This store is easy to get around in, and is very clean. They have the best selection of nuts and bolts anywhere. They also have everything you could need for your dog to horses
We moved to Granville in August and have made several trips to this TSC location for all our fencing needs. The staff is always helpful and available on the floor or in the yard. I recently worked with the manager Scott to purchase some additional gates we needed that werent in stock and he followed up with me as he said he would by phone. He was very friendly, helpful and informative.
TSC use to be farmer friendly. Anymore it has become a fancy garden center. The last several times I walked out with nothing I needed as far as tractor supplies. Will start ordering from Amazon. Get it quicker and at least I can find it.
They tired to kick me out of the store for being my pet snake, I alway take him with me when the weather is nice, then they allowed another customer to take pictures of my daughter because she was hold the little 2 foot snake, then the employee said she was going to call Childrens service on me for letting my daughter hold a snake, and so did the customer, the manger stepped in and told her she couldn’t kick us out just because she is scared of a little snake.. then the customer followed us out to the car and continued to snap pictures, and continue harassing my daughter and I.
Ordered online. Little bit different, instead of shipping the item to the store nearest me they direct me to the nearest store that had my item in stock. A 20 minute drive, but I had my purchase without a two to four day wait.
The wife has limited me to two times a month going in there. I dont understand why.
Very friendly staff and they allow/love dogs visiting their store :) Prices used to be higher than Rural King but now they are competitive AND Tractor Supply offers Neighbors Club Program (A MUST SIGN UP IF YOU SHOP HERE) because they have all sort of exclusive bonus offers and gifts for their valued Neighbors :) Thank you Tractor Supply for being my #1 go to store for my animal needs and for allowing pets to come into your store (Rural King doesnt allow you to bring your pets!).
Staff was really nice and helpful...shelves a little bare in pet food dept....out of a few brands I was looking for...good sale prices on Retriever brand pet food and nice coupon from TSCs Neighbors Club...
They do, indeed, have supplies for tractors.Not tractor *beams* though. Ask the associates about that too many times and Officer Hoskins offers you free hot chocolate if you leave the nice people alone and stop trying let the chickens out of the pens because they deserve freedom too.
Staff that I come into contact with rarely knows info on products. When asking where a location of items, they could be more knowledge also. When coming into a company like this I would like to ask the staff rather than get told to look online or Google. Not impressed with this location at all.

The people are so nice and helpful here. They have a great selection. The Assistant Manager was particularly helpful and gracious.

2021-09-17This USED to be my go to store until a few months back I sent my daughter into buy feed. She has bought feed for us several times in the past with no issues whatsoever. Well when she gave the older short dark haired lady who has worked there a long time our phone number, the lady told her your are not Cindy Andrews. You are trying to commit fraud! Of course there were several people in line, my daughter left in tears and went outside and called me. Needless to say a few days later I went in there and gave them a piece of my mind. That situation could have been handled a whole lot different. A simple phone call would have done it...I will go out of my way now to any tsc but this one.

2021-09-29Small store for getting basic stuff, but they never answer their phone so I never know if they will have what I need in stock or not before making the 30 minute drive. otherwise its about as much as anyone would expect from a tractor supply Co

2018-07-24Great farm store. They filled my propane tanks by the gallon instead of by the pound like the other places. They have great feed and seed prices. The employees were very helpful, some of them have been there many years, thats a great benefit to me when I need help or have questions.

2021-01-29Went to tractor supply today to get some Muck boots when an associate came up and started talking to me he said can I help you I said I need a size 12 in these Muck boots he grab the last pair and said I Have to fill this on line order. Thats company policy. Well they wont have to worry about me ever coming back here. It was the rudest thing Ive seen in awhile. Smh.

2018-09-06I really do love this place even though I cant afford all of the things I want. I went to buy some fencing and some T posts for a make shift pig pen and I noticed that the employees are well mannered and you can tell they love what theyre doing. Its not the nicest Tractor Supply that Ive seen but its still a great place to shop!

2019-03-03First time stopping in today. Was recommended by a lovely lady from Hebron Kroger...everyone was very nice and helpful. I purchased their exlusive 4 Health grain free whitefish dog food...she ate the while bowl as fast as possible.

2018-10-30Always a helpful place to go for farm and pet supplies. A great place to buy bird feed as well. A good place to buy Christmas presents for people who like farm and county decorations. They have the best selection of farm toys around Christmas every year.

2019-02-02Under stocked and rude at times. Thinking its time to find my dog food some where else. I stop here twice a month for two bags of large dog food and alot of times I can only get one bag or one bag and another bag of a different kind. Depending upon whom you get a few of them are less than friendly.
