Very satisfied with the my home in general. Few things! One being that some tenants in the complex feel more entitled than others (we all pay rent). Two being that we pay for trash to be done but yet there are days where trash cans are filled to where no one can put anything in them so it starts to build up outside of the dumpster as well as pet cleanup stations overflowing. Third I’ve been in this complex for 3 years. Every property manager has been pleasant that has been here and that’s been quite a few. This new property manager has a bad snotty nose attitude (Erica) once these issues can be addressed I’d give this complex 5 stars.

ZERO STARS! I Had a confirmed appointment to meet with Erica this morning. We spoke last week and set the appointment. I drove 30 minutes all the way up here wasting gas just for her to pull a no call no show. She didn’t even have the decency to reach out to me. The leasing office was “closed”. This is very UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE. After this, I’m definitely not interested in moving into apartment community who treats people like this!

I have been here for 4years and all the managers has been so good. Erica is one of the best agent. So pleasant, easy going.She is always available to listen and makes sure everything is fine around here.

They dont shovel the snow, they barely pick trash up around the complex and they are not always truthful about things. They will find any way they can to keep your deposit.

My family and I have been residents for just over 3 years. It has been pretty good, in most ways. Since the current ownership assumed the property, its even better. The new property manager, Melissa, is absolutely wonderful. Shes been outgoing, personable and as helpful as possible, from day 1. Maintenance issues have been attended to promptly and the common areas are well maintained. Even though the property is located near so many of the things one might want/need, it is in a quiet, appealing, walkable neighborhood.A good place to be.

I have been very impressed with my home and move here.I was nervous to move during the pandemic as it was so hard to get through to anyone but Heather and Emily were very helpful. Responding in less than an hour each time I called or emailed them.My home was spotless upon move in and although there were few minor maintenance concerns, they were all addressed within 48 hours. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a large townhome in the area. Prices are steep but fair for the square footage you are receiving.

During my move in the property was transitioning, bless Stephanies heart she did the best she could with what was given to her. Even though on the day of take over MANAGEMENT didnt even have maintenance Stephanie was in the apartments trying to do all that she could do to make the unit ready. However that fact that the management company has no idea what theyre doing and their best representation is Tammy from Indianapolis. There goes the neighborhood. I know I will not be signing a renewal. I work in this industry and the first thing they need to do is get rid of Tammy with her incompetent disrespectful non-customer service having self. The only thing they did get right was the new maintenance supervisor they hired as soon as I have a equivalent position I will offer him a job.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This property is managed terribly. Upon moving in the staff was professional. When they switched management (Hometeam Properties) thats when everything changed. The units are thrown together and rigged. Nowhere near worth the $1200 they charge in rent. The office manager is RUDE. I moved out on 7/1 and called two weeks after making sure all checked out with the unit and when I should be expecting my deposit. The response to me was I have 30 days to complete it and the caulking in the kitchen did you do that its white and it was supposed to be clear. Had to show pictures that this is how the unit was when we moved in. I have nothing to do with caulking. Well here we are almost 40 days later and I still HAVE not received my deposit back. When I called and inquired about where it was I was told it was en route PLEASE! That was over a week ago. I am so over this. I would not suggest anyone move into this property. The 3 bedroom units have a design defect that I was told about only AFTER moving in (you cant open a kitchen drawer if your oven is closed. You have to first open your oven to even open the drawer). I am thoroughly disappointed and feel taken advantage of by this property. STILL NO DEPOSIT!

Very interested in Traditions at Slate Ridge.... looked at the Apartments.....Very Big in size . no matter if you are looking for a 3 Bedroom a 2 Bedroom 2 1/2 Bath is just as Accommodating. Only 90 Units and very private. looking forward to my next place of residency to be with Traditions..And the Staff was So polite on so many levels.Stefanie has my Trust.Thank you .
