Tonys Auto World is a great dealership. They gave me top dollar for my trade in and still got my 2013 Lincoln MKS Ecoboost for thousands less than Kelly Blue Book. Great sales staff. Would highly recommend and would buy from again.

After I was ripped out of my car by strangers (it was later totaled), I was extremely excited find my new dream car here. We live 8 hours away, so we flew in to see the vehicle, and the owner even picked us up at the airport with the car! We ended up buying it, best purchase Ive ever made!

Dont buy a car to this dealer: I got very terrible experience with this dealer. I decide to buy 2 SUV 1 ml350 Mercedes and 1 x5 BMW and I give them 10000$ for start the process which they never did they dont want explain the interest the rate and finally I decided to not purchase from them and they never gimme back the many so I contact the credit card and the take action . So please be aware they are a scam people .
Terrible dealership. Drove an hour to get to their lit to test drive a Porsche Boxster only to be told that they didnt think that it would be a good car for me. Tried to sell me a Dodge Caliper that was currently getting bodywork done instead. I was told they would not be doing a hard credit inquiry, but they did, and ran 2. Drove to the dealership with the intention of driving away in a Boxster, instead bought a Mercedes from a much better dealership. Do not reccomend.

GREAT service and staff! Our car broke in the middle of a storm with three little kids in the car- was helped immediately and was able to be back on the road super quickly. Very helpful and nice staff.
Dont do business with these people. Sold us a car with a plethora of problems, had the car for a month before the bank even got the deal for the sale of the car, dealership refuses to release the title to vehicle even though it is now owned by bank and the Managers there wont return our calls. Filed complaint with Attourney General of State of Ohio and there were others that filed too. Salesmen lie to sell car and say they will take care of repairs and dont hold up to their word. Stay clear of this place!!!!!!

Always check the Kelly blue book price because their vehicles are over priced I bought a BMW that had a kbb for 9000 and they sold it to me for 12000 and the check engine light came on after 2 days!! And I took it back and I had to pay for a O2 sensor. Buy from somewhere else!

The car i bought from them has timing chain issues which is very expensive to fix! Be careful buying a car from them I wouldn’t recommend at all!

2022-05-13Horrible horrible horrible! Our attorney is involved and we are taking them to court they fraud our signature and gave us a lemon truck ford transit that cost $40,000! Do not buy from here they are crooks!!! Do not deal with them if i can give them a zero i would! This place will get shut down! See you guys in court!

2021-08-24Sales guy Rick is as crooked as they come, price on the truck changed about 4 times over the course of a week. I ended up working with another guy and bought a truck from them... 2 weeks later the head gasket blew in the truck and the transmission went bad.I should have had more common sense with this but was extremely disappointed they would even have something like this on their lot.

2020-07-13If I could give them a zero I would but I have to give them one-star because thats all this system allows. These people dont deal on their cars. They dont put the prices on their cars and they dont come down at all. They try to make you buy some maintenance agreement with them. They are simply terrible. I will never buy a vehicle off of them and I will never visit their dealership again.

2016-10-14I am very happy with my purchase at Tonys. I got an 05 ford escape that is just beautiful for a really good price. Mike and the sales manager(i cant remember his name, sorry) were very helpful and nice and were willing to negotiate the price so i could actually afford it. I recommend Tonys auto world to anyone. I have only had the vehicle for 3 days now so i cant say much about that but i will update my review in 6 months when my warranty is up. As for now, i couldnt be happier. Thank you :-)

2020-03-20SOLD ME A $14,000 LEMON! Buyer beware. Sold me a jeep with a check engine light that had been disconnected (found the hack job they did once we took apart the instrument cluster), a rotted frame which had been hidden with bed liner, 3 out of 4 seat belts didnt work, air bags had been disconnected to accommodate an after market bumper but then never hooked back up and never went off 6 months later when I was in an accident, loads of other issues inluding a fuel leak which made it hell to pass each check, multiple electrical problems with blinkers not working properly (got a ticket from a police officer once for that, THANKS TONY!) The list goes on. They bribe customers by giving them a free oil change if they give them a 5 star review. DO NOT TRUST THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. I also believe they did some illegal stuff when writing up my loan with the bank since the price changed 3 days later AFTER I signed all the paperwork and drove off with the vehicle but I cant prove that. Just run.. seriously. This was the worst purchase I had ever made in my entire life and I regret it to this day. They buy junk vehicles, hide the problems and sell them. The aftermarket paint job they did on my jeep was so poor that huge pieces started flaking off just months after purchasing. This jeep looked great when I bought it and quickly their hack job cover up started to fall apart and the truth came out.

2017-12-28Great place to buy a used car at a great price, and it also has a full service garage too. I purchased an inexpensive older vehicle and they made sure that it was in the best condition possible before I took delivery of it. This is exceptional especially since the vehicle has 490,000 miles on it at purchase. Highly recommend putting them in your list of dealers to shop when looking for a used vehicle, and I mean any vehicle as they sell commercial vehicle too.

2018-04-25I purchased a 08 Chrysler Town and Country Touring Van from Tony’s I took out at loan through Gateway Lending and Finance for roughly $12,700 for 5 years plus the ProGuard Warranty which is another $2,195. It has been 3 years I’ve had this car making payments of $258.77 towards my balance I’ve paid $9,315.72 on my loan still owe $8,434 have 2 years left on my loan. So when the vans actually paid off I’ll have paid $17,749.74 for a “2008” Chrysler Town and Country Touring Van . Plus I purchased the warranty and I’ve only used it twice I can’t cancel the warranty I’m not using unless the car is totaled, stolen or repossessed. So I’m paying for something I’m not using. It’s my hard earned money I should be able to cancel it no matter what. I’m a very unhappy customer and I wouldn’t recommend Tony’s Auto World to anyone plus I recently did some research on my vehicle and perfectly clean no rust under 120,000 miles great condition it’s only worth $2,500. This van has just about everything I wanted except a sunroof cause it’s got TV’s which haven’t been used since I bought it 3 years ago. I’m paying after my 5 year loan $17,749 for something that’s only worth $2,500. Do the math and understand why I’m a very disappointed customer. If u want to get ripped off certainly go to Tony’s Auto World otherwise go to a REAL DEALERSHIP which I should of done in the first place. I’m thinking of going to the news channels to get my story out there to WARN others.
