TRAIN has nothing but premier equipment to offer. The two private areas they have provide great space for free body workouts. Nick and staff are very professional and care for each and every client that come through the doors. A great gym if you get the chance!
This is not only an awesome place to work out, with 24 hours access and super clean facilities, but it’s also a great locally owned small business. Nick and Michelle are absolutely the kindest and most understanding people you will ever meet and I love that my money stays local. Nick is always available for questions about fitness and personalized training and is super responsive to all questions. I loveTRAIN and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!
This is an excellent local gym for those seriously wanting to TRAIN! It has top-notch equipment, the right amount of weights, an impressive amount of accessories, and plenty of room to get things done. No crowds to deal with, however members are polite and genuinely interested in training. Nick is very nice and quite responsive. Im grateful to have found this this place!
I love TRAIN! Nice space, clean and well-maintained. I never have to wait too long for equipment. There is such a diverse member base and you get 24/7 access. I enjoy using the different rooms to stretch or do core exercises when I’m not using weights. If you’re looking for a gym where the members and staff LOVE being there, TRAIN is your gym!
Been coming here for a few months now and TRAIN has really been everything Ive been looking for in a gym. Its open 24/7 and the rates are extremely reasonable. The place is always clean, the equipment is new, and the staff is super-friendly and non-judgmental. There are fitness classes and personal trainers you can take advantage of if you want, but I like it because I can come in at odd hours when its convenient and do my own thing. Worth checking out!
I really enjoyed my time as a member of Train gym. This small but mighty gym gives you everything you need for a great workout. Just the right amount of cardio/freeweights/weighted machines for beginners or advanced fitness enthusiasts. Train was always clean, never to crowded, 24/7 operating hours, and always had enough disinfecting wipes. Highly recommend.
An easy, simple, and reliable gym solution to fit your fitness needs. They have everything youd need to make sure you are comfortable getting back into your workout routine. They use the Mindbody app to make it easy to book your time so they can ensure there wont be too many people working out at the same time, and to help you feel safe while getting your calories burned. Thats just the gym. The amount of contributing businesses that Train is gracious enough to spread the word for other businesses is amazing. Make sure to check out everyone else Train works with!
I really enjoy working out at Train! This is a nice size, locally owned gym with plenty of cardio equipment, free weights, and strength machines. Theres room to spread out when needed and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Fair pricing, 24/7 access, safe.
Great gym that has everything you would ever need. The family that owns and operates the facility is super kind and friendly. They do a great job of maintaining the equipment and keeping the gym clean. I would recommend TRAIN to anyone in the market for a gym membership.
Ive been a member of TRAIN for a couple of months now and really love this gym. Its reasonably priced compared to a lot of the nearby competing gyms (they also have some fitness classes however those arent included in the membership, which is fine with me because I rarely do them even when they are included). They have all of the standard cardio equipment and weights you would need. The best part of this gym, in my opinion, is the owner. Ive never formally met him besides saying hi at the gym (very friendly) but communicated with him a lot via email and text and he is super responsive and accommodating. He is clearly invested in making sure the members have a good experience and I really appreciate that. If I werent moving from Columbus Id consider keeping a membership even though I dont use it much because hes so nice and I like supporting businesses like that.
TRAIN has been the perfect gym for my needs over the past year. It’s always open and rarely over crowded. Clean facility, friendly staff, good variety of machines, and an overall positive atmosphere. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly neighborhood gym.
TRAIN was the perfect gym for my summer home from college. Great price, wide range of equipment and space. It was nice to have the 24/7 access and not have to worry about making time to get a workout into gym hours. The space made me feel comfortable and pushed me to have a great workout everyday.
My wife and I have been members for about a year, and we absolutely love the gym. Its clean, convenient, with an excellent owner and staff, has all the equipment we need, offers great classes, and has a great atmosphere/culture. Cant recommend it highly enough.

My son and I have been members since December and absolutely love this gym! We belonged to a chain gym and it was just too busy for us. At TRAIN we have access to the gym 24 hours a day and LOVE THAT. It is very clean and the members along with the staff are very friendly and approachable.

Place is really clean, all equipment are put back in the right place.Its a small gym, but all essential equipment there and having scheduled work out time is super nice so its never crowded in there.
Ive worked out at several gyms around the area and Train is my favorite. The 24 hour access is convenient because I never know when ill have free time to exercise. They have a good variety of equipment and i can do any exercise I want. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Train offers a good selection of classes, personal trainers, and massages. A one stop shop for your needs!
Nick the owner is the nicest guy you’ll meet! His customer service and diligence is exceptional. It has been such a pleasure using TRAIN to help me reach my ultimate fitness goals. Since joining TRAIN Ive lost about 80+ lbs with proper diet and exercise. It was a life goal of mine to be under 200lbs and I achieved that in under a year. I have been going to TRAIN Fitness House for almost a year now and I could not have found a better gym! This place is for people who dont need all the bells and whistles but just want straight forward training equipment. For me this was such a relief because its the only gym that Ive ever been to, where I didnt feel intimidated by tons of things that I didnt know how to to use or people who couldnt take the time to give me the help I truly needed.That being said they have a great selection of of equipment for strength training and cardio as well as a studio that can be used for yoga or dance (depending on if its in use for a group or not) and a spin room! All of the trainers are super nice and very experienced (I personally recommend Kinan, hes amazing!) but what I like best is that the owner (Nick) really takes the time to pair you with the right person to fit your needs. I love that this is a local owned family business and they make you part of the TRAIN family from day one. If you are looking for a place to work out, where you wont feel intimidated and you can actually get the help and results you need I highly recommend this gym!
I highly recommend TRAIN! The facility has a great space for cardio, weights, and additional area to set up your own workout. The gym rarely gets crowded and feels small enough to see familiar faces after a few visits. Very clean and safe, and the 24/7 access is convenient for any schedule.
Train was a great fitness center for people who want a balance of free weights and exercise equipment. It was never crowded and I could get a workout in anytime I wanted. The facilities were also always clean.
Just wanted to say that this gym is great! I used to belong to one of the big chains, but hated going! It was always crowded. At Train I dont have those problems. Everybody is really nice and I love seeing familiar faces. Oh, and its super clean! Keep up the good work! And if youre on the fence, just give it a try!
They have top of the line equipment. The nice part about it is that it fits any schedule since it is open 24 hours a day. It has a great atmosphere and makes me feel like I’m working out in a home gym but with all of the benefits of a large gym.

Great to get some casual workouts in but don’t expect anything that is serious. People in this gym tend to stare when you lift heavy and seem to get upset. There’s this girl that takes up half the gym with her supersets as well a a girl that straight up just moans and sings during her workouts out loud. I’ve had enough of this gym cause apparently taking my shirt off and practicing posing in a mirror is too scary for some folks.
A fantastic, family owned gym that serves all groups of athletes. From casual fitness fans looking for the treadmill to power-lifters, this gym has a variety of clients and guests. Multiple personal trainers and classes are offered and the prices are rather modest for the quality of the services provided. Kinan Bishara is my personal trainer and there isnt a wasted moment or time I feel that im not getting the best training possible. The owners are very receptive to suggestions and criticism and just recently added an extra Rogue power rack and a dedicated deadlifting area. For an extra fee, members can schedule medical massage sessions within a dedicated section of the gym but I dont take advantage of this.Some people coming from a larger gym will notice the lack of a shower and locker room but in a neighborhood gym like this, I feel these are superfluous and wouldnt be used my most clients. Also, group classes are starting back up with a ladies fitness class and a HIIT group being offered. All in all, the gym pays for its self. If you are seeking a gym with everything you need and nothing that you dont, this gym is for you. Stay strong.

This is an amazing 24 hour gym where I feel at home when I walk in the door. It is family run and the staff is very friendly. Equipment is great and they have everything I need for a good lift and even cardio.

TRAIN is the best of both worlds: large enough to have lots of great equipment and amenities, but small enough to have a friendly, comfortable vibe with personalized attention when you need it. Nick, the owner, has a degree in Exercise Physiology and truly cares about his clients!
I wish the facility was a little bit bigger with a few more machines but overall it has everything you need. The facility is clean and the members actually wipe down their equipment after they use it. Everyone also un-racks their own weights.

Great gym with a lot of room to social distance! I wish there were more leg equipment but other then that, the gym is well stock with equipment at a good price.
Fantastic gym! 24 hour access and two real squat racks. Lots of barbells (Rogue - so you know theyre good) for squatting, benching, and deadlifting. Great place to train.

2022-04-26I cannot say enough good things about this place! This is the first gym that has convinced me to actually purchase a membership. I’ve done numerous free trials at different gyms but could never find the perfect place. I signed up for Train either the same day or the day after doing a free trial.The facility is kept in great condition, they have everything you need, everyone I’ve encountered has been extremely friendly, and it’s 24 hours! If you are on the fence about coming to Train, let this be your sign!

2020-07-31I love this gym! I have been a member off and on for the past 3 years (due to transitions of school and work). Truth be told, the gym has all the equipment you could ever need while also being top notch quality. It has a intimate atmosphere and hardly ever gets too crowded. I never feel rushed and that is a blessing in of itself. The owner, Nick, is super proactive and easy to get a hold of and he does a great job of keeping the entire place clean. Highly recommend!!

2021-04-01I’ve had nothing but a great experience since leaving a big box gym to come to train. There are always ten people or less inside so I’ve always had access to equipment I need to get my whole workout in. Cleaning supplies are readily available so it is easy to clean for myself and for others. Any issue was resolved quickly via email and text personally by Nick. Wonderful experience, don’t hesitate to join if you’re considering!

2020-10-12The gym offers a clean, friendly atmosphere where the members respect each other. The gym is 24/7 and very well managed. A variety of equipment to choose from and no long waits. Adheres to social distancing with a good supply of sanitation products. Would definitely recommend this gym to any age group.

2020-09-26I started coming to this gym soon after they opened back up in late May, out of a need to support local businesses over national chains. And I was not disappointed. Though this gym does not have some of the common machines a bigger gym would have, it makes up for that by being open 24/7, extremely clean/organized, and having a booking system that allows for the gym to never be too packed. If you are looking for a smaller gym with personable staff and well-kept equipment, TRAIN is the place!

2019-11-21I live at the benchmark apartments. This gym is 1 minute from my house and is a wonderful gym that is full of great equipment. It is hardly ever crowded and provides you with everything you need for strength training, bodybuilding style workouts, cardiovascular work, and anything in between. I have enjoyed this 24/7 operating gym since I moved in and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

The owner is understanding and will freeze or allow you to cancel your membership without a hassle, truly unique to TRAIN. Will be back!
