This facility has got to be the worst of all FedEx locations I’ve ever dealt with. I refuse to ship anything through FedEx to my customers because of their delays and random rescheduling of deliveries for days but this one is outrageous. I’ve got over $500 in packages sitting in this warehouse with zero updates that should have arrived 9 and 12 days ago. Delivery status is now pending, it has arrived and left this facility multiple times, it even had a usps tracking number at one point - 7 days ago, with usps tracking still stating they’re awaiting the package. Customer service at FedEx in general is a joke as well, they do not want to resolve any issues only give you excuses varying from weather (which I could understand delaying a package) to, and I quote, “we have to wait until we get enough packages to load a truck to take them to the post office”. I had to reach out to the retailer for a replacement on one item already - and I swear they shipped it through FedEx AGAIN. So many companies use this service and it will cost them business as well.
Wow, This is The Worst Ever FedEx Ground Trucking company in Grove City, Ohio of the World. Because my package is still there in their factory. They are the slowest, unprofessional, and irresponsible for everybodys packages or boxes, and even my order didnt arrive at my address that is why we always waiting for our delivery to come soon to our address. So, we dont worry about it. Why do they just do it? If they do care about their job. This wasnt happened!
My package has been sitting in the facility for 2 days, it was scheduled to be delivered on a certain day, all day on the Fedex website it stated it was in route, and now that it is past 8pm and it has not been delivered I cannot get any information on where my package is.
Delivery driver walked to my front door with the package looked in my mail to make sure the address was right walked away stating my address he was at the right house I have it on video took my package whenever I tried to call customer service they said it’s not their fault it’s the person who I bought the product from even though they have my package all they’re doing is giving me the runaround they are worthless there are plenty of other delivery services that will treat you like you’re an actual human being and take care of your package to get it delivered to you on time
I’m not the type to leave a review but this facility is incompetent to say the least. This facility had my package since Wednesday the 13th, expected delivery was suppose to be on Saturday by days end. Which seemed likely. Here we are Monday at 8:30pm. I’m actually not mad that my package hasn’t been delivered yet, I’m mad that my package is still at this location since Wednesday with it being shipped out and being brought back to this location. This is absolutely ridiculous. And every review says the same thing! FedEx definitely needs to analyze what’s going on with this location and fix it asap. If I do not get my package by this Friday it will be an absolute waste of $500.
It is VERY VERY interesting to me that I just had the EXACT same issue with this location that everyone else has had who has submitted a review. My status update informed me that my package would arrive Saturday by end of day. As soon as it arrived at this location the estimated delivery changed to Tuesday!! Wait…what?? Tuesday has come and gone, now my status update says “no estimated delivery date available”. Today I’ll be calling FedEx about this ridiculous service and will avoid this at all cost with future shipments. Terrible service, definitely not reliable.
This facility has to be the absolute worst fed ex facility on the planet. I have never once received a shipment from Grove City fed ex on time and the call center is no help. I go above and beyond to make sure my deliveries do not go through fed ex, but when I have no other choice, I know that I am in for nothing but frustrations until the package eventually arrives or I have to pursue a refund.Everyone at this location should be fired and replaced with competent employees.
Worst experience ever!!! Cant talk to anyone who actually knows something. Customer service barely speaks English. Refused to transfer me to someone else. Refused to let me speak to a supervisor of the department i supposedly needed.So mad this is horrible customer care.
Fed Ex has had a package for 2 weeks (since Nov 4th, now the 18th), that I had drop shipped to another family member, so she could celebrate her 1st Thanksgiving as an adult, away from home. The shipment was going fine, until it got to Grove City, Ohio. It has sat there for over a week, while I received status update stating that it was out for delivery. Well, that was incorrect. Sadly, they can not physically find the package and changed the status back to delivery pending. Now as Im typing this, Ive also been waiting for a representative to answer the phone, 54mins later, and counting! Guess the rumors are true, that they would rather pay things out as a claim, vs extending valuable customer service! Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!
I am having same issue as the other reviews. Top management needs to step in and address these issues. I had an order from Pampered Chef which I will be contacting to highly suggest they switch shippers. My package arrived on 12/6 at the Grove City facility approximately 25 minutes from me and it would be delivered on the 7th by end of day. That date was changed to the 8th. Here it is the 9th and no updates since the 7th, just a message saying there is no estimated delivery. It seems Grove City location is having some issues.
I placed an order for sports gear for my son - the company that we used apparently is cheap and uses FedEx Smartpost instead of UPS or regular FedEx - or heck even USPS. Received a message that the order had shipped from NC on 10/25 and I should expect delivery at our house on Friday, October 29. The item checked in at SmartPost/FedEx Groveport, OH on Thursday, October 28 - which makes sense. We are about 90 minutes down the road. Well, here we are November 2nd and there has been no movement or update on its delivery status.
I had three packages coming from Grove City, Oh. Two of the three are Christmas presents. I called about one after I saw that it was going in and out of being in truck for delivery. Then it didnt move at all for several day. When I called, they escalated it. Finally, I got a call that it is on the truck for delivery. It had already been on the truck for delivery twice before. I didnt get the package when they called and said it was going to arrive. It came the next day.The second package was scanned out for delivery and then scanned back in several times just like the first one.It is now on a truck for delivery from 4 days ago and no movement. It must be the longest delivery route ever. I escalated that one today but have not had any calls with information about it.The third package is just bedding for me. It is going through the same thing as the other two.
My package was on track to arrive before the end of the day Sunday. Somewhere between Saturday night and Sunday morning it arrived at this facility, and it has been there ever since. It is now Monday night, it has been almost 48 hours, and it is still sitting at that location. Also, this entire time it has said pending for my delivery and will not give me an updated estimate for when it will arrive. Either this location is severely understaffed or just plain lazy. Regardless, it’s very disappointing and frustrating.
I ordered my item the 23rd of September. It was supposed to be here the 5th of October. I waited all day, only for it to be changed to the 6th. Waited all day AGAIN for it to change to no delivery date at all. FedEx says usps picked it up, usps says they dont have it. Its now the 12th and I have no idea where my package is or what happened to it. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! This is where packages go to die. I will update this if I ever even recieve what I ordered to let you know how long it actually took to get here. Im only AN HOUR away from this place. The worst thing about this is, the item I ordered is sold out so I cant even get a replacement sent. Amazon wouldnt have done this to me. *insert angry face* good riddance
I hate that some retailers I shop with use FedEx for their free shipping option. Pony express, if still operating would be a much more efficient shipper! 7 days and waiting for a shipment from Tennessee to Dayton and it still hasnt even transfered to USPS yet. Why they bypassed Cincinnati sort center to go to Grove (slow) City only to send back to Cincinnati is one of lifes great mysteries.....
I live in PA...order was shipped from PA...how the hell did it end up in Grove City OH..over 700 miles away from me? Its been there 3 days now...delivery has been pending for forever...this after 2 delivery dates were given...until the package somehow went out of state. What gives, FedEx?
Customer Service is horrible. I asked to speak to a supervisor because the 1st lady I spoke to seemed to not understand my reason for calling. I received a package that had been opened, rummaged through, etc that is originally for a woman in MA and I live in OH. They put a sticker over original shipping address with my name and barcode over it. My package was a pair of shoes that was not delivered to me. I called back after the lady told me there were no supervisors to transfer me to. The second gentleman got rude and I asked what I should do with original package and he said It isnt mine do what you want with it!
My package arrives at the Grove City location on a Tuesday and is “on the truck for delivery” the next day. So I am expecting it to be at my door all day. Finally get an update at 7pm, “operational delay, no attempt made”. Thursday goes by with the same exact scenario of being on the truck for delivery, then delay. What the H3LL are they doing at this location?!?
Wish I could give negative stars. I have no problems with USPS or UPS. I dread when I see a company uses FedEx. This office holds packages for days before finally transferring to USPS. They will sit and not update for days. This has been my experience EVERY SINGLE TIME. A week and a half ago, I ordered some things from a company that is about a half hour from where I live. FedEx has had the packages for a week. They are supposed to be transferred to USPS. The delivery date keeps changing. First it was Friday, then Saturday, and now saying Monday. USPS just keeps saying they are awaiting the packages. I have tried to see if I could just pick them up and it is not an option. And you can’t ever get a hold of anyone at the actual facility. How in the world do they get away with being this horrible?!
I am so upset with the experience I have had with FedEx. My story is the same as everyone elses story. I placed an order on Jan.26th 2020 and now on the second replacement order. it ended up going through the Grove City Ohio FedEx smartpost for the 4th time. I called over 5times to FedEx and they cant do anything that a claim must go through the shipper. I am beside myself that a company the size of FedEx cant be sure their customers who are paying customers receive their orders on time and without hassle. There isnt a number to call directly either to contact this location. Plus I want to call to see if I can just drive to go pick up directly - its a two hour drive.
This is the first time Ive had any shipped orders that used FedEx smart post. I have 2 Ive been waiting on a single shirt for almost a month now and another had an entire week to get to my house still have received that one either. Fedex smart post is one of the worst things to ever happen in the shipping industry.
I’m having the same issue all of these other reviews have mentioned and I am not even able to get ahold of an actual person to talk to, the automated service literally hangs up on me while I try to talk to a real person. This place is absolutely horrible. There’s no estimated delivery time on my package.
I waited by my front door all day for my package to be delivered. At about 4 in the afternoon I checked the tracking to see when the package was coming. It said that the package had been delivered at 3:03 PM. Huh? There was no knock at the front door, Im certain because I was awake and still sitting by the front door at that time. Supposedly it was left there without a care in the world and without the delivery driver having the sense to knock on the front door when the package was left. Needless to say when I opened the front door to get my package it was gone. It was a present for my Mom for Mothers Day. Fed Ex is just ignorant.
Why doesn’t FedEx fix this problem? It’s obvious they have a systemic problem at this location. Just look at the reviews. I am constantly receiving packages through this location and cannot rely on the scheduled delivery.My experience is typical of all the other negative reviews listed here. The package typically arrives at this location midafternoon the day before the delivery date. But the package is never delivered on time and its status remains arrived at this location.A day or more after the delivery date passes the status changes to “No scheduled delivery date available at this time. Scheduled delivery: Pending”This status could last a day or more. Yet when I call FedEx the status immediately changes to Out for Delivery or delivery the next day.This is not a one off occurrence, it’s habitual and happens 99% of the time.

2022-07-18They lost the dress for my wedding dinner for 5 days IN THIS WAREHOUSE. The dress should have arrived well before I flew out but they lost it and then told me to just wait and see if it shows up. It finally shows up in their warehouse a day before Im supposed to fly out so it wouldnt arrive until after I was gone. Tried to see if I could have it redirected to my hometown but they cannot without sender approval.

2022-06-18Fedex is a terrible company. Every single one of my packages that goes through this facility is always at least 3 to 4 days late. As of today, I have a package thats been sitting idle there for 3 business days already. The package was scheduled to be delivered today, and Im three states away from Ohio. Needless to say, my package is not going to make it to me any time soon. There is also no way to get ahold of their customer service. Fedex is ridiculous and subpar!

Cant get updates besides Pending and Ive called 3 numbers for this location, no response. This is terrible and unacceptable. FEDEX SMARTPOST GROVE CITY, OH, please do better.

2022-05-26I don’t know what is going on at this location, but in the last month I’ve had 2 packages “lost in transit”. I do not recommend anybody use fedex smartpost especially for your online business. They need to investigate, someone has to be stealing packages. Would give 0 star’s if I could

2022-06-29Now honestly I feel like this should be put out there. I was a bit curious on fedexs shipping system so I searched this place up and I was pretty annoyed to see hundreds of 1* reviews. But the thing is, these people only wrote the reviews because of the bad expirience. I ordered from Hollister, (regular shipping) and it was in that place for around 10 hours and 35 minutes. Extremely fast and I am really excited to receive my order.*Edit I do have a problem with fedex customer service. Its almost impossible to contact a real person without watching a yt video or something. This is why its a 4* not 5*. Just remember if something gets lost then find a way to call.

I’ve been patiently waiting for Fed ex from Ohio to update me… it’s very unusual that they gave me an expected date of delivery yesterday on may 25th,2022… then today may 26,2022 still in transit in OHIO.I’m ordering from Los Angeles,ca….I Would like to know what’s going on?Seems very unprofessional.

2022-06-12I hope I never have to order anything that is shipped through FedEx ever again just due to the fact that it might come through this facility. It stayed stuck in this facility for THREE days without moving. After FINALLY leaving, it has yet to arrive at another facility, going on day three now of waiting for it to arrive at another facility. I will never, as long as it is in my control, order anything that is shipped through FedEx.

2022-06-06Same problem as everyone else, they hold my packages and will send out false delivery days and then turn around and say pending delivery the next day after it didnt arrive only to show up at my door about a week and some days later. I wish there was an option to not send packages here and instead have them sent to a different location.

2022-04-21When I see that my package is shipped through Fedex I pray to god (im not religious) that it doesnt go to Grove city Ohio. Worst Fedex on the planet, which says something. Is this Fedex run by a bunch of clowns? My packages takes so long to come that it would be faster to hike across states to come and just pick it up myself.
