. It was at this point the man behind the counter said well we will just refund it and it will take up to 5 business days. Didnt offer any help in settling the matter. didnt even offer to give us a discount on our use of the truck which was only $58 and now we are without any money until it clears for something thats not our doing. Yet all you can say is sorry and shrug and tell us its up to our bank on how fast you get your money back that we took away from you then dont care because it doesnt affect you. This is absolutely unacceptable and i will be letting all of our friends know not to use this company especially this location. The resolution of this matter by your associate was absolutely ridiculous.

Best location by far. Outstanding customer service. So far Ive had 3 hitches installed here, and every time theyve done a superb job. This last installation they ran into a complication with my wiring (my vehicle is annoying like that) for a brake controller but they figured things out and got the job done the right way. I wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else for hitch installation.Thanks guys!!

No one works here. There is literally never anyone in the office. My grandmother has continuously had problems with her access and tries to call, but they never answer. Today they did the biggest inconvenience of all and put up a red tag for non-payment when we needed to take stuff out. And no one stuck around so we could show them the receipt that we DID IN FACT PAY. Lady on the phone blatantly admitted she only gets into the office until 6:30pm. Had to complain to the GM because they are awful.
