Theres really nothing not to like, this place has an excellent staff and a management team that actually cares about the store. No matter how busy they are someone will find the time to help every customer find what theyre looking for. In my opinion, the best part about shopping at tractor supply in Macedonia is the manager who has a near encyclopedic knowledge of the products in the store and their uses. If you dont know exactly what youre looking for, you can explain it to Bethany or Gretchen and either one will find what youre looking for. A really great store.
Got 6 baby ducklings from here April 29th...these are them at 2 months.

It took 30 minutes before they took our orders then when we got our food it.was cold and all four of my eggs were cooked hard as a rock. When I order them over easy. They only took 2.00 off the bill. I WILL NOT GO BACK.
The lady at the counter seemed prepared to help me with what I needed and I appreciated the feedback she gave. I have never been to a tractor supply and had no idea what to expect. No one there was extremely chipper, which is ok. It just made the place seem less friendly. I definitely will be back though because of the wealth of supplies and knowledge available here.
The employees here are top notch! Not only are they helpful in store, but today when we had car trouble- in below zero temperatures- one of the cashiers found someone to cover for her and offered to jump our car. So thankful she was able to help us!
Ive always loved this place but did you know they sell dog food? And you can really find a good deal when they have a managers special on dog food. Last time I got a $10 Tractor Supply gift card for purchasing Blue Buffalo which is huge!
Always friendly and willing to help find what you need...girls loaded my 50lb bag of birdseed since my arm was in a sling today. If they dont have what you need, they will order it and call you! Fair prices, Great service!
The store is clean and well organized. The sales associates were very friendly and helpful. And who doesnt love a baby chick or baby duck. Not to mention the wide range of items oh, wow!
Awesome store! Everything I need for my chickens, cats and dogs. I use 4Health Grain free foods for my pets - its exclusively Tractor Supplys brand. Excellent food and great priced.

This place is great and they have so many things you cant find quickly around Macedonia. Only reason I dont give 5 stars is because their prices are high on a lot of things. Its worth making a trip all the way out to harbor freight for most things but in a pinch this place is great to have close by. You just pay more for the local convenience.
Incredibly rude and demeaning staff during these stressful times. My fiancé and I went in one at a time (he was buying special bolts he needed) and I needed to use the restroom desperately as we were an hour away from home. As I was searching for the bathroom I was approached by a rude employee who asked if I needed help to which I said “no — actually where is your bathroom?” And she asked if I was there to buy something because they were open for “essential needs only.” While her friend and her laughed at me. And I was nervous and scared (as I already suffer from intense anxiety and severe depression and haven’t left my home in a month) so I just said no. Then she rolled her eyes and pointed to the back corner and as I walked away I could hear them laughing with each other.It’s none of your business to judge someone on their “essential needs” and to demean them. My essential need was to stop In for two minutes use the restroom because we were far from home that my fiancé had already asked if it was okay and they told him yes. So to be treated so unprofessionally and poorly in these already stressful times really hurt me. It might be silly but it really affected me. You never know what someone’s mental health is like and especially in these unprecedented times, you have no right to demean and make fun of someone just because they don’t fit your criteria of an essential shopper.
I go to tractor supply to get my pets their food but this place has so much more than just that. You can buy clothes, farm tools, hay, and household necessities. The one in Macedonia has very nice workers who are always helpful.
I just wanted some dog food and they wanted all my personal information. They asked for my phone number, name, email, address. Its very annoying having to answer a bunch of questions when I just want to get some dog food... I sure hope my information isnt sold for somebody elses profit. Ill have to get my dog food from one of the other stores near by.
The four stars are for Gretchen at customer service. She cares about the customer and is the only reason I would go back to that store. Would have been five stars, but she had to finally send me to another store to solve my issue.
Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Came here for some last minute Christmas gifts and was not disappointed. Bonus, just about everything was on sale for the holiday. Wins all around.
I always get a hello when I walk through the door AND they carry my favorite chicken feed. Once in a great while, they will be out of stock on something I need.
Great place to get garden supplies, tools, and animal feed, from dogs to chickens. I think the prices are a little high tho like the toys and some of the clothes but other than that great place to get homestead tools!

Great pet care needs whether they are pets or farm animals. They have a good selection of winter carhartt coats and they have well priced cowboy boots and a friendly helpful staff to go along with it
Always have what we need for our farm animals but what keeps us coming back is the great group of people who work there. Friendly, knowledgeable and most of them own some type of farm stock.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. They didnt have what I needed, but the were able to give me directions to a place within five miles that had exactly what I was looking for.

If you need something for the farm or garden you at the best place. People are very helpful and knowledgeable. Isles are kind of tight in the center of store but manageable.

So i went into TS today after going to Autozone to get a replacement for a drive belt on my riding tractor. They had nothing and suggested going to TS. The gentleman who waited on me pulled the supply part number off of the belt (I foolishly left my manual at home) and looked up the part size. It was 92 1/2 in. and said they did not have that odd size in stock but suggested the 92 in. as an alternative. Well it worked great and he saved me ordering on line and waiting a week to get the part for my disassembled tractor. He also had the air filter and air cleaner in stock and I walked out very satisfied not only with what I found but his service. Great store and service. It is all running fine and cutting like a new machine. Many thanks TS.

Tractor Supply is more than just tractor stuff. Much of it is country home, seasonal clothes, Handy Andy and/or animal related (from hummingbirds to horses). Stop in and have a look. They just might have it!

In a way Tractor Supply is like an old fashioned hardware. They have bins of nuts and bolts, and other things, so if you need just one you dont have to buy 10 like at a big box store.

2022-06-29Ive had routinely disappointing experiences with associate Angela at this location. Came in for shorts, she told me to look online. Ordered online, they came in too big and I had to pay a $15 delivery fee. Came in to return them and she was really rude, didnt seem eager to assist, and told me to talk to the manager if I wanted to buy clothes in the future or see about waiving the outrageous delivery fee. Ill take my business to Middlefield TSC or Dickies online for clothes going forward, you should too.

2022-06-23Ive found pallets with mold on the bottom of Dumor 16% layer Pellets 50 lbs bag. The expiration date on the bag shows February, not sure if it expired in february or was bagged back then?

2021-06-08Normally I would write the manager and tell her/him about their employee- and I probably will. But if you are looking for information on hitches, Bethany is an expert.Not only did this woman know her subject inside and out, she was resourceful, patient and honest. She had a better solution than the one I was thinking about, she knew where to find everything- she helped me tremendously.The employees here always tend to be friendly and helpful. But my last experience at this store propelled it to being several levels above other stores.

2021-10-12I am 66 and can buy clothes at tractor supply and am generally happy. However I bought a shirt and they left the security tag on. If it is tampered with ink will ruin the shirt. They want me to drive to the store so they can remove something they should have removed when I bought the shirt. I am unhappy that I am paying for their security in really ugly ways
