This is my 2nd year that Ive attempted to contact the landscaping company for an estimate. The first year, they returned my call and said they were booked for the season so they couldnt do the work. So, I contacted them early this season, but they still have not returned my call [several weeks later]. At this point, their lack of customer service outweighs their expertise. Ill look for another landscaping company thats responsive to my calls or requests for an estimate and is happy to provide a service to the average customer.

The brothers do a wonderful job year round taking care of the properties. They have a great staff and they listen to concerns and are always open to ideas you have rather than just giving you what you might end up regretting. Commercial snow management is great as well. Timely service and careful drivers mean. The lots are cleared quickly, efficiently and safely.

My review is not of the quality of landscaping work that Tucker does but that of how from my experience they really do business.The company I work for uses Tucker Landscaping for their mowing and landscaping needs. On 6/21/2019 my car was hit by rocks and/or debris from a mower a Tucker employee was operating. It broke my windshield, put a dent in the fender and several chips. The facilities manager at my company immediately contacted Tucker Landscaping leaving a voicemail stating a car had been damaged as a result of the mowing Tucker had just performed. I took pictures of the damage, took pictures of the rocks that are in the grass (some as big as a golf ball) near the area where I park my car that Tucker Landscaping mows over weekly with no regard to their own equipment being damaged or where those rocks could possibly shoot, what they could damage or who they could injure.A few days later Nathan Tucker came onsite to our location to view the security footage. Nathan Tucker (one of the owners of Tucker Landscaping) concluded that his mower did not cause the damage to my car. I park very far out in the lot as I am fanatical about keeping my car dent free so the video quality at that distance could only see that the mower did, in fact go in front of my car multiple times. Nathan Tucker being an expert in lawnmower physics and geometry concluded from the low quality, far away video that the discharge tube of the mower was not facing my car so nothing could have shot out and hit it. Anyone who has ever operated a lawnmower or riding mower knows debris can and does shoot out from any direction. In addition, the area that was mowed by my car required the mower to go back and forth a few times. I sincerely doubt the mower operator made a point to go all the way to the end and drive back around to make sure the discharge tube wasn’t facing any cars. In the past I have found grass on the front of my car which is not an issue but assures me that they do not aim the discharge tube away from vehicles.Nathan Tucker decided on his own that his insurance company didn’t have to be notified so he left our facility leaving me with no information of who to contact to attempt to file a claim. I contacted Tucker Landscaping a couple of times leaving a message with the receptionist asking for Nathan Tucker to call me back to discuss and provide me with their insurance information, so the insurance company could make the decision not the owner of the company. I called one more time and asked for Nathan Tucker and his receptionist said he was not available. So, then I explained to her that he was not returning my calls and I gave her an overview of the entire situation. I then told her that Nathan Tucker is a crooked person and that it will be her eventually who they try and pull a fast one on. She told me not to speak to her that way. I asked if I had yelled at her or swore and she said no but not to speak to her that way about the company. I only mention this so there is full disclosure of the entire situation. I told her I would be contacting my attorney and Nathan would be hearing from them. I never followed up on contacting an attorney as it would not be very cost effective when I already had a deductible I had to pay.Knowing that I had arrived at work that day with my car in perfect condition (less that 2 months old) and I walked out for lunch to find a smashed windshield and a dent in my car just after the landscaping crew had been onsite (and the damage was in a location where another car door, etc. simply couldn’t have done it) and the owner of what appears to be a reputable company was not willing to help in any capacity was very upsetting and frustrating. This damage was nobody’s ‘fault’ but was caused by Tucker Landscaping and I can only make the assumption this is the way Tucker Landscaping handles this sort of situation because it is how they treated me.

Nathan and his crew are very attentive to details. My business is always looking fresh and they always go above and beyond there duties to ensure that there is no trash or debris left behind. This will be the second year that I am with Tucker Landscaping. They have done work at my residence and my businesses and I highly recommend them.

Ive known and worked with the owners for a few years now and, have nothing but good things to say about them. We continue to do business together yearly. I assure you they absolutely care about ensuring a job well done and customer satisfaction, when it comes to contractors handling accounts for them or their workers.

Our condo association uses them for snow removal. In which they use too much salt on the roads and sidewalks and destroyed a lot of our pine trees and bushes and then said it was due to Drought thatWe havent had since 2007.

This is a Great company 2 hire for Snow Removal. They are on top of it when the snow starts falling... By the time i go2 leave for work our complex is Not a dangerous place 2 walk or drive.. GRATEFUL 4 Tuckers snow removal Crew!!!

Terrible service. They shoveled my walkway and left a 5 foot giant mound at the end with no path off of the walkway. They would have had to literally climb over it to get off of it, so HOW did they not see it? It has been 2 days and they have yet to return to get rid of it. It is a solid block now and I cant remove it myself nor should I have to because services have been paid for.
