Picked up a Street Cup from Don 6 months ago and have loved it, glad I grabbed one before they stopped making this model! Had a great experience with these guys! They let me take a couple of the new models out for ride and landed on the SC. They stayed a little late while we set up the insurance so I could ride back to Dayton that evening. I lucked out and Don thru in the spokes and gave me a hell of deal. Thanks guys, apologies for the late review;)
Honestly I am pretty frustrated. My husband took our son to purchase a car last weekend - we live over an hour away. They looked at several and then the one he chose was driven around for him to test drive with a flat rear tire. My husband pointed it out and they took it back to put air in the tire. By the time they test drove for just a few minutes it clearly needed air again and the other rear tire looked low as well. My husband agreed to purchase as long as theyd check the tires thoroughly and either fix or replace. They said they would make it right. I returned with my son Monday evening after they said tires were fixed and car was ready to go. Hes now had the car 24 hours and couldn’t drive his car to work this morning as the same tire is now totally flat. So now we get to take care of what we were told theyd make right.Ive notice other negative reviews posted that mention issues after purchasing a car, someone responds along the lines of “please remove this review as it isnt relevant for a motorcycle dealer.” We walked into the motorcycle showroom to purchase the car, so clearly you sell both. And I noticed in positive reviews that mention a car, the owner responds with a thank you. Its only the negative reviews that receive a please remove this irrelevant review.”In response to owner’s reply… We didn’t go to Shell and buy and sandwich, we came to you referred through capital one which listed you, Triumph Cincinnati, as the auto dealer. That is where I’m leaving the review as that’s where we were directed to come to see and then buy the car. We walked into your showroom, which by the way had capital one auto sale signage literally everywhere! But if you’ll respond with the correct business name for the auto sales side of your business, I’d be happy to remove this review and put it in the correct location. Or better yet if you’d like to have your manager who oversees the auto side of the business get in contact with us. I can provide the receipt for our bill today to replace the tire and reseal the other tire, which by the way is what was promised in the first place. If we are reimbursed for that, I’d be happy to change to a positive review and then you can change your response to the thank you that you give the positive reviews regarding cars.
I bought a 2014 car from the worst group of sales boys that could care less about customer service or satisfaction. It was raining the day I bought the car and I discovered while I was still at the dealership there was a chip in the windshield…the advice was to go across the street to Advance auto parts and buy a product to keep it from spreading. It’s been less than a month and I need a new alternator already. Don’t buy from this group! Bad business! Oh I had Safelite fix my windshield.
I recommend this dealer to anyone that’s interested in motorcycles. Triumph is a great brand and I am very satisfied with the type of service I received from this dealer. Mark and Donald will take care of you. Great guys thank you for all your help. 2018 Triumph Tiger 800 XRT.
Very poor customer service on a situation that happened do to some sort of detailing polish or something of that nature causing a accident in lot. But there first response was ITS ON YOU , NOT MY PROBLEM. Even after they were worried about a slippery floor in building. So they wanted to take bike out to the lot themselves. I tried to assume my part of the responsibility. I should have asked them to clean tires after there statement on floor. But it fell on deaf ears. JUST ATTITUDE!!! Just beware of used car salesman attitude!!! That’s what they mostly sell there !
Worst sales staff I’ve ever dealt with. I left a minimum of 5 messages (probably more) to receive a call back about inventory and never received a call back. Several in person visits and one test ride. My last visit they told me over the phone they had the bike I’ve been looking for in stock, and when I arrived they said they had it in crates in back but wouldn’t allow me to see. They then tried to sell me bikes I wasn’t interested in, then admitted the bike I was wanting wasn’t in inventory and wouldn’t arrive for weeks. Pushy, dishonest, and lazy. That was my experience with multiple different sales reps at this location.
Bought a truck that needed a new engine, they knew about it because they cleared the engine codes and told us if the engine light comes on, its because of low voltage, it came on as soon as we left. Said they only had it for 2 days but we found a video that proved it was in the service department almost 2 weeks. prior before that. Refused to help in any way and did not return our calls. Had no problem taking our money. Very shady. Thats no way to do business. Paul, the finance guy, was cool.
I went in to look at their motorcycles and their staffs behavior and attitude were awful. Their staff is all under 20, its their first job and theyve never ridden motorcycles before in their life. They do not have any experience at all. Triumph Cincinnati stays open by selling used vehicles that they do not even service or check before they sell them. their lot is full of overpriced vehicles that they wash to make look good but arent reliable or roadworthy.
I have had problems with them for months. Bought a bike back in April. Still unable to get my plates. Its now September. A dozen calls. Still waiting on so many call backs its not even funny. level of service for the dealership 0. Flag ship store 😂. Love triumph bikes. Great machines. Im going to Columbus Dayton from now on.
The Triumph team truly cares for their customers! They had a little event with food and drinks! The purchasing process was about 4hrs altogether, so try not to go if youre in a rush to be elsewhere. Theyre a very honest and fun sales group. I had been to other dealerships that gave false hope just to turn me down and wasted a lot of my time. The team at Triumph did everything in their power to work with my financing needs so I could get my dream truck! Very thankful for them and all they did. Would recommend them to anyone in need of a sick Triumph bike or used vehicle!
This was the last place I went shopping for a motorcycle, but honestly it should have been one of the first. This was easily the least stressful experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Unlike many powersports dealers I have been to, this one makes you feel welcome and you can really tell these guys love the products that they sell and can tell you everything about them. Every person I have talked to at Triumph Cininnati has been receptive to what I need and works with it to the best of their ability. Even on a quick warranty repair the service people have been nothing short of friendly, knowledgable, and simply amazing.
I drove two hours to look at a 2007 dodge caliber. Once I got there, they tell me the owner before me put the wrong oil in it. After I DROVE TWO HOURS!! Why didn’t they tell me before I drove that? I was going to pay cash for the vehicle, they wanted me to finance a car. I said no. I wanted to pay cash. So I just looked on carmax and the last place the vehicle had an oil change was there in November of 2020. Don’t waste your time with them. They’re shady people who did me wrong!!! Stock #M412717 and Tom was the salesman!
READ BEFORE BUYING!!!! Checked carfax, April 10th, went to look at a $17,000 black 2014 Dodge Ram with a front bumper wench, got there & waited for someone to help us, we talked about test driving it, they went to bring it up to the building & we started the paperwork to test drive, they came back & said the battery was dead from the night before when someone test drove it & they had to jump it so they took it in the shop, jumped it, parked by the building idling & we finished our test drive paperwork, we drove it, came back, parked it by the building & they let it run for 2-3 hours, while we talked about the payment options, they took our IDs & come back a little while later, & said we were approved for the loan. Went down the street to the bank & realized they didnt give us our IDs back, came back, went back to the bank, came back, paid $7,000 & we waited around for a while. Then they sent us to the loan officer, Paul, to fill out the rest of it, in the end it came to $22,000 because they put down a $3,000 warranty but ended up being for 4 years 50,000 miles so Im not complaining! We waited around for them to bring the keys back, we went out to drive it home and Kevin opened the door & noticed the check engine light was on, we went back in & told them & they took it into the shop, came back & said it was low voltage from the dead battery earlier & that if it comes back on, thats the problem. They told us they only had the truck for 2 days because trucks are big sellers right now and by the end of our visit, they told us 5 more people were wanting to come look at it that day, (later on we found a video on Facebook from April 1st with the truck in the background, in the service department, not being worked on) went down the street, filled up the tank with our own money, Got on the interstate & check engine light came back on, drove 70 miles back to Indiana. It worried him so we didnt go home, we went straight autozone, out of the 7 things that popped up 4-5 of them were cylinder 3 misfire. So they knew that this was the problem and lied to us. Cylinder 3 had previously been changed out because it was different than the others. With it being Saturday evening, they were closed & closed Sunday so 1st thing Monday, we called them, The person to talk to was not in, then they wouldnt answer our calls, then they wouldnt give us any answer, then they wouldnt call us back, we noticed it had locking lugnuts & they didnt give us a key for it, they tried to say it mustve had one and it should be in the glove box, we searched every crevice of that truck, nothing, & weve had the run around for the last 3 weeks. We had our 2 different mechanics look at it, they both said since its been replaced before, a tuneup will probably just put a bandaid on it for about 6 months so it probably needs a new lifter & camshaft, that plus labor would be the same as a new engine. I finally had enough the other night & called, I said I wanted to talk to the person in charge, they put me through to a guy namedAaron: this is AaronMe: yeah we came in & bought a truck 3 weeks ago & its been sitting in our driveway because it needs a new lifter & camshaft or a new engine, we were lied to & I can prove it, weve called numerous times a week & we just get the run around. We want to bring it back, get our money back & be done with it all.Aaron: it dont work like that, you just cant return it.Me: there is a lemon lawAaron: there is no lemon law for used vehicles in the state of Ohio.Me: I can contact a lawyerAaron: go ahead and contact your lawyer. Anything else I can help you with.Me: nope. Hung upI called Paul & he was the most helpful & told me to utilize our warranty. Now Ill wait for the owner to reply and fabricate some explanation, sticking up for his business. Pull the tapes, pull the phone conversations. I will say they do have the great ability to take people for a ride & it aint on a motorcycle. Do these people have morals? DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS LOCATION!!!!
I purchased a 2018 Bonneville T120 from Cy and the gang. The easiest buying experience I have ever had. Everyone there is awesome. I could talk bikes all day long with these guys. They are very passionate about their product, no cheesy sells gimmicks here! Communication was awesome! It was like I purchased a bike from a good friend. Great job guys!
First time buying or leasing a vehicle and I go to this poor excuse of a dealership. They don’t care about you , they told me that. Don’t come here unless you want to be lied to every time you try to communicate to them about a vehicle you’re paying for that you aren’t even driving. Literally lied to me months! Sold a terrible vehicle to me and all so don’t be surprised if u come up there and buy a car and return it weeks later because that’s what I did!
Made an appointment with them to see a pickup truck, drove an hour and a half to get there only to find out they dont know where the keys are. My salesman had no desire to try to sell me another truck as I asked about other trucks on the lot he wanted to talk about anything except selling me a car or truck. I wouldnt waste my time going there they will definitely waste your time very unprofessional.
Drove TWO hours and put $300 down for a car that was supposedly in “good condition” and got there and it was complete TRASH the whole driver side and trunk was ALL scratched up also the salesman are the worst I stood outside for 30min and no one in sight so I went inside and they were just all standing around on there phone! Don’t come here a waste of time and trash cars
I have a Triumph Thruxton I purchased from a different establishment and when I was having issues with my bike, they went above and beyond answering my questions and assisting me through it. Greg, Mark and another gentleman (whom I didnt get his name) provided benchmark customer service. One remark that stood out when I was talking about my Triumph to them was well now youre part of the family. I trust my business with these folks. Thank you!
Great dealership and great service from Don, Mark, and the rest of the team. I purchased a 2016 Thruxton R in October as my second Triumph. I love the brand and the new bike is phenomenal. I was incredibly picky and took my time in deciding on this recent purchase. This process consisted of me coming into the shop several times over the course of about 6 months until I finally pulled the trigger. During all this time, never once was I pressured into rushing my decision by the team at Triumph of Cincinnati. Every time I came in, the atmosphere was friendly and we had pleasant conversations about the bikes and their features. Everyone was knowledgeable and, just as important, passionate about riding and the company.I’ve just recently moved to the area, and I feel fortunate to have Mark and his team just down the road for all my Triumph needs. I am very excited about the future with Triumph of Cincinnati!
Edit 2018-10-01: I am happy to say that bad Mark and service kid Nate are no longer employed at this dealership. They have been replaced by a new older gentleman named Mark and a much more polite and talented mechanic (whose name I am blanking on- sorry!). I stopped at the dealer to have my T120 serviced one last time prior to selling it and had an excellent experience. I would say this dealership has done the right thing, only wish I could have gotten credit or something for the remainder of the bogus service contract that old Mark scammed me into. Changed my rating from 1 star to 4. Keep doing the right thing guys.Leaving a negative review isnt really in my character, but I feel its necessary in this case to prevent others from having the same experience. I have tried to resolve this for months now and gave this dealership ample time to make it right, but nothing happened. So, heres my story.I purchased a new 17 T120 and was also offered an extended warranty and a Priority Maintenance Agreement with the purchase. After owning 3 different Triumphs, I realized the maintenance costs were high, so paying $1k up front for 6 services seemed like a good value, my only concern was if it was eligible wherever I lived as I do not live in Cincinnati. I was assured by the manager, Mark, that this warranty was good throughout the country, so I bought it.A few months later when I was ready for my 500 mile service I tried to schedule it with my local Triumph dealer in Indianapolis and was told the maintenance plan wasnt honored there. When I brought this up with Mark he assured me that it should be.This is where everything went downhill. In the weeks that followed I have never before seen so much finger pointing, blame shifting, and outright lying from a business person in my life. No resolution, no timeline, no genuine care for the fact that I was sold a product that I wouldnt have bought if I knew the facts in the first place. To add insult to injury, I was nearing 1000 miles and still needed to get my service done, so I took a day and rode the bike to Cincinnati and back (200+ miles) to have it serviced. Not exactly convenient. The kid working service (I believe his name was Nate) got chain grease all over the right side of the bike and intended on leaving it there until Mark noticed it as I was about to leave. Mark called Nate over and reprimanded him in front of me and made him take it back again to wipe it off. I had also mentioned to Nate that the front brakes were extremely noisy (high pitched squeal as I come up to stoplights) and it was quickly dismissed as brake dust. They still squeak just as loud after the service. My 3 other Triumphs in addition to 4 other brands of bikes I have had in the past have never had extremely loud brakes due the brake dust. Pre-paid or not, I will NOT be taking my bike back to Cincinnati for service. This is a prime example of how NOT to do customer service, even if the sale of the maintenance plan wasnt a malicious lie in the first place, the total lack of resolution to the issue and the bad attitudes show some clear problems exist with this dealer and Id advise anyone to avoid the trouble and shop elsewhere.
Just bought my second Triumph from Cincinnati Triumph. Rob my salesperson was exceptional in every way, extremely knowledgeable and accomadating, not pushy at all simply informative. The new sales manager was equally helpful and went beyond the call of duty to meet my expectations! The new bike is awesome, for the money I just don’t think any product compares . Highly recommend paying them a visit.
They will lie to your face. I put a down payment on a used bike. It was one year old with 1100 miles on it. I was told that it was in perfect condition over the phone. Drove 3 hours to get it only to find out that it had been laid down. Why that wasnt told to me over the phone I dont know. The salesman said he didnt realize it was skinned up and offered to take 200 off the price. The manager said no money off! Full price! Even after lying to me! The shop put on different graphics to try and hide the scuff marks but told me that it came to the shop like that. Pictures online were different than in real life proving that they knew the bike had been laid down and that they completely lied to me. This is a very shady place, very disrespectful. Dont spend your money here. Go to a real motorcycle shop.
Beware their financing department!!! They did not clearly disclose additional warranty and theft deterrence costs (totaling $3,169) which got added to our loan, and when asked to revise these costs -- within 3 business hours of signing -- they refused. Also falsely claimed to have reviewed these extra costs at time of signing.
I ordered parts from them instead of bike bandit because they said they would have them today, now they are telling me it could be next week before I get them and they are telling me the status of my parts changed from green to yellow on 2 of my parts when they were both green when I ordered them. Everyone I spoke to was rude and absolutely no help. They werent even willing to try and figure out when they would actually arrive, they just kept saying they would get there when they get there. I shouldve listened to everyone that told me not to even bother calling this dealership. I work in the industry and know how the process works and this is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
I dropped off an older triumph TT600(2001) so i understand it wasnt a top priority on their list of fixing. Told them i wanted the leak it had fixed(which turned out to be from a the Gasket from the crank case) but, they never looked at it once. My main concern however was the signals and horn were not working. This problem took them roughly 7+ months to solve. In order to receive any type of information on the bike i ended up having to call Triumph of America multiple times, in which i was told that it was an extensive fix and could take up to 7 months or longer in some cases. Which, after stripping the bike down to the frame, i found it does not. The only thing they did was put electrical tape over some of the older wires to hold it together. Not to mention, it was a Harley dealership that fixed the bike and not triumph.Overall, very disappointing experience. At first the sales rep i was dealing with, or someone else, assumed i had the inability to pay for the repairs being done, i did not push into this issue very far but its extremely inexcusable and unprofessional. The first sales rep was removed from his position or quit. After he left, apparently, both of their technicians had quit and I, or the others who had their bikes on standby for servicing were not informed of this delay OR that the bikes would be going to the owners Harley Davidson dealership for repair. Their website advertises that they have highly trained Triumph and BMW techs during all business hours, however it was rare i could stop by and a tech be there. According to one of their past reps, their techs are actually part time employees. During my time there, i can count at least 5 people who were replaced/quit/fired in a 7 month time period. If youre buying a bike, they will treat you with every professional courtesy in the book, although looking through recent reviews that is limited now also. However if youre going for a service, i suggest looking elsewhere first if you want it done in a decent amount of time and to be treated proper.
Just went in found out they recently changed management and got a new mechanic looks like they may be turning things around. might actually have a decent Triumph dealership back in Cincinnati? Really hope so.Edit: 3/15/19My Hopes were wrong. Mechanic is never there. Took my bike up there for abnormal issues (clunk and banging) associated with drive line. Extended warranty refused to cover. Took 3ish months for nothing. Did a 20k mile service while there and now my bike leaks oil. This shop/store has let me down on multiple occasions under multiple managers. For the last time.
Drove 3.5 hours away from home for an amazing deal on a used bike. Both of the guys I dealt with were incredibly helpful and friendly and seemed to be great with the other customers that were there while they were helping me. The bike I got was amazing and I would definitely recommend this shop.
I just got off the phone with a VERY NICE man DON at this dealership! I was looking for a specific, hard to find gift for my husband. Sadly, we found out the item is not available, however I was VERY PLEASED with the AWESOME customer service I received from this kind gentleman! If you need a question answered here GO ASK DON! HES GREAT! :)I am not currently in the market for a bike BUT if I was I would go see DON! Kudos to Triumph of Cincinnati for having such great employees! HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!
Run away from here!! I read the positive reviews so I gave them a chance. I can only share my experience. I dropped my 05 R3 off for transmission issues on 6/10/16. As of 7/6/16 I still had not heard from them. I called, someone takes a message, nothing. I live 2.5 hours from Cincy. I was passing through on business, so I dropped by. My bike was in the same spot since I dropped it off. I found out that their mechanic quit. No calls to inform me (Or other people who had bikes there) Nothing. Un freaking believable. I spoke with a guy who happened to be present that day and he explained this place has been on the decline since early June. I have spoke with Triumph of America and explained this. They could not believe it either. I am waiting for action from TOA. We shall see. If you like are thinking about buying a Triumph, I can honestly say they are great bikes, however, if you need them serviced, you will be disappointed. I was really considering a new R3 next year. Now I am having thoughts of Harley Davidson, at least the Harley shops can and will work on them.
In the process of saving money to buy my first bike, so i see this cool looking CBR600RR, Priced at $2,999, i saw this thought it was a god send, i love honda this is the bike ive been looking for the 04 model which i love because of the positioning of the muffler, (just my fav model). So i msg them asking for info, they reffered me to a sales rep. I call and we talk i ask why the price is what it is and we talk about the bikes cosmetics if its been dropped or anything he assures me its in perfect condition. I express my interest and tell him when i have the money ill call again i told him im very interested and ill have the money soon. So i go to show my friend the bike and ask him a couple questions the next day and they raised the price, i have screenshots of right before i called when the price was $2999 and then after and they raised its price. This is just another sad example of greed and/or lying to customers. I message them asking about why the price changed and they just told me to call again, they send me the scripted call sales msg, i was polite and humorus (jokey tone) sayin i was scared to cause last time i called they raised the price, to which the Rep said good luck in your search, i said wow customer service is 10/10 to which he replied 12/10. Yes i could have not said what i did, but as a disgruntled customer having an opinion i felt i was right in doing so. The problem is the Rep who msgd me back is representing a company so his own views and disrespectful tone isnt justified nor professional. Its sad to see a motorcycle shop not care about its customers concerns nor feelings. But that was just my experience and my opinion, thus why i gave it a rating of 1
What a great place to buy a motorcycle! Don and Mark were great to deal with, straightforward, easy to communicate with, worked with my schedule and were freaking hilarious. One thing that stood out was when we were sitting with Don, Mark stopped in to make sure things were going well, he introduced himself and shook hands with my wife before getting to me. Weve been to so many motorcycle shops where she has been flatly ignored. Thanks for treating folks right. There were more Triumphs in one place then I expected, the variety of inventory was impressive and they had a decent gear selection also. We talked about a couple of modifications Id like to tackle at the first service and Mark made arrangements for that to go smoothly.Never thought Id say this, but Im looking forward to coming back down to chat while my Daytona gets its 500 mile check up.
*Update: It also turns out that at least 2 of the reviews below are fake and created by this dealer (Darren E, and Bradley Poore). What a shady dealer.*Got the run around on taking a 2017 Street Cup out for a test drive. After first getting a thumbs up, I drove from Dayton to get there only to be told I could not take a test drive because I was not buying today/ buying after I got back from my deployment. Then they had the nerve to say we wouldve had to run a credit check on you anyways like that was supposed to deter me. Wow. Poor policy, worse customer service... What a terrible first experience of Triumph as a company. Luckily, two dealers in Columbus both had common sense and said I could test drive their bikes. Farther drive, but Ill be buying from them now.
Last May I decided to buy a triumph rocket three touring bike I emailed every dealer from Cleveland, Lexington, Indiana and all points in between only three dealers responded one said they were looking for one also, another said there’s only two on this side of the Mississippi the third was Triumph of Cincinnati and they said they could get one for me by the end of May, Now when a man shakes your hand and completes his promise that he made, that just seems not to be too common these days and I want to thank Triumph of Cincinnati for your commitment. I can’t ride this bike enough
Made two trips up looking at bikes. (Had to bring my wife on the second one to approve it!) Mark and Don were great and very understanding in helping me choose a bike. Test rode a T100 and A Thunderbird LT. Went with the Thunderbird at a great price, (2014 Model brand new with warranty!) They talked with my son who is looking to buy in a month or so and he will be going to see them for a Tiger or a Scrambler. Im in sales, these guys are great professionals and fun to work with. Take my advice, go see them, leave the HOGS on the farm where they belong, and go buy a Triumph!

Didn’t bother to clean it.On top of that they didn’t install the car lash and the car stereo properly, I went Jake Sweeney they fixed everything. 2022-06-14Showed up at 7:30 pm to look at a bike. (Rocket 3 GT) Greeted immediately by Justin, talked briefly with him, then he brought Cy over to share his experience and knowledge on the bike we looked at. He answered every question, volunteered his experiences, showed us pictures of his bike, and even told us what he didnt like about it (not very much, actually!) They actually hung out until almost 9 pm helping us. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was fantastic! We had stopped in another Triumph dealer to look at the same bike, and were treated as though we interrupted their day. While we have not yet made the final decision, I sure that we will purchase from here when we do.

2022-06-08Well, I guess I have to drive to Columbus if I want my Triumph serviced by Triumph tech, because these people wont even answer the phone, voicemail full. I talked to a few people eventually over the past week, but they were random people when I connected to other divisions (Car Dealer As Well) trying to get through to someone. LOL, they would just forward me to the full voicemail. One guy gave me a number for a Greg and I left a voicemail, but no return call. I literally called 30 times over the past 8 days. I spent over $4,000 with them last year alone, NO MORE. YOU have lost a customer. I have a trip planned for the 22nd and now there is no time to get my bike into another shop. Horrible...

2022-07-01Bought a car from here the battery, driver door and passenger window were all messed up. Not notified as we were looking at the car. Horrible customer service called multiple times on various occasions and never got a response. When I did finally get a response they were dismissive or didn’t know what they were talking about. Took it back to get service they had the car for a week and I had received no communication. All around a horrible experience.

2020-10-06Great service team and staff. Even though I did not purchase my Triumph from them they have been top notch. Their service and sales team have gone above and beyond what normal customer service is these days! It’s refreshing to find a professional & passionate team at Cincinnati Triumph. I learned more about my bike from their knowledgeable sales staff, then from the guys where I purchased my bike from originally. I took my bike there for the initial service. They were professional enough to cover all the details and functions of my bike even though I did not purchase it from them. I called back to have a flat tire replaced and their service team not only jumped into action but followed up with me in regards to my tire. Top notch service! Great job Triumph of Cincinnati! They have a new loyal customer. I will make all future Triumph motorcycle, accessories and service purchase from them for years to come..

2022-07-01I would NEVER recommend Triumph Volkswagen after my family’s recent experience with them. After being sold a faulty car, and taken advantage of by a car salesman, we still went on to receive the WORST customer service behind this issue. My sister is now stuck with an unreliable vehicle, after my grandpa paid $16,000 CASH for it. Who rips off a 20year old and an old man?Do better Volkswagen

2022-07-15Was pre-approved for a loan through Capital One to buy a car for $164 per month for 60 months. Justin told me that it would cost $295 to $329 per month for 66 months. I left, and took a hit on my credit rating for my trouble.

2021-03-19Bought a used daytona 675r all the way from Texas, Tim and Orlando were excellent to communicate and work with throughout the entire process. Bike showed up in great condition and essentially ready to go. I encourage anyone hesitant in buying across the country to consider Triumph Cinci an option.Full disclosure shipping may take a while, but this is per the norm, and the bike arrived in immaculate condition, so it was worth the wait for me.

2017-07-08I took my 09 Street Triple in for a recall and broken clutch switch and recevied one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. There was also a mechanical mistake that could have killed me. No apology. I was told on several occasions that the bike would be ready, it never was. I had an out of state buyer and Triumphs hours indicate they are open on Saturdays. I called to be sure and overheard manager Mark(Dan) in the background telling the person on the phone with me to say that the service department was closed. I stopped by and wouldnt you know it, the service department was in fact open and the technician was even on duty. Manager Mark must have been annoyed that I would stop by during business hours when he told me not to because after that I got even slower and worse service. My calls were not returned. I was told several times the bike would be ready but it wasnt. I stopped in person, Mark saw me and went in the back and hid. He was told I was there but never came out. Seriously, it seemed like it was like a game for him. This dealership is totally understaffed and it would have been very reasonable for him to say, Hey were understaffed, we dont know when your bike will be ready but that was never said. I was able to figure that out with all the time I had hanging around their showroom. I came back on another occasion and was able to get Mark in person. He said he didnt have my phone number (it was the first thing listed on the top of my repair order). He then tried overly hard to explain the complexities of Triumphs parts ordering system resulting in no clutch switch again. At this point, I am losing some buyers because I keep telling them that my bike will be ready and then it isnt so they assume something is really wrong. Mark lets me know that the recall is done and I let him know that I would like to pick up my bike and to call me when the clutch switch comes in (never did of course). He agrees but makes me wait 45 minutes while he finds my battery. The salesperson felt bad for me and let me know that my bike was ready the whole time. I seriously cant make up this childish behavior. After picking up my bike, I stop next door for a moment at an auto repair shop. While the bike is idling, it stalls and there is a puddle of gasoline underneath. The auto shop owner allows me to borrow a tool and underneath the fuel tank where the recall part was accessed, a fuel line is not connected. A small (but serious) oversight and easily remedied. Had I not stopped for a moment, I would have been riding this bike when the fuel line came apart. I could have been seriously injured or killed. I sent Mark an email and got the most brief response ever that someone would contact me in the morning. No apologies. I did not get a call in the morning but in the afternoon, manager Mark had his newest employee of only 3 days call and ask if Id like to bring the bike back in. What real manager has their new employee of 3 days call a customer in a situation like this? And it was obvious that Mark had not explained to the new guy that the fuel line was already remedied. I would give credit for the owner who was willing to speak with me about the issue. Although he says that Mark claims I insisted on taking the bike indicating I had some responsibility. No, their technician made a mistake. And they did not follow their procedure of having the bike test ridden before delivery. I was not informed of any of this, I was handed my invoice and bike with no mention of any issues. I would also give credit to the salesperson, Don, who understands how to treat a customer and to the new guy who was doing the best he could after 3 days on the job. I did appreciate the few people who put in some effort to make it right but with the mistake and the treatment I received, I cant recommend it at this time. Also interesting to note that as of this day, manager Mark doesnt respond to any negative reviews, just loves on the positive ones. Take a management class dude.
