My name is Jack Criss I was at this this location a month ago , it was the WORST day of my life. Im a 46 yr old grown man and while checking out the inside of a uhaul, Larry ,who works there, closed the truck door behind us both . He held me down and kissed my face while repeating You love it You love it ...i did not love it.

Was threatened & verbally abused by an employee named LARRY. We had filled the truck up before dropping it off yet we were threatened with a $30 service fee since we did not have a receipt...LARRY did not even check the gas gauge before accusing us of not filling up. To make a long story short...worda were exchanged...we were called fat & ugly by LARRY & I am now waiting to hear back from u hauls district manager.

Tried to rent a U-Haul and the employee working couldnt of been more worthless. Very negative attitude and was just lazy and didnt know anything. Maybe it was just him in particular but your probably better off going to the one a few miles away on Clark Ave.

Very friendly and helpful service. the guys there will even let you top off the gas tank before finalizing the check in so you dont get hit with a refuel fee.

Rented a already dirty van to move lumber when i returned the rental truck the douche nozzle made me sweep out the last guys wisps of leaves and grass cuttings. $60 to move materials 12 miles! from now on i will only rent trucks from home depot
