They brought the biggest truck available even though I only had 3 items to move and then charged me overtime $$ because it took them sooo long to turn this giant truck around. Not to mention knocking tree branches down which I had to clean up and leaving DEEP tire tracks in the grass.
My movers were very careful and communicated with me during the entire process. I was very happy with their professionalism and care.
I wrote this on 10/31/2020 in response to a follow up email from Kathi Petrey. She never responded to what I had to say:I was very dissatisfied with the move. I actually had to change my plans to return from out of town early this weekend because I have a garage full of stuff left to pack and load by myself today and tomorrow in an effort to be out of the house by the end of the day on Nov 1st.Here were my issues:1. The movers were two hours late for the move. They were at the bottom of my driveway waiting two hours for someone to bring them a smaller van. This significantly impacted the time frame necessary to get everything done.2. The movers were under the impression that I was packing one day, and loading the next day. I confirmed several times with your schedulers that it would all be done on one day. I do not blame the movers for this misunderstanding, I blame scheduling.3. The taller guy was great, and I think he did as much as he could given the circumstances. He attempted to provide guidance to the other movers throughout the day, and corrected them several times, particularly with loading. However, there were several times that I saw one of the movers on his phone outside the house. He did not seem to be moving as efficiently as the others. Given that the job is paid by the hour, that type of behavior is unacceptable.4. There were several items that were packed out of place. I had things in the rooms that I wanted them to be boxed in, so that they could be labeled as such. But I noticed that some things were taken out of their designated area and boxed in other areas.5. One of my major concerns is the quality of the packing. I was not able to watch everything being packed, but I did see that my Mac desktop (which was originally in my office to be packed with office materials) was not only packed with random living room pieces, but it was very poorly thrown into the box. I will attach a picture to this email.6. There were several items left around the house unpacked. I had to go collect all of those things myself since I wanted them and thought the packers would be packing them. Display items, mirrors hanging on the walls, cleaning tools, etc.7. There was a manager who came by to bring additional boxes who said that he would return to help, but never did. It is my understanding that the movers were calling multiple people throughout the day to get additional help, but no one would come.Overall, I was very unhappy with the quality of the move. The “movers who care” slogan was not lived up to in this job. I am very concerned about how my items will be when I remove them from the pods at my new home. Hiring your company ended up causing more stress than being helpful. I would not recommend or use this company again.In response to the owners response: My items were not fully packed. I had to pack a lot of items on my own that were left in the garage. Also, this does not address the POOR QUALITY of the packing that was done. My review was to warn folks about not only the job being left undone because of improper handling of my request on your companys part, but also about the POOR QUALITY of the packing job. No ones desktop computer should be packed like mine was. Ever.
What a fiasco!!!! The Manager (at Cheviot Franchise) not only did not pre-check the location as I suggested, they managed to get their truck stuck. After hours and hours of waiting for help, they hand carried my belongings. Some things were damaged and others disappeared. Ive been told every week for the last 6+ weeks that my check is in the mail after months of run around. They moved me November 2018 (7 months ago!!!!) It turns out that had NO RECORD of the address THEY moved me to. Every week they lie to me now and tell me that they have sent the check. They have even provided fake check numbers as proof they paid.A new level of incompetence!!!!!UPDATE 6/19/19: Customer Service (Lansing, MI) informs me that they CAN DO NOTHING. The FRANCHISE has sole responsibility. All they can do is monitor the situation.
The move went fine except they did break a credenza we were going to donate. The reason for the rating is several things. In FAQs it said drivers are trained not to solicit tips. I was told tips are not required but appreciated (HINT). Both of the drivers stood 1 foot away from me at the end while he had me sign and initial several blank screens on his I-pad. Both had colds and I got their cold. They should have worn masks and kept their distance. The biggest compalint is that the driver dialed a number and I had to give the lady my complete credit card information with these 2 guys (one in front and 1 behind) to the lady on the speaker phone. It was like the guys could not leave until my credit card cleared. I felt VERY intimidated and pressured. Now I have to worry about my credit card information being stolen. At the end the driver said that they expected a 5 rating because it affects raises and they also work with childrens hospitals. How does that affect a rating? I am seriously thinking about contacting the attorney general over this.
Everything about our move was excellent. Ive used Two men and a Truck for personal moves, but this was the first time for a business move. The packers and movers were professional, helpful and patient as we worked to prepare lots of electronics for them to move. Highly recommend them.
All of the above!! Everybody has been real nice & helpful during my move. I highly recommend Two Men & a Truck. I have seen there trucks over the past 35 years. Moved me to the house I just left years ago. They are kind, helpful & able to move large pieces of furniture. It has been a pleasant experience. I would recommend Two Men and Truck without concern. They were professional, worked the entire time, very professional and yet personal. Everything was moved without any issues. Will use them again if needed.
We just moved to our new house & the move could not have gone smoother. The 3 guys that move my stuff were courteous, friendly,professional & extremely hard working. The final price was $300 lower that their original estimate. I hate moving but 2 Men & a Truck made the experience tolerable. I recommend their services to anyone looking to move.

Organization of move was great from the office staff to the movers. Very supportive with our move since it’s been over 30 years since our last move. Office staff was always available for questions or adjustments to items to be moved. Movers were fantastic. They were friendly, very careful with our items and home. Worked so hard on a hot day. I have used 2 men and a truck twice. Both times the experience was over the top successful. The movers were speedy, professional, courteous, neat, friendly and willing to di whatever it took to make the experience as painless as possible. The office staff was VERY helpful especially since when I booked this time I had absolutely no idea what we were moving and Angel was vety patient and accommodating to my changes. I cant say enough! In all the estimates I received from various moving companies I was told the move would take 4-5 hours, but these guys got it done in 3.5! I will be hiring 2 Men and a Truck for all my future moves, and highly recommend others do the same.
The initial set up with the office staff and the movers themselves was great. The fact that they were flexible with the amount of furniture being moved (I was unexpectedly able to fit more things in my car prior to the move, and needed to add another few items) was nice. Everyone involved was friendly, professional, and helped make what could have been a stressful experience a great experience.

My mother was moved from a Independent Living Apartment into Assisted Living Apartment in Twin Towers Retirement Community. Because of Covid-19, all the internal moving was done by the maintenance department at Twin Towers. The remainder of the furniture and boxes had to be brought outside the main door so that the movers could load into their truck. This included a piano that was going to an additional location. The remainder came to my home. We were notified 6 days before they were ready to move my mother. I contacted Kathi at Two Men and a Truck and she was wonderful to work with. She was accommodating to our every need. She explained their services including the insurance. We even had to delay the move one day which Kathi made happen for us. The day of the move, Will and Dante arrived on time and loaded the furniture and boxes as well as the piano with professional attention to every detail. I will remember this experience for years to come and recommend them for any move you may have. They were professional, very friendly and make our experience stress free. My mom passed in April. I brought my father home that day. I and my siblings couldnt seem to coordinate the move from the Senior building. We were just continuing to pay the rent. (Foolish). I was always accustomed to using Uhaul and moving ourselves, because it saved money. In this case, not so much. It finally dawned that we could just have someone else do it. We contacted 2 Men & a Truck. The office immediately got us scheduled. The day of the move, the gentlemen reached out to us with updates of arrival time. We were moved within a couple hours including loading, travel, unloading. Had we reached out to them sooner, I cringe at the amount we could have saved. Tough lesson learned. 💪
Friendly and personable crew. They made my move stress free and we even shared some laughs. Showed up ahead of schedule with a courtesy call to make sure an early arrival would be okay. This was my third move using Two Men and a Truck. Each time was even better than the last. The quotes are accurate and prompt, the booking process easy and painless and the movers have been wonderful!On Monday I moved and was delighted that Griffin and AJ were prompt, incredibly quick and efficient, careful with my belongings and most importantly, they had a great attitude! My move required climbing stairs at both apartments and moving heavy items but they did it with a smile on their face.I would recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone who requires movers and have been incredibly pleased with my past experiences!
Was given an appointment time of 2 o’clock for a quote on a long distance move. When I called because no one showed up I was told it was actually a three hour window between two and five. Needless to say by 530 no one had ever showed up. No phone calls. No contact. No apology. Just a waste of valuable time I didn’t have to spare. Thank you so much for showing me ahead of time the service I Could’ve expected.
Planning the move using Two Men and a Truck was easily done. Kathi did a great job gathering the details. The movers came right when they were to be expected. Jon and Perry were professional and took excellent care on moving our furniture. They were able to be at the locations on time and wasted no time getting the furniture placed where we wanted. Two weeks ago, I hired Two Men and a Truck for my move. It was only a five minute drive from my old to my new place, but I lived on the third floor and was moving into another third floor apartment. I only needed movers for my large furniture items, particularly a very nice and very heavy wooden desk and hutch I have had for over 10 years. Jaylin and Johnny were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They arrived towards the earlier end of the allotted start-time window, called me 25 minutes prior to their arrival, and got the entire job done in two hours - which was important to me as I was on a tight budget. Both guys were incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. They got right to work, didnt waste a single minute, and miraculously got all of my furniture up and around some rather difficult stairs, inclines, twists, and turns. This was my first-time hiring movers, and I was very pleased with my experience. Two Men and a Truck was the right choice from start to finish! Shoutout to Jaylin and Johnny - you guys are awesome! We havent used movers before, as Ive always found the time to take care of everything myself. I cant express how convenient and care-free it was to have professionals handling it for us. We had very little to move, as majority of our move has been completed in small segments, but I can assure you that we will use this company in the future to handle every aspect of any relocation. Our movers (Isaiah and Josh) were friendly, prepared and competent. I was especially impressed by how they handled a desk that has been in our family for generations.While we had an overwhelmingly positive experience, there were only two points that prevent us from giving a 5 star rating. Given that we were moving my office, there were several boxes full of books, which can be rather heavy. As the movers were moving them, they didnt always catch that the boxes werent holding up with the weight when stacked too high. This led to one pile eventually falling over, which was mostly just inconvenient, although it could have led to damaged property. The other downside was the hourly rate, as our move consisted of a lot of drive time. It would have been much more reasonable to pay a mileage rate, and then an hourly rate while the movers were working. Naturally, this second point had nothing to do with the quality of the workers, but moreso the policy set in place for fees.Regardless of the two points above, well quickly and thankfully use Two Men and a Truck in the future, and view our expense as well worth the service we purchased.
I usually am very hard to impress but my movers called me within the window indicated on my contract, showed up at the time they gave me over the phone, and got right to moving things while one guy completed all the paperwork with me. They were polite and they were professional. I only hired them to move my large furniture but next time I will budget more time and have Two Men and A Truck take over more of the move for me.
We have used two men and a truck 2 times in the last 6 months. Both times have been wonderful experiences. Both crew of 3 men worked without stopping and completed the move in a very timely manner.They all were courteous and polite.They all treated our furniture and other items with the utmost care, wrapping most with thick blankets then wrapping over that with plastic wrap.We would HIGHLY recommend this company.

They showed several times excellent expertise that would have been major problems for lesser qualified movers. My wife, daughter, and son feel the same way. We were definitely impressed! Very professional from beginning to end. Easy to complete the form for a quote. I was contacted right away to go over details, get a quote and schedule the move. The pre move documentation covered everything I needed to know in order to be fully prepared for move day. The two gentlemen who showed up were very professional and courteous. They took great care with my belongings and I felt confident we were in good hands. Not once did they complain because the closest parking at the final destination was almost 2 blocks away. I had a very unusual experience with the moving team of Two Men and a Truck from the Cheviot location. The office staff were courteous and efficient with my estimate, which was itself very reasonable. On the heavy duty side, Will Crawford and Jaelon Terry arrived on time about 8:45 am and didnt stop, even for a break, until they were completely finished hours later. Ive never had such a pleasant moving experience in my life. They were both courteous, clean, well mannered, well spoken and very careful about everything they did. This was a difficult office move with many different furniture types to be moved. Although they encountered uncooperative freight elevators, and an apparently quota driven City parking enforcement employee (in an alley), they persevered without pause. I cant imagine having been so fortunate in this move. The good news is that I have another less arduous move coming up soon and I know Ill be seeing Will and Jaelon again!
Positive experience from start to finish. Everyone at the office was most helpful when scheduling the move, and also when answering follow-up questions that I had. The men who moved me could not have been nicer or harder working. They took a lot of care with all of my furniture and made sure everything was padded and wrapped very well before loading it on the truck. They disassembled (and then re-assembled) a very complicated queen sized platform bed with drawers without a complaint, nor a scratch! This is the second time I have used Two Men and a Truck from the Cheviot Rd. location and I highly recommend them for anyone who wants their belongings moved safely, yet at a reasonable price.

I just recently used 2 Men and a Truck to move my 10x20 storage unit packed plum full to a new residence. I was so impressed on how the 2 gentlemen (Martin and Carlos) handled my furniture and belongings. They took time to try and place my furniture where I wanted it. A piece wouldnt fit through the door and they took the extra step to take the door off and see it they could get it through. I had some heavy pieces and so impressed on how they moved them!! Also, the manners they had. In todays society you dont hear, thank you, yes maam, Miss Chris. Again, so impressed with them. I would definitely use the company again and would request the same two gentleman!! Great job and thank you!!
James and Michael are great guys. They were very mindful of the items being moved as well as the walls in my condo. I had a fantastic experience with Two Men and a Truck. Michael and Tyree took excellent care of our furniture and worked quickly and safely. They also were communicative and considerate. I’ve never used professional movers because of all the horror stories I’ve heard, but Two Men And a Truck were excellent. I’d use them again.
Both David and Drew were outstanding movers. Despite being late (it was out of their control), both movers worked hard to make sure that the moving process was quick and stress free. Drew was able to answer any question that I had and David was efficient in loading the truck in a timely manner. He even took the time to inform me of how everything was to be loaded and explain how fragile objects would be protected during the move. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to make a move in the near future, but more specifically, I recommend asking for both David and Drew to help you move.
The three folks who came were very well lead, with the leader doing a great training job along the way. Of the two helpers, one was certainly more knowledgeable, but they each helped the person I assume was a newbie to understand how and what to do. They had clear direction, and worked well as a crew. We were really happy with the speed with which the work got done, and the wonderful job they did to get our stuff to fit in a 10 x 15 ft. storage locker. I will request the same crew back when ready to move the stuff out. They did a fantastic job! Even got our piano out the back door and up the hill onto our driveway in the rain!!! Super job!!!

I have used 2 men and a truck several times now and they have done a great job everytime. Every move has been a success , the men are fast and friendly . And they handle your things with care , the pricing is reasonable. We got finished hours earlier than expected and they took the furniture apart and then put it back together anx helped me place my furniture exactly where I wanted it . I would defiantly recommend them to my family and friends.
Another outstanding experience with Two Men and a Truck! I have used this company four or five times and have always been impressed.This move was handled by Dustin Prince and Kyle Engler. Both young men were polite and personable, professional and efficient. They took special care in moving many fragile items from a seventeenth floor apartment to a home basement. Yes, lots of elevator rides and lots of stairs, and they placed every item exactly as I requested. They are amazing, hard-working young men and a credit to their company.
The 2 gentleman that came were great!! Very professional, worked hard and quickly. Very respectful and explained everything to me. Not a scratch, tear, stain nothing!! Three men were not needed for my move. They didnt work well as a team and wereunorganized, however they were very friendly and polite. They did not have any tools on the truck, so there were hold ups trying to find screwdrivers and wrenches to remove some items from the house. If I was to provide those I would have appreciated that information in the confirmation call. All my things seemed to arrive undamged so that was appreciated. I would recommend this company as the booking process was easy, staff was courteous and showed up on time, but I would only hire at the two man rate next time.
We used Two Men and a Truck to move a 2 bedroom apartment. They were both courteous, efficient and we were very happy we decided to use movers instead of doing everything ourselves. They will set your furniture up for you. They were able to take some of our furniture down stairs. We had no issues and I would definitely recommend.
I called Two Men and a Truck at the last minute (less than 48 hours before my move date) to help me moving out of my apartment. I entered my information online for a quote Tuesday night and got a call back the very next morning. The movers were on time Thursday morning and made sure I was aware of everything I needed to know. They were quick and kept moving despite the two full flights of narrow stairs it takes to get to my apartment and another set of narrow stairs in my new house. They got all of my stuff moved without any problem and far under the estimate I was given. Definitely will use again, took all the usual stress and time out of moving and the movers were very friendly.

The crew arrived on time and ready to work. They handled some awkward and heavy pieces out of the old house and into the new house. Initial estimate for the move was 4 to 5 hours but they got it done in 3 and a half. Great job and they took care to make sure nothing broke during the move.

From the first phone call to the last closing of the van doors, this was a very positive experience. The two movers Drew and Marcus were great. The two young men, Robert and Byron, were excellent. We think they were the best. Very friendly, hard workers, helped arrange furniture and gave very good suggestions. The weather was not good either, snowing off and on, sort of icy in spots, windy and cold. We were moving from a 3rd floor condo too. We would recommend them highly.

I used Two Men and a Truck for my most recent move, and it was worth every penny! The online quote tool was simple to use and was helpful for booking their services. On moving day, the movers were prompt, professional, and friendly, which made the whole moving process go much smoother than if I had tried to do it myself.

Being employed there for about 3 years was interesting. Lot of management swaps it felt like. I really enjoyed everyone i worked with. The job is physically and mentally exhausting. 6 days a week with a you get off whenever you get off, does get old. If you have a very high drive to make money you can. We definitely are the best in the business so if you wanna book i suggest doing so. If you wanna work there I suggest weighing the odds of good money and little family time. I learned alot and would never take back the experience. Its always customer first and thats what makes the company good. Overall. It gets a 4 for the simple fact i felt as a valued employee and veteran of the business along with a few of us our opinions and requests for some things to change sometimes got over looked and over time the feeling of being appreciated went way down. Otherwise i loved my team and my crew.

Made a fairly long move (2 pickups and 2 dropoffs) and found the process very straightforward to get a quote and set everything up. The move itself went great, the movers were very professional and easy to work with, and handled everything carefully. Will definitely use two men and a truck again.

The two young men who assisted with my move were great! They were professional friendly and very helpful! Labor couldnt have been better and I know they get a bonus for perfect scores so I will give it to them.However, the corporate office seemed very misleading...The cost of the move was not accurate from the website and when I talked to the local office about the discrepancy (or as I took it - false advertisement) they said it is because each location is franchised. Online and in my quote it was cheaper for 3 men and a truck but when I called the price was drastically different.

The 2 Men arrived when they said they would. They called to let me know that they had picked up the furniture at my friends house and were on their way to my house. They arrived in a timely manner, introduced themselves, assessed where the furniture would go, unloaded it and were done. They were courteous and mindful to not damage the furniture they brought nor anything in my house. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

The experience was outstanding from beginning to end. I asked for an estimate on what I was moving, and Kathi got it to me quickly. I had to change the date we were moving, and they were very understanding. The day of the move the guys called ahead, and were there on time ready to go. They moved quickly, and the home that we were moving into had 3 floors that they had to carry heavy items to. It was a warm morning, and they saved us an hour and a half off the original estimate because of their urgency. I would recommend the Cheviot store to anyone I know, and will use them again anytime we need their services. I asked for 2 movers, but they ended up sending 3 movers. There were items that I didnt think about when I got the estimate, and they said it was no problem to add additional items to the move on the fly. Dont think twice, use these guys.
Two Men and a Truck helped me fantastically. The fellas that assisted me were tremendous gentlemen and handled all of my heavy belongings without any trouble--truly a pleasure to have.I also found the pricing to be more affordable than I initially expected.I will say however that for as hot as it is outside during this time of year, to hear that these hard working young men work 14 hour days carrying untold weight up and down an infinite amount of distance up any amount of floors, serving multiple clients a day, is questionable. These are outstanding young men that earned every bit of their wages yesterday. I just hope this company is taking good, considerate care of them; often companies like these can be exploitative of their employees labor.Exemplary work by two of your best workers. It was a pleasure moving with them especially and furthermore a pleasure to enlist Two Men and a Truck.
Our men were terrific!!!! They had to move us through a torrential downpour and never complained once! The upmost polite and most professional men we have ever worked with. Will use them again if we ever move again. We highly recommend our two men and a truck on the west side of Cincinnati!
I have to change my review from a 5 to a 1 based on our most recent experience.We previously had these move us across town. They did well there, but they clearly dont understand how to pack for a long-distance move, nor are they as careful with your stuff as they claim to be.This time we wanted them to just load furniture into a truck for an out of state move. We told them our expensive mattress is designed to fold head to foot, but they folded it side to side. Now its bent and unfixable. They stacked heavy boxes on furniture not designed to hold heavy boxes, snapping off shelves and even destroying the contents inside. They cracked the tops of dressers and shelves. They dragged one dresser around on the floor so much the feet split and the drawers wont open.I called them the next day, before the truck had even left, to file a claim. They said theyd look into it. After about 3 week of back and forth wrangling, they decided they werent liable for any of it.If all youre looking for is for someone to trash your stuff, you can certainly find someone to do it for less.
The crew went right to work and prepared the furniture for moving. the truck was loaded quickly. At the new location everything was placed as I had requested, bed reassembled and area cleaned up from moving debris. They completed the task in less time than estimated.
The people at Two men and a truck did a great job of moving my 2 bedroom apartment. The movers were professional and courteous. I was surprised by their enthusiasm. They did not waste any time at all and in 4 hours flat we were moved and all set up at our new place.
Will and Jaelón were nice, really efficient, and got all of my stuff packed safely and quickly into and out of the truck. Great experience, movers got done ahead of schedule, handled all my items well, even using shrinkwrap to secure the dresser and desks. Only negative is that they were late due to overbooking jobs, so allow for some leeway as far as timing. Would recommend to anyone looking to move stuff.
Quasar and his team were amazing during our move. It was very hot on the day of the move and our new house has 3 floors so they were certainly working hard. Despite the heat they were polite and fast the entire day. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to move, whether it is a whole house like in my case, or just a single piece of furniture.

Would not use again!!! What should been two hour job turned into 5 1/2 job. Was late, one guy smelt like he was drinking before he got there. Fell a few times, caught the same guy constantly on his cell phone. Then on top of they said the truck was over heating. Remind you it was not even two miles away from the other location of the move. Then when I made the appointment I told them the new location had a steep hill. Needless to say they had issues with that as well. I truly felt sorry for the other helper because he was doing all the work. He totally rock it.I can say the office tried to reach out for a response on service but I wouldnt take there call as I was furious and wrong overcharged on account someone was hung over. Will never ever used again!!!!

Perfect for people looking to downsize!I don’t know—and may never know—how many things we’re missing. We moved in two years ago and once a month or so my wife or I will say some version of “You know what I haven’t seen yet?” At this point we’ve been through every box on our storage shelves, so we know we’ve lost things we’ll never see again. I hope someone is enjoying them.If I had to pinpoint just one issue that led to this, it was that the team that loaded up the truck did no inventory. Not a single sticker, no inventory sheet, nothing. I guess someone finally noticed this at some point during the four months they had our stuff in storage, and then decided it would be worthwhile to do an inventory on the way OUT of their warehouse … four months later.This is our fourth home. We’ve done this a few times, so we know stuff happens. But I’ve barely scratched the surface of the negligence on display with Two Men and a Truck.
I had a sleeper sofa to move from first floor to basement area. The two gentlemen that showed up were professional and friendly. They took care to wrap up sofa prior to moving it. They did not damage the walls or sofa and completed the move in a timely manner. Would use again.
They made my move so easy. The guys were great to talk to also and very friendly. They were super concerned about making sure nothing got scratched, and I have a LEATHER dresser from RH that I was sure would be scratched going up 3 flights of stairs, but no they did it all perfectly. I had a very good experience with Two Men and a Truck. Four gentlemen showed up right in my window with a call 15 minutes before arriving. They were all extremely polite and introduced themselves by first name with a nice handshake. They kept up a hard-working pace for 7 hours and seemed to enjoy each others company to keep things light-hearted despite the rigorous activity. They offered to move things I hadnt considered and help remove televisions and shelves anchored to the walls. They attempted to be extremely careful in all doorways and tight areas around walls. They even covered all floors of walkways in my new house when moving us in. There was some damage to items and new walls (albeit four areas), so thats why only 4 out of 5. Im extremely happy with the choice of using them in the move. Special thanks to Teonne, Ricardo, Byron and Rashawn for their efforts.

The team kept moving...no breaks and no idle chit-chat. First, Megan was so helpful finding me the guys and a truck on extremely short notice! I had to pick up an extremely heavy table from an auction and was working on a really tight timeframe. She was friendly, funny and made it happen! Second, my guys were timely, SUPER friendly, didn’t even complain about what a pain it was to move this table (it really WAS a pain!!) They were very quick at their job and took care of something I certainly couldn’t do!! This move was worth every penny!!

I had several experiences with 2 men and a truck. I had them come and move items on Thurs the 26th and that team was outstanding! Above and beyond what anyone could ever hope for! FIVE STARS FOR MOVE! On the next day I had them come and pack... ONE STAR FOR PACKERS. Didnt even walk into either bathroom, didnt walk into the laundry room, and left wall art hanging on the walls. The mgr of the group sat with ear buds in his ears all day and couldnt hear anyone say any to him. On Sat they came to move the rest of my stuff out. These two guys deserve TEN STARS AND A RAISE! The problem was they end up having to do a PACK & move because the workers from the day before didnt complete their job! THIS WAS A GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT TO ME. My rating would have been 1 star, but those guys that moved me on Thurs and Sat were so outstanding, I just have to say this was an excellent job... thank you Drake, Smoke Vae And Tyler! You made it all worth it!

Despite the short notice of the move, the crew was pleasant and hard working. They were fun to talk to and didnt mind sarcastic humor. I liked the fact that the quote was a flat rate...a competitor said well, it could be this price, or up to this price. Not digging that. Very pleased with the experience and they were thorough.
I have used Two Men and a Truck multiple times and have been extremely satisfied each time. I had them make multiple stops this time and they handled the move with no problems and in fact they accommodated the extra stop with no problems. I recommend using this mover.
Friendly, professional service. Arrived exactly on time, worked SO hard and carefully, and finished the job 10 minutes after the lowest estimate, saving me about $200 and two days of back-breaking work. Id use them again anytime, and Id recommend them to all my friends.
A number of my items were damaged. Told they were pressboard, so compensation would be minimal. Considering that is what most furniture is made of, this basically means damage to anything can happen with no accountability. Headboards werent wrapped, and all three of our beds had damage. Also missing hardware for one of the shelves. Towards the end, they said they were going over time limit, so all of our boxes had to be unloaded and staged on the first floor to save time. Rooms upstairs werent staged in a way that we could get to things and it was a nightmare trying to get stuff moved where it needed to be to even allow us to unpack boxes and make more space. They also did not get everything from the house we were moving from, and we had to spend six hours the next day packing loose items with a borrowed truck getting the rest of the stuff moved (we told them we would need help with packing with the quote was made). Damage to railing and walls, which I was told someone would come take a look at, but that hasnt happened. With how much we paid ($3k), I would have hoped for our moving and unpacking experience to have gone better.
They were AWESOME!!!We moved from a house weve been in 20 years to a new house. Even though they had to dolly everything up my new driveway (cant drive on it for a few more days) they moved everything SUPER QUICKLY and were practically RUNNING in and out. They were smiling and very pleasant to be around the entire time. Moving isnt fun but they made it much less stressful.I cant say enough great things about these guys.Call the one on Cheviot Road in Cincinnati, you will be VERY impressed.
The movers had some unusual challenges on the job, including spiral staircases and city parking, but handled them with care and grace. Everything went like clockwork and they finished the whole job much quicker than I expected. I have already passed your name on to a friend!
The movers, Matt and Dirk were great. It was a difficult move because the piano and sofa were really heavy. They called for help and my husband and I enjoyed talking with them while waiting food the 3rdvmover to get here.. Great guys and well done.

Will never use them again. The movers broke our landlords water shut off valve from the washing machine and never mentioned it to us or offered to fix it. When follow up calls were made over the following 2 months, I was given multiple excuses why the manager was never available (in a meeting, out sick, talking to a customer) each and every call. Left several messages for an explanation but did not receive one.very unprofessional and will not recommend them, period.

Estimate was on-par with competitors, moving team was amazing. They were professional, fun and fast which means savings for me! Would recommend to friends, family and strangers.
It was a great experience for me. Shawn and Corey were incredibly helpful and nice guys. Special and Alesha on the admin side are absolute rock stars.That said, yeah, moving is going to be expensive, but these folks were definitely worth the cost.

They were terrible, broke my deceased mothers dishes that had been in the family for years and told me well you get 60 cents per pound, really those items are irreplaceable and they weigh 10 pounds so they can take that 10 dollars they never offered and bounce.A respectable moving company would of done alit better,and a 4 hour job was stretched into a 8 hour job, they were full of excuses and one of the drivers fell unfortunately and slowed the unloading part down costing me a extra hour and a half but they only deducted 15 minutes.customers need more protection Im in tears over my moms dishes .If it wasnt for Josh Pack it would have taken alit longer. Please dont use this company you Will be disappointed there rules is to protect them not you unless you pay a extra 150.00 dollars for the insurance.Terrible use at your own risk.
Was very happy with our movers. They were extremely careful with all our furniture. Nothing was damaged . This was the third time this company has moved me. Never had any issues. Would use them again.
All in all the move got finished, but during the entire day the one worker was complaining all day about doing his job. IF you dont like your job as a mover find another job. Also I dont need to hear his personal problems and how he just got out of jail. Thought that was in bad taste on his part. Finally My couch is ripped in two places and my night stand is missing. Need to hire some professonals instead of Ex cons. Do you even do background checks?
The two men that moved us were GREAT1 We would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone that is moving. We called on Tuesday and they were able to move us on Thursday. Thanks for being able to complete our move so quickly!!!

Absolutely horrendous. The move was done negligently, with tons of stuff left behind that we had to haul by ourselves over a few days using friends and many back-and-forths. Office staff, led by Alesha, gave us a completely false quote, and total misinformation as to what was going to be done on pack and move day. As a result, pack and move day was a complete nightmare for everybody, and ended up more costly for us than originally quoted, with much less done than expected. Last but certainly not least, the manager, Rodney Puckett, to whom we reached out numerous time after the move to discuss it, never bothered to ever call back or write back. Have filed for a dispute with the credit card company and will make sure that none of my acquaintances or friends will ever use this company.
We had a pleasant experience with Two Men & A Truck. They arrived promptly and took care with our belongings that they arrive at our new home the way they left our old home.
Guys were very nice and courteous. They protected all the furniture so well. No damage whatsoever. They worked very hard in the swealtering heat and really just did an awesome job.

They were pretty slow. Put the washer & dryer away in the tiny closet without connecting the vent or the drain hose and there is a chunk of glass missing from my glass table top! Never again!!
Both gentleman that came to help were very knowledgeable and had experience with moving large / heavy furniture through tight and uneasy places. Very stress free with calling to set up to them arriving and moving all of our items.

Hired Two Men and Truck to move furniture from my sons house to my house The entire move went flawlessly The two movers were extremely professional and courteous and helpful. I will definitely call this company for any move large or small
I used them a year ago to move me. I debated writing a negative review then but decided against it. During the move they broke a table and sent it to their shop to be repaired. When I got it back it was slathered with wood glue and drips and obvious c clamp marks on the drawers. I was not happy. Today when moving I discovered they had ripped the back of my couch which was placed against a wall when they moved me (it was a brand new couch when they moved me). They never pointed out this damage and I am sure they knew they did it. There was scuff marks on everything and ultimately I really dont think they are much cheaper than other companies. If you have any furniture you value I would not recommend them.
The men did a terrific job with a very difficult table (shuffle board table that is 22 feet long and extremely heavy). They took the time to evaluate the situation and called for back up so that it went smoothly.
We needed our Two Men to move my mothers lift chair to her assisted living facility. They were quick AND very careful, courteous, and friendly! Thank you!

The three guys who moved me where by far the best three gentlemen who ever did work for me. They worked hard without taking a break and were extremely professional. If I ever need your services again I only want these three.
Guys were Nice. But 3 hours late. I felt that could have been better. We visit Twin Dragon in West Chester. and your trucks there are on standby or parked about 5 or sometimes less. Otherwise happy with move.
Am being generous by giving them 1 star. They damaged multiple pieces of furniture, some beyond repair. Our outdoor patio table, total replacement which they did not pay for, bed head and footboard both damaged, pieces of our home entertainment completely chipped off, and the number of broken vases, candle holders, cake platter and other china was 12 in total. They also damaged the doors because they were too lazy to remove the door from the hinges offering more open space to pull furniture through. This was in August and we are still battling with them for compensation.

2021-12-20We moved on a rainy Saturday and the Two Men & A Truck team were phenomenal. Extremely efficient in every single thing they did. Extremely professional from the moment they arrived to the moment they left. They had to get creative a couple times due to the size of some items being moved and the openings the items needed to fit through. Not a single bit of damage or even a mark on any of our walls. Very impressive. They do not mess around. Highly recommended!!

2022-04-27David, David and Rodney we great! We had a great experience with them moving our one bedroom apartment to a new house. They wrapped all the furniture and loaded everything with care. We had one issue with a bookcase that broke in transit somehow but they were very quick to tell us about it and show us the problem. They were very knowledgeable and informative and strong. They moved quickly and safely. Even my apartment manager said hed never seen anyone pack the elevator so efficiently. Hahaha. Great guys and great move. Would definitely recommend.

2021-12-29They responded very quickly to my inquiry for estimates. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. They were also very flexible when I had to make a last minute change for my move-to address. My movers were friendly and super efficient! They moved my small apartment in about 2 hours start to finish! This job would have taken me and my friends the whole day. Overall a very good experience!

2022-06-09Booked 2 men and a truck, got a truck and 2 younger men. We were moving a 3 bed 2 bath, after speaking with the rep and giving details of the move, was confident this was going to smooth. However, the day of the move, the packing of the truck was uneffecient and they failed to complete the entire move. Was told they would have to do a second trip and is was going to cost an additional $500-$600 minimum. Was not expecting that. I had to go and rent a u-haul, take an additional day, and move the remainder of the items myself. I feel that if they had packed the truck in a more efficient use of the space, they could have executed to the entire move in the one trip.The only positive was the 2 guys did work hard, but maybe need more training on how to load. If your moving an apartment, these guys would be fine. If your moving a house, check-out options.

Two of the hottest days and they were non stop getting items secure and safely delivered and in the rain! Their efforts exceeded my wife and my expectations! 2022-03-25Second time using TMAAT and I am once again totally satisfied. Joel and Dan were polite, helpful, careful with our things, and in general made packing to move a less stressful experience. Everything we asked them about doing was met with a response of “yes we can do that”. We will need TMAAT again in a few weeks when we unload the pods we rented and look forward to having them assist us again.

2022-06-05I could not be more disappointed. I recently moved from Cincinnati to Minneapolis and almost every piece of living room, bedroom, dining room furniture I own had light to SEVERE damage. These are not professional movers; they were 4 kids with strong backs.Tomorrow is Monday and well see how they respond to this issue.
