We have had multiple great experiences at Trek! This time around, Jason went above and beyond, calling around, finding what we were looking for, and then holding the bike until I was able to come get it. We highly recommend the VOA store!
Don’t waste your time going anywhere else! This is truly a one stop shop for all your bicycle needs. Highly trained technicians and very knowledgeable sales staff. I have never had a bad experience! Their kids bicycle program makes it easy to keep your children on a properly fitted bike as they grow.

The staff is super knowledgeable and willing to educate you on the various aspects of the product. Also willing to check when out of stock items are expected in and to see if their other stores have the item and have it sent to your local Trek dealer. It was very easy to do business with Trek of Cincinnati. My wife & I came in looking for a first bike for our son. They quickly showed us what was available & even held a bike for us at no risk. They assembled a bike overnight & we came back the next day for purchase. Our son couldnt be happier with his new Trek 16 bike!
Horrible customer service. Dropped off my Concord vintage bike yesterday. The gentle man (Joe) said I should drop it off to get an exact quote to get the bike into running condition. He also said they will call back today with a quote and I can choose to get it serviced or not. They didnt call with a quote.When I called, spoke with a guy named Casey. He was absolutely rude and informed me that they dont have time to check my bike till next week. Told Casey that is not what I was told when I dropped it off. He told me they can;t do it and I can come get my bike. When I went there to pick my bike Casey was much more rude and was brushed off. Informed him he should check with his employee what I was told rather wasting my time.Trek - you may be number one bike store in WC/Mason area - you will not get my business ever.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff that are extremely helpful. I came in with a flat tire and it was fixed immediately while I waited. After discussing the size of my road tires and my overall frustration with the harsh ride, the suggestion was made to try 28mm tires. I replaced both tires and tubes and it rides so much better! Thank you!!!
Everyone was really nice and friendly, they gave me a free water. Jason (I think his name was Jason), was the guy I dealt with mostly and he was particularly cool. I had a little trouble with the brakes on the bike I bought and they fixed it quickly and free of charge, it was a good experience.
We purchased my wifes bike at the Trek Store in West Chester, OH and it was challenging to find bikes during the COVID situation. The store was diligent in expanding the selections that fit my wifes needs. Lucky for us, a bike became available and we were able to purchase quickly and didnt have to wait the the anticipated time for the original bike she selected. My wife is very happy with her selection in bikes!
The staff was great. Store was very clean and the staff never pressured into buying anything. They knew what type of bike I wanted/needed and got my the right bike. The bike Trek Marlin 7 is the perfect bike for my riding style. Looking forward to riding with my daughter on the trails.
Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. I am brand new to the riding community and had ideas of where I wanted to ride in my head and they turned my ideas into the perfect bike for me. As a new rider of course I had a million questions in store and they took their time and answered all that I had to ask. Never once did they seem annoyed at my questions. Great place to buy a bike! Awesome people here! I drive 45 minutes south just to go to this store and I have at least 5 local bike shops around me. This is is the place to go. The manager Mike is a really good guy. He goes above and beyond to help with anything and everything and answer any question you have. Ive also had the pleasure of dealing with Evonne. Shes extremely nice and always willing to help. Its awesome when all of the employees are just as excited as you are to get your bike! I will continue to go here for any of my bike needs with no hesitation.
First time in more than 30 years that Ive been on a bike. I decided to explore purchase of a bike and Trek was recommended to me. I walked in and was greeted right away. I explained my situation and the salesman showed me a variety of options while explaining the pros and cons of various aspects that were applicable to me. My pondering a new bike was changed quickly to the purchase of a new Verve +, with all the appropriate gear. Needless to say, your salesman did a wonderful job of connecting with me and treating me respectively. It was a very positive experience for me. Ill definitely be back and will recommend you to others.
The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were very knowledgeable on the products they carry and offered personal experiences to help me make an informed decision. I purchased my trex dual sport 3 from another local dealer but was treated the same as if I had purchased it from them. Overall I had a fantastic experience and will be purchasing more products from them in the future.

Quality products & great customer service. I’ve been to 2 locations (northern Kentucky & voice of America) & both were friendly & knowledgeable. As a retail store manager I have a higher standard of expectations when I shop, especially with big purchases, but both of these stores were on point & Trek should be proud to have such quality employees working for them. They’ve secured a Trek customer for life! Oh, & I love my MTB!
For decades I have been using a racing bike but wanted to move on to a different style. I went to the West Chester Trek store and the customer service was excellent. After comparing the features on the various Trek bicycles I chose the Verve 3 model. I am happy with the bike and it is a great fit for my needs. I also purchased a new pair of Bontrager bike shoes.
I love the variety of products you have as well as the quality of the products. I bought the cutest helmet ever (Elektra, white with ice cream on it). The price was fair, the shipping was insanely quick, and the fit is perfect. I will definitely order from you again and I have already recommended your store to my friends.
I want to take a moment and say thank you specifically to Will, the associate who worked with me at the West Chester, Ohio location. I am a first time bike upgrade purchaser and despite my research, I had no idea what brand or bike I wanted or needed. I attempted to be as transparent as I could with Will as I did not want to take to much time out of his day, as the the COVID-19 concerns are still an issue and the store appeared very busy. Will took more than an ample amount of time explaining to me the bike, which one was going to meet my needs, goals, and wants. In addition, there was no pressure to purchase and he even took me for a ride around the building and allowed me time to decide whether I liked the bike we chose. Not making a decision right away, aloud me to go have lunch and ultimately lead to me purchasing the bicycle. Will has a great personality, knowledge of the industry and the product, as well as an appreciation for the new buyer. Kudos to him and thank you again for a great experiance. Gotta say that when it comes to first class service these folks zoomed way past that.Went in to find a replacement bike for my wife. The sales lady eagerly listened and pulled a couple bikes for the wife to test ride out back. To be sure she went and grabbed a third. After picking the bike she helped us kit it out and since they were have 30% off merchandise we both picked up some top notch riding shoes. They added all the gear to the bike and we were out the door fairly fast. But wait there is more. I left an item that we purchased at the store. We got a call and to prove they are top notch our sales lady rode a bike to the brewery we were at to deliver it.Some choices are no brainers and we will be getting future bikes here.My only drag is that I only ride recumbent and they have no.offering for that.........

Trek Bicycles in West Chester is by far the best bike store in Cincinnati! The people and big showroom make you feel relaxed and invited. Huge shout out to Steven and Mike for all of their help in fitting me on an awesome Trek Checkpoint 6.0. They spent hours working with me to provide a perfect fit. Very unheard of and much appreciated! Whether you are looking for your first bike or 10th, this store is the place to buy. When you need service Steven has always been there for me to make sure my bike is ready for my next race. These guys ROCK! 😊👏🏻👍🏻🚴🏻♂️

Long before I bought a bike from this store, I used this store for accessories, clothing and biking snacks. As I got started on my biking adventures, the staff of the store were always friendly and informative without being pushy or overbearing. I worked my way from being kitted out for summer rides to equipping myself for colder and more winter weather. The gear I bought was always top notch and worked as advertised. When it finally came to buying my new bikes, one for myself and one for my wife, this store was my first and last stop. I bought a domane for my wife and a checkpoint sl6 for myself. The bikes and the clothes are awesome and of the highest quality and I can always expect great service and a friendly face whenever I show up at the store.Update 10-13-19:Great service continues to be a trend here. I was.in a minor accident on my SL6 a month or so back. The crew at the store are always willing to give me a helping hand and have helped me get my bike re-tuned and back to smooth operation.
I have to admit, I was amazed by how quickly you processed our order. Were located in Connecticut, and we needed a replacement part for the basket on our bike. I found you online Tuesday morning, ordered the part, and expected to receive it as much as a week later. Instead, we received it THE NEXT AFTERNOON. From Ohio! Thank you so much. If we lived anywhere near your area, Trek would easily be the first place wed go for all of our biking needs. I came here after I experienced a small crash and was unable to fix the damages myself. I came expected to come a and leave with being overcharged and a long wait time. Instead, I found a store that have a wonderful staff, a quick in and out time, and was pleasantly surprised not to be charged at all for the repairs. I am definitely coming here again for all my bike problems.
I looked all over for a Trek seat mast cap for my Madone. It was unavailable even from Trek. Trek Bicycle Store of Cincinnati had it in stock and I had it within three business days. Their website is easy to navigate and the price for this hard to find part was well within reason. I will utilize this store again when looking for Trek parts.
The Trek staff has been very helpful and knowledgable every time we have gone to the Cincinnati Trek store. They are extremely friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable with your bike and/or accessories. I would highly recommend this store to anyone even thinking about a cycling related purchase.

Trek Cincinnati is my go to MTB shop. They have taken care of my 93 Gary Fisher over the years and provided my son with a passion for Mountain biking thru the great bikes he has grown up on. I recently upgraded my ride in order to keep up with him and Beso and the team in West Chester have taken care of us.

Yvonne helped my girlfriend and myself choose the perfect bikes and took every detail and measurement down to make sure we were satisfied cyclists! I will be going back for all my future needs. Manager, Beso, was exceptional! We decided to try something different, so we switched from Montgomery Cyclery to the Trek Store. Even during COVID, they worked with us, above and beyond. They special ordered 85% of our order, including our 2 Domane SL 5’s Disk in Purple & Navy. We were on the fence about exercise or road style. Beso explained that the Domane would be a comfort ride while giving us that new road-bike feel and extra glide/speed. Wow, was he right (thank you!). Yay ISO speed!
I took my bike in to have a flat tire fixed, and TBS fixed it on the spot at a reasonable cost. Happy customer!
Awesome store. Very helpful associates. Great selection of bikes and accessories. Was also good to talk about local trails with them...Just wish the awesome T-shirt I seen on way in wasn’t a shmedium. Guess I’ll have to find that and order online.
The staff was useless when I needed them. I had a few simple things that I needed and they didn’t have any of them in stock, and on top of that they tried to sell me a rear brake instead of a front brake and the rear brake that they tried to sell me didn’t even have the bleed port screw in it.

I was looking at buying a bicycle for my kid and myself, and saw the shop on my drive so stopped by. There appeared to be three employees, one was with a customer, the other two seamed busy with something.I browsed around looking at bikes and trying to figure out why some were so expensive. After ten minutes I walked out. Nobody had greated me or asked if they could help.Afterwards I learned this was one of the top brand shops. I got the sense that they cater to elite bikers and have that elite mentality. My wife suggested they just arent payed well. Regardless, Ill buy bikes elsewhere.

Purchased a Trek Pure a few years ago from them and Love it! They took care of me and still a great bike, comes with a bigger seat and nice simple 7 speeds very light for its size also

Great selection, very knowledgeable staff, but they kept talking to my husband about my bike. And here I thought the 50s were over! That being said, they didnt try to sell us in service we didnt need, so I appreciate that. Well be back!
Staff is always helpful. Their main concern is making sure you have a good ride, with recommendations of where to ride (maintained trails) and knowledge of accessories. While I was there, a family came in with the girls bike needing a minor repair. The bolt and labor were free.
The bikes are incredible, the store is full of friendly and helpful people, and Mike (Manager) is outstanding at taking care of his customers! Always a great experience at the store.

I took a bike to be fixed and explained repeatedly it was a gift for Fathers Day. Received a call the Saturday prior to Fathers Day from a woman stating that they did not have the proper parts she told me they had. No apology, no explanation about why it took days for her to call to tell me why they did not have the part. She spoke to me in a manner similar to a defiant teenager. AVOID!

2022-02-08Pros: Jason was very knowledgeable about bikes/accessories. Was able to order the bike I wanted and will receive it in approx 40 days.Cons: The upselling for accessories was a bit strong for my liking. Also my wife spotted a 20$ off coupon on their counter and when asked about it, we were told it was expired and we couldnt use it. I just ordered a 850$ bike and you cant honor a 20$ coupon that you were still letting customers view and access. When I worked retail we would have to honor a mistake like that.Edit: Bike was ready sooner than expected, Jason made the situation with the coupon right and the rest of the staff were great at educating me on my new bike as well. Great pick-up experience!

2022-07-12Love this shop, first they got me perfect bike then every time i go to their shop for service and accessories, i find professional, friendly, knowledgeable staff….specially last time when i walked in seeking help for my knee discomfort and was looking for new shoes but a simple advice from Elijah on insoles in existing shoes solved my problem & saved me expense of new shoes. I love that they believe in customer service & satisfaction above sales. Entire Staff is awesome - Mike and others are friendly and they always help & guide, eveyone in my family has a Trek bike now…and i am a big fan !!! Thank you Guys !!!

2022-03-09I took my bike in for a pre-season tune up and the service staff were excellent at explaining to me what services were going to be done and what extra services would be appropriate. They got the service done in under a week as planned and did a great job of keeping me informed along the way.
