Went to TSC to get a yard cart, stood inline to ask the cashier if she knew where they were she was very rude yelled for the manager who just turned around and walked away. A guy walked up to help us find it he said it is in the barn he left went to the barn never came back now 20 minutes waiting another guy came up and ask if we needed help we told him they went to the barn to find a yard cart, he again ask the manager who said no we don’t have them. Would have been nice if they came and told us that so we didn’t have to stand there for now 25 minutes to find a cart they knew they didn’t have but yet said they had 2 instock. We will NEVER come back to the Batavia Ohio location rude cashiers, rude employees, and very rude manager. I myself am a retail manager and would never treat a customer like this.
The store was a dirty mess .I could not find what I need because of the isle ways being so small and cramped. The woman manager was yelling about an employee calling in again. I was thinking to myself, I would be more concerned about the dirty store. when I found one of the items I needed (pelleted bedding), It was behind a brunch of carts, I had to move all of the carts to get to it. Then once that was done, most of the bags had holes in them. I also like to use corn cobb bedding. It is double the price at this store. Rural king sells it for 599 a bag. TSC sells it for 9.99 a bags. I normally do not complain,everyone has a bad day. any time I visit this store it is always a mess. I tell myself do not go back. I say well, get it another try. and it never fails, it is always a bad experience
Bought horse-stall mats as gym flooring for our garage. We only own cars (no trucks) and the staff helped us load them into the hatchback (and come back 30 minutes later for the rest that didnt fit). Awesome service.
I love the Rambo guy manager. Hes polite, educated, courteous and very helpful. 👍
Edit: Well, their automated reply is clearly incorrect or poorly responds to people, because I didnt shop with them because their store did not carry what their website said it did.A well enough location but doesnt seem to have the stock of other locations. Have gone numerous times after finding a product on their website only to find it is not carried at this store.
I had one of the worst visits today. I purposely wont be one my phone when checking out due to it being very disrespectful to the cashier. Today, the cashier had difficulty ring up my items because she was to busy texting on her phone. I understand there are emergencies sometimes that a person has to address but, that person should excuse themself. Not at all impressed with this cashier. Usually have a great visit
I really wish we could give 0 stars! Absolutely terrible customer service. My wife went to pick up a pre-paid order and politely asked an employee named Elizabeth for direction for how to get the order and her questions were met with sarcasm and total disrespect not once but multiple times. We will never shop here again.
You can find everything you need here for a great price. Our horses always love their horse treats. Their leads have lasted a really long time, I have one thats 8 years old and is in great condition still. And that lead has been taken all over the country and on a lot of trail rides.
I shop here a lot but wish there was an alternative. Today I went in and 2 employees were sitting on the counter. I asked where a product was and they said it was in the back because Christmas stuff was out. Then I got 100 pounds of grass seed with no help at all from the employees still sitting on the counter. They appeared put out when they had to check out.
Went in to get a trap and it works like a dream! Caught 3 raccoons! They have a lot great things from food ,toys collars, treats etc for dogs cats, just about any animal you can think of! Plus tractors,water tanks,etc ! Love this place!
Every store I go into I never get asked if I need help finding things I need. The stores are so tightly packed its very hard to move around in and the last two Ive been in Ive actually gotten hurt by something sticking out into the isle way. That I was unable to see. Their employees need to check for these things. Its not the customers place to clean the store.
Love to tour Tractor Supply. I buy seed for my outdoor friends. At other stores a 5 lb. bag of seed is almost $6.00. I just bought a 50 lb. bag on sale for $18.00.They have parts and belts for my lawn tractor, salt blocks for deer, clothing, the best gift card collection if youre looking for funny. Ive taken my son there in early spring to see baby chicks and ducks. They have horse food and feeders, a few country childrens toys. The people are helpful. Its a treat for me to visit.
Very helpful put merch in my car for me.Their cat food selection is low. I am thinking that people are shopping on line having it delivered to store.l like to be able to go to the store and buy it of the shelf
Went to home depot and tried to find a mower drive belt but all they had were deck belts. So went to tractor supply and had a great assortment of mower belts and the price was so good i bought 2 of the same belt now i have a back up.
Good price on dog food and supplies which is mostly why we come and love the propane refill which are a good price. Lines can sometimes be a bit long but employees are super friendly and helpful.
Tractor supply has essential things needed to keep the wheels of American production turning. This location has great staff that are eager to help you get what you need to get your work done. Without the on the shelf products Tractor Supply stocks Id be waiting for mail order products to fix the unexpected daily impediments to my production. Keep up the good work Eastgate Tractor Supply!
Busy, but always helpful and friendly staff. They are the only place that carries one of the dog foods I get, and best priced on another dog food I get. The neighborhood perks program is a plus and ontop of the coupons I get and the specials they run frequently. When it comes to dog/cat foods best to call and check if they have it in stock bc they tend to be out alot. If already there and its not on the shelf always ask, because they sometimes have a couple bags stashed in the back. They also do rainchecks on sale items as well which is an added bonus.
If you want to find a poorly stocked store with a handful of employees who could care less about helping you, this is the store for you! I pray that someday another retailer will come in and run these clowns out of business. Until then I dont have much choice but to go into this disaster of a store periodically.
Love shopping here. They always have that unique, yet quality item I am looking for and cant find in other large stores. Good selection of diesel engine maintenance items, and pet food.
Tractor Supply Co. is one of my favorite stores to visit. From lawn supplies and equipment, tools to pets food/supplies. They have a little bit of everything. Plus, right now its chick days. Hurry up and visit so you can see the little chicks!
They always have just one checkout open, even if the line is 6-8 people long. Many of the staff dont seem to know much about what they are selling. It is fine to shop there but dont expect much help from the clerks.
Every time I go in this store, I have a worse and worse experience. I leave this store empty handed more often than I find what I need

Bought t-shirts. A little expensive, but appears to be very good quality. Only dissapointment was a bag of Maple Nut Goodies. Extremely stale. May take back. Always look forward to bag of Maple Nut Goodies. Minus the candies would have been a 5 star visit.

I shop here weekly, sometimes twice a week. Friendly and helpful staff. Their inventory does run low quite often on certain feeds, which can be an inconvenience.
Cant believe they wouldnt match rual king for 1.30 off per bag they losed the sale.

Love this store. I was born and raised in North Orange County California. We didnt have anything like this. Everything from duck food to ride on lawn mowers.
Horribly slow and very slow to restock...if RK ever puts a store in they will go out of business. Terribly mis managed I suspect because in general the employee are nice and polite.
Im no longer going to shop here. Ive been coming here for years for bird seed, dog food and vitamins, invisible fence needs...etc. Twice in 3 months Ive been there that Ive had to wait over 20 mins to get 9.99 batteries for my dogs collar out of the locked case. Ridiculous!!! Im done!!!
Early afternoon on a Monday and no one around to help except the lone cashier who was swamped with customers waiting to pay. Dont know if this is normal or I just happened upon a down time.
I went in to buy 2 halters. When I explained to my cashier Joe that I purchased 2 of the wrong size the week prior, he advised me I could bring them back for a refund $. Saved me $40 win win!!!
I was told multiple times theyd have the feed I need on a certain date only to tell me they dont have it once I got there. Additionally, the staff would offer an alternative and say it was the same price only for it to ring up for a much higher price.
Women need steel toe boots too. Having several aisles available for men’s steel toe boots and not even one pair of steel toe boots for women in store is not right.
They are always so friendly & helpful at both Tractor Supplys Ive been to! The one is Sardinia & the one in Batavia!! Both are great locations to shop at!!

Found a large specialty size bolt for a Pontiac Grand Prix that could only be found here and online. Good selection of fasteners.
Thought it was interesting that my mother had the item, paid for it and I was offered the membership like the clerk couldnt understand that a woman was the shopper not the man that was with her.
Items can be pricey and it would be nice to have someone load the sacks of feed into my van but over all, love this store!!

2022-06-07This store has EVERYTHING, is well stocked and clean. The staff is very nice with the exception of 1 of the male managers (Im guessing he is a manager), looks late 30s, short brown hair, slim and wears a hat, has an arrogant demeanor and acts put out about literally everything. Its no coincidence you can never find his name, he doesnt have a name tag on. I go in at least once a week and he is always standing around generally talking smack about Lord knows who but he seems to relish in gossip and mean comments. Other than this guy the rest of the staff is truly very helpful and go out of their way to make sure your trip to their store is successful. There is a lady with graying hair that is usually in a pony tail that is literally the most helpful person working there. Find her if you need something!

2022-05-24The ladies working at the Sardinia, ohio location are amazing and patient. My broke down car was up the road and I had to buy the equipment to tow it. Not having any money on me and no service on my phone they helped me.get intouch with my wife who was able to order what I needed and got me.out the door before closing. Thank you.

Something need to be done with her she not nice she disrespectful and she need to to leave. Also the womans restroom was very dirty.

2021-09-08Love coming into TSC ! But I was trying to find the manager for a complaint I walked in and there was a employee named Abby didnt catch the last name tho. Well I asked her a question about the feed I usually get and she gave me a look and told me to find someone else this has happen before also there from the same girl. She needs to be fired. You shouldnt treat costumers like that or telling me to find it my self. Thats not right I have also reported this to the main corporation havent got a email back but she needs Fierd .! Or done something. Thanks . !
