2022-05-27This store is fabulous. We came here to check out bathing suits. Not every location has bathing suits but this one does! They were fully stocked and ready to go. Buy one get on 50 percent off. I found some really cool things too. Lol

2020-11-07My wife went shopping there today as she was wanting to pick out some new clothes. The clerk told her that she could only use the dressing room once. Well, lets see here.. with Torrid clothes never fitting the same way twice, how is this possible to do? Is this truly your policy or was the clerk being lazy? Hate that no one seems to think its necessary to provide quality customer service anymore.

2018-12-16This is my favorite store to buy clothes from. The employees are so friendly and easy to talk to. As a young plus sized woman I feel like most other plus sized stores cater more to older women, but Torrid helped me find my style. I love that I can finally express myself through what I wear!

2017-09-02I love this place its hard to get out of here with out spending $100. They are pricey but if you check out the clearance sales in store and online you can always find a good deal. It also helps if you are a Torrid insider and receive their emails. Plus the girls are always friendly and helpful. I also feel that this is a judgment free zone. I always feel good when dealing with the staff here.

2017-07-29Theyre too expensive if its not on sale. However, Im THIS close to Platinum and theyre the only clothes that fit me well so they can take my damn money. In store clearance is also 100% better and cheaper than online so its worth stopping by. The staff are also nice and helpful.
