I literally just left there. Amazing customer service. Thought my car was leaking oil when I brought it back from an oil change from some other place, they got me in today, put it up, and turns out it was nothing but old oil. They charged me nothing! They have a valet service, gave me a $5.00 off coupon, Nick was excellent, the facility is super clean in the waiting room, $10 rental cars, 30 min oil changes, free towing if you present the card they give you. They made me feel like a million dollars and all they did was check my car out. I would give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommended.
While driving across country our cars power steering went out in Toledo. We called 2 AAAS and were told that we could not be picked up from the hotel anytime soon and if they did our car would not be looked at for 4-7 days.We found Toledo thru a google search. They picked up the car within the hour around 9 something, and my car was done by 3pm. Our car needed a hose which was not available till the next day so, they made one.Their service was exceptional, and went above and beyond offering free shuttle service to the hotel and back. We made it safely to Oregon without any problems.If I lived in Toledo I would definitely use them. We are so grateful for finding them. I took my car because of an oil pressure issue. They told me that it was just the sensor and I was fine. I didnt drive 40 miles and the oil pressure alarms went off and my engine was totally gone (thrown rod). I call them and they try to tell me that was damage I did before they ever worked on my car. Why, if it was damaged like that before they worked on it, would they even work on it. Why did they not tell me? Instead, tried to get me to sign off on doing the brakes! They are a HACK and it is criminal! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will make sure that they pay for the repairs (new engine) I have to now get.
I have a 20 yr old Toyota Camry, drives great w/great a/c & heat. I had a whooshing sound emanating from the left front wheel, over a couple of weeks it got worse. Brought the car to Toledo Auto care, they called me & told me I need a new wheel bearing & cv joint, not inexpensive, but not crazy $$$ especially considering the age of the car. They called again & said they could not get a connection part off due to rust/age, the replacement part was crazy expensive….again, a 20 yr old car. I OKd the work. The next morning I got another call from them & was told one of their mechanics had kept trying to get the connection off & had succeeded!!!!!! I was blown away. I appreciate the work ethic & honesty as much as the repair job.A Happy Customer
Purchased a used car and expected a few repairs were needed. The expensive extended warranty protection plan purchased with the car was as helpful as a pin inflating a balloon. It was worthless. Toledo Auto staff were all pleasant to deal with and very understanding given the situation they were with the protection plan playing run arounds. I went ahead and paid for the repairs out-of-pocket and was pleased with the results and the little damage the bill was to my wallet. Came back several times more with another vehicle as well. It was great to have peace of mind knowing if I had an issue, tow was one less thing to worry over. Ordering parts for a car which there isnt even a local dealer for in Toledo was smooth as well. My only issue is that Toledo Auto Care needs to open a location down here in Cape Coral, Fl. We have a road named after the newspaper there, you could follow that theme and open here too! Theres no other place I would recommend for auto repair than Toledo Auto Care. Miss you guys and my car does too!
They are super expensive and they don’t even check your car. I told them that another driver on the road informed me that my brake light was out and they didn’t even fix it. I had to go back after waiting 3 hours just for an oil change. I felt like they tried to swindle me just because I’m a woman. If you want to maintain your car, find another shop. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!
They were very nice and professional, they showed me what I needed and they did it .rotated tires ,replaced filter.
I gave 4 stars because my wait time was a little longer than expected due to a new hire starting that day.I have always enjoyed using Toledo Auto Care and recommend this business to friends and family. They do the research to find out what is wrong with my car instead of making assumptions. Their services may cost a little more but it’s well worth it. In the long run you’ll save money because they fix the problem the first time where as their competitors troubleshoot using your money to buy parts they think is causing the issue...and you end up spending more money on parts and labor you didn’t need. I for one like to have the issue corrected.
Services I’ve had:1. Oil change2. Front rotor and brake pad replacements3. Tire balance and rotationI’ve never had such good customer service from an auto repair shop. Josh, the team leader, is always accommodating, always making sure that the process is easy and that his customers are helped as best as possible. I’m more than satisfied with how well his team works.They get back real quick and get you in as soon as they can. The updates via email is nice and the free shuttle is even better. I’ve since moved and will be taking my vehicle to a Toledo Auto Care in a different location. Fingers crossed the team there is just as good as the first!
My sister and brother-in-law were traveling from Pennsylvania to Washington State and they had an engine fault service now light come on. They spent the night and when I called the dealership, they said it would be 24 to 48 hours before they could look at the vehicle.My brother-in-law had to be back in Washington State on Wednesday, so that was not an option.I then called Toledo Auto Care and I talked with Josh and he said to bring the vehicle in, and he would get to it was soon as possible. We dropped the car off around 8:00 am an I received a text at 8:28 saying my car was all checked in. I then received a phone call about an hour later from Josh. He that the part was being brought down from Detroit and would be there about 1:30.About 2:30 Josh called and said the car would be ready at 4:00 which it was.I was very impressed with Toledo Auto Care and with Josh in particular. He went out of the way to help me and my family out. They provided excellent service and always kept me abreast of the situation. He understood the urgency in getting my sisters car fixed and them on the road again as quickly as possible.In summation, Toledo Auto Care is the finest service you can get in Toledo. Excellent service and care. All the staff were very pleasant, and Josh really went above the call of duty. I highly recommend Toledo Auto Care for excellent service and outstanding communication, using today’s methods of communication to inform me of my sister’s car’s status and excellent workmanship.Thank you, Toledo Auto Care, and a big Thank You to Josh!
The owners are rude and talk down to their employees. They only like people who spend money and they charge plenty of it for their work. I would pick a dealership over these shops anyday.Plus if you go to the same church as the owners they give you a better price....seems like the Christian thing to do treat others differently because they dont believe the same as the ownership...
I took my car to this place because of engine failure, and they did the diagnose and told me to replace the engine. My car approximately costs about $5000,and asked me to pay them $10,000 for engine replacement which is extremely not only expensive, but beyond the vehicles cost, then finally, I found another place which they did it for only $2500. I do not recommend to go this place unless you have a minor issues, they are very expensive, and charges you for diagnosis where many shops did it for free. The only good thing they have is, once you drop your car, they have shuttles, incase you you need some one to take you home or bring you back to pick your vehicle and customer service is okay.
I called about a tow truck as I was an hour away from home and they said they’d call me back. They never called me back and I waited an hour. Then a different tow truck takes me to them and I drive back an hour to get my car and it shuts down at a run light like 1000 feet away. I was stuck in the middle of Toledo and had to get pushed down the street backwards into the parking lot next to them.Update,Please please please do not take your vehicle to Toledo Auto Care. Again my car broke down for the 2nd time!!!! I get it back and it’s still making the noise and I am scared to drive it anywhere. I finally make it home and it last a couple days before making an added screaming sound and smoking in my hood. I had to hurry up pull over and soon find out they didn’t fix what they said they fixed and it caused even more damage. I called for a refund and they said they’d have it towed to them and would work on it again FOR AN EXTRA 300! Never again will I ever trust them. I’m furious.
I was towed into Toledo auto care and right away the employees were very friendly and clean, I have no complaints on the appearance or employees. So the next morning after they figured out my issue which was a fuel pump I was told my quote would be roughly $1200 I nearly fell off my chair...So I did my homework and the fuel pump from Auto zone was $81 and I understand these companies order the parts but even if the part cost $200 that would was a long way off. Really must have played on the fact Im a women and Im suppose to be completely clueless on vehicles bc that was way to high. So I had to pay another tow to take me to Schaads Service on Sylvania Ave and was done for roughly $500 and Im already back on the road only took 2 days. So please do your homework or your wallet might get hit hard.
This was my first time using TAC, and I will return for any automotive needs in the future. They couldnt have been nicer, and fixed my heating issue promptly at a very fair rate. I was called with a quote and the tech went over everything. My car was ready when I arrived as promised. What a great feeling to have heat in the winter and an automotive shop I feel I can trust. I will be referring their services.

I noticed my transmission light was on, so I took my car into Toledo Auto Care on Monroe Street, and they were very polite and professional! I was able to have my car looked at and a technician called me not too long after to say the inspection was completed. A copy of the inspection was emailed to me. The inspection was extremely detailed, which I loved!! There were photos and videos of my car. As a female who doesnt know much about cars, looking at the pictures amd videos really helped me understand what was wrong with my car. The guys at Toledo Auto Care were great to work with, and I know I can count on them for all my future car needs!!
They were great to deal with. My battery died, and I was out town. My wife was able to get the car over, and they installed the new battery quickly. I wife really appreciated the service, and the introductory gift bag. I would recommend them to anyone!
They did a wonderful job! From the time I called and through out the entire process of them fixing my sunroof, they were very professional. They called and explained what the problem was before fixing it, then called and gave me a reasonable price to fix it! Everybody was very professional and helpful. I needed a brake job on my car, I had a discount flier sent into the mail from Toledo Auto Care. I had a total brake job done on all 4 wheels. I also had a wheel bearing on its way out. Loud and humming, you could hear it even with the radio playing. I was more concerned with the bearing but the brakes came second. I picked up my car and spent close to $700 after the discount coupon, as I was driving it home hear come the howl of the wheel bearing. They were closing when I picked up my car, so I had to call back the next day. I asked if they test drive the car and I was told yes. I explained that had ANY tech either looked at or driven my car they would known of the problem. TAC told me to bring it back in and they would look at it. I wasn’t going to pay for the labor charge, because they had most of the assembly apart because of the total brake job. I went around the corner and had it done much cheaper. Wanted a auto service I could be happy with.
I wont take my car anywhere else. They are very professional, understanding, and thorough. I have a great experience every time I visit. They get the job done right, do it in a timely manner, and check every component of your car to make sure everything is working properly. Thank you TAC for your hard work!
This place was 10 stars. I recently moved from New York and my grandmas car had a strut issue. I was working from home and the guys came and picked up the car for me which was really helpful. This shop had a quick turn around and they were so professionally. Hopefully, I have nothing go wrong in the future, but if I do I’ll go here. For the Honda it drives a thousand times better.
Great service at a great price! Needed an alternator for our Sienna mini van. Received a quote from a local dealership. It was more than $900! Called Mike Waltz at Toledo Auto Care and received a quote for less than $600 with a five year warranty. Had it ready for me ahead of schedule as well.
They were fantastic. Sent detailed information about the car before doing anything and were able to help me prioritize things in need. I drive an older vehicle, so there is always something wrong... They were able to help me develop a long term maintenance plan.

At Toledo Auto Care, I’m always treated with great customer service and care. They are very personable and friendly. I have a classic car that needs special attention due to its rarity and I would not trust my car to anyone else.
I highly recommend going to this place for your Automotive needs they specialize in several areas are repairs they have a very clean shop their employees are very professional and they treat their customers the way they should be treated and prices are reasonable as well and if you need a warm cup of coffee and a snack while youre waiting they will give you one so the proofs in the pudding

We were traveling and experienced engine issues. Josh ran a test scan and found the issue. He helped us get to Enterprise Car rental so we could continue our trip. He was in constant contact keeping me updated on the repairs and progress. The car was ready and waiting for us on the return trip. Excellent customer care, couldnt be happier!! These guys are absolutely the best in the business, and I say that as a customer who does most of his own work on a [German] car that I trust almost no repair shops to touch. I found myself in need of some specialized help and happened to be in Toledo for the week, 4 hours from home. Without question, this was my stop. Jason the service manager was better than any I have ever worked with, even making several personal calls to discuss repair options. I now understand why my entire family trusts their business and personal vehicles to him. Monica was more than accommodating at making my appointment and extra friendly on the phone to a new customer! Jeff worked with me every step of the way down to the details of the repair and even took some time out of his day when I picked it up to shake my hand and tell me exactly what he did. Jess at the front desk is a true gem, warm and smiling when taking my keys and when giving them back to me at pickup. The entire staff is a shining example of how businesses like this should run, and they clearly take pride in their shop. Trust me when I say this: save their phone number at the top of your contacts list. I know this Pennsylvania resident certainly did. Very impressed with Toledo Auto Care. They called me with an estimate plus had it online in their website. Didnt have an appt. And still had my van done by 1PM that same day. They took my driver home an picked her up when they were done. Who does that other than a dealership. They were very kind and curtious. I definitely will be taking my vehicles there from now on.
A few Saturdays ago. I went in to have my AC system checked. Everyone is very well mannered and helpful. I was a little perturbed by the time it took to do a full diagnosis. I was told 2-230 yet it continued to be push back. I was dealing with a time constraint for the day as well as the shop. (They were closing at 5pm and didnt open on the weekend, Which I would be working) after about 2 calls I returned to wait in person. Coming from my time constraint location around 430pmLuckily I was able to acquire a fully finished vehicle (mine) before closer. I was very impressed by the care that went into completing my diagnosis, it was worth all the delay especially now that our weather is ranging between 85-98. They used covers to not transfer oil or grease into my interior. It was completely fixed, with good intentions. I appreciated the breakfast cookie and the goodie bag provided. I use the germ juice before entering my vehicle each time! Thanks so much will come again.
I took my vehicle in when my brake lines needed to be replaced. It was very convenient that they provided the towing and a shuttle service so my entire day was freed up. The only downside to my experience was the initial wait time to get my car diagnosed. Im guessing they were a little backed up that day, and it wasnt that big of a deal. When they checked out my car they provided a thorough explanation of what needed to be done and the cost seemed reasonable. Within a few hours my car was all ready to go. The people there were courteous and professional. Overall, I had a great experience with Toledo Auto Care and would recommend them to others.
Update:Went in to replace my head gasket, after spending $3,000 and having my car for extactly 1 week (Drove less than 75 miles) my engine decided it had enough and completely broke. Was told something seized up in the engine and that they could replace it for an additional $3,500.... Would not recommend, they dont stand by their work!!
I highly recommend taking your vehicles to Toledo Auto Care! I have had good work done on both vehicles I have owned since becoming a customer. I have never felt pressured or like they were trying to upsell anything to me. And I feel like I can trust their work. They send me quite a few coupons and you can download their app for more savings!
Recently took my 2002 Jeep Wrangler in for a water pump issue. I had the car back within a few hours and working great. Took me home and pick me up. They are definitely a professional style auto repair shop I trust them completely with my vehicles.

Have taken my vehicles to Toledo Auto Care for many, many years. Great service always. My family and several friends now go there for their vehicles. Cant thank them enough for fitting me in last minute several times. And also for taking the time to explain the repairs to a non-mechanic like me. They have 2 locations so be sure to check them out. Im glad I did!
I had used Toledo auto care to have work done before and they did excellent work, at a slightly high, but reasonable cost (not why I am reviewing today). I came back having transmission issues and was quoted about $950 to replace cooling transmission lines. $130 was for diagnostic fees, and the rest was for the actual work/parts. I called several other shops, since this charge seemed way too high for the work and they informed me they were likely scamming me. I am now having the same work done for several hundred dollars less at another shop. Sure, this place does have good customer service and do great work, but be wary and make sure you talk to other shops about the work they are doing for you.
Called Toledo Auto Care on Monday evening asking some questions about servicing my air conditioning. Did not make an appointment but after discussing with my husband decided to give them a chance so I dropped my car off Tuesday morning was graciously checked in and informed on what they would do and that I would get notified of what with problem was and what it would be to fix it. Just a couple of hours later has a informed of theey could have it done problem and given the estimate of what it would cost and told that they could have it done by the end of the day. True to their word I picked my car up the same day and even saved $30 with a coupon. If and when I need service for my car I will definitely go back
Had my car recently serviced at this location and had a great first time experience. Staff was very courteous and helpful in my vehicle repair. They are also the best price in town for the quality of work they do. In addition they have convient shuttle services and rental car agreements while your car is being worked on. Overall great experience!
Had an issue with an accident on their property. They took care of the fender, and that repair looks fantastic. While the car was in the shop for the accident, they noticed a carburetor problem. After taking the time to find the right carburetor for an 86 Trans Am, they installed it and found another minor problem with a valve. They fixed that and the price was reasonable. Then they told me to keep an eye on the oxygen sensors. They didnt pressure me to replace them. The oxygen sensors seemed to clean up after some driving and the check engine light hasnt come on since I picked up the car. So overall, the Monroe St. location dud an excellent job. If I have issues with any of my cars, Ill be back there.

I recently moved to the area for school and did a quick google search to see which auto shop had a great reputation, and I came across Toledo Auto Care. These guys are fantastic, totally 100% recommend. Very professional customer service, great quality work, and reasonable prices. I will definitely go back next time I have an auto issue.
I started using Toledo Auto Care 4 years ago when I needed an oil change. Since then, they have replaced my cars rotors, fixed tires, replaced the power steering line and performed various other services. My car is 8 years old, and some parts began to wear down. Besides the quality work they do, I really admire their honesty. They have never suggested a repair unless it was a necessity. Theirs is a family owned business, and it shows. They make me feel welcome every time I come in, and explain each issue thoroughly before they do the work. Im so thankful that Ive found people I trust to take care of my car.
Great service. I was traveling for work and was in Toledo only for a couple of days. My car started to break down in a serious way that evening. I called them first thing and got me in first thing. They understood I had an out-of-town meeting at noon and did a terrific job diagnosing and repairing the problem economically with time for me to catch the tail end of my meeting. Highly impressed!
My experience with Toledo Auto Care has been nothing SHORT of amazing! They are extremely professional, they do quality work, and the prices are very reasonable! They are very loyal to their customers which is a rare quality these days.Beyond the excellent work they do, I love their commitment to the community! The past few years around Christmas they hold a huge Toys for Tots event. If you bring a toy you receive a free oil change. At this event they have a catered meal & pictures with Santa.I am so grateful that my family and I have found Toledo Auto Care! We are extremely happy them! Started having Toledo Auto Care do all my car maintenance about 6 months ago. Started off with small items like fixing a tire (which they did for free) and oil changes. I was satisfied with their knowledge and customer service. I had suspension work done on my car, I knew it was going to be pricey so I took advantage of the double point coupon. I have been very happy with their professionalism and quality of work. Their pricing is not the cheapest around but you get what you pay for! TAC has done very high quality work so I do not mind paying a little more. They also have a very attractive rewards program and warranty policy.
We were on the highway going to an out of state funeral when we picked up a nail in a tire. Fortunately Toledo Auto Care was right off the exit. Josh M was so kind and helpful. He got us in and taken care of very quickly and we made it to the funeral on time. Thanks for the great service and care.
I was in a jam when my car started stalling and Toledo Autocare really took care of me as much as the car. They set me up with a rental and gave me exact updates on when I should expect the work to be completed. In addition, when I returned the rental to the wrong location and was overcharged, they matched the difference. Jason and Rob really care and follow through on their best service promise.
My vehicle broke down, the very unprofessional and incompetent dealership that I bought it from couldnt get their story straight as to what the issue with the vehicle was so I called Toledo Auto Care.I spoke with Nate, (amazing phone etiquette), They towed my car in the same day, promised me updates on prices and diagnosis of the issues and not once did they let me down, IN FACT they were able to get the car in and immediately find the real issue of the vehicle, which was different that what I was originally told by the dealership service department, and kept me updated through out the whole process. Turns out TACs mechanics were spot on, and saved me from having to make further costly repairs to the vehicle.Excellent communication skills, timely, precise, and an understatement of saying helpful. I fully recommend Toledo Auto Care and will definitely bypass the BS and just bring my car directly to them for future repairs.

The absolute best body shop Ive ever been to. They call and email to remind you when you need an oil change. Always get my car in and in an extremely timely fashion. They have most friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I have been here multiple times and have never ever had a negative experience. The rewards program is phenomenal. Once you start going to Toledo Auto Care you will not go anywhere else!
Toledo Auto Care has given me the best service of any car care business I have encountered. The service managers handle customer requests professionally and quickly. Work is done accurately and quickly. Any additional work required is documented and communicated based on priority to keep you safe.I have been to them 3 times since moving to the area, and I couldnt imagine taking my vehicles to anyone else.
Found this place highly recommended on yelp and decided to give them a try. I can not say enough good things about Toledo Auto Care. All the work we needed was given to us in writing, and when i decided to hold off on a few of the items for now there was no high pressure to get them done. There were no surprises, and the staff, especially Jason, were all very pleasant to work with. They have definitely earned all of our business from here on out! Thank you all!
UPDATE: they issued a refund and apologized for the confusion and error. Good local business!Bottom line: I had a problem with my car. I took it to them. They recommended a comprehensive check ($70). That check didnt assess the original problem. They asked for more money to do another check. They asked for feedback via email, so I emailed them to address this problem. They did not reply.These guys were very nice and personable, and I think they tried to be helpful. I think they probably do good work, based on the other reviews. So I dont like leaving a negative review for what seems like a good, local business. But Im doing so anyways for several reasons (I am attaching pictures to go along with this line of events):1. They didnt assess my car based on what I told them what was wrong.2. After paying over $70 (with tax) for one assessment of my car, they asked for another $95 to assess what I originally asked them to.3. I emailed them directly to try and address this concern, and they did not reply.Heres the longer story: I took my car in to have the exhaust and brakes checked. I told them I could smell exhaust in the cabin, so I wanted to have it checked. They got my in same day (before noon). That was great!They recommended a $70 comprehensive check of the car. I assumed (my error) that they recommended this to check the things I alerted them to. The got back to me less than 5 hours later (I needed the car back for work the next day), and told me (among other things) that I would need to authorize a $95 exhaust leak smoke check. Well, I couldnt have it done same day, so I picked up the car. The guys there were really nice, and the store is very clean and pleasant---unlike many other auto shops.But really, I wanted the exhaust issue addressed first and foremost, but it seems they recommended this other comprehensive car check in order to get more money. All in all, they wanted over $160 before anything was even fixed on the car. (See attached pictures.)I emailed them the day after I had my car in their shop, because I wanted to address my concerns directly with them. After giving it 24 hours, they have not replied.Bottom line, they charged me for something that I didnt need, and then asked for more money to do the thing I originally asked them to do. Very frustrating and disingenuous.
Took a vehicle here that I was test driving for an inspection - these mechanics are the real deal! They told me the issues with the car straightforward, they printed pictures, and gave me a price quote of the repairs needed (so I could negotiate with the dealer). Special shout out to JOSH at the Monroe St. location for his friendly attitude and customer service!!!

They had my car for 4 days, testing it to find the problem in the ignition switch. The problem would not come up the entire time they had it. I picked it up, no charge, and have been driving it with no problem, as yet. Hope this keeps up. This is my beater car with 119,000 miles on it. The people at Toledo Auto Care couldn’t be nicer to deal with and I have been using them the last 5 years👍🏻
I appreciated the friendliness and perks the staff offered, however I didnt get my vehicle fixed with you guys because I would have been charged triple what I just paid Midas to fix for me. I was also recommended things that didnt need fixing, according to Midas. Great service but not worth being charged an arm and leg over.
TAC has taken care of our vehicles for the past ten years; always friendly, prompt and helpful. The shuttle service and free pit stops are a great feature. They give back to the community too. We trust them.
OUTSTANDING service , Im 4 hours away from Toledo and they really helped me out . My son broke down on the interstate and the car was towed there after hours . Even though I had to handle the situation via the phone and not in person they were great to work with . Offered a very reasonable price to diagnose the problem ( sadly blown engine) and even made phone calls to have the car successfully salvaged . Jason and the girls were totally professional . Thanks for making a bad deal as tolerable as possible .
Toledo Auto Care has been my go-to repair shop the entire time Ive been in Toledo. They have been honest, helpful, and transparent about all repairs and each service advisor Ive worked with has been clear and consise with explanations. I bought a junk car to learn how to drive a manual two years ago thinking it would die in three months. Two years later my car is still running for significantly less than a new car payment. They always let me know of need now vs need soon vs should fix eventually and even my friends in the industry tell me that the work is great and the cost is reasonable. You really do get what you pay for, anyway.
I just replaced my tires there yesterday. The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I am really impressed by the customer service I received at Toledo Auto Care. I will most definitely be a return customer!
My husband and I are new to Toledo. We took both of our vehicles to TAC for oil changes and tire rotations, and we were very happy with the service we received. No problems. Their customer relations are excellent; they were very good about following up with us to make sure we were happy and keep our business.

It took a week to get a estimate, that I had to keep reaching out to them about. They charge for a diagnostic test off top. I didnt need or want it. I had a list of things that i wanted done and they didnt do. And there prices are way to high for simple sh.......Dont take you car here. The mgr Josh will lie to you with a straight face about them fixing your car and when it will be done. The did my front brakes, brake line/hose. Find out later the strip or put on a lug on both my front tires that i cant remove. I called Josh about it, he said they didnt do it and you have to take the front tires off to put brake pads on and line snd a hose. He is a LIAR. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY Taking it there.
We walked in for a tire service. No appointment needed. They fixed my car in less than an hr which was so great. Also , they had complimentary coffee K cups (sbux and DD) and cookies . Super friendly staffs and great service . Highly recommended. :)
I service my car at Heatherdowns location - exceptional service every time! It has been so difficult to find an honest and reasonable service repair shop in Toledo - we were taking our vehicles to Findlay THEN I was in bind needed a quick fix so I tried Toledo Auto Care. A definite change for the better with new management. They go beyond every time to ensure that I am a satisfied customer. We now take all of our vehicles to the Heatherdowns location. From the moment you schedule your appt to picking up your car - they make everything convenient to you. I have never experienced this kind of service from another repair shop. A+ Thank you!

Nothing But good things to say. Very professional, nice, friendly. They kept in constant communication...I knew when my car was being taken back , the inspection included pics of the parts so I could actually see how bad they were, they informed me if there was extra work to be done BEFORE they did it, shuttle service transported me while my car was being worked on, and most importantly right now EVERYBODY WORE MASKS, GLOVES, AND THEY EVEN SANITIZED MY KEY BEFORE GIVING IT BACK. I FINALLY FOUND A RELIABLE AND AFFORDABLE MECHANIC!!
Dropped my 2014 Ford focus SE to have the passenger back door checked because it keeps saying its open and to have my horn checked out because its not working and to get my battery property seated.- Worked with Josh I believe- Next day, After I dropped the Car off they informed me that they did not have the proper screws to seat the battery properly and that they called the manufacturers and that they said that Im going to have to buy the wiring for the battery to get the screws I needed and that it would be $200 for the part.- I used common sense to order the T bolt from Amazon and not to spend $200 for a part I didnt need and then pay Toledo Auto care would have also charged me $100-200 to put a part on I didnt need on.- I received the screws two days after placing the order on Amazon and dropped them off, and It took them two days to get the screws Put on and they Tried to charge me $80 for taking the battery out of the car,- I quickly realized that it takes 5 minutes at the most to remove the battery and put the T bolt on and that they were trying to get one over my head, So I challenged the charge and I was able to get it removed.- They were unable to find the issue with my door and asked for permission to perform a level 2 testing procedure and that it was a $150 charge and thats not even fixing the issue.- They found out that the Door lock needed to be replaced with a part directly from the manufacturer, and that it was going to cost me $500 for the door lock and that it was going to be a $200 charge for them to put the part on.- Quickly looked up a replacement door lock for my door and found one brand new on eBay for 50 bucks and had it shipped to my house, At point, I dont want anything to do when Toledo Auto care and asked them to do one simple thing, To give me a quote for them to repair a few dents in my car door Tuesday! I called Thursday and he didnt have the Quote ready I dont even think that he even made note of my request. At that point, I told him that I was going to be picking my car up and to have it ready- I picked up my car and went straight home and found that they didnt even put cover my door back on and had the door screws all over the car.You guys need to get it together I wouldnt recommend taking your car to Toledo Auto Care if its not something simple like an oil change.

The staff is extremely personable and they go above and beyond to take care of their customers and to make sure their customers are satisfied. They are are trustworthy auto care business. I thought they did a great job fixing my car and communicating with me. This happened during the COVID-19 pandemic and they worked with me to make sure social distancing and cleanliness was a part of their service. They even have me gave sanitizer when I picked up the car! I will say it was pricey, but then again I dont know much about cars so who am I to judge haha 😅
We used to live in the area and always went to Toledo Auto Care. We have since moved away and are now a family of 6. After a 700 mile trip back to the area, I needed a brake inspection due to a noise from the brakes. Toledo Auto Care fit me in their schedule last minute and corrected the noise. I anticipated paying some money, but they didn’t charge me a dime. I was able to travel back home, through the Smokey Mountains, with the peace of mind that my family would be safe. I am a student intern from Indiana who recently moved to Bowling Green, OH for school. My current rotation is in Toledo, 30 minutes from BG, and I discovered I had a flat tire on my way home from work one day this past week. Not knowing anyone in the area or the area itself, this was a scary occurrence. The staff at Toledo Auto Care was SUPER friendly and helpful. They got me in right before they closed. One of the workers even offered to drive me all the way back to BG if I couldnt find a ride (which thankfully I did). The next day I caught their courtesy shuttle so I was able to come pick up my car no problem. They were very comforting and made me feel at ease. They did a great job and ordered and put on my new tire in less that 24 hours. I will definitely be going back if I ever experience car problems like this again (which hopefully I will not!).
Great service! I had a used car I was considering purchasing looked over here and they did a fantastic and thorough job! They went over all of the issues with us with a detailed printout, including pictures, of everything that was checked. Very friendly staff! I would recommend!
The only place you need to take you foreign car for repairs. Their prices may be on the high side but you are paying for spectacular customer service and an honest inspection and repair of your vehicle. They quoted me $1100 on repairs for my vehicle due to leaking oil. Upon starting repairs they found the problem to be a faulty gasket they replaced a few months earlier. Could of easily said nothing and I would of payed the additional $1100 and I would be none the wiser. Instead they called and informed me that they would be taking care of the complete cost of the the repair. Can’t say enough great things about this group of mechanics!
Really great experience with these guys and gals! Super super nice and responsive. Emailed me very detailed emails about repairs including pictures of what was wrong which is a first for any mechanic to ever to for me, also received a very detailed quote. Would definitely go here again if anything was wrong with my car. Recommend 100%

Their shuttle service is very good though.My brother and I went there to get an oil change and regular check up for his car couple months ago, they said everything is fine with the car(although there are many issues)... And I forgot to mention that it was Friday, they are in a hurry to close the shop than fixing the car.I am new to Toledo, and it was a very bad experience.. I have to find a good reliable car service shop.

Not only did they provide superb customer service but was able to identify the issue with my vehicle the first time unlike some of the other places.They identified another issue that I was not aware of with my oil pan. I had my oil changed at a different place. They put a larger crush plug in my pan than what was needed potentially damaging my car. I found this out when I took my car in to yet another place. They were able to remove it without damaging my pan. They did put the right size plug in however it was not within the grooves which did damage my pan. I found this out through Toledo Auto Care. TAC was able to get a special plug that regrooved my pan therefore saving me from having to have my pan replaced.After my experience I can honestly say I will now start taking my care to TAC.
I am shocked at how easy my experience was with them. I had to get replacement breaks for all four wheels, an almost 800.00 job at Sears. I came here to get a second opinion and yes, the work turned out to be an expensive fix (680.00 here plus tax) but they did the front for me and I will be returning to finish the work within the next week or two so its easier on my budget (I only ended up paying 380.00 for this trip since they help me split it up). They were very accommodating, they explained exactly what was going on with my car and honestly - I dropped it off in the morning and they called me within two hours to tell me what was wrong with it, and it took them another three hours to finish it. The shuttle came to get me and took me back, I paid and was out the door with a warranty on my breaks, a 10.00 off coupon for next time and free pit stop for in the future. This really was a very nice experience and I wont hesitate to go back. Id give it ten stars if I could (especially since they offered me cookies and coffee when I dropped my car off and gave me thank you chocolate when I left).
Very nice ,fast and professional service for both the receptionist and the mechanical work. I dropped the car at 8:00 am, it was done by 2:30 pm. Meanwhile, I was transported by a driver to my house and when the car was done I got a call to be transported again back to the store. They understood exactly whats wrong with my car and fixed the problem. The only reason Im deducting one star because the service was expensive. I guess you get what you pay for. I highly recommend it if you dont care about the price and want your car at a really good condition.
Had a horrible experience. I had 3 coupons and I asked them to apply the one with most savings. The service advisor first tried to give me the $10 off oil change. He changed it once I asked about the $25 off $200. Finally after receiving my bill I see he could of applied the free AC performance test at $50 but didnt. He strategically kept this coupon but gave me back the $10 oil change for future use. Silly me for not looking at the bill b4 I left.More important was the improper diagnosis. I told them about a ticking/rattling noise from the engine. The claim was low oil despite me telling them I heard it in the past after oil changes. I even had a mechanic come out and listen to noise. Next day the rattling came worse while driving and ended up ceasing engine and stranded on road. I was 60 miles from home picking up my kids from camp. I would of least of like to have been told it was something pretty serious and to take it to a more qualified/reputable garage.Called GM Roadside and they sent tow truck and delivered car to dealer. I await a real diagnosis.
Couldnt have had a better experience. Were buying a vehicle from a very long distance and couldnt have done it without Toledo Auto Care and Jason! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants honest and fair service.
Toledo Auto Care has always cared for our vehicles well and kept them in top running shape. Their courtesy and professionalism is unmatched in my experience anywhere. At my last service, there was a miscommunication on the part they ordered for a repair. When the discrepancy became clear, they ordered the new (more expensive) part, and repaired the car for the originally quoted rate. All of this without my needing to press the issue. They simply apologized for the mistake and asked for the chance to make it right. Bending over backwards to treat their customers well is built into the DNA of this company, top to bottom. Their customer-first focus is clear. I would not take my car anywhere else in the Toledo area.

I took my car to see why the check engine light was on and get it fixed. It only took a full day and I had it back the next morning. Very reasonably priced and amazing customer service. I was given a ride home after dropping my car off and after picking up my car a couple days later they texted me to make sure everything was running smoothly.

Went in for an oil change and drivers side window repair. They discovered broken parts when evaluating the window that would not allow me to drive it safely until the parts came in so they kept it. The next day I was told that something happened and the door handle was broken. They provided me a rental car until it was fixed at their expense and covered the cost of the part that was broken while at the shop as well. Most other places would have played it off as something that was already broken, and charged me for all of it. They also have a courtesy shuttle that makes it convenient for me to drop it off and let them work on it while Im at work. Great to have found a place with integrity that puts customer service first. I highly recommend them.
Im lowering this to 3 because i called about a belt change on my lexus and was quoted 800 plus. When i asked why so much They told me they would have to take the front of my car apart. I bought the belt myself for 40, and did the job in 2 hours, not needing to take anything other than the front right wheel off. Additionally, they told me the tensioner needed to be replaced but that was not the case. My first experience with the shop was great, the prices then seemed honest, and the people are really nice. But ever since I got a nice car I just cannot stand a shop trying to pull a fast one on me, its not unusual to the trade either, but when I say cmon Ive done this job before I know what it costs so work with me and they dont budge, they lose my business.
Top notch service. Have been there twice in last half year. Just 2 weeks ago was most recent. I do most of my own Auto repairs, however when Im in a pinch for time, or it is something outside of my capabilities or tools required for a specific job, I bring it here. Its local owned as well, so whats not to like. Very reasonable prices, and they offer coupons and discounts regularly. You cant go to AAA and get these prices or service.
I live in Northern Virginia & I have done at Toledo Auto Care whatever auto maintenance & repairs that can be scheduled for my visits to my sister in Toledo. Theyve always done their best to get whatever I need done while Im there & their price is fairly reasonable (at least compared to Northern Virginia prices).
I had a wonderful experience with Toledo Auto Care. I had recently bought a car in October 2012 from Nationwide Auto Finance and within a week of having it I encountered tons of issues, Every morning and night after work I had to jump it.Another place looked at it told me I needed a higher voltage battery...bought that , same issues. I took it to Toledo Auto Care and they were so helpful in getting me back behind the wheel and I havent had an issue with my car since!!!
Toledo Auto Care has treated us with good old fashion customer service. Five years ago I was diagnosed with a very rare cancer, since then I have been totally disabled. This has put the burden of car care on my lovely girly girl wife and not only did Toledo Auto Care help her in our every need but has never taken advantage of her lack of knowledge of mechanical issues.
Their work is reliable and affordable. They are willing to answer questions and give good explanations of what your car needs. Have taken 4 of our familys cars there for the past 4-5 years, and we love it. Great local business with great local people.
I was unsure about buying a Saab Turbo 900 since Saab no longer makes cars. However i really wanted this car, so I bought it. When i found Toledo Auto Repair and took the car there for a broken light switch on the dashboard i was surprised how quickly they got it fixed and also did an oil change for me. (I did take it somewhere else, Walmart, and they refused to do any work on the car.) They assured me they can and will do anything that needs done to my car, making me feel very happy i bought my dream car. i would never take my car anywhere else and have told everyone about Toledo Auto Repair. their shop is very clean (i am ocd so that matters), the staff very helpful. they have a lounge to wait in that is also very clean. they also let me know that sometime in the furture i will need other work done (front ball joints). i would not take my car anywhere else and the pricing was not hard on the wallet either.

This is the second time I have had a terrible experience at the shop. Two years ago I had my Ford Expedition serviced there for intermittent AC issues. They had it for three days and said it worked great and there was no issue. Twenty minutes after I leave the shop the AC went out and has been out since. I assumed I had a odd ford problem and left it at that. On 6/18/2015 I bring my Chevy Uplander in to have an ABS light and engine light evaluated. The ABS had corrosion on a plug, it was cleaned, and tested and the ABS system was back in service. I leave with the car and there is a ticking sound when in motion from the drivers front wheel. Now they did tell me that my suspension was in need of replacement so I thought that was the issue. Three miles in and the ticking stops abruptly and the ABS light comes back on. I stop and see the wiring cluster hanging on the ground that is suppose to go into the drivers front wheel hub for the ABS. I bring it back and they proceed to tell me it had to be because of the bad front wheel bearing. It most certainly was from the technician failing to attach the wiring cluster safely and securely to the frame so that it didnt get caught on a moving part and pull out of the terminal. In the end I am forced to pay $401.49 for an O2 sensor and for finding out that they fixed and then they broke my ABS system. Never again folks, I find very little honor in this store. They seem to rely on their good reviews and their status with the BBB. I find a real issue with any store that cant just fess up and say they made a mistake. I will encourage all I meet to go any place but Toledo Auto Care
This was my first time going here. I was pleasantly surprised. My engine was making a loud rattling noise and they found the trouble quickly. They found other issues as well but nothing major. It felt very thorough. The only issue I had was that it was all quite expensive but they gave me a coupon to use and a free oil change card. Jason was very kind and courteous.
Zero stars! I was told three different stories about why it took over ONE WEEK for my car to be fixed and the fabrications were not consistent. Once the part was on its way but had a problem in shipping (2 days after drop off). The next delay (4 days after drop off) was the part was actually backordered (how could it be on the way two days earlier but suddenly be backordered then?). The last fabrication was that no deliveries were being made on that day; however, a simple Google search reveled that both UPS and FedEx were making deliveries on MLK day (7 days after drop off). Seem like there is a lot of incompetence and dishonesty at this establishment. To top it off, when I finally got my car back and the battery was dead so they had to jump it.To be fair, they did offer me a rental; however, they were going to rent me a small compact car. The car they were repairing was a mini-van with 4 (yes thats right, 4!) car seats. I did not need a compact car for a few days, I needed a vehicle that would transport my family. When I asked for a discount, they only knocked of $60 for all of their incompetence. This was my first experience there and it is safe to say it is my last!
Great people to work with. They have a very clean and inviting waiting area. My wife was completely comfortable using their shuttle service. We had a lot of work done and they did it quickly at a very competitive price. I have already started recommending them to my friends.

Our first time dealing with TAC and they were great!! Rob squeezed us in the schedule to look at the exhaust during our lunch hour. We came back and he gave us a no nonsense report of the issues. We had the work done then and there. They even gave us a ride back to work!!! Spectacular service and I would recommend them to anyone.
I was in Toledo for my brothers funeral which was on the 6th of June when I left the funeral I began hearing a noise coming from my wheels not knowing what was wrong or where to go I had to extend my hotel stay another day so that I could have my car checked out, one of my nephews suggested Toledo auto care. ,which is where I went ,the staff was awesome and so professional they took care of me in a very timely manner and the price was much less than I had expected, on a scale of 1 to 10 they get a 15 from me, now I can get back on the road confidently, Thanks for everything.
This auto shop was a day saver for me, I was 1 1/2 from home when I had an issue with my Truck. The front desk was very professional. There team had my truck problem identified in not time. They then had it fixed just under an hour for me. I was one my way back home. I dont trust my car anywhere else. Their knowledge and experience is unparalleled to any other auto shop in the Toledo area. The only other person I will even let touch my car is my father, who was also a mechanic and personally suggested Toledo Auto Care to me.

I thought these people were the best service in Toledo. But I was sadly mistaken... I talked to Curtis about my engine situation and explain to him I have warranty and already talked to that company about covering charges on my vehicle to get repaired it was explained to him very thoroughly. So he has me come in to drop my truck off... so drop everything n drive all the way there to get turned away by Mike ... who I dealt with before n thought was the coolest guy. But I never felt so pushed out of a store in my life ... alls I heard him saying in other words was we dont want to deal with any of that. We only speak cash... WOW thanks... next time please tell your people not to have me drive all the way there to get fast talked out the door...

I brought in my newly purchased 1957 T-Bird to TAC for some extensive rebuilding. They kept my car safely stored while I searched for the needed parts. I was allowed to talk with the mechanic directly during the whole project, which made me feel like I was more involved and not just a spectator. The whole project took close to 5 months, most of which was in finding the needed parts. I am very satisfied with the final outcome and will gladly bring my T-Bird back for any future repairs.
I was referred to this place by a friend and was extremely satisfied with the experience. The problem was solved pretty pianlessly. I brought my car in, told them what was wrong and they had diagnosed the car within a few hours. I picked up my car with no hassle.But what really blew me away was the customer service! The waiting room was nice and warm, tv, free refreshements and a recharging area for my cellphone, I didnt need it but found that as really nice touch that would fly under the radar. They even had an app that took off $20 of my bill that I didnt find out about until I got in.I definitely recommend this place to others and Ill be going here more often now.
I recently took my car to TAC for a pre-vacation inspection. A major problem was discovered and the repair would take most of the day. I was contacted immediately for authorization (before the entire inspection was complete) so that they could begin the repair at once. Although my car was ready for pick up at 5:00, I was contacted late in the afternoon when it appeared that my car might have to spend the night. This gave me ample time to arrange alternate transportation (they have rental cars), if needed.In my book, that is an example of great customer service.

Way to much to type out but $2,000 later and 6 visits they want $160 diagnostic fee for something they already repaired over 6 visits. Stay away.The rear blower worked fine. The front blower worked periodically but no matter what it did not blow cold air which is what we paid you to do.Sir that is our right lie. My lawyer will be in contact. The car is fixed and both mechanics that looked at it said your staff did the job wrong causing the additional repairs. We have documentation and pictures. Also your a liar because your manager Jason told me on the phone today we only paid $800 and was rude and condescending. Contacted BBB and attorney. Attorney was actually in the car when I was being lied to by Jason and I disclosed to Jason that he was in the car but he kept on being rude and lying even though my attorney hard proof and paper work in his hand. I tried to give you chance to make it right but your liar, bad person and I feel sorry for. On proceeds from law suit will go to a charity. It is not about the money it is about not allowing you to do to anybody else what you did to our family. The you guys said it was three days ago was not issue and the air works fine now that your errors were fixed. Plus you asked for a 140 diagnostic fee when we had a coupon for free air conditioner check. That alone the BBB is enough to get you in big trouble. I emailed all documents. If you want to call and make the situation right do so of not I will see you in court, follow through every step of the way with BBB and stand in front of your business with a sign that states what you did to us. You would not even look at the other mechanics reports. I think that is because you know you are wrong. You have a ton of terrible reviews and responses be little and blame the client. You do start out with I am sorry but then blame them. Not everybody is wrong. I feel sorry for you and will pray for you
I took my car in to get my breaks fixed, and not only did they do a great job on them, they were extremely fast and friendly! They even popped out my front bumper that had a dent with no extra charge! Would definitely recommend!

I came here because I thought that I get a better price. They tried to bust my head with a $850.00 price for a $300.00 job. These people are crooks who try to hide behind christian smiles. They dont listen either. I will never ever EVER come here again. What am I paying for? All the workers labor? Even the ones who didnt touch my car. They said I needed a left caliber, brake rotors and new brake pads FOR $850.00!!! Come to find out all I needed was brake tubes... WOW. They thought because I was friendly and a female they was going to run off with my money. I am SO thankful I wasnt foolish enough to give my $850.00 up like that. I was driving and heard a loud noise from my car and didnt know what was going on. I noticed something loose under the engine and stopped at the shop. They quickly found the problem and fixed the issue for me at a very reasonable price. The staff and service was terrific and I will definitely come back as well as recommendation them.
I had great service for my first visit.Mike notified me of addional repairs and took me to view the issues my self. He also arranged for a shuttle service to and from my home since i work 3rd shift and recently got off work this was very helpful. Also my got my car repaired in a decent time for me to fulfill my priorities for the day.
Took my car in on a Friday to get diagnosed for a window off track, which I told them is what it was. They quoted me $570 (finally on Monday) to replace a power window regulator ( a $32.00 part I ordered on eBay myself). But at least they lost a screw to my door panel that they put on wrong and left me with a dead battery (Im guessing because they didnt have the courtesy to start my engine and recharge my battery from the door being open and dome light being on while the technician diagnosed the problem) So Im out 80 bucks for the diagnosis which I knew exactly what it was and a battery and now I gotta find a screw for my door panel. Thanks.
Yesterday I had just finished a lunch at the Monroe Diner ( I am from out of town) just down the street. My Chevy Pickup would not start and I walked down to their shop to ask for assistance. They immediately sent a technician to the diner to check it out. To my embarrassment the truck started then as it had apparently just flooded, which it had previously done. I drove the truck to the shop and they did a quick diagnosis with their computer and gave me some input on possible problems. There was no charge for this service. I would definitely recommend their shop.
Honest folks!! We love their positive attitudes about serving their customers. Wed be there more often if it were not a 2 hour drive round trip. DEFINITELY recommend Toledo Auto Care!!!!
I was told that my wifes car needed a rusty sub frame assembly replaced very soon and it would cost about $1200. I thought it was just a short piece of steel and was grossly over priced. It turned out to be four peices of welded channel about three feet square and the engine bolted to it. They even got the job done under seven hours! A very good job done again! Thats why I keep going back!

Needed a second opinion regarding need/priority for work needed. I was about to let the vehicle die a natural death and begin using public transportation. I had a small list of things, and the team helped me prioritize and take first things first. I actually feel like I am driving the vehicle as it was when I first bought it, and it was a previously owned one that was in excellent condition at the time. Thanks, guys. We have a couple things to take care of yet, but you helped me to prioritize!
They dont install any pieces to ur car if have it, because they want to charge u lots of money, users, and I forget to mention that the man I talked to he was not nice. But thank u for the owner he was nice to apologise for that.
I recently took my car in the staff was very helpful in answering any questions I had .And they explained everything that was wrong with my vehicle and they let me know how they would fix it in detail.Also I got my car bac fairly quickly.
Everything went pretty well. Free shuttle service and very timely. The only concern I had was the fact that I went to get a thermostat bypass valve replaced and get my radiator flushed and about a month later after the repairs I began to leak rust colored coolant again. The best explanation I have for this is that my Pontiac Grand Prix is supposed to use DEXCOOL which is normally red, but a lot of standard coolant is green. If you mix the two, you get a fluid that is corrosive and damaging to the radiator. It didnt really seem like the radiator was flushed properly, but to my dismay as I tried to flush it myself, it is impossible to completely clean out the radiator even with a garden hose. The guy I talked to told me they had replaced my coolant with standard green coolant after flushing, but it still came out rust colored. SO maybe it wasnt Toledo Auto Care being careless but past mechanics that ruined my radiator over time. I think my car may be getting old but in any case Im not letting people touch my radiator anymore. Only red coolant for me anymore. Also the leak was from a rubber piece that I bought from Advance Auto for like $6.
I went here in hopes of getting a problem fixed. I first went to auto zone and they proceeded to tell me that my alternator wasnt functioning well and my battery was weak. So when I went to toledo auto care I explained this to them and they changed my battery stating that that was the problem but neglected to tell me my alternator was not working properly like I had stated earlier to them. So the very next day after I got my car fixed by them (today) my car broke down again and its because my alternator is completely out. They gave me a list of everything that was wrong with my car but oddly they couldnt give me this piece of information. Something is very odd about the situation and Im very displeased with the service because of this. After calling and explaining the issue they were not very accommodating nor understanding about the problem. They simply just want to continue to find new problems and take money from customers especially college students that dont know much about cars but attend the school right by.
I stumbled upon this GEM of Toledo recently for minor repairs. From my first phone call to an email survey that i received TAC employees and owners were polite, clean , knowledgeable and customer service orientated.They have a shuttle service so i could leave my car and they ran me back to work! When my repair was done they came back to get me! The shop is clean and modern.I will be a customer for everything in the future. To receive the level of courtesy and professional in a business these days is hard to find ...you WILL find it at TAC.TRY THEM you will not be disappointed! No I don;t work there ;)0

I highly recommend supporting this local business. Nate and the staff were absolutely wonderful, keeping me informed throughout my waiting period. The front desk and waiting room is clean, comfortable, and they offer free coffee beverages, and snacks. Fantastic staff and the work is done great and in very little time. If you have a big job that you want tackled professionally and in a timely manner, this is the place. They warranty everything so you know that issues afterward are covered. They also have a free shuttle service to get you home and back during repairs. Pricing is comparable.
Been servicing my 2007 Toyota Corolla here for over 4 years and my 2014 Prius V for a month + now.Their service, quality of repair and trustability is beyond reproach.Overall, heavily recommended.
When I called they were helpful and nice but I made an appointment for a tow truck at 12:30 and it is currently 1:45 and they still aren’t here. Sucks waiting over an hour in the cold for a tow truck when they said he would be there at 12:30 they better not charge me full price I will make another review after. Complete bs if you ask me.

I made an appointment, first thing in the morning, with them and when I got there they told me it was going to be 2 or more hours until they got to my car. If you dont take appointments that is fine, just dont waste everyones time and make them in that case.Edit: Bumping up the stars. Returned later with the expectation of it being a first come first serve and was satisfied with service.
Brought in for A/C inspection and repair. Inspected entire car and provided details of other repairs that I will needed in the future. Professional, excellent communication! A/C works great!

They have multi flavored soft served ice cream. I had a mint icecream cone dipped in chocolate. Very good. I have never seen so many flavors in soft serve before.
The safe there were friendly, I felt the listened to my concerns and quoted me a price for work that was way below the dealer quote.

The alternator belt broke on my car and they replaced the belt and bracket but never checked the alternator & was broken down again within 200 miles alternator was also bad 2 belts and a bracket cost me $493.00 to just break down again because they didnt check out the alternator

2022-06-22We have used them for years,they took a short look in the parking lot and told me to take it to a collision company. Would not even take the time to put it up on a lift to see what was needed. This place was a five star service years ago but now I need a new service company.

2022-07-11I took my car in it was leaking power steering fluid they checked it and sent me by email pictures of underneath the car what they have checked it was going to be $1,300 almost 1,400 I took it to another place Oras Automotive they just had to replace the lines for $400 clear Automotive are a bunch of Thieves Toledo Automotive wanted to change the pump and the lines the pump is fine.

2021-11-22Told me they could work on Hybrid vehicles. I took my vehicle here, but I had to explain to them twice how the hybrid system worked. They did a repair, and told me it was fixed and after test drive it was working as it should. I picked up the vehicle, paid over $1000 for the service, and drove it back to work. Was doing the exact same thing it was doing before I took it to them. I called to let them know, and was assured I would receive a call back. No call ever received. Then got a text message two days later asking if everything went well. Told them no, and explained the situation. No more communication from their side after that. No refund, no communication, and car isnt fixed. Im out a $1000, and Im getting no one from the business calling me to make it right. Definitely will be the first and last time I do business with them.

2022-01-24Bought a used car and it was using some oil, and running a little sluggish. No codes, but online forums told me it ,ight be the PCV valve, which on this 2.3 4 cylinder Milan, is located in a very difficult place, requiring removal of the intake manifold to get to it. I brought the car in to TAC and Neil wrote me up, worked with me and Hunter the tech to get the job done. The car now runs like new, gets outstanding mileage (better than its EPA rating) and is a pleasure to drive. Thanks TAC, Neil and Hunter for a job well done!

2021-08-17I have been going to the Toledo Auto Care (4544 Monroe St.) for over five years. I had brought my Chevrolet Equinox in to be repaired and spoke with service advisor Josh M. in regards to what repairs needed to be done to have my vehicle operating properly again. I advised him to please have the technician check to see if there are any other repairs needed because I do not want to spend a ton of money on an older vehicle being a 2008 model year. Josh had the vehicle inspected and advised to have the rear brake pads, rotors, and parking brake shoe replaced. I agreed to the repair and requested an oil change which was completed for a total of $681.18.I picked up my vehicle after business closing on 7/20/21 and the engine was stuttering with the check engine light on to which I immediately returned it to Toledo Auto Care. On 7/21/21 I spoke with Josh who said he would have the vehicle looked at again. After a few days of “inspecting” the vehicle, Josh advised I needed to have the fuel injectors replaced. I once again informed him after what happened the first time to check to see if that would fix everything and he ensured me it would. I informed Josh I was displeased they did not notice the check engine light and the engine stuttering. Josh agreed to replace the fuel injectors for the cost of parts only and no labor which I felt was extremely reasonable. I had the fuel injectors replaced for $725.28.I picked up my vehicle on 7/27/21 just before closing. The engine is running fine now and I have a strong vibration from the rear of the vehicle. I bring the vehicle back on 7/28/21. Josh immediately came out to go for a ride in the vehicle and agreed there was something wrong. Josh said since the front driver side wheel was releasing more heat than the others, it was potentially a brake caliper sticking. I left the vehicle with Toledo Auto Care once again to get repaired for the third time. This time Josh said I need to replace the drive shaft assembly in order to fix the vibration. I agreed to this repair and the rear drive shaft was replaced for $1,102.30. The vehicle was ready for pick up on 8/4/21. I picked up the vehicle and the rear vibration had improved, however, the vehicle still felt like it was catching on the brakes. At this point, I lost my trust in Toledo Auto Care. I took my vehicle to Auto Connection who informed me my front brake pads, rotors, and calipers needed to be replaced and handled it promptly.I am extremely disappointed with having to write this review as in the past I would always recommend Toledo Auto Care to everyone I came across who needed work done on their vehicle. While they may be slightly higher on prices, I did not mind paying extra to ensure only what needed to be fixed was fixed. Unfortunately, this was not the case. My experience did not reflect their service with integrity claim. I do not know if it was intentional swindling or sheer incompetence. It is safe to say I will not be having my vehicles serviced here in the future after initially planning to be a lifetime customer.

2021-12-08I was having issues with my power steering, brought it in to get diagnosed. They told me they needed to put in a new battery before they can diagnose the problem. They said the battery would be $300, which I assumed (my bad) I was getting a better battery, but really they charge $100 to change a basic battery. Ended up paying $500 for battery and diagnostic with nothing being fixed.
