I had a great experience with Two Men and a Truck! My phone conversations with the office staff were very helpful. I ended up having three movers, and they were in and out so quickly I could hardly believe it. Nothing was damaged either! The total bill ended up being less than what I was quoted, so that was a pleasant surprise as well! I would absolutely use these guys again!
When scheduling and completing our move the performance of both the office staff and moving crew was outstanding and far exceeded our expectations. I recently moved and called Two Men and a Truck on a Thursday and was all set to be moved the following Tuesday. Zach was professional and friendly and answered all questions that I had. Ashley called on Friday afternoon to confirm and reassured me everything was ready to go.When the team arrived on Tuesday, they all introduced themselves and got straight to work. They had loaded two 26 foot trucks in 2 1/2 hours then drove to the new address. Even in the heat of Mid-July move, the team stayed positive and jovial. 85% of the boxes were delivered to a basement and they never complained about the stairs. They were quick to rebuild the master bed, office desk, and hook up the washer. Raffael was the lead and he covered all necessary details and made sure I understood the process.Next time I move, I will definitely call upon this group again. I would also recommend removing clothing from oversized dressers. I own a 8 foot long by 5 foot tall master chest which when fully loaded was way too heavy... they were able to move it, but I felt bad as to how long they spent moving that one piece.Definitely call them for your next move!!!! You wont be disappointed!!!
The movers were very professional, polite and friendly! I appreciated the extra care they took in wrapping my side tables and they were careful to place boxes in the correct rooms. They also hauled away items I know longer needed! Thank you for making my move go smoothly!!
Used Two Men and Truck for a small move two weeks ago and was really impressed. The two guys that came were incredibly friendly and efficient. And, they were done earlier than anticipated, so it ended up costing less than they quoted. Super happy!
Both Fred and Jacob were so efficient and careful. I needed my washer and dryer out of the basement and a used donated set moved from the detached garage to the basement. They were only here less than an hour and hooked everything back up. No dolly just their careful trust in each other on the steps.I have used 2 men and a truck before and continue to be pleased.Barbara Schneider

My husband and I were moving out of an apartment, with a majority of our stuff going to storage and some furniture going to our temporary home. Sam and DJ were awesome! They were very professional and polite, working quickly and efficiently to wrap our furniture for the move and loading and unloading the truck.We will be requesting them again later this summer when we move into our condo.Thanks guys!
Two Men and a Truck are always my go to moving service. Their office staff is incredibly prompt at contacting you after submitting an estimate online. The movers are incredibly professional, personable, and are especially careful when moving your belongings. I also like how they take the time to walk you through every step of the process, helping you understand the paperwork, and really make sure you are comfortable with the whole process.
I can’t speak highly enough about my Two Men and a Truck experience. From my first contact with the schedulers, junk removal services, to the actual day of my move - everything was a solid 11 out of 10. Really great experience with this company! They moved us from a storage unit into our new house and did a fantastic job. The movers were super cool and very skilled. I appreciated that they made sure every item was in the room I wanted it, and that they used furniture pads and wrap even though it was a short distance. Thank you guys!
I used this service to move a queen-sized bed, chair, and couch out of my parents house and over to my new apartment. My family had been bickering about whether to buy my sister a whole new bed because they thought a moving service would be super expensive, but the price was really good (far less expensive than purchasing a new bed, which I thought was silly to begin with). They counted the bed, box springs, and frame as one item, so I was able to get the chair moved as well. My dad also wanted two pieces of exercise equipment junked and they took care of that at the same time! Everything went smoothly. Thanks Travis and Alexander!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. If you need movers, book them!!TL; DR: very trustworthy, reliable and professional service. All of my things made it without any damage including my extremely fragile items. I can’t recommend them enough.I booked these movers extremely last minute. I was scammed by a previous company that flaked out on me 2 days before my move. Also preparing for one of the most important examinations of my career, the timing was terrible. My moving experience even prior to this was awful as all of my belongings were stolen, so my trust in moving companies at this point was nonexistent. These guys worked with me to do everything they could to move me out on time and get my things to me as quickly as possible. They were very understanding of my previous experiences with other companies and really went above and beyond. They were punctual, professional and had a great sense of humor. They were always available to answer my questions and concerns. All of my things were delivered as promised, on time and intact. Although the circumstances that led to me needing to book this company were unfortunate, I’m so glad that it turned out the way that it did and feel like I should have booked them from the very beginning. If and when I need to move in the future, I’ll most certainly be booking with them again. Thank you!!!!!!
The 2 men and their truck arrived on time they were courteous and very careful of all the property to be moved from my fathers home. He moved to a Senior Assist facility. They had to hand carry every piece of furniture in the front and down a long hallway. Not one complaint and they completed the move 1 hour under the estimated time.
I recently moved my apartment sized belongings. Two Men & a Truck were wonderful!. Three gentlemen arrived on time, prepared and moved everything quickly and efficiently. I have a very fragile antique and they handled it well. Have used TM before and would again!
Ashley was really kind and helpful and then moving day they actually showed up on time and were young so that made me a little nervous but they did everything right. They made me feel at ease about my stuff, all worked well together, and were just all around great guys. Hopefully this company treats the entire team as well as they treated me; I highly suggest hiring them to help you move.
We moved from OH to LA and the whole move experience was great. The team that loaded us was awesome, professional, on time and took care with our belongings. The time was exact and the driver/mover KJ was awesome. The crew that unloaded us did a good job as well! Best move experience.
We were moving my father from one assisted living to another and had to find movers quickly. Alex in the office worked with me to make this move happen so they sent 4 men. They helped me get my dad moved in a very reasonable amount of time to keep the cost down for my mom. They also managed to move the truck into a difficult parking lot on corner of Oakwood/ Bryden Road and were quick and efficient!This was an emotional day for all of us and your company made it one less stressor and managed to make our day and move fantastic! A totally painless move - wonderful movers, considerate in our transporting of my apartment into storage. The team was there on time (on the earlier side of the window of time assigned by the office), and extremely courteous throughout the process. No hidden fees or anything. bravo!

Used Two Men and a Truck Columbus Ohio for a move to Decatur GA. All went very well, guys were very easy to work with, worked hard, did everything we asked. I have had terrible experiences in past with moving and even with a different franchise. The Columbus Ohio group is TOP NOTCH.
Movers went over and beyond with moving help; even helped re-stack my container to make even more room for my moving items... Did a great job on packing my stuff, as well as wrapping my grandmas nick knacks left to me in her passing,,, The even loaded my hevy duty treadmill, in container that i thought no 2 ppl could lift...Outstanding job on loading container and boxing....They were very professional..., I will definitely hire movers and their Westerville location again,,,, ^_^
The Two Guys, Jon and Devonte, who arrived at my residence to make my moving experience a great one were fantastic, friendly, personable, helpful, diligent, professional, courteous, and downright terrific. They were hard-working, wrapped items diligently, and carried out the boxes, furniture, and miscellaneous junque expediently. I had fallen going out the front door and Jon immediately came over to see if I was alright and assisted me in standing again. Two Guys and a Truck is lucky to have both these gentlemen working for them. If you have employees of the month, I highly recommend you consider Jon and Devonte. They made my day.

The actual movers were lovely and did a good job in less time than planned. I was also lucky to be able to reschedule last minute, because my son came down with a stomach flu the day before the original move date. However, I had two significant problems. 1. I described a treadmill that would need disassembly in detail over the phone in advance, and was assured it could be handled. In the end, it could not be moved without me paying someone else to come disassemble it (and waiting for them to show up). 2. I was mis-billed. A few days later, I was phoned by the office saying that they had significantly under billed me (four hundred some dollars instead of a little over a thousand). I answered the call while out and about and said I would need to double check the credit card billing on my end, but warned the guy I spoke to I was super busy (because you know, just moved?!). Within 24 hours he wrote suggesting I would owe delinquent charges if I did not call back immediately. That seemed pretty unnecessarily aggressive, given that it was *their* billing error and it was less than 24 hours from when I was notified of the error.
Quamell and Isiah were polite, professional and truly a Godsend!! We couldnt have moved without them! They took such care with our belongings and made moving a pleasant experience!

This is the 5th time I’ve used Two Men and a Truck. They have always been top notch and I wouldn’t use any other moving company.
I used them for my local move which is only 5 minutes distance from my small apartment to the Public Storage and they charged me $531.50. To me, I think that was expensive. The 2 moving guys didnt even have the right tool to take out a part of my massage chair in order to make it go through the front door. Both guys were struggling for like an hour just to move my one massage chair out of the door. After they finally put all my items in their truck to transport to my Public Storage unit which was only 5 minutes distance away from my apartment and they still got lost driving there and it took them more than 15 minutes instead of a 5 minutes distance. They told me sorry that they drove to the wrong Public Storage. I accepted their apology because they were nice about it. However, after they unloaded all my stuff from their truck into my storage unit in the dark evening, I went back to my unit the next morning to inspect all my stuff by myself and I noticed that there were some Rubbermaid containers with huge cracks on the lids. I was just so disappointed about EVERYTHING about this moving company. I will NEVER ever use them again or even recommend them to anyone that I know in the future.

Fred, Dana and Savanna were all very good.Very helpful.Dana went out of his way to do a few extras for us that helped us out.Savanna was a powerhouse, nice and went the extra mile too.There were a couple of issues but two men and a truck (Brooke) are on it and taking care if those issues.I would recommend two men and a truck too anyone who needs help with moving!

The two movers were very kind and professional. They dismantled my queen bed and long dresser with a mirror. I was charged less than the estimated quote.It was worth every dollar to have everything moved with a few hours. The office rep (Ashley?) was able to give me a quote, detailed pricing and quick to answer questions or return my calls. The movers Noah & Dustin were awesome! Their service and work was excellent & outstanding!!! Very nice guys who cared for my belongings, got them moved safely without any issue. Loved that they also prepd the home before moving any items to insure the walls, flooring etc was not damaged. Would highly recommend this company and will use again if I ever move.

I searched around on different review sites and this company seemed to have real honest reviews. After talking with Eric ( the boss I think ) he answered all my questions.After the 2 guys arrived, Cedric and I forgot the second guys name they ask what was being moved. After we walked each room showing them what was moving they went right to work, putting moving blankets on tvs and furniture.I watched at first to see how good they were and to make sure they were not going to hit corners or scratch the walls. After 10 minutes of watching I knew I had 2 great guys who were really careful.I went back to packing some small items that I was going to move 😊 and never gave them another thought.So if you are in need of a good moving company who DO actually care about your items, look no further.
I called this service on referral from a friend to move a large grandfather clock and two curio cabinets that are wood and lots of glass. They were very good about communicating when they would be there and were right on time. They did an excellent job wrapping these objects up to protect them and move them. I think their price was reasonable and wouldnt hesitate to hire them again.Thank you!
Two Men and a Truck was very good from start to finish. To be able to accommodate our moving date, they were able to get two teams to help us out for 3 hours. They were very responsive and let us know when they were on their way. Everyone that showed up was very helpful, efficient and great at what they do. They moved some big furniture and a few boxes, maneuvered a tough driveway, put everything back together in 2 hours and 15 minutes. I would definitely use their services again in the future and would recommend to everyone.
I cant recommend Two Men and a Truck enough! The professionalism and efficiency I received based on previous moving experiences was amazing! Nothing was broken or damaged, they took time and care necessary, yet they had such a quick turnaround that I was able to pay even less than my estimate! Amazing people to work with.

Horrible customer care! Hired them to move a dining table. Causes several damages but refuse to take responsibility. The lady handling my case keeps saying something like: your table has pre-existing cracks, so its susceptible to further damages. As a result, we dont take responsibility for the new cracks. I attached photos of the damages and fallen pieces.Anyone whose furniture is not in brand-new condition, run.
First time moving with Two Men and A truck. Decided to go with the packing assistance for my interstate move. Great experience. Sam and Mo were very professional and well mannered young gentlemen during the packing. They both took great care of my possessions and packed the items excellently. At our destination, Jacob joined the unpacking process into an apartment complex. Jacob was another well mannered, professional young gentleman who took care of the items he was moving.We had an issue with a gate but at the end of the move, Sam and the company did a great job offering to handle any potential problems.Overall, highly satisfied with the move. My first experience with professional movers and may not be the last. Thank you guys again for your help and great job.
We have ALL had nightmare moving experiences, but my recent experience with Two Men and a Truck was the complete opposite! Courteous, professional, and went out of their way to complete the job! Will always call them for my moving needs from here on out!
I used this company to do a load-only option to load a truck that I would later transport myself. Please note that this review is ONLY for the load service, and not the download service when I arrived at my new home. The two movers arrived on time and seemed professional. However I noticed from the beginning that one of them kept telling me that they didn’t think the move could be done in the three hour allotted time that was scheduled. Well halfway into the move I could see why that was the case. And that’s because one of them was actually working very hard and loading the truck while the other one was running his mouth most of the time. Fast forward to the move almost being completed, or so I thought, I realized that the movers did not account for the extra space in the truck. My stuff was stacked so top-heavy that any shift from the moving truck would have sent my stuff toppling to the ground and breaking. Luckily my dad was there to help rearrange some things and improvise with some equipment that they did not have on hand that they were supposed to have. What should’ve been a three hour load job turned into 6+ hours and putting us on the road at eight in the evening which was much later than when we were scheduled to leave. I will say that the movers that unloaded our stuff in the new state were completely professional, timely, and got the job done right. I wish I had those two loading my stuff. Overall I don’t see what the hype is with this moving company which was highly recommended to me. I will never use this moving company again. My first choice, Leaders Moving, is who I wanted to use since I’ve used them before and they were wonderful. However they weren’t doing long-distance moves when I needed them for this move.
Lets face it, moving is a pain in the A-double-S. But the guys at this company made my life a lot easier. The crew of men (Robert, Tyler Jameera, Tommy, and Mason) and two trucks made the day as easy as it could be for me. They were fast, friendly, respectful, and caring of my stuff. As expected, youre paying for hard manual labor, so the expense is reasonable.

Needed something heavy moved from our basement to garage on short notice. They scheduled it, were here and had it done within 24 hours. Great service and can’t even tell they were here.

The process was smooth and professional from start to finish. The contacts I had arranging and estimating the move were very friendly and responsive. The team I had the day of the move was really wonderful. They had a lot of challenges as the house I was moving out of had a very tricky stairway to bring things down from. They did it pretty handily. I also had a few pieces of furniture that required a pretty intense take apart and they rose to the challenge. They were friendly and professional and just made a tiring long day fun. I will not hesitate to use this company again if we ever move in the future, but I truly hope not to!
I was driving on 270 behind one of their vans and they did not clear the ice off the top of the van. A sheet of ice flew off, hit the front of my car, and broke my front light and dented my hood. I called and their customer service said oh well basically. Van license plate was PMT 2238. Never using this company
All 3 of the guys who helped with our move were incredible! They stayed within our time limit and were so accommodating and worked super hard to move our heavy furniture quickly and efficiently. This is the third time we used Two Men and A Truck to move in the last two years. We requested the same team this last time. While we were only given the main gentleman again, DANA, the other 3 new crew members were great as well. Dana (crew) Eric Green (office) made our moves so carefree! They both are amazing! We also enjoyed the work ethic of Keller and James.

John and Austin, the movers, were fantastic. Called and were able to come earlier that day which was great with me. They did not rush and was careful with every item. Jake, Griffin and Larry were so awesome, I cannot begin to tell everyone how wonderful they were on this move. They performed a move from 1.5 hours south of Columbus to Columbus. My dad had recently passed away and we were moving my ailing, elderly mother from her home of 32 years that was filled with many sentimental items. The place was packed with items to move and sell. They were great from the moment they arrived, doing the walk through, being kind and respectful, starting to move items. They were methodical with the moving and loading of items, did a great job explaining the process to us, as well as various methods of wrapping, picking up and moving items with the trainee (whom we were not charged for, but received the benefit) and speedy while being careful. They also did a last minute estimate and loading of several bags of items to be thrown away. This saved us the trouble of dealing with it later. They did a great job unloading as well. Not one broken item! I highly recommend them. I also want to mention that Ashley was so helpful in the scheduling and planning of the move. She kept in touch with us throughout the process of getting ready.
From the first phone call to Two Men and a Truck, I knew our move was in more professional hands than other moving services that Id called. Their estimate was conservatively high, and I appreciated that.On moving day, they called ahead and communicated their arrival time. Upon arrival, they conducted a quick walkthrough with us and discussed a few important items. They wrapped every large or fragile item in plastic and treated everything with care, and they were also very fast. The guys were super nice.We were pleased with the wrapping and loading, but were doubly impressed when they arrived at our new home. Their unloading and placement process was amazing. During this, we remarked to each other that we were very glad we used Two Men and A Truck.They finished in significantly less time than estimated (your experience may vary), but we never felt they rushed a single thing; they were just efficient, fast, and very strong.

We sold our ranch house and lived in an apartment for 7 months. We hired Two Men and a Truck to do our second move from apartment to new build house. We had three movers since we had a piano. The most experienced mover has been with the company for 2 months and admitted this was the biggest move he has seen. The move ended up taking 11.5 hours when it was previously estimated to take 6 hours. I do not feel staff did a proper job estimating the time for the move initially. The manager even came on-site but did not provide guidance for the movers or get extra staff to assist. The employee who had the most experience (two months) was very friendly but spent far too long packing the truck strategically. We suggested multiple truck trips since we were within 15 minutes of the move, but instead they packed it as full as they could and left a few items for us to move later. They did knock off an hour charge for a couple dings and a broken shelf. We were just advised our washer is broken too and it would be cheaper to buy a new one. I left a voice mail for customer service about it. Everyone we delt with here was supper friendly and professional enough, but not the best choice for big moves.Edit: Two Men and a Truck did contact us and offer reimbursement for our concerns. Staff was easy to work with and promptly corrected the issue. I still would not recommend for larger moves, but based on other family experiences are well suited for small moves.
The virtual estimate and scheduling process was very easy and the associate was very knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered before I could ask. The moving team was fantastic (Dana, Tom and Tyler). They were very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job making sure no damage was caused while completing the job quickly. I enjoyed having 1 moving team which made the whole experience easy and they communicated everything very well.
Second time I’ve used Two Men and a Truck to move. An overall solid experience with our move, but the first one was better. Nice movers, fast, great job with heavy items, haven’t found any damaged items yet which is a huge plus.Only downfall with our experience, was after they left, we found a fair amount of clearly labeled boxes for specific rooms just piled in our office or in the garage instead of in the rooms they were labeled for, which has been frustrating. That said, overall the experience was good.

These guys worked hard for the entirety of our move, there was no let down. They were meticulous is wrapping and caring for all of our items. When there was an issue about the Customer Service Reps time estimation, the crew communicated to us clearly what was happening and their manager visited us, on site, and brought in more crew members to help get us in on time. Yes I called last minute when another company said they could pick up my items from and auction. They fell through they didnt have packing material and said they needed 3 trucks and three guys . I asked her what kind of trucks were they she said pick up trucks. I said no way. Called two men and a truck that morning. The person on phone was very helpful. Said they had blankets dollies.everything you would need. Two guys meet me at auction site, I had bid on two separate auction thought they were both at warehouse. But found out the other auction was at a private home in Powell. They called office and rearranged everything for two pick up sites. They were very professional, knowledgeable and worked as a team. The items were packed with blankets and secure. It was getting late and the delivery was at my home in Mount Vernon. They were going to park the big truck at the company and first thing in morning call me to let me know they were on the way. That happen, they were here less than an hour followed my direction to a T. I had told them to pull behind my house where garage driveway and back door was. Done than they played down drop cloth up the stairs through my mud room into breakfast area. Those two young men worked as a team. They carried in the heaviest piece I thought it would fit nicely in livingroom. It didnt it was to big for space. So they wanted to see where they were going to move it to before they did it. I took them up steep stairs and showed them the room. Well thought out plan. They did it with out blinking an eye. Brought everything in. They get it done in 45 minutes because they were working like a team and well prepared. I was so delighted. I just moved to this house in January of this year. I only wish I would of used them when I moved here. But I go to auctions all the time. I will not being trying to fit things in my little SUV.. I will have Twomen in a truck from now on out. Couldnt be happier. I am not good at remembering names but I know one young mans name was Quincy and i believe the other guys name was Adam. So please give everyone that help me gold star you can look up their names from my receipt. Please do. These guys are incredible! Jason and Josh helped us load a 26 ft truck for a cross-country move (we drove ourselves). I can’t say enough how impressed I am! No exaggeration, this was probably my 20th+ move (we’re retired military) and it was by far the best moving experience I’ve ever had. They were on time, very efficient, super friendly and personable, and most of all, very respectful of my house (which is pending sale) and all of my belongings. 1100 miles later, we had ZERO damage. Their care with my belongings, customer service from the office staff and movers, and reliability have won them a customer for life! For this move I had CJ and Tom and they were great! They were extremely careful throughout the entire move and stayed calm and collected despite my move running a bit over the estimated time.
I reached out to Two Men and a Truck the day before I needed an item moved (a lift chair for my mom after a surgery). Much to my relief and surprise they had a time slot available and were able to accommodate my last minute request. I liked that they had a flat fee. They were very easy to communicate with and to schedule with.
Tyler and his team were so great and worked very hard to get things done in a quick manner which saved me some money. They performed a miracle in getting my bookshelf out of my bedroom and down the stairs. And they were great listeners, remembering just about everything I told them and getting things into place in my new place. Just an all around fantastic experience working with them.

The service started well: friendly office representative to schedule, friendly movers. When it came time to pay, I was shown a bill of $862 and change, so I gave $900 cash so the balance could be used as a tip. I received an email bill after for $752 and change. I called to complain and they only had $752 on their side, so there was nothing they could do. Just a warning to not pay cash, because I got scammed and dont have evidence to prove it. Also, as I was unloading, I couldnt find a couple things and had to call to see if they had it. The good news is they did, but I would also recommend to go on the truck to verify it was fully off-loaded because they missed some things for me. Very frustrating to deal with these things as Im trying to settle into a new place.
We had a great experience moving our office! They were excellent to work with and completed all my requests easily. Dustin, Alex & Nicholas were very polite paid great attention to detail with our items and even made sure all our boxed files were facing for us to read them easily, alphabetized the filing cabinets, etc. I would highly recommend, if we move again I will be asking for this team! Two Men and a Truck were able to fit my pack/move into their schedule on very short notice, and were even able to accommodate us when we needed to push the pack/move out a week! Zach Lukie was extremely responsive and considerate - I felt like he really cared about helping me! The packers, Anna and Rihanna, were amazing, packing everything so carefully - we have not found one thing damaged. And then our movers - Charles, Mason, Noah, Randy and Dustin - were like the cherries on top of the ice cream sundae of our move! They were careful, conscientious, very fast and efficient. They exhibited professionalism and concern for our experience. They went out of their way to make our move as hiccup-free as possible. I dont plan to ever move again, but if I did, Id call Zach, ask for Anna and Rihanna to pack us, and Charles and his team to move us! In a heartbeat!

We used Two Men and a truck to move us from Columbus to Malvern, Oh about 2.5 hours from Columbus. Tehy showed up on time. Were very professional. Took time to wrap all the furniture in moving blankets and shrink wrap. Took special care with grandfather clock and speakers. They placed everything in the new home where indicated on the boxes. They completed the entire move in the time that was allotted in the estimate. Once they realized how much we had to move they added a another team member to the move. It was actually 4 Men and a truck. I had more boxes than I originally thought. This is the 4th time I have used Two Men and a Truck and I will use them again, all though I am in no hurry to move again!!

Moving is a very hard thing to do especially if you have lived in one place for a long time. The people that moved us could not have been more professional. They did not nick or damage anything. They were courteous and very efficient. I highly recommend them and and if I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would.
Seeing the movers from two men and a truck arrive was like seeing three nights in shining armor. At the time, I was dealing with movers from another company (Ohio Packers and movers) who were horrible. They arrived eight hours late and after five hours they only had 20% of my house packed up in the truck. By 1130 at night the horrible movers were in a verbal confrontation with my neighbors which turned into a physical altercation. Police were called, the situation subsided, but most of the moving has stopped. By 2 o’clock in the morning, The movers had managed to fill the truck with another 20% of my belongings but then suddenly they decided to leave. I heard the truck start, and ran out of the house in time to see them pulling out of my driveway, driving down my street, and sideswiped my car. After multiple calls to them, they refused to keep my belongings at my house overnight and claimed to return At 8:30 the next morning. By 1030 the next morning they finally arrived only to find multiple neighbors and the police waiting for them to take a report on my damaged car. At this time I found out that the driver of the moving truck did not actually have a drivers license that was valid nor could they produce any insurance information. I asked these movers to remove my belongings from their truck and leave them in my driveway. At this time the three guys from two men and a truck arrived. They were able to pack up my whole house, deliver it to my new house and unpack with professionalism and courtesy in under four hours. I am so extremely grateful for these guys. Two men and a truck are the best moving company. Next time I know to go with them first. Thank you!

The Two Men team take this seriously, and were reliable at each stage of the process. The office staff was friendly, knowledgeable and highly responsive. The move team was conscientious and intelligent. They handled our items with care and packed things into our storage unit perfectly, using every inch of space while still leaving necessary items accessible! We used Two Men & a Truck in 2018 and were extremely pleased with our services then. We hired them again for a move in October 2020 and yet again they exceeded expectations. They arrived within 10 minutes of the start of the arrival window and got to work immediately. They had such a system down for where to start, who was working on what room, and how to pack the truck up. They did several walk throughs at both locations to ensure everything was moved & placed in the proper locations. On top of that, they all had smiles on their faces & genuinely seemed to enjoy their job helping us move. Would absolutely use again!

From start to finish the team was great to work with. They clearly explained my estimate on the phone and they were flexible when I needed to adjust my moving day plans. The movers were clean, nice to my dog, and super careful with all of my furniture even up and down narrow staircases. Then when they got to our new Condo they went through and put plastic on all the carpet they took such care of our items & our new home on a terrible rainy day. My son bought a house in Milford, Ohio to be close to our home in Blanchester. As soon as we had the closing date I called Two Men and a Truck. I spoke with Tony. He was so kind, professional and patient that I sent the info right over to my son!! I booked the move that same day....which is today!! The price was right, the people were easy to deal with...almost too good to be true! When the packing team came this morning it was evident that this was not their first rodeo! They got right to work. When the moving team got there they jumped right in and got things going as well. It was like watching a dance team as they went UP & DOWN, UP & DOWN and never complained or bumped into each other....nothing!! Just polite, down to business, hard working guys!! This most recent experience was definitely the very best. Everything was absolute TOPS! From the easy and accuracy of booking with Tony at the office to the crew. They crew was energetic, professional and extremely careful. I try to keep track of names so that I can heap praise on the best of the best....but alas, I have forgotten the name of the driver....but he, Owen and Brendan were absolutely outstanding. 6 Stars!
The two men who came today were extremely courteous and patient. My hired them to move my parents who are in their early 70s. As most May know, many items accumulate in 70 years. They were very patient and helpful. Would definitely recommend!’
I was very pleased with the over the phone service and the moving team. Both were extremely nice and very helpful. When talking to them, it felt as if they were my best friend, very easy to talk with.The moving team did a great professional job! They even moved stuff that i had not mentioned to them before over the phone, but they moved it without asking any questions.The only negative thing i would have to say is that i thought it was extremely expensive for the amount of time it took to move everything, but other than that awesome job!
Excellent service from the team who moved us from Ohio to Rhode Island. While Two Men and a Truck may cost more than the competition, its worth it. You get your items moved and delivered by the same team, and, even better, you get your items within 24-48 hours. I will use Two Men any time we move again.
We hired 2 men and a truck not really knowing what to expect. We have never used a moving company before. These young men are amazing! Our movers were, Travis, Aaron, and Ronnie. The most experienced mover was dropping knowledge to the other not so experienced mover. I thought that was great! He even showed me how my reclining couches come apart. They were very careful with everything. We were nervous about our TVs, but they took extra care and wrapped them up. These young men, are polite, and professional, but also funny. They made our move so much easier and a little less stressful! We would like to thank Travis, Aaron and Ronnie again for all their hard work. It was hot but they still kept a great pace and got the work done. Thank you again guys! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND 2 MEN AND A TRUCK, AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRAVIS, AARON AND RONNIE!!!!
They made moving easy and took care with all of our belongings. Got tough items upstairs and didnt scratch or smudge our newly painted walls. Very friendly movers, as well.
All the guys did a tremendous job! They were hard working, friendly, caring, and helpful. I honestly could not have had a better crew. The names I remember are Cody, “D”, Tyler, Charlie, and Kyle, but some of those may be wrong! It was a hard, emotional day, and they treated me with kindness and respect. If I could give them 100 stars I would.
I used Two Men and a Truck to load my stuff into our moving truck. They were awesome, guys were very respectful and courteous. They moved my stuff quickly, packed it into the truck well, and overall were great. I would definitely use again.

Troy and Codi were phenomenal! I have moved more than a dozen times and these gentlemen were the most conscientious, responsive to our requests and needs, and hard working movers I ever encountered. They didn’t walk but ran to get the move expedited. They were so professional and treated us like they would treat family. If you are in Columbus and have an upcoming move, I would request this team. Actually, I would insist on this team. They are the best movers I have ever met. They are worth their weight in gold. This is the first time where a move didn’t result in some kind of damage.
I worked here briefly before finding another job. The management and human resources team are very helpful and respectful. If you hope to be a driver, it is important to know that there is more training involved and significantly more risk if you have not driven a truck that size. Theres a decent amount of responsibility you have for moving also (drivers help with moving also). To be successful here its extremely important to not damage anything and stay active, professional and courteous on the job.Lastly, they do a lot of promoting from within which could be a good opportunity for growth. Also pay is very good.

Lyn and Ernesto did a fantastic job. They were friendly and professional throughout the move. The move took all day and it was over 90 degrees! They took great care to ensure our valuables were protected and relocated safely. They even put up with moving the furniture around several times at the new condo. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck and hope you are lucky enough to get the two great pros we had.

These people are awesome. I was only moving 4 hrs away but to another state, and they correctly assessed that my studio apartment won’t take long. So they did the same day interstate moving and was excellent in maintaining time, professionalism and efficiency. They were nice to my dog too. My parents don’t speak English and they were courteous to them, which was my biggest concern with some movers making fun of their clients. Anyway, they are excellent! I would recommend them to anyone. They were about 1000 dollars less than their competitors estimate. They are honest and hard working bunch.

They are very professional, are very conscientious of my belongings, are communicative, go above and beyond (they have even repaired a couple of my furniture pieces that were already damaged!). My move was simple quick and efficient. The men in the truck (Jay and Friend) were kind courteous and well organized. I was able to get moved in quicker then expected with their efficiency. My quote was a great price but then after their superb work my quote was lowered due to their fast and thorough move. Thank you gentlemen ill be asking for you directly next time.
I highly recommend this company over everybody else because I was scheduled to move on one of the hottest days and they didnt cancel (I wouldnt have been mad if they did). Not only did they move my stuff but they did it all in under 2 hours, and made 2 stops. I cant say enough about how great they are.
Excellent group, came and got the job done quickly. Wrapped and padded everything and used extreme care with antique furniture. Additionally, the three guys were careful to not damage either house.

I have used this moving service three times. They have always been able to work with my schedule, even if I give them just 24 hours notice.The people who show up have always been very nice and very efficient. The guys who moved me the last time were really nice, professional, and did a great job. I would absolutely use them again. Moving can be quite stressful, but you can count on this company to make it so much easier

Great experience. I needed a 200 lb queen size bed frame moved upstairs. I thought it would be difficult getting around the stair corners because of the size and weight. The movers were professional and courteous and did an amazing job! Would definitely recommend them!
What absolutely fine young men came to my old house on time, very polite, and started right in....they walked through the house, we talked about their responsibility, and they went to work.....I was not as organized as I wished I had been....but it was a big move to me.....they never stopped, and good conversation as they worked, and they had good camaraderie between themselves....I was fortunate to have them work for me. The new house is much smaller, and they worked hard to get things in place.I would hire them again in a minute....please give them a big raise......
From the beginning the representative, Cody was outstanding! Very responsive and extremely quick in getting me a written estimate for review. Once I accepted and the logistics of the date, time, and move were determined, Cody stayed in touch with me with updates and reminders up to the evening before the move. The 3 professional movers, Skylar, Sterling, and John were prompt in their arrival time and communicated very well with me regarding how they would be proceeding. All the big items were carefully wrapped, very much to my satisfaction and totally exceeded my expectations! They moved efficiently, carefully, and in the exact time frame I expected. Not a scratch on anything. I received a follow up call a few hours later from Cody making sure I was completely satisfied, which I really appreciated...100% satisfied customer! I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck and definitely will be using their services for any future moves I may need.

2022-03-15The office team reps that I spoke with were Fred and Zach. They were both attentive and responsive to any email, call or text that I sent. I used the online quote tool and it was super easy as it let me go room by room, pick the furniture that was in the room and then name the room! They handle glass furniture which I was relieved with because some local companies around me either did not handle glass or would not replace the glass to its full value if broken, which two men and a truck do! The mover Cody and Mason were great. They called before they showed up, allowing me time to head back to my apartment from my new house. They were quick! We specifically wanted movers to move the big furniture in our house and my husband and I moved the smaller boxes in a U-haul. Cody and Mason were super careful with everything. They covered the pieces with moving blankets and the saran wrapped it fully. We were quoted for 8 hours but only needed about 4 hours and 15 minutes of that. We will definitely use two men and a truck for any future move sine they left a great first impression. Thank you!!

2022-07-08Damages caused, they will not replace the floor and pinned the damages on us, we have witnesses and proof it wasn’t us, Brooke the general manager tried to cancel our claim because I didn’t give her an immediate response because I was unpacking and I was told we have 60 days to handle any issues and damages we had found. I only filed this like a week or so after we moved in, I didn’t even buy a drier hose for the exhaust til weeks after we moved in. There were several damages not just this one and ur floors were new before we moved in, and our bill was about 600. Bucks higher then we originally though plus now they won’t replace the vynol floor which I have proof and witness here during the move that saw the movers damage it. I will be having my lawyer deal with this which will cost this company more then if they just fixed the damages they caused. I Would not recommend this business to anybody.I also had to call the general manager since she was unable to pick up a phone and communicate with me,

2022-05-09UPDATED REVIEW-(2 stars originally up to 3 because sales staff and customer service was nice and helpful) I would be cautious using Two Men and a Truck - To give credit, I was referred to them by three family members who had previously used them and stated it was a great experience. Please note that I have moved 13 times as an adult and every time this was with me and a buddy doing everything. We purchased our first home (new build) and decided to hire movers to make it smooth and enjoyable.While things started great from the sale to the loading it took a turn that ruined trust. Movers arrived on time, loaded items safely and were very careful moving things out of the 30 year old rental we were leaving. However, in the new build they dinged a corner in the living room and scraped the front door trying to move a fridge by using a dolly (simply using carrying straps would have allowed them to open doors and swivel but this either is something they chose not to do or are not permitted to do).I witnessed both of those minor things happen and chose not to say anything because its minor, items are heavy, and no one is perfect accident happens. And this is probably an easy fix.However, my sons bed frame is where I became upset. After they told me they were finished, adjusted the work hours and I paid, they left. I went ahead and got the fridge and stove hooked up and went upstairs to find my sons bed frame unassembled and the mattress still in the plastic protection. Previously, they used a drill to disassemble the frame at pick up for loading (didnt ask permission) and I assumed they just forgot it and went to reassemble the frame myself. However, when I went to remove the allen bolts that they had screwed into the frame for travel I discovered they had grossly over-tightened one and stripped out one of the bolts using the drill preventing me from removing the bolt and reassembling the frame.That situation wreaked of intentional deceit since they left it unassembled and there had been zero apologies for the frame, dinged corner, and scraped fridge and entryway. If they would have at least said sorry or stated they stripped the bolt, I wouldve been okay; instead they said nothing.I then emailed customer support who had no solutions to make up for this and required proof of purchase on the bed frame for reimbursement. I dont know of many people who keep receipts for 4 years let alone are asked to go digging for it because of clear neglect on their end. I was left needing to get a new frame that wasnt needed at my own expense.Now 1 out of 4 (25%) bad experiences within my circle isnt bad but I regret trying to make a brand new, first home move smooth and exciting for my family. And if I could go back I would just ask a buddy to help me and saved the cash because the cost of the move with damage and lack of post-care is not worth it, I couldve use that money for so much more.5-9-22 Update - after a couple email exchanges customer service did a search of similar frames and provided a reimbursement to recoup the cost of purchasing a new frame. This was very helpful and I updated it to 3 stars thanks to the sales and customer service support.

2022-03-31Moved our office using Two Men and a Truck today. We never realized they moved businesses until our attorney recommended them. What a great decision! We had three guys for 5 hours and they were awesome! Paid attention to detail, professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. I’ll use them for moving my own home in the future.

2022-04-07Book Leaders instead!!!I could not be more disappointed with my experience with Two Men and a Truck. I hired them with the hope that paying a bit more would ensure peace of mind and a seamless move I was sorely mistaken. I spoke with their office 3 times prior to my move in which I gave them an extremely detailed inventory list of items to be moved and packed as well as a thorough description of my apartment unit stairwell and elevator theyd be moving me out of. I was quoted a 3-4 hour move and 1 hour pack. I even called the day before to update them that my inventory list to let them know the initial 40 boxes that were included didnt exist. I was told they didnt need an updated list and that the move would likely just go quicker. This was not the case - in total the move took 8 hours!!! during the move they had to pause twice taking even more time up because they arrived ill prepared and without proper moving supplies and had to ask other employees to drop them off for them. Protocols werent followed with paperwork that was necessary also. When I called to speak with their dispatcher to hopefully be reimbursed or receive some sort of discount for my services he argued with me and I was still made to pay my initial quote I just wasnt charged for the additional hours of service it took. I dont understand how a business thats been around for 25 years can vastly underestimate a job, complete it poorly, and then expect the customer to be paid for the overture where it is a mistake on their end If anything they should be overestimating jobs so customers are pleasantly surprised. I would NEVER recommend two men and a truck. I could continue to go one but this is my best attempt to sum up my dissatisfaction.

2022-01-13I have used Two Men and a Truck a few times in the past for local moves and my experience has always been good. The Two individuals we had this time were two of the most professional and kind movers we have ever dealt with. We recently moved across the country with another company and it was a nightmare. All of our belongings went into storage while our house is being built. The storage unit is very large and accessible on both sides via garage doors. We needed the items loaded in with boxes on one end and furniture on the other so we could access our boxes if we needed something. The previous movers basically threw everything into storage with everything mixed together and stacked in a manner that was unstable (move one thing, everything falls). On top of that, they jammed everything up against one door making us unable to open that door.We hired Two Men and a Truck to empty the storage and re-pack it correctly. It was a big job! They were courteous and professional (and felt awful when they saw the condition of our belongings due to negligence of the former moving company-crushed boxes, broken furniture, etc.). They listened to us and stacked things exactly the way we asked.They also helped us identify some of the broken furniture so we could deal with the former moving company.We’ll be moving again in 5-6 months and I will be calling them back to do our next move. So thankful I called Two Men and a Truck, I will use them for everything moving forward.

We experienced flawless moves each time. The moving crews are amazingly professional and courteous. They take amazing care of each item they touch. The last crew that handled our recent move were machines!!! They never stop until the move is done. They are unbelievably efficient. The cost is very fair. Please consider using 2 Men and a Truck. 2022-04-09Was my first move with a delivery service and Im very happy. Great customer service! The office agent was amazing and answered all my many questions questions and returned my repeated follow up calls very quickly. The moving team was fantastic- friendly, professional, efficient, and took very good care of my items.Please note! Their price is sightly higher than others because it includes everything- travel time, fuel, etc. Other places charged extra for these (as well as shrink wrap, blankets, required boxes for TV etc). Well worth the price and, in my case, finished in half the quoted time.Would definitely recommend and will use them next time for my move.

2021-07-24They left all this stuff & did not load in the Uhaul. Only sent 2 guys & it should have been 4!! Ethan was very nice but not the other guy very unprofessional & pretty much quite at the end.Now I have to drive back 2hrs from where Im moving to to get the rest of the stuff. They didnt even put it all in one room. Then I was way over charged for a job that was not completely done!!. I felt bad for the movers cause they needed more help! Poor poor customer service from Zach!!

2022-03-06From the time I booked the truck until the final box was moved in on moving day, the professionalism and courtesy of the company’s employees was exemplary.The office workers I dealt with had answers for all my questions. Everything was spelled out and there were no hidden costs.The workers were fast, efficient, and careful. They explained everything and kept me updated on how the time was going. We did go over an hour on the estimated time but it was due to waiting for elevators in apartments and long hallways.I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for your moving needs. They also sell moving supplies and have a junk removal service which I will be using in the future.
