Very pleasant and efficient. The late service hours make scheduling easy. Employees were very helpful and Mike in service explained all needed work.

Very bad and unpleasant experience. They called me to ask for the approval of recommended services that I should take for my car and they charged me for the services that I did not approve. They said that you asked for these services, I said no then they said we can show the cell recordings but they failed to do so because they did not have any recordings and said it got deleted. Very very awful people !!! They did not even have a curtsey to come forward to solve the issues and the responsible person hided himself and did not come forward to talk. I would never recommend people to go here. Shame on you guys as this happened with me twice. Before this, they took out the wheel hub from my car and forgot to put it back. I dont even wish you guys to give a single star. TATTI People and TATTI service. Nasty!!
The service staff at Toyota Motorcars is unsurpassed. Melanie and Keith went above and beyond to accommodate me during my repair and exceeded all my expectations (of how customers should be treated). I will ALWAYS bring my vehicles to them for repair (regardless of its a Toyota). Any repair Ive had has been fixed properly (the first time) at a reasonable price. Not only is the staff and practices of this service center second to none, they also have the the best hours in the industry. I will remain a loyal customer and forever grateful for there work and dedication.

Kierra Lee was really nice and professional. I appreciated her kindness and the wait really wasn’t long. Coffee and donuts well needed I had not gotten a chance to eat breakfast. My vehicle runs great and I love being a Toyota owner!
They are so helpful. They work with you and have a credit program if your eligible. Have been coming here for years and it is totally worth it...

The oil change was fine but I sat there for more than an hour waiting for someone to tell me it was done. Finally, I asked about it and discovered it was done.

2021-10-31Everyone there is very friendly. They drive you back to your home and pick you up again when your car is ready. My driver was Trey. He was friendly and nice to talk to. The price is not cheap but I prefer to go to the dealership instead of running around. One stop shop. Nice waiting room. The gentleman who took care of me Eric? (Name) very nice to work with.

2022-06-25Took my car in for its regular maintenance. I was in and out in less than an hour. I had a Very nice and friendly service rep that took care of my paper work etc by the name of Melanie. The waiting area is really nice and homey which makes me not mine waiting.
