If you’re looking for a dealership that has good fair prices, awesome customer service, and you don’t have to be on edge for fear you’re going to be taken advantage of, then this is the place to purchase. I’ve known Nick Toth for many years and finally bought a truck from their family’s dealership. Was totally impressed with my experience there. Nick Toth is a kind fair person that will do his best to take care of their clients. I’ve also talked to Keith off and on over the past few years and finally had the pleasure of them having what I was looking for and being able to buy from him. Those 2 guys will give you an incredible buying experience without pressure. They are good, fair and honest guys. Cindy, the finance manager made the transaction smooth and probably one of the fastest quietest I’ve ever experienced in the finance office signing papers. She had everything ready and made it happen quickly and efficiently. Joe Boza the service manager, Samantha Akins (the service adviser I dealt with) both took the needed time to make sure I had the needed info and made it for a great service experience like you will rarely see in this day and age. Dan and Dave in the parts department are the same as in will take the needed time to make sure you have what you need and your questions are answered. Last but not least you will get the absolute pleasure of finishing your experience at that service department with Kathy. She is a sweet dear soul that if you have the pleasure of getting to meet and work with, it will brighten your day!I bought from this dealership because over the past couple years I noticed different things that made them stand out making me want to do everything I could to buy there once I was ready for my next new truck of which happened a week ago.

Mike Dobson. Mike Dobson was the absolute best part of the car buying experience. Mike showed us absolute kindness and has created a lasting friendship, he came in to work on his days off, and would stay up late answering any questions we had. Working day in and day out until we got that car we wanted. His efforts and his compassion revitalized our car buying experience and made it so simple and easy. Mike isn’t just a salesman he’s an amazing guy who’s invited to my wedding. Absolutely the best guy to buy a car from on this planet. Why is he not the CEO of Toth?
Ending my lease. They were extremely helpful in the details, Just returning the car without getting a new one. Made the close very easy and very accommodating in what needed to be done. Bought out lease which was beneficial to both, as they got a very good vehicle for resale. Will definitely work with them again.

I work in finance at a car dealership and when the best man from our wedding needed to get a car for his wife I knew Id have to look for a great place for them to get the vehicle they needed. Being out of state I felt a sense of duty to make sure they had a great experience. I did some research and found Toth. A family owned and run dealership with excellent reviews and fair pricing. I felt confident having my friends go there and sure enough Toth delivered! They had a wonderful experience and were treated with respect. Thank you everyone!
I drove 3 hours today to go look at a vehicle at this dealership today. They had told me multiple times the only thing it needed was cleaned and a couple interior door handles and there was a chip in the windshield. There was literally so much damage to the vehicle the cost to have it properly repaired would have been almost as much as the $13k they wanted for the vehicle. Another dealer that will say anything to get you in the door!
Toth Buick Service Department has some awesome workers. The retired guys that drive you to work are very friendly. (This perk is very helpful to me as a single woman.) Samantha goes out of her way to make sure her customers are satisfied. She is always friendly and very helpful. The waiting room for customers getting their cars worked on is very comfortable. The coffee and cookies are a nice perk!
Having your car in the shop on Friday the 13th for an unknown engine noise is scary enough. But I am thrilled at the customer service I experienced today.I am currently near the end of my first lease with Toth and this was my second time in for service (other than routine oil changes) and I couldn’t be more pleased. It ended up that I had a critter nest in my motor. They fixed the problem and treated me so well I just can’t help but recommend them. I had thought of looking at a different manufacturer for my next lease, but today sealed the deal and I can’t wait to work with them on my next vehicle! Thank you Joe and your team in the service department for making my day after a really rough week.
I traveled from North Carolina to purchase a pre-owned vehicle from them with only 2k miles on it. Very disappointed that Ive had to take my vehicle to the dealership here in NC four or five time for issues. The last time i took my vehicle in i found out that my vehicle was in a wreck...This information wasnt disclosed to me at time of purchase and wasnt posted to the carfax. Very disappointed that a retired disabled veteran could be treated this way. Nick i understand what your saying and i shouldnt have to contact your sales team. If they were made aware of a faulty vehicle they sold to a client they should of contacted me to see if the problem has been resolved being that the dealership is a family based dealership. No disrespect to you and your company but i feel like you staff sold me a lemon and they knew it. Oh by the way the car is back in the shop being look at. I think it been in the shop more than Ive been able to enjoy it.
Thank you for reviewing my comment but quite frankly Mr. Toth where theres a will theres a way. When I showed up to your dealership Saturday morning my car was reviewed and my husband and I were told it was not covered, that the new headlight assembly would be ball park $1600. My husband approached service for help which we were directed to the sales manager who in return said he would speak with you. A policy claim was placed with GM which we were told the help I would be getting would be $300, around 20%. I would be looking at paying $1300. I understand that things like this are unforeseeable, but but the right thing to do would be to fight for your customer, and to do whats right. When I purchased a used certified vehicle that is 4 years old for top dollar in excellent condition I expect that to be true. Frustrated, I took my vehicle to Lavery where I expressed my concerns. They promised they would do all they could to help me. By no means was it Laverys problem to deal with but they said they would check it out and see what they could do to help. When my headlight wasnt covered they also proceeded with the gm policy claim. I was told GM covers 50% of the claim leaving me with $800 to pay. The service writer went above and beyond and pushed for extra help on this matter, explaining that I was a new customer and that she wanted to see me stay with GM. Guess what Mr. Toth, they covered it! Why did GM tell your company they would only cover 20% but told Lavery there would be 50% coverage. Why did a company that I put my faith in not fight for me? When you truly care about your customers youll find a way to make things right. A good experience at a dealership is important when things go right, but even more important with things go wrong.
Toth made the Car Buying Experience Great Again! We had the opportunity to handle the purchase of our car from the convenience of our couch - were a busy family with two young kids. My wife and I did our research, knew what we wanted and Bill Jones and John Winkler exceeded our expectations! We spent less than 45 minutes in the dealership finalizing our paperwork (huge thank you to Cindy as well having everything ready to go) and learning about all the cool features our new Enclave offered. Toth Buick-GMC is still family owned and operated, and they definitely go the extra mile. I’ve always purchased their extended warranty with all of my vehicles and there had never been an issue when needing something fixed. They have went above and beyond to be sure that all of my needs were met. Their sales team is always comfortable and never pushy. Their service department has always gotten the job done right and has been very communicative. Did I mention they have the best coffee and cookies around? Toth Buick has a customer for life with me!
My son bought his first car at Toth. It was a really positive experience from start to finish. Everyone was professional and courteous from the moment we walked in the door. Our salesperson, Rob, did an outstanding job explaining the details of the car, wasnt a typical pushy car salesman, and was extremely knowledgeable about Buick in general. I was impressed and am certain we will return to Toth in the future.Follow up: I originally posted the above comment shortly after we purchased my sons car. I am amending my review not because of the service we received from our salesperson, Rob, but rather, the follow up. We paid sticker price for the vehicle, which was our choice, but we were supposed to have received a key fob with the car - which is not an unreasonable request by any stretch. I called the dealership to follow up on this and found that our salesman was no longer with the dealership, which turned out to be unfortunate, because I have no doubt that he would have followed through with this simple task. Unfortunately, the assurance of receipt of something as simple as a key fob was not something that Toth was willing to provide. At the end of the day, after multiple attempts to reach Mr. Toth, I was finally advised that while he was unwilling to provide a key fob with the vehicle, he would be more than happy to provide one at the cost of $99. At this point, its not just the $99 that is offensive, nor the fact that it took nearly a month for one of the owners of the dealership to return a phone call, its the plain fact that after paying sticker price for a car, in the end we didnt receive something as simple as a key fob, which by todays standards is a pretty typical request. Disappointing to say the least. How you treat your customers AFTER the purchase is just as important - maybe even more so - as how you treat them prior to the purchase.
If no stars was an option I would have selected that. Dont make my mistake. Dont buy here! I first inquired about a truck when they listed it on a Wednesday. On Thursday they raised the price $3k. I had to argue through an extremely unpolite salesman to get the price back to the original asking price. After driving it home I noticed a vibration in the brakes. I asked if I could get it fixed or return the truck (5 days after I purchased) and they were unwilling to help with either. Like I said, think twice before you conduct business here.
We had our first experience with Toth and our sales rep Jon Bird. I can confidently say we will be back again in the future. Every person we encountered was friendly and quick to answer any questions. They made the process smooth and pressure free. It a much different experience than our visit to a different dealership a few days prior to look at the same vehicle. Happy that we were able to do business with the wonderful people at Toth Buick-GMC.

This was the Best Car buying experience I have ever had. The Personnel at Toth are professional and extremely courteous. Keith was very personable and made me feel comfortable. I was VERY HAPPY with my experience at Toth Buick-GMC and would be giving a 5 star except for one issue that turned into a bigger issue. This issue should not have happened with a 2019 vehicle with less than 10,000 miles and it could have been taken care of before I drove it off the lot. There was an issue with the driver side blindside alert system. I brought this to the salesmans attention during a test drive. He said it could easily be taken care of. Then when I was completing the purchase, I asked about it and he said to just take it to my local dealer. Which is fine, however, it required a trip to another dealer when it could have been already taken care of. Then, a day before taking it in for service, ready to leave for work in the morning...I have a dead battery. My guess is (but I am no expert) it was caused by the blindside detection system, that had a loose connection. Yes, covered under warranty, but aggravation that could have and should have easily been avoided.
Have been to a few other Buick dealerships that did not come close to the fairness and treatment my husband and I received from Toth Buick. Thanks Gerald F and Bill J for making this lease the best experience. Family run business that gave us a great deal. Cannot ask for more than that.
This was my family’s first time coming to this car dealership and I am beyond impressed with everything. We previously went to Fred Martin and had such an awful experience that I will never go back there after seeing what great service is really all about at the GMC Toth Buick dealership. Our sales guy John Winkler was amazing, he made the entire experience of purchasing a vehicle, everything it should be. The customer service was excellent from the moment we came in to the time we left with the vehicle we wanted. Everyone was so helpful and we were in and out with everything done and ready to go drive off in our new Terrain in an hour. To any family with kids, being done that quickly and with no hassles is beyond amazing. I can’t thank everyone there enough for such wonderful service and help. I will for sure be back for our next vehicle.
Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. I got into an accident on 76, I called my insurance and then called Toth to make sure I could drop in the same day. I pulled into service and was greeted by several people including the owner, making sure I was okay! My truck was handled and back in the shop in minutes, with a loaner gassed up and pulled into the service drive. Was treated like a king, class act staff and A plus treatment.
I have a 2013 GMC Terrain and they were doing an oil consumption test on my vehicle. They had said it was full every time! After 1000 miles my car had hardly no oil in and I had to have it towed! The dealership that then took care of it gave me a great deal and helped me out for a good price. Toth Buick was going to charge $3000 for a timing chain job. I was charged $850 at another place and the assistant manager said they probably drained all of my oil out! So he was very unhelpful! I will never be going back.
Love my car! Toth made the process so easy purchasing my new car! Larry Wade was wonderful! If there was anything, I was told my car would be detailed and the carpets werent even swept when it was in for service. I had purchased the car before it had even had dry ink of being available, so the detailing was supposed to be done after we purchased it.
I took my truck in for a stabilizer bar to be replaced, which was done with no issues. However I was told I needed front brake pads and rotors replaced. I decided to do this on my own and put it off several months because I wasn’t having any signs of worn brakes. When I popped the wheels off to replace the brakes 3 months after I was told I needed new ones, the current pads looked almost as good as the brand new ones I had bought. I’m glad I didn’t fall for their several hundred dollar attempt to get more money from me for a problem that didn’t exist.
On one hand, they had a nice car at a reasonable price and the salesman Josh Toth seems like a nice guy. On the other hand, they dropped the ball a lot. They werent willing to negotiate on the price even to the cent, and they didnt offer any extra benefits for doing business with them (service coverage, oil changes, an extra set of keys, etc). I had been in communication with them for about a week regarding the car, had been calling and made a good faith call that I was driving a long distance to come purchase the car. I scheduled a final test drive, and right when I arrived for the appointment, they took someone else out in the car. Again, I think the ball was dropped because I had been operating in good faith, and I feel like there was either a miscommunication amongst the salesmen (i.e. they could have said earmark the car, this guy is driving a long distance to come purchase it) or maybe they were trying to strong arm me in to paying sticker price with a bidding war on the car. I couldnt tell, and I felt pressured to buy the car against my better judgement. Again, its a pretty sweet car, the staff seemed polite, and the cost was FMV. I do not regret doing business with them, but I will probably will not do business with them again based on how the whole situation played out.
John did a superb job answering all of my questions in more detail than I needed. His service and professional manner were quite refreshing. In the future, if Im in need of a vehicle, or know someone who does, John will be the first person I call. Overall, a truly outstanding experience!Thanks again for everything!!Steve Moreland
Worst service I have ever had! The service manager is a joke, probably never worked on a car in his life. This guy wouldnt even talk to you directly, he told these kids what to tell me instead of coming over and introducing himself like a manager should do. Then they had 3 different kids driving my car around while he and another kid sat at his desk playing on the computer. Never take your car in for service here, its a joke! Me nor my family and friends will ever return here all because of one idiot that wants to play manager and has no knowledge and cant communicate with customers!
My husband and I recently purchased a nice used car at Toth. John Winkler was our salesman and he sure was a pleasure to work with. He and the numbers guy helped us make a deal we were all comfortable with. John made buying a car pretty easy! I have to say a thank you to Cindy Loudon,in finance, as well. At signing time,she had everything ready to go. I was in and out in no time at all! Overall, I was very impressed with John,Cindy and the staff at Toth. I will certainly return in the future.

I absolutely LOVE this place I went in late almost closing time and was greeted by Josh Toth who was amazing closing time didnt seem to bother him which meant a lot to me that he stayed and helped me out even though it was about time to close he took me out to look at 2 different vehicles walking me through every detail and making me feel comfortable! We found what I was looking for,the next day my husband went in being helped by John Toth who also helped out in getting us into what we wanted I couldnt have asked for a better experience I would refer anyone here even going back 2 days later to sign a paper Josh Toth came out just to see how I was and even took his time out with helping me again to figure out how everything worked in my Acadia LOVE LOVE LOVE Toth GMC and Thank You SO MUCH to JOSH and JOHN TOTH YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!!! Worked with Larry Walker, the dude was fantastic. Helped me out on my 2013 GMC Terrain with a repair. Really a great service team here and some of the nicest people to work with. They look out for their customers. Will now be doing all vehicle services here. (I even showed up a day early and they still took excellent care of me)
For what it’s worth, Toth Buick-GMC has my highest recommendation. My salesman, Antoine was absolutely phenomenal. I told him what I wanted, what I could afford and he manage to manifest that into 4 WHEELS.! I told him I wanted a remote start and AWD to be ready for the winter. That is exactly what I walked out with. Just want to give a big thanks to Antoine and the whole team.! I LOVE MY CAR.!!
I have been dealing with the great folks at Toth for 8 years. They are a great place to buy your Buick. This is my 3rd one. I was going on for service when I went up to look. John Winkler say Hi ( everyone speaks to you ever time you are there) I was planning what to do about any car. He was great. This is my 3rd Buick. Samantha and Larry are the service people I have dealt with over the years( 8 years that says a lot about staff satisfaction on the job) the always know me and my name. If or when I shop for another Buick I WILL GO TO TOTH. They are a strong customer centered company!
They have no knowledge of diesel maintenance at all . 1st problem glow plugs went on for 6months and another dealership had to fix. 2nd problem DEF fluid leaking on ground when filling . They tell me nothing they can do on a vehicle that is still under warrantee .Again another dealership figured proplem in 2hrs and some new parts. These people are lost. Will never be back to this place to buy a new truck ever again.
Toth Buick is a family owned business that hard to find these days. Everyone makes you feel at home in sales or in the service department. As long as Samantha works in the service department I will continue to take my truck there for service. She always goes out of her way to make sure everything is handled with my truck.

After a 4 month exhaustive search for the right vehicle and right deal I drove 5.5 hours from Maryland to Toth-Buick-BMC in Akron, Ohio to buy my used CPO GMC Yukon Denali. Once I arrived our salesman Tim B. made it the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was in and out of the door in no time at all to include my test drive. A completely professional staff as there were no hassles or no up-sales. My trip to Akron was well worth it and I would do it again. You have a very happy customer. Highly recommended!
DO NOT get any service work done here or waste your money. If I could give a negative 5 star it still wouldnt be low enough. They will not do what you ask them to or fix the issues you have. Plus you will have to inspect your vehicle to make sure they put everything back on your car that you had on it when you handed it to them. Mine was missing a trim cover. And not some tiny trim piece a very large piece. Something very obvious. Then they made it seem like I was lying by saying.....Are you sure it was even there....How would you know....or Did you even have one. You tell me what that sounds like. Then guess what, they just happened to find it and not even a sorry. Plus quoted me a price of $110 only next to tell me it was $234.This was after it should have been done the first time it was there. When I told them it was bad and needed replaced. Plus my first bill I was charged incorrectly but that never got handled either. Go figure. This is the short version because Google only allows these to be so long. Now I was extremely nice through this whole ordeal. Never got nasty even after I found out I was charged for 2 hrs of labor for a job that takes literally 10 mins at the most. There are YouTube videos to prove it too. Just to make sure I contacted a few other shops to ask them about it and all of them said I was taken advantage of....insert sarcasm... Geee isnt that nice. I even went as far as contacting the owner. Ill just use initials N.T. he knows who he is. Seemed like he cared when I talked to him. Said he would find out what happened an call me back. I even told him I grew up in the service industry because of the family business and that I am an engineer. Trying to help him understand where I was coming from and knew what I was talking about. Well it was a different attitude when he called back. Here was the take away from that call. I was too smart about cars and find another place to go. They dont need people like me to tell them whats wrong with my car because they know best. And all they want are people that come in, pay, and leave. Funny how it went from let me help to get out. All I can say is take your hard earned money and go anywhere else. DO NOT give this place money for anything. Nobody should be treated this way. It could have been handled so much better but this is the way places do business anymore. Now Im sure the big boss man will get on this post and make it seem otherwise but we know differently now dont we. So have a wonderful day and save yourself from headaches like this place. Good dealer, the service department has been fantastic. The sales process was mostly painless. However, be aware they will try to up sell you with Perma-Plate, some kind of super wax. It costs hundreds of dollars and I have not been impressed with it at all. Besides that, a good place to buy a car and get it serviced.
Great buying experience , I brought my daughter in from Cincinnati to help her with her buying experience, and she drove off in the first vehicle she has ever purchased on her own. Great vehicle and even greater price . I ended up buying one myself that day also. We will always give Toth Buick GMC are business from here on out .
Walked in to dealership last week with a check. Less than an hour later I got my asking price on my trade in and a fair deal on a new canyon. Keith the salesman was quick and fast on the paperwork. I have bought several work trucks from toth and will continue to buy from them.
2/9/2019Just had the WORST experience at Toth Buick in Akron- Arlington Rd. WOMEN ARE NOT TREATED EQUALLY!! I saw a vehicle online, I showed up, drove the vehicle, sat down with salesman and he started the paperwork to purchase vehicle. Meanwhile the owner (so he said) drove my trade-in WHILE another salesman ( by the same last name) let another potential buyer ( a male) drive the same vehichle I was sitting down doing the deal on. They all returned and then my salesman was called into the office with the owner, the finance person and the other (Toth) salesman to which my salesman ( whos last name is not Toth) came back to tell me that the other guy is paying asking price. I was like what?? I havent gotten any paper put in front of me- I was not too concerned as I said to my salesman well we are still first in line right? I can pay asking price too right? My salesman disappearred again and then came back and gave me my keys back to told me they sold it to the guy that drove it after me!! WHAT THE HECK?! REMIND YOU -- I drove the van first and sat down to write deal while Toth let the other guy drive the van I am trying to purchase the same time I am sitting in my salesmans office. Not a normal way to do business ANY normal person would think. The salesman of course was not happy, he also lost my sale. But the salesman with the name Toth who took his male buyer to drive the van I was writing the deal on got the sale?! Is it becasue I am a woman that they think they could do this?? OBVIOUSLY!! But heres the worst part - Not once at any time did the owner or finance guy walk out to appologize, so I approached them hiding out in their office and asked them if this is how they do business. Heres their reply.....everyonce in a blue moon this happens. Really, I find it hard to believe that reputable dealers let a car get purchased out from under the person sitting in the seat writing the deal on that same exact vehicle. NEVER AGAIN Toth Buick in Akron/Green on Arlington Rd, Never Again !! That was Two hours I will never get back- DONT WASTE YOUR TIME going there!!
Very pleasant to work with, Sales thru finance. Noticed a chip when picking up new LaCrosse, very small, sales man said he would put matching touchup paint in mail next day because parts was closed (very cool). Still waiting on paint. 5 stars when we receive it.La Crosse is a Very comfortable vehicle. Ride is fantastic!Would buy again, from Toth!
We spent $16,500 on our van here and didnt expect to get treated like we bought a $3000 van from the cheap lot. The price was good, and I will give them that, but the moment I bought the van it was clear that what I got was what I got. First of all, I attempted to contact Tony Difilippo three times by leaving 2 voicemails and a message with the administrative assistant... no call back at all. My fourth call finally reached Tony. My two issues were that I needed a key fob (we only received one) and wireless headphones for the DVD player (Which we were told were in the van). Here was Tonys solve, Amazon. Yup, he told me that what came with the van came with the van. When I pushed him that he told me the headphones were in the van, he said he didnt recall saying this.I didnt expect to get a new key, I was willing to pay for that. He told me to go to the dealer and showed NO interest in helping me here. All-in-all, I just felt like I was no longer a customer after pulling off the lot. A set of two headphones on Amazon are $80. Sure not that much, but that is my point. They had a customer who spent $16,500 and they didnt feel like spending $80 to make him a returning customer. So, we wont be recommending or returning to TOTH for our next vehicle.
I have to say, out of over 53 personal car purchases and lost count for Company car related purchases John Winkler at Toth Buick-GMC is a true professional.Purchased a 2016 GMC Sierra 1500 and John was easy to work with, helpful with details, accommodating, and most of all not your stereotypical car salesman.John made the whole buying process a wonderful experience. He even helped me to return my lease vehicle to the Ford Dealer.Toth should be very proud of John and his skills level to which they have obviously trained him well to do.I often would not take the time to review a dealership, but this really was an experience that was above and beyond expectations.Thank you...
We were 95% of the way through purchasing a vehicle pending an inspection, when we found out that it had multiple issues. They assured us that they had already inspected it and it was unnecessary to have it done again, but boy are we glad we did. We did not go through with the purchase and would be unlikely to trust their inspections again.
I bought a certified Buick LaCrosse about a month ago, very happy with my purchase. Todd Heffernan was my salesman. He made it easy for me to decide to buy the car I needed. I was apprehensive about buying a used car but he was both patient and understanding of my concerns. He arranged for me to drive the car on my long commute to work so I could be certain it was the right car for me. I am very happy with the car because its so comfortable that Im not exhausted after my commute like I was with my other car. I wish I had bought a LaCrosse a long time ago.
Absolutely pathetic. I went in to see a car on Saturday, but it was sent to another shop to get detailed and I was told to come back on Monday. I did that, but it was on a lift so I could not test drive it (did not want to risk buying since it was offered as-is with no warranty at all.) I was again told to come back on Tuesday (today) only for them to tell me that the car was sold the night before. I will never step a foot at this place again.
Dont buy used car or truck from them. The descriptions they give are false. What they call cherry is ready for the junk yard. They must use photo shop when you see it you cant believe thats the same as on line. Customer service cant make a call on there own. 8 grand for a vehicle that is worth 1 grand in scrap . They service the vehicle half assed. I will never go back there in my life again.
Katelin was very pleasant to work with. Very forth coming with information without being pushy. She had great knowledge of the vehicle and made my buying experience stress free and enjoyable. I was told by the service department that my vehicle would be done by 6pm on Friday. I never received a call or any type of notification that it was done. The website clearly says you are open until 5pm on Saturday, but when I called to find out about my vehicle at 3:00, I was told service have all gone home for the day. I am now without a vehicle for the entire weekend because of an oil change.
We just leased cars # 5 and #6 from Toth Buick GMC. We continued with Toth because of the positive experiences we had with our previous leases. Everyone at Toth goes out of their way to please. Our salesman, Keith Wittwage, was a pleasure to deal with. He went the extra mile to find the exact car my wife was looking for. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle.
Nice selection of new and used cars. Unfortunately someone beat me to the one that I wanted. If you see a car posted on Carfax, CarGurus or AutoTrader you better get there quick. No holds even if you make an appointment and drive. I drove over 50 miles to see a car that was listed but was actually sold two days prior!.. obviously no Communications between those who answer the phones and sales.
I met Keith Rittwage at Toth Buick GMC ten years ago when I was searching the market for a new car. I originally started my search with a Chevy Buick dealership in Rittman, Ohio but when I knew the salesman wasn’t being honest and wasn’t giving me a great deal, I decided to call Toth Buick GMC; I happened to get Keith as my salesman. He located the car I wanted and within the hour we had a deal (easy and painless). Because of his honesty and the great deal he gave me, I ended up purchasing a 2nd car for my husband. Since then, I have been back twice purchasing cars from Keith. Just this past week, I purchased another Buick Enclave from him. Because I knew that he would give me the best deal, I drove 3 hours to the dealership (we moved to the northwest corner of Ohio). Would give these snake salesman a zero star if possible.Watch out when dealing with these guys. They write up two offer sheets and slip in the changes one. I got taken for 2,500.00 as they claim they lowered my trade in value due to my Tax SavingsMake sure to pay close attention to your paperwork as they draw up two of them and quickly switch them when your signing the deal.Opened a BBB complaint and a GM complaint and they simply dont care that they rip people off.Read and read again if you plan to do business here! I will take my future business to North Canton GMC on whipple avenue.
Body Shop does outstanding work road crews surface and 91 had gotten Road tack all over my Chrysler they got it cleaned up had to repaint clear and then spot in the fenders to match it up to the hood did an excellent job my father was in the body shop trade always life and it look great gave me a excellent well-maintained GMC Terrain to Drive and Ill have to say I was very pleased
They Advertised a price for a used car, I called to confirm price and car availability (which was confirmed!), drove to look at car BUT was informed the price was a mistake and the car would be 13000 more than advertised. Thats right! 13 THOUSAND DOLLARS more than advertised! Will be going to Medina Auto Mall.
Sold the vehicle to someone else while we were negotiating! Ouch! This was after I was told the advertised price on their website was incorrect, even after asking them about the price twice on the phone before visiting.Vehicle also had dealer installed options not included in advertised price or listed in the description.I’ll take my business elsewhere.

They are very patient with all of my questions.Its very easy to schedule appointments.Service is wonderful as well. 2022-05-24When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted as is normal. My Service Advisor, Katy Rock asked if I had any coupons and I answered in the negative. She asked if I had checked my Buick rewards and waited while I looked it up on my phone. I did have reward points, enough to cover the cost of an oil change and tire rotation. It is this attention to detail and providing good customer service that I appreciated the most from Katy. An oil change is a fairly simple procedure, but its the customer service that makes people want to do business with a dealership. Kudos to Katy on a job well done!!

2022-07-05Scheduled a maintenance appointment almost 6 weeks ago online with the option of a rental so I submitted it, and my appt was for July 6th, so July 5th 6 weeks later about 18 hours before NY scheduled appointment with a rental they call to tell me that they do not have rentals for their customers no apologies no follow ups with me to tell me before for 6 weeks I could of arranged something different, Joe was extremely condensending , and rude, told me basically deal with it and they arent required to supply a rental! Ok well then why give a customer an option when doing so!So think before you support this local business thats supposedly family owned! As I took my business to the buick dealership in canton and have an appointment 4 days from now with a rental, lovely sweet gentlemen named Trent! So please take your business to the canton buick dealership! Why support such poorly done business!

2022-05-21Put my vehicle in there for a diagnostic. Check engine light. They completely took my engine apart.Pieces everywhere.I drove in there with engine running.Picked it up doesnt even turn over.Diagnostic is suppose to tell you whats wrong.They said 7 k to fix it and was only going to give me $500 to sell it to them.Previous week other dealership was going to give me 4 thousand 4k to sell it to them.Now I cant even drive it is the lot.Dont do business with this place.Very very very bad business.The service manager wasnt even sympathetic to my side of the situation. Basically said heres your keys now go.

2021-10-20I did not buy my SUV at Toth, but they still managed to make me feel like family. Billy from service was amazing and even helped me to get reimbursed for the work they did (from the dealership where I did purchase my SUV). 2021-09-28My sales associate is Chad Mills.He took my questions after closing time on a Saturday, which I thought was awesome! I wasn’t expecting that.He answered all my questions prior to arrival. I was absolutely pleased with his professionalism and his knowledge( I’m not the easiest to impress..).From the beginning he was an absolute Pro! We made a deal, and he got everything lined up quickly. I then sat with Cindy in finance, also a absolute Pro!I will recommend Toth and Chad to everyone! Well done to all involved!
