Mike Smith and Tammy Heck were awesome people to work with. They help me understand my options for trading in my car and I never felt pressured to buy a vehicle. They took the time to understand what features were important to me and Mike Smith went through the current inventory to show me vehicles that met my needs. Provided pros and cons and I settled on the Cherokee Jeep. I did not feel I was compromising, I feel like I have stepped up in my new Jeep.
Ray the salesman was cool you could tell he was real (Id give him 5 stars). The cars on the lot had all types of issues to include bald tires, and leaking air while we were there. Wish the dealership would take more pride in their choice of used car purchases. I would say If this lot is selling you a car at a deal a mechanic has already looked it over. The dealer has already assumed some repair is needed in the future that is going to cover whatever you saved on the deal under market value and then some. We ended up refinancing our loan with another bank bc the dealer understated my credit, and did not get us the best deal. This dealer also did not want to budge $1 which Ive never met a dealership that wont work with the price. The new car lot was way overstaffed, and a complete ghost town. Some labor costs could definitely be diverted to investing in assets, and not scaring off customers. Probably have a better experience buying a car entirely through a computer because the dealing part of this business is non existent.
Very easy deal to buy the vehicle, but after the sale was done......zero communication. They never said that the payment on the traded in vehicle would still have to be made and would NOT return numerous phone calls or emails asking why the traded vehicle wasn’t paid off yet. Totally unprofessional way to run a business. Finally spoke to Rick and he cleared things up like a man instead of cowardly ignoring calls and emails. Jeff Blevins and the office staff is a total joke and totally unprofessional. If you can’t handle answering questions or simply returning a phone call when that is a major part of your job, find another job. Smh so far so good with the service department, I hope they are better at communicating than the sales staff.
I placed my Jeep in the shop for an airbag recall. I asked them to splice together a broken wire that goes to the horn. It was right up front, just a few inches from the horn itself. After “troubleshooting” the issue they wanted to up sell me to replace the entire wire including the plugs on either end. They quoted me $250.It was a single wire that powered my horn. This issue, along with others in the past, reaffirms my conviction to take my service elsewhere.
Only giving a 1 because 0 isn’t an option. After having my van there twice for what I was describing as a transmission issue and being told they couldn’t do anything because no lights were on, I was assured my visits would serve as documentation in case I had a future problem. I continued to have the issue, but did not bring it in (I even called a couple times to make sure I shouldn’t) because no light ever came on. Fast forward to 6 weeks ago when my transmission went out. They refused to cover the repairs. When Chrysler called them about their Goodwill assistance program, the dealership said I wasn’t a loyal customer. Basically, they didn’t want my repairs impacting their P&L. They weren’t willing to take a loss even though it was the right thing to do.6 weeks, several phone calls, and some help from someone in Chrysler corporate and I just picked up my van from another Chrysler service center. Repairs were completed in less than 48 hours and covered 100%.You can try to pull the wool over my eyes, Tri-County, but this was about money. Forget doing what’s right for the customer. That must not be a philosophy this dealership/service center lives by.
My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Mark (sales rep) and Michelle (financing). The whole experience was fast and pleasant. Best of all we left in our new suv!!!! So without a doubt we will be buying our next vehicle here and I will refer any and all that I know to come here. Thank you guys so much for all your help and we excited to be part of the Tri-County Family!!
I called Aaron Moses and let him know that I was interested in a specific vehicle on the lot, what I wanted my payments to be around with a trade in. He did really good on getting my vehicle for me. I love my new ‘used’ car!! The salesmen across the street at the used lot (that used to be the old hostess store’) had us laughing, joking around with us and made us feel relaxed !
I would only recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Make sure you do your research and are prepared prior to negotiating a price as the manager and salesmen will do their best to take advantage of you. I tried to purchase a vehicle that didnt have a price on the window and their best price was nearly $5,000 higher than the price on their own website, they then attempted to lie through their teeth and blame everyone they could rather than admitting to their poor character. Every negative thing youve heard about dirty sales people is true of the employees at Tri-County Chrysler. I will never give this place my business and hope you dont either!
Really disappointed in the purchase here. Ive owned and purchased Jeep vehicles in the past, so I was familiar with the radio system. During the buying process, the only feature we talked about at length was SiriusXM and how I use it all the time. Towards the end of the sale, the salesperson talked me through the process of how to switch my existing account over into the new Jeep after I finalized the purchase. I drove my 2020 Wrangler off the lot and to my surprise, this new Jeep did not have the ability to have SiriusXM. I turned around and went back in and the salesperson said oh... my bad. I had to bring back the extra keys for the vehicle that I traded in the next day. I was hoping a fair solution would be offered. Instead he told me he could help me get a chintzy attachment to add for the small price of $600. I work in sales and if I quoted something incorrectly, I would be expected to honor what I sold. Instead after pressing him, he dismissed me and told me to stream Pandora or stream SiriusXM.After this poor interaction, I was curious to see if anybody else had any issues like me. I saw that the dealership has routinely not paid off trade ins in a timely fashion. I checked with my bank 3+ weeks after I had bought my new vehicle and surprise... it wasnt paid off. I called in and they said they would take care of it. It appears that they paid it off 2 days before my next payment was due.Ive bought several new cars over the past few years and it was always at the same place with somebody I know. I learned my lesson and will not go somewhere else ever again. You guys got me once, you wont get me again.
Awesome customer service by sales (Azariah) and finance (Michele) staff! Quick processing of paperwork for purchasing of vehicle that I wanted. When I found the vehicle I liked on their website, and was ready to head to dealer, the manager, contacted me to make me aware that particular vehicle was no longer on their lot, but they could find me what I wanted!!! He just wanted to make me aware before I made the trip over.Very helpful and appreciated :)
Ive been to Tri County three times now for small service needs for my Jeep (headlights, key programming). Theyve accommodated me the same day each time. Ive worked with Mike and Nick. Both are very nice and professional. The prices have been reasonable. I called a different dealership closer to my home. They wanted me to leave my car for multiple hours and their service department is not open weekends or past 5pm during the weekday. Thanks again Tri County!!!
Well I went to them to buy a used dart 29,500 miles on it I guess I should have inspected it better. No spare ,a lug stud broke on all 4 wheels, hubcaps broke and no owners manual. I think the next vehicle will be from some where else. They could have at least put a spare and owners manual in it. On line it showed a beautiful car. My fault I got took
My dad has bought cars here before, so when I needed a new car we came back! Jesse helped us find what we wanted and was really helpful and very friendly. We left with a 2008 Ford Focus and my dad and I were really happy with the price. Overall a good experience for both of us.
I dont understand the negative reviews. I have purchased three vehicles from here, one used and two new. I have always been treated amazing. Sales team has always been very professional. Informative, friendly and straightforward. Service department has always been fast and fair, and the finance department has been a breeze to work with.I bought a new truck a few years back and there was a defect with the windshield wipers that resulted in damage to the hood. As soon as I noticed it I contacted tri-county and explained the issue, they asked me to bring the truck in to take a look at it. I brought it in that day and they examined the damage and immediately got to work to fix the wiper. They did not have the part to fix it at the time and told me they would order it and when came in they would call me. They told me it would take about a week, but in three days contacted me saying the part was in. Then to my surprise not only did the fix that part but since there was damage to the hood they said they would not only fix the hood but replace it with a brand new one. 99% of other dealerships would not have gone that extra step. There was no back and forth over it, no arguing with a manager they just made it right. I highly recommend these guys. If your in the market you have to check them out, highly recommend seeing Azariah with the sales team.
I have dealt with TriCounty for quite a few of my vehicles and now sending my kids up there. You cant beat the experience the kindness and professionalism. Mike Smith is the best, he takes his time with you and shows you many different vehicles to make sure the customer finds exactly what they want. I love my Jeep Compass, its exactly what I wanted. Amazing experience from the time I was met in the lot, dealings with Mike clear up to the financing and signing of my papers!! Thank you TriCounty!!!
I bought a Dodge Dart from Tri-County 5 years ago. The sales and service has always been top notch, excellent customer service for both. While the only service I’ve needed is regular oil changes, they always manage to get me right in, get the work completed timely and get me on my way!
Very pleased with the service my wife and I received from here. Chris in sales was awesome! He genuinely cared about getting us into the right vehicle! Even running into a couple speed bumps he made sure to make it right and made sure we knew all our options!! Definitely reccomend them!! -The Edmans
Good luck getting a call back when you have questions! Theyre just out for your money! Bought a 2017 Ram with all the rebates but it was a demo wouldnt take anymore off the price. Rudest dealership I have ever been to! They act all nice and stuff until you sign the papers then want nothing to do with you good luck figuring stuff out on your own! Luckily I just upgraded. I would recommend Jeff Drennens over this place. Called four different people not one could help or relay the message I had for them. If I could choose Zero Stars I would! Never going here again!
One of the most unfriendly places ever been to. Workers are stone cold and emotionless. Must really hate themselves or their job. Wont even look at you in the face. Only nice and kind workers there are the ladies. The men are not nice. Service is very slow. Dont give you updates on your vehicle. Waiting area is disgusting. Old food and wrappers laying around.
I went in looking for a 2019 Jeep Compass for a certain monthly payment and walked out with a 2020 Jeep Compass with a better monthly payment than expected! I am very pleased with my experience and with the gentleman that helped us! We will definitely be back for future cars :)
Came in to look at possibly getting a new car, I was so pleased with their customer service that I ended up buying and I couldnt be more happy with my purchase. Great quality cars and they will get you the best deal that they can. I will definitely be coming to tricounty dodge for all of my cars from now on.
Got this Jeep 6 months ago. Paid almost $16000 for it. Engine light came on and took it in for E vap leak. They said they were only required to clear it. Cost was $130. Engine light came on 3 more times. Took it back in and the fuel filter neck had a leak. This time $800 to fix. Used cars refused to help. The good thing about this was a guy named Paul who works in the service department. He got it down to $650 for me. Thank you Paul
I would highly recommend Tri-County as I just purchased my last vehicle there. They have a refreshing atmosphere with a helpful sales staff, no pressure approach, and an easy / quick buying process. Great experience with rock bottom prices...go see Brian and the gang!
Nick in the service department has exceeded my expectations and been extremely helpful. I took my Dodge in for some recall work and he has been very polite through the whole experience and helped me get the parts and service I need and followed up thoroughly on future service maintenance I needed (especially when I forgot about it!). Job very well done!
I had bought a car from the Newark Location. It had some minor problems. I drove to Parkersburg with my family. When we got back, the car did not want to turn on and when it did white smoke started to come out the exhaust pipe. I took it to TriCounty and they told me it was nothing big. I told them I was noticing the temperature needle going up and down, they told me it might be the thermostat. I changed it. Problems continued to get worst. I took it to KEA and paid for diagnostics. They told me I need a new engine and the head was blown. My warranty might cover the repairs, when I told TriCounty, they told me to go somewhere else and have the diagnostics done. I called the place they recommend and got the same answer, maybe the warranty will cover. TriCounty is not willing to stand by their name and products. All these issues started a week and a half after I bought the car, I came to them the same day I noticed it. Would I recommend you buy from them? Absolutely not but I wont tell you no to. If you do, be very very careful, Ive talked to people that have had the same experience I have. They will be your best friend, even share personal information about them, all to get you to buy a car. Once issues come up, they dont return your call or they are always to busy to talk to you.
I had a GREAT experience with Tri County! Because I am a single mom with three boys, I called in and explained my time was extremely limited. The lady who took my call was very understanding of my situation and put me with a dealer named Azariah Elson. He started the car buying process for me while I was at work that day. He literally got everything taken care of so by the time I got there, I test drovethe car and signed my papers. I was at the dealership no longer than an hour. Great experience and highly recommended!!
Thank you Tri-County and Andy Loewendick. I tried to purchase a vehicle here in May. It didnt work out. Andy lured me back with the promise that new management would work with me and not against me.I just purchased my dream truck. A 2016 Ram Rebel 1500 4x4. He didnt lie..... It was an awesome experience and Andy went above and beyond anything he ever had to do!!Thanks GuysWalter
Went to Tricounty looking to get a new Jeep for my wife. Our salesman Azeria was the best. He worked really hard to make sure we got into a car we could afford and liked. His workmanship is top notch and would recommend anyone using him as their salesman. Really great experience overall. Thanks so much.
Wish I could give no stars..the service is terrible! Traded our vehicle only to find out a month later THEY NEVER PAID IT OFF..so not only were they rude they didnt even care about how this affected our credit...they also ignored several phone calls never tried to help us with the issue so we are now forced to pay 2 months of a payment for a car we dont even have on top of the payment for the vehicle we just purchased and now have to probably pay for a lawyer. NEVER AGAIN WE WE WORK WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE!
Bought a truck with 49k miles, and the rear end went out 4 days later. had to use a warranty company, Pheonix American that is absolutely worthless. they denied a claim for a bad rear end because of a ujoint. so when they try to sell you that dont take it. Chris was great did everything he could for me during this MONTH long ordeal. mind you the truck broke down in West Virginia, tried to get a rental from them and they dont offer it. so I had to get one from John Hinder Honda. they actually pulled off a miracle and took the rental bill from 800$ to 300. tri county said they could cover the 200 of 300 balance and the sales manager said that whatever Chris wanted to do they would do and gave me his word, well I got 100 so after repairs and truck payment I cane out of pocket almost 1400$ for one month. thanks alot tri county, not to mention selling a truck that you didnt even perform THE WARRANTY WORK FOR AIRBAGS SHRAPENEL AND KILLING PEOPLE!!!!!!! They didnt even tell me!!!!! if you need a car, go to Coughlin ask for Glenn Foster. or Honda and ask for Victor.
Just purchased a new Dodge van at Tri County. It was our fist time buying there and it was a wonderful experience with Az as our salesperson. No high pressure tactics, just friendly helpful guidance. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to check them out.
Very disappointed in the advertising and customer service offered when it is an inconvenience to the management team. Received call today about coming in to see a truck. Got in my car to drive 45 minutes. Received call from Manager Scott about coming in to look at the truck he stated that I would not make it because they close at 8 pm. I advised that I was in the area and would be there in 10. Manager Scott said that everyone would be gone and they had families to go to. He said he would call Mike across the street where truck is to stay for me. Got at the dealership at 7:45 pm and all lights off like no one is available. Mike walked out I introduced myself and said sent over to look at the truck advertised. He said the truck is not there and was at auction. I said Scott just called me about it being across the street. Left that lot to go introduce myself to Scott at 7:55 pm. Jeff stated that everyone was gone for a while. He said he was sorry but I advised him that sometime sorry does not cover bad customer experience. Why write a review. I hope to highlight a problem and fix a customer service blunder that should never happen.
This was the absolute worse experience I have ever had a a car dealership. It was also my time at this dealer and will not go back. With having a appointment there I stood in the lobby for over a hour of the 2.5 hours I was there. They did not even prep the car I was coming in to see bring it covered in leaves and dirt. When I questioned the vehicle versus the one in the ad I was told that the ad was a mistake and the wrong one was used. Lacks in customer service greatly. I kept being told they was in business for 39 years where maybe the should focus more on the time the customer is there instead of themselves.
Dont take your car here for repairs! Im very disappointed! Weve had to take our jeep back three times. Due to their mechanic not knowing what hes doing. The first time most of the bolts was missing from the drive shaft and transfer case. Plus the trasnfer case was leaking. Well we took it back and the acted like they fixed the problem well we took it to the car wash to get all the yuck from underneath just thinking it was from the previous mess up and well it still wasnt fixed. An when it was dropped off today to get the problem fixed yet again the used permitex to try and seal it. But guess what it didnt and theyre refusing to fix it. Youd thing getting $8000 to fix it theyd do the job right the first time but no. Were now contacting a lawyer since we just bought the jeep and so we had a safe dependable vehicle for our five !
Took our vehicle in because it would randomly stall, after being in the shop twice and paying their $126 an ( I won’t even post what the bills came to) hour diagnostic fee they couldn’t fix it.I got on the internet and did some reading, and 90% of the post said EGR valve. I call them up inquire about this possible solution, they claim we’ve never encountered that and without just replacing parts you will have to bring it back in and pay the hourly diagnostic fee.So I called a local parts store, bought the EGR valve and replaced it. Low and behold vehicle is fixed.... I must be a 6 star mechanic since their 5 star mechanics couldn’t fix it... we will never buy another vehicle or take another vehicle to them again!
Do NOT buy from these crooks! Im a single Mom with Lupus and my husband died a year and a half ago and I just needed a safe car to get me back and forth to work and especially the doctors in Columbus. Well the car they sold me the frame is completely rotted and the back passenger side sway bar isnt even attached. Im so disgusted by this place such cold hearted low life scum to sell something like that to anyone!
We worked with Robbie at Tri-County in Heath to purchase our new Wrangler Unlimited. Robbie was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. He listened to our plans for the jeeps usage and then helped us narrow down the right jeep choice for us. He provided a lot of facts, no BS.
I contacted tri county service about my center console latch being broken on my brand new JK upon delivery. Please note - I didn’t buy the Jeep from them. I spoke to service dept theysaid the item is on backorder - like 500 of them ! He suggested I call directly to Chrysler’s customer service . I did exactly what he suggested - one week later my part arrived . I called back to book my spot to get it fixed took it in, they fixed it along with doing my first “ Jeep wave “ !First time ever my Jeep was in and out within 3 hours !Thanks !
I like how this box says what did you like about it? If I answered that question, this box would be empty. Shopping around for a cheap car, we found out from the car lot right off 79 onto union that they had a $1000 car. We get here and sit for 3 hours while they run credit checks.. We have cash in hand, ready to pay and leave and they want to finance. We wasted half our day to be told our credit wasnt good enough. Their slogan if it doesnt say tri county, you paid to much... complete BS. We paid $1000 for a nice 2002 car at Mathews Ford and I paid $800, after taxes for both cars btw, for a 94 Saturn between Pataskala and Reynoldsburg. Obviously they have their problems being so cheap but we havent paid nearly $3000 at least like they wouldve tried to trick us into. I will NEVER go back here again.
Negotiated a sales price and scheduled an appointment to complete the sale. Called by the dealership a few hours before scheduled appointment and told someone else was on their way into look at the vehicle and if they wanted to buy it, it was first come, first serve! Offered to make a deposit over the phone to hold the vehicle since I was working out of town and told no holds! Apparently customer service means nothing to these people!
Very pleased with the service I received from Andy and Scott! They found the vehicle I was looking for, and were very easy to work with! The responses to my questions were received very quickly.Every step of the process including the financial paperwork went smoothly. Thanks!
Had a great experience the other day on a truck purchase they was able to work with me and find me the best truck for the money i was willing to spend overall and monthly payments. Highly recommend bringing your business there the salesmen did not make me feel preasured to buy or settle for something i didnt want. Ask for azariah elson to find you the vehicle you are looking .
This place is nothing but a joke at best if you wanna contact me I can explain my review! I will explain full details of my experience soon!!! Update... Recieved a call From Jeff Blevins, called him back explained the experience I had, he said he would look into the issue and call me back. Guess what? Never heard a word back from him. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! BY TGE WAY.... BYERS CHRYSLER FIXED IT
Would prefer 0 stars! This place is horrible and the service department is worthless! Have had the same problems with the 13 Avenger we bought from them since it had 4000 miles and its been almost 2 years & 33,000 miles now. Fortunately for us its still driveable. Everytime I drive it Im reminded to NEVER EVER go to tri county or buy a chrysler product again. The service department is the rudest group of people I have ever come across. I wrote a review a couple years ago and it seems to have disappeared so here is another to make sure they know I havent forgot how much I hate this place! DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALER! And for those going to buy a car they will run your credit numerous times (ours was 9!!!)!!! We now pay extra payments to get the payoff low enough to trade in SOMEWHERE ELSE without going into negative equity and were almost there! They call every so often asking us if were ready to trade it in and get a new car and I love telling them Yep, we are and let them get all excited. That excitement only lasts till I tell them it will most definetly be at another dealer since theyre a bunch of crooks!
Trifling-County Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram. My Daughter wanted to purchase a Yellow Jeep on their lot I told her no way took her to another Car Dealership and she is happy. You still did not do the right thing Read through your negative post go back and make it right with those customer not on your terms!! You may have some people happy because they got a brand new vehicle but in the long run the used ones they do the bare minimum to get them off their lot the owner never contacted me about an terrible situation where I could have lost my life it was swept under the carpet. I will never forget this terrible service and You should do proper recalls and do a service safety check on all your trade-ins/auctions. Thats a Dirty way to get rid of a car on your lot by putting someones life in danger. SHAME, SHAME on you!!!! If you dont like what they did go to the Attorney Generals website and report it. This place needs reviewed by the State of Ohio still up to no good lying to people and selling vehicles that are dangerous and not safe. Saying they do safety checks but when something happens bad they will lie and it will catch up to them. Very dishonest and all about money typical car salesmen that are not worried about peoples safety. I looked on line they had 67 complaints on the Attorney Generals website some were recalls that they never checked on before selling the cars. If you sell a car to someone and tell them you did all the safety checks and someone almost gets killed then you did not do a safety check. It will be interesting to see what happens to their business in the future and they dont do the right thing, those used vehicles are not worth anything!! I bet they all sleep well at night. This is a factual true experience, My 2008 2500 Dodge Ram truck threw vital part while I was driving 65 miles per hour on the freeway only 2 months after the purchase. A oil tank truck almost smashed into me and I was in the far right lane and barley able to get into the service lane. Cars where honking their horns due to all my parts to my car flying across the freeway on I-70 heading west. One of the used car salesmen laughed at me when I called him that saturday to tell them what happened. I was so FURIOUS!!! Salesman told me Dodges have a bad reputation for transmissions. So I called Chrysler, Federal National Department of Transportation and the Attorney Generals office. Even though I did not qualify for Ohio Lemon law because they had not done any recalls the Attorney Generals office notified them. I found the other complaints were under a different name for Trifling-County Dodge Ram in Heath Ohio. They branched out to Taylor Road in Reynolydsbirg. I posted this info because cause the guy name Tim in Service management lied to my face and told me he had no knowledge of what happened and would not take the truck back. The loan company and Chrystler told me they should have traded it for a similar vehicle. Nick in service was Nice but they had not done any recalls that where dangerous it is not right to sell a car just to make a money and put peoples lives in danger. I see they moved down in Reynoldsburg ohio now. I will never forget my experience with Tri-County Chrysler Dodge. They did not care enough to do the right thing and I had to beg them for 4 weeks, until the Attorney Generals office got involved. This truck was over 18,000.00 dollars and they knew about the problems and told me they had done safety checks. If I had not been an experienced driver and the truck did not have its own safety built in features on it I would have died that day. Cant blame others for your greedy selfish ways. They fixed bare minimum incorrectly but I still had to go to Liberty Dodge and they applied their own coupons to do repairs and I had to pay out of pocket and apply what I could of a warranty. There were several other customers at Liberty Dodge complaining about Tri-County. I purchased a second small vehicle this year Not at Tri-County.
My fiancé Bought a 2016 Chevy sonic with 7k miles on it. Was told it had never been in a wreck or anything. But the trunk and quarter panel alignment is way off. And the paint has started cracking on the trunk since we bought the vehicle. So the car had to of been hit in the rear and they very cheaply repaired it. Also, when she took it for a test drive the check engine light was on. They said they would fix it before selling her the vehicle but all they did was erase the code. One time my father took a van for a test drive and noticed they used electrical tape to cover the check engine light. This is a cheap dealership that is not honest at all.
My husband and I were comparing a new Ram 1500 to the F-150 last night (were being the operative word). We walked around the lot for more than 40 minutes, and didnt get so much as a hello. This experience made it exceptionally easy to decide where we wanted to take our business and which truck to buy, off to the Ford dealer we go.
Had a major issue with my truck. The service manager Sam was very helpful and gave me many options to fix the problem. Couldn’t have had a better experience considering the problem that needed fixed. Now I have my truck back and it’s like brand new again. Thanks again to everyone in parts and service.
Terrible, greedy, disrespectful people running this place. I wouldnt buy a car from here if you paid me to, worst experience ever! I worked here in the office for about 2 weeks. The sales guys constantly tried to sell me drugs during my time there. The NPD was there about 3 different times to visit another sales guy, who had pending charges for ripping the nail shop around the corner off for a $1500 sign. Cant make this stuff up people! These people DO NOT care about you and will sell you absolute junk just to make a quick buck! GO ELSEWHERE!
I wanted to share my excellent experience. You are right Jordan I dont know why this place has any bad reviews. This is my third vehicle I have purchased from here and they went above and beyond my expectations. I wanted a used SUV that was four wheel drive for around 250 300 a month. I would of never thought I would be walking out with a brand new vehicle for 209 a month. My salesman was Azariah he knew everything about his product and financing options for me. He could of just put me in a used car that had a lot of miles like a regular car salesman would do. He took the initiative to look into a new one and told me I would be paying the same on a new as I would a used one. Blew me away. So if you are looking for a great deal and salesman look Azariah Elson up he has been there a long time and very up front and honest which is hard to find these days!!! Thanks again Az and the tricounty team Ill tell everyone to come here to purchase there vehicles...
The worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I have given the 2 chances and every time they just dont care about the sale not any part of service afterwards. They never follow through with anything they say and lying straight to your face after they lie on the phone to get you off the phone.
Brandon sold me my 2012 Dodge Avenger yesterday. As a mom to be, I came in knowing exactly what I wanted to cart baby around in, thought I knew what my budget was, and had done way too much online car shopping before hand. As we started our search, and numbers were getting figured, it turned out that I had gotten way in over my head about my expectations. Brandon and his manager, Mychelle, worked out deals for me, were very patient, and made sure I wasnt driving away with anything unsafe for me, and more importantly, my baby! Thank you for guiding me in the right direction and also getting me an amazing, 23000-mile Dodge Avenger! Its perfect!
The experience is awful point blank. Bought a car almost 30 days ago still have not received anything to make first payment or anything to transfer tag to the new car. Call a hundred times a day to speak to someone in accounts and never get a call back or speak to someone. Nobody but one person can answer accounts I take it.
Worst service ever especially from the sales team. Finance sent me a letter I go in and apparently its a glitch well dont you guys have people put the letters in envelopes?? I wouldnt recommend this dealer to anyone. Any of the Coughlin lots or even john hinderer honda is what I would recommend if you want amazing service. Plus you get to talk to their finance department face to face.
I dealt with Richard. He kept trying to talk me into bigger more expensive vehicles that I didnt want. He also tried to over charge me for the truck I did want by about $1000. Then when I changed my mind about that truck he called my work place claiming to need proof of insurance. Tricounty gets a very low score from me for employees like Richard.
Hands down worst customer service ever! Do not give them your business. Traded in my car and found out over a month later is still has yet to be paid off. I have spoken to 3 people who assured me they would check into and call me back... I have not gotten a call back from anyone.
So today I went down to tri-county to check out this car, not knowing if I would be able to drive away today in the car I wanted! Thanks to Ray down at Tri+County Chrysler I was able to drive away with my 2013 Subaru impreza wrz, I am super excited & they did an excellent job! Thanks to everyone down at Tri county!
Heard a knocking noise in the front end of my Jeep. Service center miss diagnosed my Jeep. Told me the noise in front was a Jeep Thing Found out that i had a severe problem with my jeep where the left axle could have broke any minute! Also they said they changed bulbs in tail lights and found all blown in less than a month after they said they did this service. I was lied to and told to go somewhere else. Thank God I did because I could have been severely hurt if I had listened to them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SERVICE CENTER!
We called tri county motors and told them we had a disc stuck in the slot of the cd player in our car ,they told us to bring the car in and they think they could fix it in 30 mins. 45$...when we got there, they took the car back into the workshop and brought it out in an hour and told us that a disc was caught in the changer, charged us 90$, told us they didnt know it was a 6 disc changer when we called them and they didnt ask.., they do not work on 6 disc changers....it took them one hour and 90$ to look and see that it was a 6 disc changer?? do not recommend tri county, I would ride a horse before I would deal with them again......buyer beware
Received a mailer stating just for stopping in get a free hat and if they couldnt finance receive a walmart gift card...... gathered all my info ran credit check told me sorry thanked me and walked away..... no hat no gift card.....not the first time this mailer issue has happened..... trying get to determine how to etc off their mailing list... will never step foot on the lot again
I wouldnt leave any stars if that was an option. Took wrangler in for first oil change they screwed up and put on a bad oil filter causing all the oil to blow out.took back and service manager said it wasnt their fault it was the oil filters. Now jeep is leaking oil and missing at times.
Worst customer service ever. Traded my car which I still owed on for a new one, and they took so long to pay it off that it started to effect my credit. Called them several times and even went in several times to figure out what was going on and got blown off each and every time. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
First off the salesman i worked with was very kind and tried working with me but after 3 days of trying i finally get a call saying we was approved for a loan to come in we get in there and decide we wanted a differant color car with the price being 132 bucks more...but since the fianace place was closed we would have to come back in the morning...well morning comes and i get a call say there was a mix up that i was approved for a 4x4 and not a fwd but they approved the 4x4 at the fwd price and now i cant get in nothing...terriable way to treat a customer i have contacted the newspappers and 6 on ur side and i have a meeting with them to give my side of the story...i will never do business with these incumbent people again and i will never recommend them to anyone..you just dont tell a customer yes we finally have you approved to just call the next day and say sorry my manager messed up the application and sent the wrong car in for approval
This place sold me a lemon, they sold me a 2010 ram 3500 with warrantee, then to find out, the pick up had its egr valve system removed prior to me buying it.. if the shop did a proper emission inspection when they got the truck they would of found it.. but the lame mechanics and shop supervisor didnt look pass of their nose.. now the truck is in the shop and the shop supervisor cant even tell me when the truck will be done.. and service writer says one thing, and another one says something else, I hope the lemon law attornet can help me out on this.. I would stay away from this dealership, the sales department dont give a hoot when there is a problem, they just tried and beat around the bush with me.. i would highly suggest go to another dealership to buy a car/truck.. they have 100% lost my business, and ill go to walmart to get the oil change instead of taking the truck to that unorganized shop.
I payed way to much for the vehicle they never told me there was previous front end damage even though they knew it was there and then I found out that the crapy repair job was more than likely done by them if I could it would be 0 stars they need to hire people who know what they are doing
Come in to look at new vehicles and 5 minutes into the conversation big bald guy starts arguing with my husband legit red faced arguing over a price range I would never recommend this place and will never even fancy the thought of buying a vehicle here big bald guy rough day?

2020-04-01Chris was outstanding! He explained every step of the buying process, and he did so slowly Incase we had any questions. He read over every term with us so that we could see ourselves what every term was going to be. The car we bought is excellent. The service we received was excellent. I highly recommend anyone to go to the Tri County dealerships for their next purchase!!

2018-06-12I bought a van there and Ray was my sales guy. Awesome associate. Worked with me and very polite. The manager, Dennis was great too. I paid all cash and they got me on the road quickly. Would definitely buy from here again.

2015-12-06I had an excellent time purchasing my car at Tri County. My salesman Tony Taylor was so helpful and amazing at trying to help me with my budget. He was great at helping me answer all my questions I had. I strongly recommend going to Tony if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. Tony made everything as simple as possible and I will definitely go back the next time I am car shopping. It was a great environment everyone there was friendly and personable.

2019-09-23Great service. I mean seriously. I bought a vehicle through trade in on a Sunday! I gave them my info. Worked together with their salesman to ballpark loan possibilities over the phone for a week. They helped in every way possible to make it workout for me. Got a vehicle that I needed and a payment I can afford! Thats all anyone could ever ask for!

2020-05-29I called yesterday for an appointment. The service department gave me an early morning appointment for today to check my car and was willing to do the work needed right away without having me make another trip back in. Since I live 45 min. away that was greatly appreciated. Great service!!!

2019-06-03This was the easiest car buying experience Ive ever had. Jesse was so helpful and not pushy at at. Weve bought two cars from Jesse and weve been pleased both times. We simply said what we wanted, and what we were willing to spend for it. Jesse did his magic and was able to make it work both times. He was honest, helpful, and went the extra mile to get me exactly what I wanted. Thank you for everything Tri-County, youve gained lifetime customers.

2019-03-16Thanks to Mike and Jesse, Im driving a new Jeep Compass! Both guys were very helpful and if one was busy the other helped me, they each new what was going on with my deal. I thought this was a great service selling point. There was no pressure either, which is good. I would highly recommend Tri-County.

2012-08-03Wonderful dealership with honest employees who really do seem to care about their customers. I as provided with a bevy of options, and each option was explained to me clearly. They didnt rush me to "make a sale"; they allowed me to take all the time I needed to make an important decision. The finance department was wonderful and courteous, including the individual I dealt with. I highly recommend take a trip to this dealership the next time you buy or lease a vehicle.

2020-04-06Finally an honest place that doesn’t play games and will give you a fair deal!! Steve and Dennis that run the used car business were great guys to deal with. By far the easiest deal I’ve ever done. Honest people which is hard to find nowadays. If you want a used Jeep, make this your first and only stop.

2013-07-11I liked the fact that they werent all over us the minute we stepped on the lot. Sales Rep was relatively new to the business and was a bit weak on product knowledge, but he was friendly, helpful, and got us answers from others. They offered a very good price - below invoice, below Edmonds TMV, and sealing the deal was relatively straightforward and without a lot of BS.This was a positive experience and Id visit this dealer again. Very happy with new jeep.
