This place is a dirty joke woman behind the desk can’t speak English properly. They triedrenting us a truck with damage everywhere unsafe to drive and then rushed us through the inspection of the second one that had the roof peeled open so that leaked all over our belongings ant to top that when we returned it the same person said we damaged it. We even reported it as soon as we seen it and the cherry on top was the 700 dollar charge for the damage even though we paid extra for insurance. WHAT a JOKE RENT ELSEWHERE NOT UHAUL

The staff in the morning couldn’t have been more unfriendly and rude. The last thing they want is business it seems. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the staff in the afternoon was fairly pleasant.2nd time with the same experience. Glad I moved and never need to visit this location again. Awful customer service.

This is one of the most incompetent places Ive ever been to. Went online to reserve a time for them to install a trailer hitch. Time was set for 8:00 AM. Paid in advance and showed up on time. Only to hear from the guy there that they dont have the part. Its on national backorder. If the part wasnt there, why in the world would you not contact me and let me know before I showed up at 8 in the morning?!?! My advice, dont EVER reserve anything or do business with this place, because theyre sure to let you down. Look at other reviews too.

I had ordered several boxes. I went to pick them up and was told their computer system was down and should be back up by 3p. I called them and the number is NOT a local number. I had to be transferred to the store and there was a 20 to 30 minute wait time.
