Toledo UPS Hub in Maumee
Always receive packages on time, no matter how big, heavy or inconvenient they always get it on my porch. A driver even helped me get an extremely heavy package inside.

Wish i could give a 0 Star post but sadly i cant, but for 3 days in a row Ive been told my package is arriving today, each day my package hasnt arrived and Ive been left with a email saying Delivery Attempted, YET no driver or deliverer EVER came to my house, so im livid that if your going to tell me that my package is going to be delivered TODAY, I WANT MY PACKAGE WHEN ITS SCHEDULED TO BE DELIVERED, BEING PUSHED BACK A DAY AT A TIME OVER AND OVER, AND NOT LIED TO BY SAYING THERE WAS AND ATTEMPT AT DELIVERY WHEN THERE NEVER WAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Simple To find drop my load And got out within 15 minutes
Easy to find. Big yard in and out.
Hate it here at night. UPS trucks moving like crazy. But overall great atmosphere.
Multiple occasions pre covid and during. Packages arrive late. Very disappointing GO FEDEX

2022-05-16If I could give it no stars I would. Every time I send a package through this office my mother never gets it! It is always lost! She lives in the inner city and they always say that it’s lost. They seem to always loose the packages that are delivered to the African American community .

2021-04-29Got there disorganized my unloading took hour had to drop trailer in assigned parking spot ups daycab took to dock and back you don’t see just sit and wait I left facility and didn’t checked my trailer inside door was closed after I got to over place I was shocked 😳 when I found in the trailer left garbage 15 pallets

2021-12-19Thankful for the opportunity to work. Supervisors helpful with new hires. Training does not reflect the reality of loading in peak season.Dont come unless you are willing ro go as long as 6 hours with little physical letup and one 10 minute break.

2021-05-20Quick delivering and pick up of your empty trailers. Staff b is friendly and quick. They treat truck drivers with respect, and answer any questions you would have about the procedures of that facility. Great job UPS

2019-12-14Worked there for a week. Totally disorganized, assigned shifts you did not sign up for, provided two, 10 minute break after working for 10 hours. I understand the holiday season is a busy time, but this place was so understaffed and disorganized. I have worked for Amazon too and you hear about Amazon mistreating its employees. UPS by far treats its employees more poorly in my experience.

2019-02-13Check in 1 pm out 10 pm after a good workout throwing 22 empty pallets . They leave a message and steal your stuff from the trailer. Beware. 2 stars for some people working here that are really nice.

2019-11-13This concerns a delivery in winter. There was a prominent note posted on the front door to leave items on the *back porch*. The pkg was left on the central air compresser. **Im disabled.** Instruction is important. The sidewalk was cleared, but it was still snowy. I had a very difficult time getting to the compresser. When I say back porch, I mean back porch--nowhere else.

2020-11-06What a madhouse. The UPS drivers are cool unless they are behind the wheel. Then they turn into stark raving maniacs.
