Lived here for about 3 years. Nice quiet community. There is no physical leasing office so thats kind of annoying. Was not given the option to renew lease after 3 years which is fine considering we are moving anyway. Just seems odd since youd think they would want to keep tenants who paid rent especially through covid.

When we initially moved-in, we absolutely loved living here! The townhouse itself was great, loved the layout, lots of space and updated amenities. After the first year, everything went downhill. Maintenance was hit or miss when it came to fixes. We had to have them come out multiple times for a single issue. The Parking Situation was never updated and the management company was horrendous. We had a neighbor who would play loud music and have his 3 large dogs run around his house from 10pm - 6am. Having shared a bedroom wall with him made matters worse. No matter how many times we complained, management would always say were working on it but, after 4 months, nothing changed. We were forced to move out because our 1 year old wasnt sleeping throughout the night because of him. If management ever changes, I would recommend, but not as it currently sits.
