Tri-State replaced the windows, exterior door, and siding for the three-season room addition on the back of our house. The quality of work was excellent and the workers were all professional and courteous. Todd gave us helpful advice throughout the process and made sure we were happy with everything before accepting final payment. I would definitely recommend Tri-State to my family and friends.
My new siding, gutters, front door and windows look fantastic! However; what truly merited a review was the quality of service. Todd (the owner and main point of contact), and the installation team were knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. From the initial inspection and estimate to the final product, we were walked through the entire process and patiently, satisfactorily explained anything we asked (sometimes multiple times). In all honesty, it was like working with a friend whom I happened to meet when I needed siding. Would definitely recommend, and will be calling again when its time to change the roof!
We had a great experience with Tri-State and Todd. We got new windows, siding, gutters, and a new front door. The workmanship was excellent. The crew was very experienced and friendly. Our front door was a Provia door and is an excellent product. The installation was perfect and was worth every cent. We are very proud of our house and very glad we chose Tri-State to do it.
Tri-State Roofing did an excellent job on my Roof, Gutters, and Gutter Guards. Finished the entire project in 2 days and never saw the crew as they came while we were at work. Fast Quality service at a very reasonable price. The Roof and Gutters really make the house look great. Todd Moore was always easy to reach and communicated throughout the process. Tri-State just replaced my windows, a sliding back door as well as some broken fascia on our roof. Todd is the owner and is the one that came out to give the estimate. He also followed up frequently while the work was being done and made sure everything was going smoothly. The turnaround time for the replacement was faster than the other estimates we received and he had the best price for the good quality we were looking for. The installers were awesome and you can tell they have a lot of experience. I like that we went with a small business and not a big corporate window company. We were treated great and not just a sale. He isnt pushy whatsoever like those other companies.
I would highly recommend Tri-State to anyone looking to have work done on their home. Todd and his crew were beyond professional and respectful as they transformed my house with new siding, gutters, soffits, and fascia. There was great effort put into the small details of the project including some very intricate metal work. My expectations were exceeded with how the house turned out. 100% recommend to friends and family. I had my gutters replaced, and some soffit and fascia wrapped. They worked with me and my schedule, including being patient when i tried to do my own soffit and fascia. They were able to get a siding crew, scott and donny, to come out on short notice and finish the job so the new gutters can go on. Todd worked with me to get a good price for the work. This company is veteran friendly.
We had our siding, gutters, and three windows replaced and were very happy with our experience. It looks great and the crews were very punctual and professional. They worked hard and answered all questions very knowledgeably. I only wish we had decided to replace ALL of our windows because the new ones are so nice! I would recommend this company for sure.

We had Tri-State Windows and Siding replace our roof. We were very impressed not only with the product but with the competency of the work crew. They did the work in a very timely manner and with minimal noise and mess. My neighbor even commented on how quiet they were and how quickly they were done. Todds crew did new siding, eaves, and downspouts on our home and we were very happy with them. Showed up around 7:30 am everyday, were very professional, and cleaned up at the end of everyday. Todd was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had and even got us a significant refund on our siding due to delays by the manufacturer. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!
Tri-State roofing windows and siding did an excellent job with our roof. The owner Todd Moore reviewed all options with our roof and the prices of each option. We went with a full tear off and replace as we had two leaks in our current roof. Todds crew was able to show and identify the weak points in our old roof and correct them so they wouldnt happen again including reflashing our bay window which was not done incorrectly the first time. The staff was on time both mornings and completed the job in only two days to our amazement as we have 32 square roof. Our neighbors also were very happy with tri- state as they had no debris in their yards. Clean up was also top notch as i have not been able to find any roofing nails in my yard. After the job was complete Donnie took the time to explain to us everything that was repaired and removed including a dish that was originally on the house that we had never used. We will be recommending Todd, Donnie and the crew in the future to all our friends and family.
9.2013 Tri-State did an awesome job for me!! I had my roof completely tore off and replaced, they found a leak that no one else could and since the project have not had a drop of water. Todd was incredibly professional and the service was untouchable!! The crew was on time, hard working and respectable. I would recommend Tri-State to any one of my friends or family!!

I called about a leak, they were able to get me scheduled to have Todd come out 2 days later, Todd was early (awesome!), very friendly, found out my leak wasnt coming from my roof. Didnt try to charge me a bunch for unnecessary stuff. I will definitely use them when/if other roofing/windows need fixed or repaired!! (We have brick so siding isnt an option for us.) Give them a call!!!
Before seeking three quotes to replace my 30+ year old roof, I asked for advice from my son who is a contractor in another area. His best friends-and-family estimate was nearly the same as Tri States very competitive quote so I decided to go with Tri State. Todd Moore from Tri State advised that he was scheduling 4-6 weeks ahead (weather permitting) and, 5 weeks out, Todd called to set an immediate start date just as he predicted. The polite and friendly crew showed up on time and worked diligently despite the mid-90s heat, protected plants and other landscaping, discovered and replaced two damaged roof sheets and cleaned up on completion. The job took three working days interrupted by a rain day. The job was just finished on Tuesday 14 Aug so I cant really verify long term effectiveness yet but Im optimistic based on the perceived quality of work and Todds assurances that Tri State would honor any call-backs.

I highly recommend TriState for your roofing needs! I have a 112 year old house with what was the original wood shingled roof and multiple layers of asphalt shingles on top. It was a big, filthy dirty job.Tdd and his crew were fantastic. Hard workers, every one of them, and they worked their butts off. My new roof looks awesome! Also I like that this is a local company and I used Owens Corning shingles, so my complete roof supports the local economy.
We just had new gutters installed by Tri-State. We couldnt be happier with their professionalism, quality of work and price! Prior to the new gutters we were getting small streams of water in our basement. During the recent heavy 2-day rain there was ZERO water down there. What a difference! Tri-state had repaired my small roof patch the same day I contacted them. Todd is very accommodating. I couldnt believe the job was done before I got home from work. It was nice that they squeezed it in before the rain came. I would use them again.

We were having an issue with a leak due to our flashing coming off. I contacted Todd, the owner of Tri State Windows in the early morning, he came in the afternoon, fixed our flashing and inspected our roof, and suggested replacing our boots, due to cracks in them.I am very satisfied not only with the workmanship, but with the immediate attention Tri State Windows owner Todd gave to us. Tri State Windows did our boots around our pipes on our roof, and replaced our gutters and downspouts. They were very professional, came within just a couple of days after signing the contract, and completed the work in just hours.I highly recommend Tri State Windows to anyone needing roofing, siding, windows etc.
Poor communication regarding when work will start. Supplies were dropped off a week before work began. I had to reach out several times to get details.When roofers showed up, they showed little care for landscaping or gutters (which they were not replacing). Plants were destroyed and gutter covers were replaced haphazardly. I called and sent email with pictures, but no response from Todd.Roof looks good, but rest is unsatisfactory.
I received Todds number from someone and gave him a call becuase my roof was leaking. He was able to get out there that same day to give me an estimate. He was very professional and did not pressure me to do anything. I signed up that day. His crew was also very professional, tore off the old and cleaned up nicely. We replaced 16 windows on our home last month with Tri-State and are very pleased with the quality of the windows at the price points offered and the ease of the installation process. Regardless of the frigid temperatures, the job was completed in the timeframe promised and was done in a professional manner. The owner of the business was the one who brought samples to our home, oversaw the installation process, and followed up with a home visit to make sure we were satisfied with not only the windows, but with the whole process. I would definitely recommend them for window replacement!

I called Todd because we lost some fascia due to high winds. Although it wasnt a big job by any means we still felt like a top priority to him. Not only was he prompt in coming out to our home but the work was completed sooner than expected and is perfect! Not to mention it was a very reasonable price! We will definitely be giving him a call for future work.

Tri-State did some repairs on our roof after a wind storm in our area. They scheduled to come out for an estimate the day after we called and the work was completed right away. The fact that they kept to their scheduled appointments and completed the work quickly saved us a lot of worry when the next storm came. They even checked out the rest of the roof in case there were any more loose shingles that needed repair but weren’t yet visible. Great work, great price and a reliable company. Couldn’t be better!

Noticed a leak in the morning at 11 am and called them up because it was expected to rain the same day. To my surprise, the response was so quick, they were here within a few hours and the leak was fixed by 3:30 pm. I would highly recommend their services!

2022-08-05Tri-State replaced the siding on one side of our house after we had wind damage from a storm. The entire side needed replaced and they did a wonderful job! They matched the siding color perfectly ,and went around the rest of the house checking and fixing any further damage they found. They also replaced a storm door on the house. I cant say enough about the professionalism of everyone we encountered and the way they went over and beyond to help us! We have had multiple compliments from neighbors! Thank You!

2022-06-12Tri-State recently completely a full rehab of my houses exterior; roof, siding, and gutters. Bear with me as this will be long, but I want to give a full breakdown.Roof. No major complaints here. They did forget to attach a downspout and left a short section of one of my gutters dangling by a single spike (both easily fixed), but otherwise the work was done very well. They worked like machines and finished in a single day (I was expecting two) and did a great job cleaning up the mess in the yard. There was some shoddy flashing around my patio roof from before I bought the house. Tri-States crew did a great job flashing it properly, which solved a persistent leak during wind-driven rains.Siding. Hit-and-miss. The crew was very polite and added some nice aesthetic touches I wasnt expecting. Overall the siding looks great but there were several issues. 1. They forgot to install a vent cap for my bathroom fan; installing siding right over the outlet. Honest mistake and they corrected it the next day, but seemed upset when I made them stay late to fix it (they normally left around 4pm each day). 2. They didnt install weatherproof covers on the exterior outlets. My old covers wouldnt fit within the new, recessed mounting blocks, so be it, but youd think theyd come prepared for that. I bought new covers that would fit, no big deal, but then noticed that they didnt even screw the receptacles back into the electrical boxes and the original screws were no where to be found, so the outlets were attached to the house only by their wires (yikes). 3. They neglected to caulk all penetrations, namely the sillcocks and light fixtures. Im not sure the sillcocks required it (I did it anyway) but the light fixtures are screwed into plastic mounting blocks which makes it nearly impossible to get a flush fit (the screw holes are already stripped out). Theyre wobbly so they shouldve been caulked to prevent water intrusion. 4. A small section of my original, aluminum siding had been used as flashing over my porch. When the crew removed it, they removed the nails as well, leaving several holes in my roof. Thankfully I noticed it before the next rain and was able to seal them.Also, be warned that siding installation takes time, so youll likely have some long stretches with no gutters and/or downspouts as well as exposed soffits (I was chasing away nesting birds for days). The crew basically dropped everything around 4pm or earlier each day, often leaving sections of sheathing exposed to the elements. Not sure why they wouldnt spend just a few extra minutes to at least finish putting up the fanfold insulation to protect against rain and pests.Gutters. No issues here. The crew was quick and courteous.The company itself was fine. The salesperson (Mike) was great and easy to work with. No pressure; just showed me options and gave me a quote. There was a minor miscommunication regarding the gutters (mostly my fault) but he cut me a deal on the cost. Todd the owner was straight-forward and also cut me a deal on a couple sections of roof sheathing that needed to be replaced. I didnt ask for that but I was happy to save a few bucks.

2021-08-31The crew did a great job! Our neighbors stop and ask who did our siding. The estimate was easy and straightforward... No dog & pony show, and I appreciated that. The materials and workmanship were excellent. I would definitely recommend Tri-State and use them again! As far as remodeling and renovations go, this was one of the best experiences we had.

Todd and Emma did a fantastic job ensuring quality customer service and an easy process for ordering new windows. Ron is an amazing contractor who installed four windows of various sizes on his own and in such a timely fashion. 2021-12-13The whole process was very easy from quote to final service. Everyone from the company was very nice and professional. They showed up on time, had everything they needed to complete the job and left nothing behind. We had gutters replaced and 2 small attic windows. Very happy and would not hesitate to recommend this company.
