Rude and unhelpful. This is not a real farm store anymore. They have drastically reduced their livestock supplies but have candy and home decor? Please go out of business.
Everything was easy to locate inside. They have decent sales/clearance items. Store was very well kept and cleanly. The cashier (Debra) was beyond friendly and definitely added warmth and a neighborly vibe to the entire experience! 10/10 would recommend.
This was my first time shopping at Tractor Supply and it was a great experience. They had exactly what I needed for my deer-proof, garden fence. The employee who helped me was knowledgeable and assisted from the moment I walked in to the end when he helped load the 6 ft tall fence into my car. The fence is even made in the USA, how about that? 😃
The manager Nick should probably be reevaluated as a person working in sales, since his communication skills are frightful. Shocked this company has him representing them and helping customers with such a nasty attitude.

I think this location (Wadsworth, OH) may be going out of business. Looks HORRIBLE!We have been shopping at this TSC location for a number of years. While it has always been a little less well-organized than other TSC stores we have visited, it has always been fine. The last couple of times we have been in though it is awful Poorly stocked, aisles literally impassable due items on the floor, sales clerks that will avoid any contact unless you address them directly - just all around not an enjoyable experience.Brick and mortar retails these days have one thing going for the. That is on hand inventory. When they fail here its over. I ordered all of the items I needed from Amazon. They will be here tomorrow.Very disappointed in TSC.
This is a great store for someone in agriculture, raising animals, farmers and any one wanting to feed dogs, cats or wildlife. (Farm animal necessities, dog food, bird seed, cracked or whole kernel corn...) We go most often to buy corn for the deer. We love seeing them. Today I bought Nyger thistle seed for the finch feeders. And a pleasant surprise- it was on sale! There are things here for everyone. Very interesting store. And...the chicks are here. Worth visiting for just that!

Went in for the first time a couple days ago. They have the coolest stuff in there, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Way better than the box store across the street. If they had Lumber and other Hardware stuff like that I would be going there three or four times a week.
Great place to get my chicken and goat food. Coral and Margie are great and always willing to answer any questions I have. I will continue to give this store my business so long as it stays as great as it is now!
Tractor Supply Co has items for home, people and animals as well as many more categories.They’re not only for farmers. If you have pets, they have your food, bedding, leashes, clothes and treats. Your fencing and care items too.I’m always impressed by the genuine nice staff, no agenda only there to help.Well done TSC!
There is no unloading dock there is a ramp instead! Mr.Dennis in the receiving department was a walking angel 👼 he’s very polite and showed me hospitality. He was also fast unloading ❤️❤️❤️
Clean and well stocked. Incredibly friendly staff. Even if you dont have a farm, any homeowner with a property larger than a small city lot could benefit from a visit to Tractor Supply Co.
The female associate who initially helped me was super friendly (even though she was swamped and running the front end on her own) , but when she called another employee up front to check to see if there was any more of the item I was after in the back since the shelf was empty, I gave up after almost 10 minutes of waiting and went across the street to the Walmart. 😞
Youll find friendly and efficient employees at Wadsworth TSC! The store is always clean and well organized and associates are always willing to help out! They will price match with competitors, so you dont have to shop around.
Typical mid sized store for this increasingly popular rural lifestyle retailer. Good selection, pleasant staff, easy parking & loading. TSCs helpful website can be used to search & check store inventory.
I’m not too familiar with the chain other than this store but they have the friendliest people working and the store carries so many items and so many things that can’t be found elsewhere. It’s a corporate version of the local feed store so it’s bigger and has more choices but people still smile.
Staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. Willing to explain things in a non pretentious way. Would give a 5 star review if they had an app that was functional.
Lots of great stuff, from boots to hats to jackets to gloves and socks! There are items for horses (such as salt licks, leads, coats, brushes, etc.) Sheep, pigs, cows, chickens, and dogs! They sell ducklings and chicks and occasionally rabbits and hamsters and guinea pigs.Yard supplies and decorations are there including tools and fencing. Lots more than that but it is all I could think of.
All your farming and gardening needs towards Easter they have crates of baby chicks that people take home and then let die because theyre horrible people thats the only thing I dont like about Tractor Supply its irresponsible psych people that go out and buy bunnies and then lose interest in a week do they have tractors the lawn mowers gardening tools and its a nice place to shop
They are not the best for smaller bits and pieces; Ace is the place for that. Tractor Supply is excellent for any kind of gardening, farm/ranch type stuff as well as welding supplies, portable generators and such. Only issue with the generators is they may not have the weird power cord you might need to hook up your genney. They have a nice array of farm/outdoors/animal husbandry/self sufficiency type books. My only other complaint was the guys I talked to a while back about tractor paint knew very little about it.
Was greeted when I entered by cashier very nice store. Well stocked was asked if I needed assistance by clerk well managed store I wish more retail stores were half this good.
They have the best brands of dog food, adorable dog toys, everything we need for our bunny, and as a bonus I can peep at the little chickens

Always have what I need there. Not ALL of the stores have the same prices. Wooster store has some items cheaper than Wadsworth store. If I go to Wadsworth,or Massillon store,I always ask for the Wooster store price. It saves me a few dollars.😁

In Wadsworth oh.found a cat litterbox to put hay and old cloths in for a stray cat and a lid and i open the plastic door for him to get in. Beautiful cat blonde and white and his eyes are so pretty it sad that someone had to let it go.
Good place for pet food and you actually know what is in the food your feeding them they are awesome. They have chicks for sale that are so cute and fluffy.

2022-07-19I started shopping here for my pets supplies in 2016 when I moved to Barberton. I tell people all the time that I love TSC!!! I feel like I look out of place there all the time, I dont need to buy much there (not a farmer, not an outdoor person, not country etc) and I am still treated pleasantly everytime Im there. Everyone is so helpful and nice! And I love their curbside when I have to use it! I love the Wadsworth TSC!!

2022-05-12I was kind of disappointed at the quality they held their chicks in, 12 baby chicks were dead, many were malnourished and weak and lethargic. Their water feeder looked to be dirty, untouched and unreplenished aswell as their food. It just seemed neglectful, I could see 2 chicks that were possibly exposed to elements that made them Ill during transport but not a dozen, theres no reason for that many chicks to be in that state. The heat lamps were also not set up to where they could escape if they got overheated.

2022-01-21I will never shop here again. I placed an online order that said would be ready the same day, so I went the next day to pick it up. The gentleman at customer service couldnt find it in the computer so he got a manager to help me. She couldnt find it and asked me what I ordered so I told her. She laughed and says oh thats why its not showing up, because I canceled it I confusingly asked what she meant and why I never received an email that my order was canceled or a refund and the only thing she said was call this numberThat was the worst customer service experience Ive ever had and I promise I will not be returning to this store

2021-08-29I recently came into the Wadsworth TSC. I needed a pet carrier for my kitten. I called ahead to see if they carried them and if there was a moderately priced one since I only needed it for vet visits.Upon calling I was greeted by a pleasant voice and he was eager to help me. He said he had a few in stock but come see Jack and he would help me. I came to the store and was greeted by Annika. A gentleman came around the corner and I asked if he was Jack? He answered quickly that he was and he showed me the carriers they had. He got a ladder to get me one down and he offered to put it together since my kitten had an appointment with the vet that day.All and all I had a great customer service experience from the moment I entered their store. It was refreshing to receive such service like that. Customer service has gone downhill for awhile now and Jack and Annika renewed my hope in excellent service! I think they both deserve recognition and a raise! Thanks again!
