Theres a female employee that is rude and cant handle her job. Just gets mad cuz she cant handle the call right and blows up on the customer and then just hangs up. Dont call n complain because the manager Matt is rude as well. Just talks over you asking the root probably and not even addressing the complaint about a rude employee. Go to budget they appreciate their customers.

Matthew is the best GM. He loaded my 2 boxes after 4 PM. I was in and out in no time and as truck drivers this is really important to us.

I had reserved a truck for July 31st 2022 I had made the reservation a month in advance only for them to call me 1 hour before pick up to tell me it’s not available and they had no trucks available and I had a really important event to do that was bad customer service I was highly upset

The overall uhaul mobile check in system was pretty good, but the animosity from the on-site staff was outrageously comical. the staff were incredibly hostile towards my friend and me from beginning to end (important to note i did the mobile check in and all of the negative human interaction could have been 100% avoided). they had the audacity to make rude comments and check in and aggressively honked at us when we were trying to return the truck and key to the lock box (as instructed).

I do not recommend this place for storage they are absolutely ridiculous on the payments after I had my auto pay turned off they somehow turned it back on and talk $50 more than they were supposed to this is the worst place for storage do not use them!!!!

Very poor customer service and the lady in the office name TINA has a very poor attitude! She is more focused on being correct then listening to see if she can help. I called several days in a row just to get a U-Haul center and not the actual office I was trying to locate because they were Soo busy ALL of them days and I work during the hours they are open I tried several attempts to see how could I close out my storage before I had to pay for another month which their center understood so they told me I needed to talk to the GM of the store to get it corrected so when my son called while he was up there TINA instead of listening to understand she gave nothing but a nasty filthy attitude then gave my son the phone back in the middle of me talking like she didnt want to hear what I had to say. I was very disgusted by her behavior if u ever have a problem I hope u not EVER have to speak with her so you can avoid the attitude she gave me.i even told her she seem like she wanna argue but other then them never being available and her nasty attitude it waz 😎

Take pictures of everything to avoid charges. When we clearly explained it wasnt us, they did reverse the charge.

I will never use u-haul again. It seems as though no one knows what is going on and they blame it on the other person for not doing their job. I was supposed to pick up a truck and the app said to call customer service. When I called customer service they told me the scheduling agent should have called me? No one called me and the app told me to pick it up at 9 am. So I called scheduling and they told me there werent any trucks in the area but found one over an hour away. I said lets do that one, he told me we would get extra mileage and time added for the inconvenience. Well the day I was returning it they called and said it was due at 11, I told them the situation and they said ok. I asked if I was going to get charged for the extra time just to make sure. They said no I wont get charged for it. Well about an hour after I dropped it off I just got charged for an extra day. If you are moving avoid this unnecessary stress and go somewhere else.

Stop to pick up Trailer parts. I work with the manager who was very nice and took great care of me. Will return in future.
